The conch balls were amazing 20/10. I got a cherry and mango icee and it was the bombbbbb especially for this Miami heat it’s highly recommended… finally the crack conch isssss something serious the best I ever had !!!!! Y’all better check Kings Miami Conch out todayyyy

The wait here is terribly long just for fried seafood. I waited 1 hour for 6 fritters and they were not that good. Do not waste your money here. The workers had terrible customer service. Don’t believe what you see on instagram.

Conch fitters never disappoints me, especially with that sauce. Conch salad is fresh but not my favorite. I always go around 12pm to avoid the traffic. It’s cook to order. Your patience is needed. Fresh conch is always the best.

After waiting almost 2 hours for an order of conch and fries, over $60, I decided to cancel the order (paid by credit card). The guy (believed to be Mr. King) did apologize and promised a refund back to the card, but could not furnish a receipt (never use your card). I never got the refund. It’s not worth the wait, there is no parking in the gas station parking lot yet I decided to still give it a chance. Waste of time and money, from the looks of the food (per another guest) not worth it either. There won’t be another chance. - good luck!

Went here yesterday to check out the reviews that I had seen. Employees nice but the conch balls tasted like the oil was old and entirely way too much parsley. The fried conch was shredded and very tough. I spent $40 and it didn't empress me ...,Nope I will not return. The 2 stars is for the young lady at the window I'll pass ✨️ July 15, 2024...I read the owners response and yes it did come from you. When I got home my conch balls was mushy in the middle, and conch was cold, so I put them in MY aluminum foil because y'all use cheap foil and placed the undone conch fritters and shredded conch in my air fryer to finish cooking the raw conch balls and heat up the shredded fried tough conch. The response was rude and I know for sure I will never buy from here again... my review is just that MINE!

Came for the conch and conch balls because of the reviews. Ordered a Miami trio which came with 5 conch balls, fried/crack conch, and fried shrimp and fries. All for the low low price of 50 dollars 🙄. If the food was bussin, then the price would have been justified, but the food was edible. Let’s start with the “best conch balls in Miami”. Although the balls had plenty of conch pieces, you can’t taste the conch bc the batter if full of bell peppers, onions, and garlic and that’s all you can taste. The fried conch was chopped up too small so all you taste is bland seasoned flour. I’m used to much larger pieces of fried conch. The shrimp is premade like it came from restaurant depo/ jethro. And the fries took up half the plate. The sauce is really good which saves the food. I love supporting small businesses, esp my people, but to spend that much money for food that is average to less than average makes me mad. This is truly my humble opinion but I’m not only disappointed, I’m pissed. Like someone already said: Could have gone to Snappers for much less

Poor customer service We arrived there at 7:00 from a far drive. Someone came to the window told us to hold on, after 30 min standing outside & never returned and there was no line. Upon arrival a customer was complaining about their food being cold and gave it back. Cant review the food we never had a chance to order. Sucks

The excitement that I've seen on Social Media isn't the same vibe for me. The menu was a tablet paper form which was weird. Conch balls was amazing but a little upgrade doesn't hurt.

I waited over an hour for some conch fritters & the conch was hard & tough. I was issued a wait buzzer, to inform of when the food was ready. The buzzer Never went off! I had to go tap on the window of the food truck to remind him that we're still waiting. I returned the buzzer & at that time I received my food at 10pm! Finally got my fritters, And Nope they weren't All that! I was So Disappointed! 😔

This message is being sent to express my disappointment with this evening service and food portion. I waited over an hour to receive my conch & fries, which mostly consisted of fries rather than conch. If I wasn't so tired and I would've turned around to address the matter. I've had your food several times and you also catered conch batter for my birthday party. Never have I received service and food of such from you guys. 😔 This was such a disappointment!

The wait for our food was ridiculous. We got in line around. 9:15 pm and paid for our food around 9:38 pm. We didn’t get our food until around 11:20 pm. I had fried conch. The flavor of the batter was well seasoned but the conch was not tender at all. They do not use gloves to prepare your food. The guy who takes the order handles the payments as well, which some were cash. I saw him handling conch balls and everything else with no gloves. They also gave me 1 sauce for the conch. I paid 25 dollars for a small plate when I could have went to snappers and got a bigger plate for less money. There is no sense of urgency and very unapologetic about the disturbing wait time. I won’t be returning solely because of that

Service was fast but the conch balls stole the show!!! Conch balls are amazing and are in fact filled with conch! But the conch salad was mediocre, ( it wasn’t bad, I just expected to be amazed). Would def come back for the conch balls though. In total I spend around $50 bucks and we also got 2 slushies

Had me wait a hour just to tell me just to tell me they don’t have no more conch batter and I really beleive the server gave my food away for a lower price to some random guy . To mad and hungry right now . Hyped up for f nothing

The conch and conch balls were good. The mango smoothie was awesome , my only issue is they don’t answer the phone and though the workers told me they open at 10,10:30 they’re not truly open during that time .

Didn't even get a chance to taste the food,the women at the window absolutely pretended to be to busy to even take my order.Was there for 10 minutes,had to just dip out..Won't be going back to try the food, absolutely horrible service

Finally, made it out to try these couch balls I’ve heard soooo much about and they did not disappoint. Wonderful customer service. Fresh and hot. My first time but not my last. Needed extra sauce, that was delicious too!!

Food took 47 mins to be ready. The lady that works there accused me of taking her buzzer and told me the owner would charge her $10 for the buzzer which she later found in the truck. The food was a 2/10. The conch fritters were good that’s why they got that 2/10. It’s right in a gas station so parking is limited.

The tropical salad didn't have conch. Not worth the hype.

I stopped by kING Miami conch. And let me tell you if you’re thinking about going here. This is the place to go. The food is amazing. The owner was really nice and the icy melts in your mouth.

When I tell you, I sat there and ate a small just to order a large to go. The couch fritters and the mango juice is definitely the best!! Give him a try and you won't be disappointed.

Everything was 5 star. I wish my family and I didn’t demolish it so quickly I would have taken a picture . The serving portion was top tier and the conch balls were so fluffy and hot! They're not selfish with the conch at all. The freshness of the conch reminds me of home! Will be back again !

The very first time that I've ever eaten from the Bahamian food truck has been the greatest experience I've ever had the Cup balls are so fresh the conch salad different varieties I've never had a choice out of tropical and behaving that was so authentic I will advise anyone who wants to try the greatest experience of a Caribbean dish to try. It's like a party in your mouth
