They served me a crunch wrap supreme with absolutely no beef. Not a crumb of meat. Who wraps that up and thinks it's ok to give to someone? Avoid every restaraunt on 79th street. Those cooks don't care.

I ordered through the drive-thru. My order number was 8. I asked for no cheese, but when I checked my food after driving away, all of the tacos had cheese. Is it so hard to pay attention to what the customer wants?

This place is SLOW even on a non busy day or they just pick and choose what orders to make. I can understand a full line ant the drive thru or lots of orders in door but come one Staff get your orders done! Either way if you order using the Mobile App expect to wait… wait… and wait. Even orders made while I was there via both Drive Thru or Kiosk/ desk got their orders before me. I made an online order which was confirmed at 4/28/24 at 5:38 PM by Taco Bell email and didn’t receive it until 6:17 PM at the store. That’s a total of 39 minutes. The staff doesn’t even attempt to talk to anyone even when you’re trying to get their attention. And if you finally get their attention their response is “we got it”. My advice, order 45 minutes to an Hour before showing up or just go to a different Taco Bell so you won’t have your time wasted at this one.

Ordered a grande box and Other small items food was fresh service was good

The I ordered 3 hard taco's and he said $10.49 I guess he thought I was going to give him cash, but when he saw it was credit he said 5 something. He was trying to keep the 5 extra if I would've gave him a 20 dollar bill.

Wonderful place to eat. The food taste fresh and is delightful. They do not honor the app prices for happy hour. Their happy hour prices are higher. Aside from the price gauging, I eat there several times a week. The place is clean and neat. The staff is polite.

The staff was very professional and friendly I didn't even realize I was in a fast food restaurant that's how good the service was. The manager was awesome the order was almost perfect ,great job responding and having great conversations with customers that entered the establishment
