The breakfast was good. I'm from Venezuela, and it tasted just like use to be in my country.

The night manager, she can be nice at times behind the counter early evening while the doors are still open. Once they close the dining area and it's just the drive thru late at night, she gets ugly, nasty, and straight out rude. She hides behind that little window and locks it right after she spews her unjust ways of handling any situation. Then she'll plug her ears with napkins right in front of you to ignore you until you move. Crazy isn't it. After going through that twice (2×)... Never Again‼️

I have been to this location several times & the service, food, and the atmosphere is always the same great food great service and a clean restaurant I am never disappointed this is the only location that I'll go to food hot every time

I am an Uber driver and I went to pick up a meal and the Hay worker just asked me if everything was complete he insulted me and shouted at me act of racism and senofovia he was a man with brown skin white hair please person like this should not be in Customer Support. I don't understand with those bad comments why they don't take drastic measures with this restaurant, they really should close it down. Today I had one of the worst experiences since I live in the city of Miami.

Good food, staff wears gloves and masks so you are protected. I hope they keep this up even after the pandemic is over.

The chicken fries were stiff and burnt. Worst food. Asked 2 times if that was a 12 piece they told me yes I only got 8 piece. I’m sure they wouldn’t feed this to their kids. My son couldn’t even eat it of how burn and terrible it was. Awful food and awful service. Would not recommend and I will never order from there again. From 1 to 10, I rate a 0

Their slogan should include If you pay to have it your way. This restaurant charges for extra lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. So don't say whopper with heavy all.

Thursday afternoon I came after a rough day I was greeted by Ray-Ray I believe she is a manager. She helped me navigate the menu....making suggestions & talked me into downloading the BK app.must admit I felt better after I left. This woman is an asset to this company. The amazing long-time owner ensures top notch customer service is given and delicious food is served. This is the neighborhood in which I grew up and it is great to know that while every other eatery has all but abandoned customer loyalty and satisfaction, this establishment remains at the top of the list by providing both. Kudos to the owner for demanding professionalism 24/7 and his excellent staff for putting it into action.

There was a roach on the counter. The staff is rude and ghetto. A worker stuck her dirty hands in the fries and was eating. The manager was walking around on her cellphone and then touching food. The store was filthy. I will never go back to this BK.

Fui a recoger una orden de grubhub y fueron despectivos conmigo, a pesar de hacerme esperar más de 30 minutos por una hamburguesa y unas papas, pregunté 2 veces por la orden y salió el staff completo del restaurante a decirme que tenía que esperar más tiempo y que la orden salía cuando ellos quisieran, vale aclarar que el restaurante no estaba concurrido de personas. Sentí un poco de discriminación hacia mi.

I went on last Saturday to Burger King on 79th and off of 27th I order a Double Whopper with cheese extra mail cut in half hot straight off boiler I receive what I ordered but the sandwich was disgusting the bread was hard breaking all apart it was just very hard to eat every time I try to buy the piece everything is falling off the tomatoes was old as soggy I just say that you need to get better people working with serving your food thank you

Absolutely the worst unfortunate this place is in a great spot but don't care what you say I finally had it with this place . Customer service sucks always takes a little long to get my order today was another day just took my order to only find out I have to walk inside to pay BS find a way and take care of your customers. So I left and went next door to Toco bell.

This Burger King has yet to disappoint me. I mainly come for breakfast and the food is always fresh and they never complain about giving me chicken instead of sausage or bacon. And they are actually fast and accurate. Only at this location though. Thank y’all.

The building is nice. I wanted to use the drive thru, but it was raining as hell and the little roof that covers the speaker doesn't do the job. I had to park and go inside to place the order. The employees were very kind despite being really late.

My regards to the manager, older gentlemen with glasses. I saw him coaching up 2 staff members 2 separate time while i was there. Customer service was a little rude from the young staff but food was fresh and good.

Go here plenty of times, enjoying the fast food and drinks. Always clean, but now all restaurants have an open stall, absolutely no privacy using any men's bthrm. But, food wise . Number one, far as Burger 🍔 Kings goes. Always hot 🔥.. always good service, so far. Mr Issac runs this restaurant in top shape, handles any concerns. And to this day, isn't afraid to openly verbally thank guests. Good food, respectable service.

It has been a long time since the last time I came here because of the customer service, and I came back today. It's terrible the way this place looks, always is a mess, employees with bad mood, some of them DON'T WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING THE FOOD, two sodas machines smell like these haven't been cleaned in a while, not ice, and the last, the food looks like somebody made the sandwiches and then put in a bag and play "soccer" with these bags before give it to me. End of the story....I won't come back to this place!!!!

Got a whopper Jr combo with a chocolate shake for drink! My problem here is prices where they are 2 more than anywhere else so I usually pay about $5 here it's $6 makes no sense to charge more in the black neighborhoods the same way they do gas prices

Long,long wait at drive-thru...I can't say it was the person taking, the order if customer was a goofball.,the line got longer. people started blowing their horns..Like that would help. You get trapped in line, plus you've already paid. Back and forth conversation..between them.passing straws, wait,passing ketchup! It was wasn't a Pleasant experience.. but the person taking order could have shut down..customer because some us feel entitled, and like to belittle others.

The workers do not care about the customers. I repeated my order too many times and they still got it wrong. Was lied at the window when I pointed out on the receipt that I ordered double sausage egg and cheese croissants and not the saus/bacon. They young lady taking the orders was too occupied talking to her coworker. If you go here best thing to do is double check your order yourself. But honestly it's not worth the hassle and waste I should have realized with the other customers in front of me getting out their car to claim missing food and messed up orders that I would be dealing with that too. "Yeah! I heard you!" Was the response I got.

January 18, 2022 my son used the $12.99 Family Bundle Discount coupon #6334. This is good for 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers & 3 small fries. He returned home with the bags unopened. I opened the bags and found 1double Whopper with bacon, 3 cheeseburgers & 2 small fries! No receipt in bag! So, I was missing 2 Whopers & 1 small fry! In conclusion, you must check your order before leaving the restaurant. You can't assume that anything will be correct! HOW SAD!

The breakfast time order was slow, but I watched the morning crew work and they were handling their business very efficiently. The drive thru was crazy each and every time I've been there. This is a very busy location. Next time I went there after 5pm. The place was just as busy as breakfast, the drive up was just as crazy and the service was much worse. My order was taken and I receive no further service, no food, no follow thru and my payment was not taken. I watched for a minute but no one did anything. I asked if my order was all set. No it was not. Another young man on the register took my order and payment (with card) and finished my order. Training issues and a continuous stream of traffic creates these situations. The manager is working very hard.
