They messed up my order and when I called and explained to the mngr she basically said I was out of luck. She never offered to fix it or send a new pizza she just said I can’t help you and that’s that. I’ve never spoken to a mngr who cares so little about cust service she made that very clear stay away from this place.

Staff is super friendly every time I have placed an order. Whether its thin crust of deep dish, you cant go wrong with the pizza options. The broccoli cheddar bites are a must buy in my opinion.

Pizza was the best pizza ever... The crust was flaky and tasty: sauce was out of this world! We had never tried authentic Chicago deep dish style pizza and oh my goodness was it deep - loaded with toppings and so full of ooey gooey cheese with a delicious mouth watering cheese pull!!!! My granddaughter even got to top her own pizza, which was so exciting for her... Very kid friendly. There were six of us and we had sodas, two appetizers (even though some yummy garlic toast was served complimentary), a kids pizza dinner, and a large deep dish specialty pizza. We spent about 130.00. It was an awesome experience, but idk about a Benjamin's worth. We did have a great waitress that made the experience worth it all tho. I definitely recommend trying the deep dish pizza and broccoli bites 😋

Ok so I have not had Chicago's since I'd say the 90's?. I decided on it so my family could try. We did delivery. Stuffed half sausage half spinach. Very delicious! The Nostalgia was real! Took me wayyy back! Thanks for the throw back. You guys still got it!! Thank you to the phone girl she was very patient and helpful great customer service. 2 thumbs 👍.

This was our first time visiting this pizza spot. I don’t know what took us so long. We ordered a stuff crust pizza and it was amazing, everything was flavorful from the sauce to the crust. Although we were trying to cut back on bread and cheese, we will definitely be visiting again soon.

The gluten free pizza crust was not the best. I had a deep dish pizza and the top crust was not cooked thoroughly. Not impressed mod pizza even makes a better GF pizza!

We came to this place as out-of-town era and after looking at the reviews, decided on this place and we're not disappointed. The service was better than most expensive restaurants and the attentives of the staff was surprising. But the food really took it to the next level; we ordered a small custom deep dish pizza and loved every bite of it. Highly recommend this place to anyone passing through or visiting that wants an authentic Chicago pizza experience.

Passing through Chicago while traveling and my husband loves deep dish pizza. Chicagos Pizza was an amazing find! The pizza, cheesy garlic bread and buffalo wings were all delicious. Fast and friendly service. The option to buy many different types of pizza by the slice was awesome since we weren’t able to take leftovers with us.

Thin and deep dish by the slice. Open late. Everything is good: pizza, wings, sandwiches, wraps, pastas. Nearly perfect but the bigger dude always forgets to send the order ready text. Owner is around often and friendly as are all the employees.

I ordered to take out of their deep dish pizza. Love the interior design and the layout of the place. The pizza is very cheesy and has a good combination of stuffing inside.

My wife read about Chicago's Pizza on her Gluten Free message board so we decided to give them a try since there are not many pizza places that offer Gluten Free Deep Dish. They have 3 locations in the Chicagoland area. We went to their Old Irving location. Plenty of street parking available. We seated ourselves are were greeted by a friendly server Jocelyn. We told her my wife is Gluten Free and she brought us menus and asked us what we wanted to drink. They mainly only have soft drinks as this is a BYOB establishment. She came back with complimentary Foccaia breads and oil and cheese. A really nice touch. My wife loved the Gluten Free one and mine was warm and very tasty. There is about a 40 minute wait on the pizza so we ordered their 7 piece Jumbo wings. Garlic Parm sauce...very meaty,grilled and juicy. And Gluten Free! Our pizza was a medium Deep Dish Sausage Mushroom. Good flavor with just the right amount of sausage and mushrooms. Sauce was slightly sweet. They use a corn based crust but don't expect it to be flaky as gluten free dough is never that way. They have a huge menu of salads,sandwiches and Italian dishes with many many Gluten Free items. Next time in Chicago,we will definitely be back!

This place although small was great at the time I went here with my spouse. The service here is so great I felt like royalty at this location. At one point the waiter came to clear off the crumbs from our table before our meal was served. Almost right after I finished my drink I was immediately asked if I needed a refill. I will definitely recommend this spot to all my family and friends. The food I ordered was a delicious double 1/2 lb patty with strips of avocado and an egg. I also order boneless wings the fries were not bad either. My wife order a peanut salad the peanut dressing was so good the first time that this time was our second visit and it was all she was thinking about this time.

Ordered for pick up, birria pizza was so delicious! I was upset at the traffic getting there and lack of parking but the pizza taught me something that day. It was, worth the hassle for this pizza to be in my body. The fries were also very tasty.

I was so excited to try this spot and had heard many positive things. *they do not take reservations BUT if you call 10-15 minutes before they will try to hold a table for you* I write this because we called ahead and were told no reservations were allowed and when we got there we were not allowed to sit at an empty table because a reservation was coming who had called 10-15 minutes before. The manager was unhelpful and didn’t mention to call again 10-15 minutes before to “reserve” a space when we called earlier. I understand wanting to be flexible but clarity on seating and reserving is definitely something they need to make a concrete policy on. We stood for 10 minutes and asked how long until they allowed table holding. The guests they reserved the table for and made such a fuss over never even came. So thankfully were able to move over from the 2 top we agreed to squished into in the meantime. We sit down and I’m trying to feel more positive and then the server was rude the entire time taking our order after taking a while to come over to take our order to begin with. Now to the food, totally ok. The appetizers we got the vesuvio potatoes and brocolli cheddar bites were great. The pizza itself was nothing special by any means, we got a birria specialty stuffed pizza which was extremely underwhelming. The pizza had very little meat in it so the birria flavor was not there under the cheese and tomato sauce. Tacotlan’s birria which is incredible was not done justice with this pizza. Overall, would like to come by to try thin crust pizza or other dishes since the menu is so vast but was sooo put off by the service. Maybe just pick up ???

We had the deep dish pizza birria and was delicious and they give you the consomé !! The flavor combination was amazing and you can BYOB!!!

So unfortunately I'm going to be that guy I been getting food from them a very long time and this time very disappointing the onion rings were soft and mushy and cold all the food was cold no flavor I'm the pasta witch i don't understand soup was good just really cold sorry guys but I moss the old you

Unfortunately this pizza was terrible. Thick undercooked dough, flavorless toppings and too much cheese. We had the garlic lovers and tasted zero garlic. Tasted zero anything.

We saw that Chicago's Pizza offered a Mickey Mouse for children that they could build themselves and decided to take our children so they could have the experience. For our ourselves, we got a deep dish pizza, thin crust pizza, and fried cauliflower. We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of our food, which was very tasty (and we had gone only for the kids' pizza).They're focaccia was superb. Unfortunately, the restaurant sent us Mickey Mouse pizzas that were already made (not made by our kids). Other parents will understand how your dinner experience is affected when you've promised a 5-year-old something all day and then that thing doesn't come to fruition-it ruins your dinner. The staff were nice and accommodating, and they did what they could to help, including bringing out dough balls to make it seem to our kids like they were making the actual pizza. In the end, it worked. However, the dinner was a lot more tense than it should have been feel (and contentious amongst the parents). This is a situation that should've been handled by management. If the place is going to cater to children, there are the sort of things that it must stay on top off. Most parents can overlook a flawed pizza, but not a child crying over dinner.

Tons of Gluten free options. Employees ask if you are GF upon arrival. The death by chocolate cake is literally so rich it might kill you, so savor and save it for later! Bring back the Mexican pizza! The employees are great, knowledgeable and ethical. 10/10

The food was amazing. They give you this bread for a starter that bread is delicious. I had a Turkey Burger and my wife had an Italian Beef she said it was delicious. You have to try them if you have never been.

The pizza here was amazing. We were driving through Chicago and wanted to try some authentic Chicago style pizza. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. They have both thin crust and deep dish. We both had deep dish so I can’t speak to the thin crust. Generous portions and incredibly tasty. I would definitely recommend. If you are going to be close to this joint, take the time to enjoy their delicious pizza.

12/13/21 Pizza excellent! I would have given 5 stars; however, this establishment did not have "to go" cups for fountain sodas nor did they have the deep dish chicago style CHEESE available.

This is the Chicago's Pizza location that you should go to. They always make the pizza as ordered and it's a great pizza. I prefer this one over the Montrose store but Irving Park is hard to get to from my neighborhood.

Great for gluten free pizza. Make sure you get it well done though.

Love this place! It’s by our house and the people are super friendly. It’s great for a full pizza but they also have single slices prepped for a quick drop in. Highly recommend for the deep dish!

Miscommunicated and then asked for the pizza they sent to be given Back in order for us to get the price difference credits back on our account, I didn't travel all the way from Minnesota for my mom's 57th birthday for this nonsense, sounded bitter and made me feel like it was my fault when we just wanted an XL cheese pizza for the kids. Edit: Delivery guy took the heat for them, was very sweet and understanding, my parents always order from here and they love the pizza, sad to say their other staff needs training in customer service (7 years of experience myself) gave them 3 stars instead of one now because it was still ridoculous but he really saved it

My family had ordered food recently from here on Christmas Eve 2023. And I'm not sure about the pizza but definitely DO NOT ORDER THE CHEESY BEEF. I took one bite and INSTANTLY had a HORRIBLE TASTE and it also had A HORRIBLE SMELL TO IT. SO THANKS TO EATING THAT NOW I HAVE FOOD POISONING. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE EVER AGAIN.....

First and last time I order from here. Order a bbq chicken calzone and they mix the tomato sauce and the bbq sauce and just add chicken. Why in the heck would I ever want bbq sauce and tomato sauce mixed together. When someone wants bbq chicken calzone I promise you they do not want it mixed with tomato sauce!!!

Such an amazing experience with My kiddos. When we arrived our pizza was delivered to our table. As a momma of 3 young kiddos it definitely helps to cut the waiting time. Jackie was so friendly and accommodating. Love this location and staff. The wings are amazing!!

Now I know what all the fuss is about Chicago style pizza. This was gas. So good and the cheese pull was nuts. Flavor for days.

Sadly, it seems like a) the restaurant will be closing soon, or b) the owner has become greedy. I came to this conclusion tonight when ordering from their website. On the company’s website I noticed they no longer offer coupons for a free drink or appetizer when you spend a certain amount. On its own, that’s fine. It was a great perk for the past 6+ years. However, now the sandwiches no longer come with fries. You have to order them separately for an additional charge. With tax and processing fee I spent $16.50 for a half lb burger with a gluten-free bun that tasted like a burger from a late-night pizzeria. No condiments, no fries, and no napkins. Either this place is seriously struggling or the owner has become greedy. Simple as that. If anyone is wondering if I used a third party app to order and that’s how this happened, no, I did not. I like to make sure the restaurant gets all of the money and not third parties (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), so I used the restaurant’s website to order. All of my money went to them, but be assured it was the last they’ll ever receive from me.

The pizza and bruschetta was amazing!!! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were on a trip through Chicago back home to MN. Heard great things so decided to try our first Chicago pizza. We were in shock! This is by far the best pizza I have ever had.. period! If you in the area we definitely recommend you stop by!

Pizza tipica de chicago, con una masa bastante contundente y mucho queso, lo mejor, que tienen masa sin gluten de todas sus variedades. El local esta bastante bien, limpio y hay bastante espacio para diafrutar de la comida. Respecto al precio, esta bien, algo caro para ser una pizza pero con la pequeña comen 2 personas bien. Hay 3 tamaños de pizza y para pareja el pequeño es suficiente. El trato fue genial, normal ya que las propinas dependen de este, aun asi, muy atentas las personas encargadas. Respecto al sabor, normal, estaban buenas pero quizas me decantaria por la pizza normal, no la de estilo chicago. Tuvieron un detalle estupendo, ya que las pizzas tardan un poco nos obsequiaron con unos panes (incluido sin gluten) y un poco de aceite de oliva. El sitio hay que probarlo y las tipicas pizzas tambien. Lo recomiendo.

First time in Chicago and just had to have the Chicago style pizza. Found Chicago Pizza and they did not disappoint. Food was awesome. Had Chicago style deep dish pizza, a Greek salad and grilled wings. Jackie was our server and she was great!

Every time I have been there with the sunny hill road trips, I have did a very good deep dish pizzas in the road trips to Chicago.

Great local pizza place! Walked in and the smell of fresh dough met you immediately! Great family owned treasure! The deep dish pizza was amazing! This is what you think Chicago Deep Dish should be! Heritage and love in one little location.

Jackie was our server and she was awesome. Friendly, attentive and thoughtful. This pretty young lady took great care of us. The good was great and very flavorful, large portions and decent prices.

Nice little place . Pizza was good. I went with a friend just to check it out. We've heard good things. Not disappointed. Smal place only about 5 small tables. Service was very good. Hard to see the sign because there's a tree covering the sign . Would definitely go back

I ordered 4 x-large pizzas that are 16” with 36 bbq jumbo wings. I called hours ahead of time for pick up. If the price is a certain amount you have to pay with card over the phone beforehand. The order was ready promptly at the time I said I would pick up. The pizza is delicious.

Not sure if they changed the crust on the stuffed pizza but it was much different. Used to love their pizza. Was definitely not the same this last time.

The service was incredible - they really went above and beyond to accommodate us! The food was fabulous, too! Fresh ingredients and impeccable taste. I have to be gluten free (GF) but the rest of my family isn't. They have GF focaccia bread for starters and have lots of GF options! Both Gf and normal pizzas were delicious. Can't wait to come back and enjoy this again.

2023 02 UPDATE: I continue to go here on a regular basis. I recently had the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich and it was okay. The chicken and sauce was really good. I only question the decision to use a hamburger bun. ORIGINAL: I've now been here a couple of times and ordered the stuffed pizza. It is some of the best I've had. I will continue to go here. Just the right amount of sauce, toppings and cheese. It was cooked just perfectly. The people are always friendly and helpful. I get it uncut, this way it travels much better. I will return! Bicycling: Irving Park Road is not a great street to bike on. Though, there are nearby side streets. I don't remember if there was bike parking. Also, I don't think they have outdoor seating.

Best pizza, pasta and wings! Everything about this place is delicious!! It’s fresh hot food. This was recommended by a local, and it was not disappointing. I got the mango habanero, wasn’t very spicy, the pizza was soo good, got pineapple jalapeños and ham. The pasta is a must try! It was my favorite of all. Definitely try this place.

Pizza was over cooked. Quality is going down. Reply to the owner. it is not fake that quality has dropped. I order many times a month. Your consistent quality has not been there. Being in business for 30 years doesn't make a difference.

I was looking for a tasty, delicious pizza but... Gluten Free... We found this on the search and we decided to give a try to this pizza. And amazingly this pizza was so, so good. People with celiatic this is a good spot to get a fresh, tasty, good looking pizza. You will not be disappointed!!! I do recommend!!

What a neighborhood gem. This small pizza Cafe has space for seating about 15-20 people. It's super cute, the staff was excellent. They anticipated needs and provided for a cozy dining experience. This is my new fave hidden gem when I'm on the north side.
