Went to chefs bar and grill at Tim hortons ice plex. Really don’t bother. Staff rude. Says open till 11 kicked us out at 9…5 minutes after the bar served me a beer.

Jillian and the Chef's Catering Team were phenomenal! We had their mobile truck at their wedding and we cannot recommend them enough! They were always very responsive and helpful when we had to adjust our menu and numbers ahead of time. Definitely book them for your next event!

Chefs catered my wedding on 8.30.24. From start to finish with the whole planning process they were more than accommodating even when I changed my mind a few times! Everything was so delicious and had so many compliments on the food. Everyone at chefs is so friendly and communicative. I would definitely hire them again for future events.

We chose Chef's to cater our wedding reception at the Lodge at Shadow Hill this past weekend. They did an incredible job from start to finish. Jillian and her team are exceptional and focus on every detail to ensure things are exactly as they should be. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any catering services, whether for a large party or a smaller gathering. Not to mention, every one of your guests will be RAVING about how incredible the food is for weeks to come!! Thank you all again so much! ❤️

This is a review I regret to write but only after my regret to involve Chefs Catering in one of the most important events I will ever host in my life, my Fathers celebration of life. We asked Chef’s Catering to roll a food truck so that those coming to celebrate with us would have the option to grab a bite to eat. We were told and agreed that there must be a minimum spent on the truck for the event otherwise we would need to purchase the amount if deficient. Totally understood and appreciated. We were told quite close to the end of the event that we were running way short, about $2800 worth. Though a bit disappointed we figured we would just settle up the following day with the bill and taking home a bunch of food that we would then distribute to his former place of work and maybe a non profit. The following morning I was told that we needed to settle on the $2800 and that we weren’t going to get anything. Not a single item. When I pushed back about why it was not made extremely clear the following day we were met with “sorry about the miscommunication”. Had we been told during the event that we were running that short and that our time to get what we were going to be paying for would soon expire I would have told everyone at the event to start ordering food and take something home for later. Knowing that they didn’t make that much food hoping to sell it I asked how much food was prepared ahead of the event, and if any, where was it. I was informed that they donated the food on the way home from the event. After that fact came out I was offered to settle on the bill for $2500. I am absolutely sickened that their miscommunication cost me that kind of money for nothing when it could have gone to the people at the event and others. It further sickens me that they donated food in their name to some organization instead of in my fathers name as I would have seeing as we paid for it. I will forever regret involving them in this event and having this negative experience be a part of his day.

My son & daughter in-law threw an after party to celebrate after their destination wedding.. I was in the business for over 30 years so you could say I’m critical when it comes to catered events…. Hands down, the best I’ve had in recent years…. Quality, quantity and service 5 stars! Wish I would have taken some pictures!

We held the Aquinas Football Banquet at Chef's Event Center on Jan 7th. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Jill and her team executed on everything we asked for and more. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and the food was delicious. We also used them for our team Dinners throughout the season. The players and coaches loved the different entrees each week, they said it was the best food they have ever had for a team dinner. Thank you Jill Mike and team for everything throughout our season. We hope to build on this relationship for years to come.

We used Chef’s for in home catering following calling hours for a death on our family. They delivered as promised and the quality of the food was above and beyond our expectations. They made hosting a large group during a difficult time easy, and we could not be happier with our decision. If you want to take the stress out of hosting this is your answer!

Chefs Catering catered my baby shower recently and we had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the gentleman who delivered our food was kind, professional, and helpful! He made sure we were prepared and had everything we needed before he left. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will certainly use them again for future events as both the food and the customer service was exceptional!

We hired them for our wedding and we chose to have them cater our wedding with a food truck. The staff were professional and the food was decent but we were disappointed in the execution of their service the day of. The service was much slower than we were expecting, it took one table an hour to receive food. It also seemed that there was no communication between their staff and our guests. Our menu was highly customizable but our guests were completely unaware of their options which was quite disappointing for us as this was what drew us to the food truck option in the first place. Overall, the event coordinate was great to work with but we were disappointed in the day of services.

They (chefs ....)were at the job. The last experience I had with the taco was ok however the second time I tried them I got a Greek salad on my lunch...and as I was getting ready to dig in after picking out what I didnt want in the salad I found a piece of hair. I had to go allll the way doen stairs and out back outside in the cold to food truck to let em know seemed like they didn't care just refunded did offer anything.. wow..now I am on lunch wasted time I left and went back to the truck I was hungry and wasted 30min.... so I got fries and paid again....it's cold and that's how it's handled ok....never again ! ....smh

The Food is horrible and your customer service since you want an answer.

Chef's has catered several events for us! Eagle Scout Ceremony, graduation party, a surprise birthday party and most recently a Celebration of Life! We also frequently order trays of food to stock our freezer. We try to always catch the food trucks when available, Eat Greek is just as good as Chef's, of course! Jillian and Michael are amazing to work with and the food is without compare. Our expectations are surpassed each and every time!

My now husband and I used Chef's Catering Food Truck for our wedding last weekend and it was a HUGE hit with our guests! Everyone loved the food truck experience and several friends and family members told us it was the best wedding food they've ever tasted! The corn-fritter and black bean sliders were so insanely delicious and local guests loved having a garbage plate option. The menu was super affordable compared to most wedding catering we looked at. And when prices for everything wedding related went up due to Covid and Inflation, Chef's honored our original quote. Jillian was so responsive and helpful during the 2 year long wedding planning process. It was really important to me as a bride with a severe nut allergy that all the food was nut free. Jillian was great about working with me to not just accommodate my food restrictions, but make sure no guest went hungry. Not only were there gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options but there was a list of ingredients for each menu item so if guests could order confidently and make a substitution if they needed to. If there were any slight hiccups, it took the truck a little longer to serve everyone than we had originally planned. But nobody seemed to mind once they got their food because it was so good! So if you're worried about sticking to a tight timeline maybe get a second food truck. Only other thing was the truck did take out some string lights when it drove away, but that just made for a memorable wedding story. Especially when several of our friends climbed the trees to fix the lights haha. So in short if you want a more casual, but delicious, menu guests will talk about go with Chef's. If you're planning a wedding on a budget but still want a great menu, go with Chef's Food Truck. If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, you couldn't pick a more conscientious caterer. But if you want the food truck experience but have a guests list of 100+ people, maybe have a longer dinner service or get two trucks. And just make sure any string lights or hanging decor are high enough or are out of the truck's path!

Literally the best ever!!! We had our wedding in their new event space, and everything was perfect. They are friendly, attentive, and wonderful. The food is out of this world!

My husband and I got married on Friday 9/16 and I am still getting endless compliments of how DELICIOUS everything was! Jillian is amaaaaazing to work with, we used Chef’s for passed appetizers, buffet dinner, and dessert, and their staff and level of professionalism is unmatched! I’m so glad we used these wonderful people for our wedding day, you will not be disappointed!

Mike , Jillian and Chef's were integral in making our Dad's memorial picnic a huge success. All the sandwiches and wraps were delicious as was the macaroni salad which would have been my Dad's favorite :) The food arrived promptly, was displayed nicely and tasted great. Something everyone remembers about a wedding is the food and Chef’s Catering delivered for my October 2021 wedding! Jillian was wonderful throughout the process, doing a phone conference and being very responsive to email questions. We did a tasting on site at Chef’s in Rochester about 8 months before the wedding I was impressed not only on the taste of the food but also presentation! My extended family is from Rochester and I was told they were so excited when they arrived at our wedding to see Chef’s truck because they knew it was going to be good! We had various passed appetizers and a buffet style dinner. Everything was delicious, hot, served in a timely manner, and the staff was so friendly to all our guests. I highly recommend Chef’s as your caterer for any event but especially your wedding!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Chef's to cater our wedding and were very, very happy with our experience! From the start Jillian made the entire process very simple and enjoyable. Her response time was always super quick (which is big deal when planning a wedding) and she and her team were incredibly accommodating to all of our needs whether it be around dietary restrictions or helping us create an awesome Pretzel Bar as a late night snack for our guests! Navigating a family style dinner can be a little tricky, but our wedding guests were very pleased with how everything was presented and Chef's made everything work with ease. Our food choices were delicious, both at our tasting and the day of! The only complaint we have was that our pork loin was a little tough the day of - whether this was just our serving or everyone's we're not sure, but overall we loved the food, as did our guests. The staff we worked with on our wedding day were all very friendly and went out of their way to congratulate us and wish us well. There did seem to be some miscommunication around our dessert table as it was set up earlier than asked and our cake wasn't cut, resulting in an empty dessert table for periods of the evening. This doesn't change our strong recommendation for Chef's Catering, but we find it worth noting. Thank you Chef's and Jillian for making our special day delicious!

I contacted Chef's and they responded almost immediately. They answered all my questions and concerns regarding our up coming wedding. Chef's catered our wedding at Abraham Lincoln Park's Waterfront Lodge. They arrived promptly and helped get everything organized. They had catered there before and gave us some recommendations for bar area placement and appetizer area placement. Everyone loved the food provided by Chef's. The beef tenderloin was everyone's favorite dish. The arancini and empanada appetizers were a big hit as well. The staff was courteous and helpful. They helped with every aspect of our wedding. And if we ever need a caterer in the future I would go with Chef's. From the bar staff to the cooks and of course the wait staff/organizer, everything went off with out a hitch while my wife and I got hitched. Thanks Chef's

All my guests loved that they could choose their food, and it was perfect! Everything was hot and delicious. The bartender they provided was friendly and everything was amazing. Great service and delicious food! Our original caterer for my bridal shower had to cancel last minute due to staffing issues, and Chef's was able to accommodate my request with ease. Their responsiveness was reassuring right off the bat, they answered all of my questions via email and phone. All of the guests raved about how delicious everything was! Highly recommend hiring Jillian and the Chef's team for your event, you will not be disappointed!

Chef's Catering was great from start to finish! We decided to do a last minute team bonding event and Jill Zazzaro was very professional and responsive in getting the details ironed out. The day of they arrived on time and did a great job setting it all up. The food was great - everyone loved it! Highly recommend!

I had a food truck for my wife's birthday, and everything was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating, food tasted great, and service was fast. Definitely worth it!

Chefs catered my wedding this past weekend and I could not recommend them enough. Jillian was beyond easy to work with, sent me new quotes as I adjusted, and confirmed all details with me. The food was AMAZING! We did all of our appetizers, entrees and dessert through Chefs. The Mac and cheese, chicken French and biscuits and gravy are all still being talked about. All of our guests were raving and saying how their expectations of wedding food are never high but they enjoyed it all. The desserts were the star, table completely clear with nothing but crumbs. We even had leftovers from the buffet that night and the next morning for breakfast. Thank you Chefs! We will absolutely be using you again in the future.

I ordered a Cannoli Cake for a friends 50th birthday we were having at a local restaurant! It was amazing! Everyone kept asking where I got the cake from! Highly recommend Chef’s Catering.

4.3.21 Wedding! From day one Chef's Catering has been extremely flexible with phone calls and reviewing our menu. They held an open house which allowed us to taste some food and meet the staff. We also had a free food tasting when it got closer to narrow down our food choices. The food was AMAZING and all of our guests absolutely loved our french fry bar! Our only complaint is on some of the service. Service felt a little rushed at times, and it would have been nice to offer our guests seconds. Also, there was a handful of guests who missed out on cake. We ended up taking home a good amount of leftovers and a full sheet of cake. However, those are small details and we would still recommend Che's Catering and would use them again for our next event!

Chefs catered our wedding and everyone was raving about how amazing the food was. I am still devouring the leftovers with my husband.
