I recently visited this location and was let down once again by Chick-fil-A. Despite asking twice if I would get extra pickles on my sandwich, it arrived without any pickles. The staff member assured me it was correct, but they clearly didn’t check my order. I was lucky to have checked before heading home, as this isn't the first time I’ve faced this issue—it's happened at other locations too. This consistent problem with missing pickles is frustrating and disappointing. I hope they address this issue and improve their order accuracy.

UPDATE - August 2024 Overall, this is a decent location to visit but Chick Fil A, PLEASE DO BETTER!!! Bought a few breakfast sandwiches. To my surprise, there is a serious difference between a classic Chick-fil-A and Spicy Chicken Biscuit. All of my Spicy Chicken patties were very small and heavily breaded with very little meat. Tasty sandwiches, but awful experience eating the Spicy Chicken Biscuit that is more bread and batter coating than chicken breast.

Food is great but they always mess up your orders when you do pick ups. Make sure you check your bag before you leave/

Rude workers. Service was bad. Will never come here again

This is one of the worst locations I've encountered. I'm from the land of Chickfila, near ATL so I KNOW. I've found something in my vanilla milkshake, the sandwiches are always old - never fresh and crunchy as they should be. The lemonade is watered down with ZERO sugar and what tastes like the lemon juice you buy at the grocery!! The fries are cold and dry. This is after many visits, i.e. variety of times and opportunities for them to re-write their reputation. It didn't happen. Now, I'm writing this review. Drive to the next closest location for your chicken sammy...

Thanks for your amazing customer service. My son wanted a kids meal with ice cream during breakfast hours and they were nice enough to allow it. Thanks so much. Very clean and my son had fun in the play room. My spicy chicken sandwich was good and he enjoyed the 5 piece nugget meal with hash browns and ice cream.

The drive through is really slow

Don't go here if you want a regular size chicken sandwich. They reduced the size of the bun and chicken breast. The sandwich fit in the palm of my 10-year old's hand. The sandwich here is noticeably smaller. I ordered a deluxe. They did not ask me my preference for cheese and then gave me this cold nasty sandwich with American cheese. I am so mad. Never again. Go to the location in Fulton, Maryland City, Columbia, or Hanover. Not here. They're charging you the same price for less food.

Everything was cool, but don’t make me feel rushed when ordering especially when I’m the only person in line. I may look like I come to chick fil a a lot lol but I don’t.. and not 100% sure of what I want. It is what it is. Everyone else was nice though

I've been 3 times because the Mac and Cheese is on fire. I'VE been purchasing a medium but they are putting a small amount in the medium cup VERY DISAPPOINTED

The service here is extremely irritating. I always run into an issue when i come here! I have sat in curbside for nearly 25 minutes waiting for an order only to go in and ask for it to be told they already gave it to me. The general manager and another employee proceeded to speak in Spanish (i speak it too, tyvm, and could understand it all) noting that i was handed my order and when i told them i was not they proceeded to conclude within themselves I was in the wrong spot and thats why i didnt receive it. My car was sitting in the exact spot i entered for my order and was a completely different color and make/model than the cars nearby. Another time, i ordered delivery because Im so fed up with encountering issues, and I was delivered a salad with no nuggets… i ordered nuggets (see label). And the salad was spilling out. Thats disgusting. I spent way too long calling and re calling trying to get through to be told i was goong to be refunded and have yet to receive it. If you work a little slower you wouldnt make these mistakes.

Solid place & my home town location.

I have never been disappointed at any chick- a -fila restaurant. But I have to mention that this store and the employees are the very best. Today I experienced the true meaning of paying it forward. I just want to thank Ms. Dawny for what you did for me and my son today. Best manger I ever met at a fastfood place. I observed her working twice as hard as the other employees. She was taking orders at the store front and the drive through. Thanks your kindness will never be forgotten. Service was great, fast and my food was delicious. The whole premise was clean, I saw employee Ashley cleaning the floor and table as soon as the customers left and mopped the floor routinely. Shout out to the whole staff for work cohesively, efficient, professional and helpful.

The order is fulfilled with care

In and out quickly with hot food! My only disappointment is the french fry containers are not always filled to the top. I like the spicy chicken better than the regular.

First time at this location. The staff handled the evening rush with ease and still provided the high level of customer service the brand is known for!

It is Chick-fil-A. People wait in double drive-in lines to get this food for a reason. The employees are friendly and the stores are clean.

For one I love Chick fil a. Who doesn’t? Anyways today was my first day of using their delivery instead of DoorDash and I don’t like DoorDash hate but again Chick fil a for the win ok. I called they answered. I double checked my order because it was me trying something new on the horrible summer diet I’m on but they told me no that’s not correct and sent the right one to me no complaints no arguing. This just made my night cause I don’t feel well and they could have just gave me the refund. Justin thank you and to the lady who answered thank you. When I opened my bag up I smiled. That’s what it’s about.

Unfortunately, Chick-fil-A is starting to lose their touch. The interpersonal, yet professional experience that marked this store is definitely waning away each day. It was inevitable, across businesses, worldwide, especially if and when the employees don’t feel like they love their job. That feeling makes its way out to the customers, this sense of discontent and unsatisfaction. The fake, smiling, the lack of eye contact, the implicit treatment that I’m just a number, that I’m just a body, nothing special about the experience, and sometimes the food isn’t even done right, on more than one occasion I have found in my lemonade, hair, dead ants and a broken fingernail too. There have been times where the employees to distract themselves over do the fun in their environment INAPPROPRIATELY in an attempt to stay motivated, I’ve heard a ton of horseplay in the background which has made it difficult for me to share my order, and in the midst of me trying to get to the drive-through person and sometimes I have gotten disrespectful tones and just straight up bad attitudes from ppl….chick fil a used to be the standard for quality customer service and great food, now I’m better off at SHAKE SHACK of all places and Mexican restaurants and food chains like POLLO CAMPERO, Chick-fil-A’s definitely starting to lose their touch, and this store isn’t the only one, I don’t know what you guys are gonna do, because the sentiment of the “my pleasure“ needs to be addressed because at this point it comes off as fake.

I ordered delivery, it came on time, cold food, the potatoes I ordered were large and the box was literally half full of potatoes and they didn't have any salt.

Daves hot chicken is much better

It's Chick Fil A, what else do you expect? If you write any bad reviews for a place like Chick Fil A, then there's something wrong with you. Any bad reviews would cover their cleanliness and food delivery/prep. Don't expect a 5 star restaurant treatment, plus they pay their workers minimum wage. Give them a break.

Every Chick-fil-a I've been to has been highly efficient and highly satisfying from the employee interactions to the delectable food!

We went through the drive through and it moved pretty quickly as chick fil a usually does anywhere we go. But the young lady taking orders didn't really seem to want to be bothered. Other than that,great job as always. We're from Ohio,so it's always nice to find a chick fil a when we travel.

When im in Laurel, I always go to this Chick-fil-A restaurant. It's fast and really tasty, the service is super nice and I didn't have any problem there. I recommend, no question.

Everything was good except the price. Lunch for 2 cost $35 for grilled chicken nuggets, fruit cup, small fries and 2 diet cokes. Too much money for fast food. Don't think I'll be going back.

Chicken sandwich was totally dry

I have never only given Chic-fil-A a 4 star rating; however, I was a little disappointed with the mac & cheese here. Don't get me wrong, it was still good, but there was no baked topping, and I, like many Chic-fil-A customers, look forward to the crispy cheese on top.. 😉

Stopped in late on a busy night, always amazed how fast they can serve

So I went to your establishment today and ordered a Cobb salad and it was horrible. By the way this is my second time ordering this type of salad from this establishment and both times it's been less than desirable.

It was crowded but the staff moved the line very quickly.

I often order the breakfast chicken burrito at other locations. Today was my first time ordering it at the Vista garden location. The burrito is really salty and tastes over seasoned. Not sure why that is at this location.

Friendly environment and great food

This the only Chick-fil-A that consistently forgets items you ordered. Two times in a row my meal did not come with fries. First time okay cool but twice now is crazy fora Chick-fil-A. Acting like burger king bro do better. How you remember the sauces but not the fries.

I write to express my Dissatisfaction over the service I receive from the supposed operation manager named ABIGAIL. she was very unprofessional, Rude and lack manners to operate a business. I place an order and no one told me that my other was a lunch order, haven waited a while for 25minute i kindly asked what’s going on with my Order and ABIGAIL said sir if you can’t wait get a Refund in a manner that other people who were About to order walked out immediately . I wonder how someone like ABIGAIL, who was supposed to generate income for the Business is Rather pulling down sales for the OWNER. Please watch out for her. Other staff were very kinds.

I write this with a heavy heart, I love Chic fil a service, didn't think I'll ever have to say this, but today this location had me waiting 15 minutes for a online ordered shake. I had to call inside the store to get order out. To top it all off the shake wasn't nearly as good as what I was expecting. Last time at this location

Usual good experience with chick fil a. Only thing that lacked was it did take a while for them to acknowledge us and take our order.

Feel like it’s a decent bit more expensive than you’d expect. Not someplace you want to get coffee from, very small.

I should have read the reviews they’re correct. I asked for a large fries and got a small or medium fries. They didn’t fill my fires up but charged me. Also I waited a really long time. Plus when my order was being taken it wasn’t the warm Chik-fil-A vibe. Even the person I was on the phone with could hear. All the food was over cooked and dry. The fries had absolutely no salt. I’ve rarely had an overcooked chicken sandwich from here. I will drive further away next time for another Chick-fil-A. I feel cheated.

It is because the sprite that I pick it was only water with ice.

The atmosphere is pretty stale but the customer service and food overshadows this minor setback.

It was good. They need to make grilled chicken without so much seasoning. I shared with my 🐕. They loved it, but the seasoning has ingredients that may be harmful to them. It is next to Petsmart where my dogs had been all day and Petsmart does not feed the dogs and I lived 10 minutes away and wanted them to get some food and water. So I was happy to feed my dogs.

HERE WE GO AGAIN. SMALL FRIES WITH 6 fries in them. Tiny pieces of DO NOT COME TO THIS CHICK FILA. U WILL GET SHORTED ON YOUR FRIES AND THEY WILL THROW SAUCE PACKS INTO YOUR FRIES BOX AFTER TOUCHING IT WITH THEIR HANDS. THIS IS THE 5TH TIME I GOT MY FRIES HALF EMPTY. IF U LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS. Chick-fil-a charged a 10 cent fee for take out order. Inside the plastic bag was a paper bag that was large enough to hold the entire order. They did NOT ask me if I wanted a bag. A sign says you can't use your own bag. Be forewarned. Restaurants are supposed to be exempt from the bag ban for take out. At the least they should ask if the customer wants to pay for a bag.

I visit this place in Jan 17, 2024. The line was so long that the manager had an attitude. I will never spend my money there.

I would like to know if i was not going to get full fries, why would you sell Large option? I do not accept this. 40cent is 40cent. If it was not a lot, you would not charge people for this. You guys have to do something about it. ( I went there again and I got 2 meals. Look at the fries. This location is suck)

The ladies who work in the drive thru have very friendly and responsive service. This place is directly on my way back from work, so it's always nice to have a pleasant place to grab a bite. The times that I actually go inside the restaurant are great as well. Very well managed group of individuals.

the curbside orders in the app will say “team member is on the way” but that could mean 10+ more minutes of waiting or it could mean two minutes or twenty, its always different and theres no way to tell. the food is always hot, and the spicy chicken biscuit is the best!

Total disappointment. Chicken nuggets fingernails sized, dry small burgers, greedy on sauce. The most disgusting coffee we ever had in lives.

I ordered through the drive through. The manager asked me to confirm my order, which I did. Only to receive the wrong items. I then spent 20 minutes trying to reach the store, to reach a resolution, but no one answered and the was no answering service. I am extremely disappointed with the food and lack of service.

This chick fil a is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Ms. Dawny & a girl that has dark eyebrows and another girl at the register just stood there and didn’t say anything. I CAME BACK INSIDE to inform Dawny about my fries and she didn’t apologize, nor did was she friendly. She pretty much looked like she was over her job. She had on a black shirt, so I’m assuming she was the manager. She’s just as unprofessional as the girls standing at the register talking amongst themselves. I’m never returning back to this location and I live near. I hate it. Save your money and go to the one that’s 10mins away

My kids love to come where. They love their chicken nuggets and they also love to play. But last time we went there was when they had the Halloween event and my kids ended up getting sick. I’m not sure if it was because there was a lot of sick people there coughing and stuff . But I don’t think I will be going back for awhile. The food is okay. It’s always crowded because everyone brings theirs kids here to the play area since this is like the only one in the area who has a play area

As a business owner my time is very valuable and this location has no appreciation for my time. I ordered food for my team through the app. Placed a call which was not answered and when I arrived to the location the manager was extremely rude. After telling me how busy he is for two minutes he finally offered my an apology for the wait. I was additionally offered to not do business with them in order to resolve the issue. This is the worse experience I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. This will be my last order for my team and I’m super disappointed. Bad job Laurel location!

Came in the drive through between 2:30pm and 3:00. I had a bad experience with the person taking my order The manager Art ( not sure if im spelling his name right or not ) took my order right nex to my car. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or if he has a bad temper in general but this man should be put back in the kitchen instead of dealing with customers. He is very rude when talking to the customer and rushes you to take your order and move you out of the line in a rude manner. Food is great.

Went to the drive thru and the person who took my order messed up my order I ordered a large grilled chicken sandwich meal but only received a large lemonade with a MEDIUM FRY . I also had to ask for the honey roasted bbq that usually comes with this sandwich when I went to the meal delivery zone.Also I did not receive receipt as that showed my order details. This is my 2nd time coming to this specific location and I will not be back. The first time I came to this location you messed up my order as well.

It is a shame they seem to be challenged getting orders correct. They add things that you specifically ask "not" to put in your order. They act like robots. Salads (Cobb) are an excellent value.

Wife and I got 2 egg white chicken sandwiches a d potato rounds.. And there were 3 hairs baked into the melted cheese. :(

Considering the infamous Chick-fil-A drive-thru lines, this location doesn't take as long as others. Even so, I typically run in to place my order and pick up my food. They're quick, friendly, and generous with the sauces!

This location is a standout. Their Tea is awesome, their managers and staff are attentive - even with new staff they always train them right. Their system works well for ordering and pickup (inside or out). They remember me and what I order for my son (food allergies). Almost never have an order through drive through incorrect... once in last year and I'm there weekly.

In and out, got a burnt chicken sandwich, the crispy was taken too far.

Chicken a tad bit salty but always fresh. The salads are always great. Customer service use to be on point but they're scaling back, maybe people are tired or just unhappy. The most important the team does say thank you.

Food tastes better and healthier

The traffic is ridiculous and you have to drive around the whole restaurant just to get on the drive through line and the parking lot is small and narrow. I received the wrong order and no straw with my son's apple juice which resulted in a melt down. The person bringing out my order seemed untrained and unprofessional. No apology. Don't recommend this location.
