Subway in West Little River - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Today, August 11, 10:30am, I put the time and date because I couldn't see that person's name, but working with the public requires training, education, and cleaning things that that employee lacks. When handling food, employees must have nose and mouth protection or at least not be talking like chatterboxes on the phone. For my part, I will not buy at that place again.

Today is May 29th 2024 it is 5:15 and I put the date and the time because I did not even get the name of that staff and I'm hoping the owner sees this, I owned public businesses before and I'm a people person but this thing they have working in there, tall white big girl should not be dealing with public extremely rude extremely unprofessional had a grudge like there ain't no tomorrow charge me a rap at full price and then serve me half of the meat and I told her I'd buy this daily and she said she doesn't care it is what it is,, lm a customer a daily customer at the same subway and this is my first time seeing her, I guess the owner made a mistake in putting in this stuff , I would never come again. One thing is you could explain to the customer the situation but not fight with the customer like you own all Subways companies and I'm sure of what I'm saying because I have this 45 combo daily at every single Subway and I'm only having this issue with her

Sometimes when you come in here its on a select black people are treated poorly and others are treated with respect not Emily or the manager but some of them like the other spanish lady not Emily will ignore your request for cookies. LOL. its best to come here in the evening.

I had very bad service and they treated me very badly with my teenage children. We were in line waiting and we didn't see many customers. Looking at the delay, first of all they are on their cell phones. A couple came in and a woman who was there said with irony that they go well and then he said whoever wants to wait should wait and whoever doesn't should leave. I don't think it's the right attitude as I told them and it made me angry saying only things that a client should not be treated like that. I asked to speak to a man yesterday but there was no one, the truth is that it is not fair that we are lying like this. If she had a bad day, it is not for her to take it with a bad character to people who only want to be cared for well 🥲 I hope the owner or manager read it.

Walked in no one came to the front. 5 mins later someone came in, didn't wash his hands and started to fix 2 pizzas. Lady was in the back on the phone. He tells her someone is in the front she comes out looking at me no hello no how may I help you. I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread she say no we'll have tomorrow. I asked for soup she said no tomorrow. The guy then walks from behind the register puts the pizza in his trunk and go take the garbage to McDonald's.. so basically he was not on the clock at subway he was working at McDonald's. I will never come back here

I guess I was invisible after I placed my order because a Spanish woman came in after myself and she was taken care of in front of me. I thought it was first come first serve,but being that I'm black I guess that I'm being ignored on purpose.

Today I experienced a volatile display of what was supposed to be mere customer service. I have never experienced such atrocious behavior in any service based industry, as if the lack of proper sanitation and food prep at this location doesn't already make you churn. I went in to purchase a single cookie and bag of chips, I placed the money in the employees(EMELY) hand and in turn she flopped the change on the counter as I was holding my hand out to receive my change back. When i brought it to her attention that I would like the change placed back in my hand as I did her respectfully, she immediately rolled her eyes, and flung her hand in my face and walked away from the counter. The real issue in all this is when asked to speak to the Manager the employees stated there was no Manager available after waiting around she (YANORA) finally came from out of the kitchen and said to me "WHAT DOES IT MATTER?!!". Clearly both managers and employees have a lack of ethos and are poorly trained and uninformed on exceptional customer service. After speaking with the manager she displayed how emotionally impulsive and aggressive she can be when met with heightened customer service issues. There is also a language barrier that needs to be addressed at this location, having a predominantly Hispanic team in a neighborhood that primarily speaks English only is a problem. This location needs a tremendous amount of supervision in understanding the proper ways to interact with customers as well as sanitation. ZERO STARS !!!!

The manager never wear gloves she allow her workers to be rude they have big roaches spoiled meat like the manager private area it smells and they are very racist she gives free subs to her family and friends she takes cookies home in her pockets I know cause I use to work here they drink alcohol on the job they just a mess

Really poor service here tonight, 09/01/23, the door dash drivers said they didn’t want to make the sandwiches cause they were close to closing and they had put away the stuff. They then proceeded to say they ran out of salami. Think about that.. a subway without any salami.. okay. Then the DoorDash driver told me they were being unprofessional to her, ended up canceling the order. Never ordering from this subway. Really dumb and unprofessional.

Very friendly and clean love it

First time there, Ashley was great. My sandwich was the Italian sub. Everything was PERFECT!! The location was 27 Ave NW 79 ST (Northside Shopping Center. My husband and I were very pleased.

There is a very rude Hispanic lady with burgundy/red hair that wears coke bottle glasses. She is extremely rude,ghetto and argumentative that works there. She started an unnecessary confrortation then left me standing at the front and went to the back & she was speaking Spanish to another coworker loudly and never serviced me. This is bad business and I spoke with the manager but I was left feeling unwelcome where I spent my hard earned money. Subway this is Bad business she needs to be dealt with ASAP! I only felt welcome when a young African American lady took care of me she and the manager was both nice. I am quite sure I am not the 1st customer this happened to. Rude behavior is ne er acceptable in the food service industry.

Enjoy my Tuna sub(12/9/22) from a Spanish female employee!!! It was toasted good and all...I thanked her before I left!!!

I wish can give them non star walked in to get my lunch .ask for bread herbs they no so it’s okay. Can happen . Then I ask for lettuce wish is popular they said no it’s okay also can happen then I ask for tomatoes but only 2 and ask if she can cut it half for my baby the girl make the sandwich will do then the one wich is supposed to be manger shift she said No we don’t cut food . So to keep it calm I just left . Hopefully that review can help .

The lady that was touching everything and everywhere with her gloves wanted to take the bread out of the oven with the same gloves I asked her to take it off she was not happy about it so I just left

When it comes to my sub at Subway I have a very particular way of building it I've always gotten problems at at some subways but this one I love it they're nice sweet and lovely employees

This was the very first time that i had gone to this particular Subway. After our church service was over, Evg. Andrews and i went to Northside to get something to eat. She suggested the Subway and she treated me to a sub. The place was very clean, only one person ahead of us. The staff was very polite and very helpful in our selection. We were done and we were greeted nicely when we went in and wenlrft with a have a nice day. Staff was very friendly like we were family. Ill defininately be going back there again soon.

Some of the employees are strange. The girl who made our sandwiches was SUPER slow and wasn't paying attention. It was almost as if she was in la la land. Out of the three employees that i seen only one was helpful and friendly to other patrons. The sandwiches were good as expected.

Customer service goes a long way :) Our server kindly thanked us for patiently waiting. (Line was kind of long). Covid protocol in place and areas are kept cleaned.

This subway is always good although sometimes the new ppl need some extra training at prepping the food. Other than that I'd recommend.

The fact that you have to do orders online to get the buy 2 get 1 sub free deal is just bogus, its too hard to customize a sub online

The sandwich I wanted to purchase was not available. I did not get upset Even doe, I made this run in the rain and was taken back by the items not being available that I wanted to purchase but the staff was so nice and friendly that it did not matter. Suggestions were made and I ended up walking out with something I had never tired before. In fact the sandwich was so good I came back the next day. Two thumbs up for this Subway Team.

Seem clean when your inside but the tables was dirty. If I didn't count my change before I left i would've been short 5.00 out of 20.00. But it wasn't an Hassel for the mistake to be corrected. Always count your change before leaving.

This one's better to go to rather than the one in Walmart because is less busy but If you do need to go to Walmart already the one around the corner has another subway inside. I havent much to say about this subway everything is usually good except for when they use too much sauce or cut the sandwich in a wrong way that it opens up while in the bag (only happened once)

This place is great love to eat there and love they policy on the bathrooms because I done seen it get nasty and employees has to clean it they be nice and let the public use them but they abuse the bathroom so they are force to lock them but everyone is great love it there
