It has a fantastic taste, really juicy meat and fast service

The delicious fish sandwich, my favorite along with the peach lemonade, the very delicious berry frosty should always be left.

The place is dirty papers on the floor. The dirty tables. Hostal Dania #2130 spoke to us in a bad way and yelled at us. It was a horrible experience.

I made a orden from uber eats and gave me a wait time of 15 minutes, five uber drivers went to oick up my order and it was never ready. 1 hour passes the last uber driver had to cancel the orden because it passed the time frame given.

It's the service that's amazing. I cannot remember the mangers name , but the entire staff is ALWAYS pleasant

Horrible experience. Worst customer service from a fast food place. Workers including the manager are nasty and have no respect for customers. They give you attitude if you ask for anything besides your order. Don’t spend your money here !!!

Once of the friendlier Wendy's. Location is what it is but they more than make up for it in the service. Recent renovation so it's practically brand new! Thanks for the great service!!!!

This morning, I went because I love Wendy's food, especially the breakfast, but this morning, they overcharged me. The food was ridiculously cold, but the young man Jonathan assisted me well with a great attitude. I was the only one in line and had to wait 10 minutes for food. Why?

I had to leave the drive thru 15 min waiting in the line. No employee came out to say if there was a problem. This happened yesterday. Its just an awful lot of time.

Ordered thru UberEats Thursday afternoon. Several burgers, chili, baked potatoes & drinks. Everything came well packaged & quickly. Very good service, very satisfied!

Ordered my food at the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. Even worse the food I received was cheaper that what I ordered and payed for. Service at this location has gotten terrible.

Great fast service but theyve made mistakes with my order several times not the cashier but the line that serves me Im almost -$6 in the negative because theyve forgotten my items and I didnt realize it. I go there almost everyday cause its close to my job. I just accept the lost instead of complaining I just take it upon myself to check my order before I pulloff.

Wanted to try the new chicken with mozzarella sandwich. Asked the cashier about the "picture" and to explain the sandwich. Didn't know it was basically two chickens. So she explained and the price on the PICTURE said one thing. I got my receipt and was charged a higher price. I asked her why. Then she points to the written menu...I never looked at the written menu and says she rang it up ad a #12. We both was ONLY looking at the picture when I asked about the sandwich. I kept showing her the difference in price. And this young lady act like she just could not understand what was happening. Manager came and immediately saw the discrepancy and had to turn the picture around because the price was incorrect. That's why she's the manager. 😆😆 The sandwich was just alright. And the outside of the location is not the greatest. You can tell and smell homelessness.

First off drive-thru? Get ready to be patient. Sure they're fast most of the time. Usually they have great service , I eat here twice a week, love Wendy's Good luck with the bathroom situation. It's clean every time I went there. Plenty of parking all the way around handicap entrance front and the side. The 99 cent menu everywhere has changed. The food, ice cream, and chili is always good here. I like to pass by, you can look and see when the drive-thru is not that crowded.. it's good eating here even with the family.

I don't have much expectations for fast food joints like this since I used to work in a couple, so I'm not going to complain about the obvious issues one may face at this particular establishment. I want to point out the positive. Shout out to the older lady with the glasses at the first window that looks like she could be everyone's mother-sister-auntie-grandma all at the same time. I appreciate her and I know my food is coming out fresh once I hear her voice on the other end, as she takes my order. This woman is down to earth, real, and genuinely respectful. She makes the experience better despite circumstances that is life in general. Somebody please come save this woman, Wendy's don't deserve her.

Staff doesn't appear to know anything on cleanliness or how to handle food...

The worst Wendy’s I have went to! There is no customer service. The manager on night duty was so rude. As I was picking up an order for Uber Eats, she got loud with me, and rushed me out while I was filling up a drink, talking about some, “we got to go!” The Wendy’s at this location did not prepare the order completely. As a result, the Uber Eats customer did not get his soda as requested. This is not the way that you treat a customer or a delivery driver. I would never go back to this Wendy’s.

Very nasty inside. No one taking orders. Staff standing around in the kitchen. Have to stand around and wait since all the seats are sticky. I had to pour water on a table and clean the table and seat. Never come here again. The floor is soooooooo sticky, everytime you walk your shoes stick to the floor. Moblie orders not ready drivers waiting around for the order. Kicthen staff not all wearing gloves. Nets flying by the soda machine. Staff not properly train, customers came back order was wrong. Revamp the whole place!!!!!!

I went for a frosty with my granddaughter. The frosty was great. I walked outside and two employees were outside rolling and smoking cannabis. I informed the manager and she did nothing but say that they were off and proceeded to let them continue in front of the restaurant.

NEVER AGAIN! my order was wrong , the person making it was careless and had to wait for almost an our to get our order!

Always check your order before leaving. These people can't get an order right, or they forget items, it never fails.

Order from door dash chicken sandwich the chicken was burn and hard to chew the frie was a complete disaster cold and not crispy.I did not received the chili I asked for onions and jalapeño wich I didn’t received no ketchup. It was 3pm, not many customers inside nor out in the drive thru. Take a long time to get serve, talking to coworkers & friends in the lobby. Not professional business attitude 😒

Rarely open after 7am for breakfast

Made me wait in line for 30 mins taking only one car at a time went and did a lap around the whole block came back and my order was still not done with visible over 6 members in the kitchen

I placed an order through Uber eats and they did not send me my nuggets, they didn’t put ketchup for the fries which were cold and old. The food was cold and dry. NEVER AGAIN. Muy mala calidad, la comida estaba fría, no me mandaron mis nuggets y tampoco me mandaron ketchup para las papas frías.

The best visit I had was that this restaurant because simple fact I didn't have a lot of money but the cashier informed me of coupons and deals they had because of the coronavirus money has been short because her knowledge and caring of other people I had a great lunch

My grilled chicken apple pecan salad and my husband's baconator fries were great. The workers were all courteous.

The restaurant was empty, yet almost every table was dirty and in need of being clean. We had to wipe down our own table and the restroom was dirty as well, unacceptable.

Drive thru was a little lengthy, however, moved quickly. It was the cashier's first day at the dtive thru; so the minor mistakes (of forgetting the drinks and sauce) is forgiven. 🍟🍔🥤🤩🤩🤩🤩
