Aside from it being super chilly, the atmosphere here was pleasant. There was a mix up with our food and it went to the wrong person (things happen, we’re understanding), but the servers were quick to fix it. Will say that food in general took a bit to come out but bas d on the excellent quality of the food, it was well worth the wait! Highly recommend!!! And the manager brought out two coupons for next time, but honestly I’d come back either way. I stayed away from this place for years, but I’m glad I came back. Thank you to the staff for being honest and for trying to rectify it in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience at Nando's Peri-Peri in Laurel, MD, thanks to the excellent service provided by the team. Manager Tatiana is exceptional—she is incredibly polite, hospitable, and always ensures that any issue is addressed promptly. If there's a problem, she makes it right, which speaks volumes about her commitment to customer satisfaction. Tatiana takes the time to go over the menu with guests, helping them make the best choices for their meal. Devon, who I believe is a manager or supervisor, also deserves praise. He is great at his job, bringing a positive and welcoming energy to the restaurant. His professionalism and friendly demeanor make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Another standout is Kevin, a young associate who impresses with his politeness, courtesy, and friendliness. Despite his age, Kevin already shows strong leadership qualities. He regularly checks in with guests to ensure they have everything they need and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and satisfied. On a less positive note, my experience with Sean's service was disappointing. I had an issue, and unfortunately, he never got back to me or kept his word to make things right. Despite his promise to call me back, I never received any follow-up, which was quite frustrating. Overall, Nando's Peri-Peri in Laurel has a fantastic team that excels in customer service, led by Tatiana and Devon, with rising stars like Kevin. However, there is room for improvement in communication and follow-through based on my experience with Sean.

Great opening experience. I actually came too early. haha. Great service the associate was very knowledable about the menu and gave great recommendations and directions to the sauces without asking. My 1st time trying the naughty natas. I wonder how it will be.

Good but there was a hair wrapped on my chicken in the bowl i ordered for delivery. I'd ordered before and never had issues. They need to make sure employees wear hairnets. I threw it out immediately & requested a refund. Gotta try harder Laurel!!!

I want to thank Sean the manager. I received the wrong item which was disappointing but after speaking with Sean I was still very happy with my experience. He was able to fix the issue immediately and even offered me a free flavored lemonade which I really appreciated. I really enjoy the food at Nandos and I am really happy about how professional and helpful Sean the manager is.

Nando's once again impressed us with their exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and promptly escorted to our seats by the management and staff. Throughout the meal, everyone was pleasant and made sure to check in on us, enhancing our dining experience. As expected, the food and flavors at Nando's remained consistent and delicious, just like at their other locations. However, this visit was special because we decided to try their wine offerings for the first time. The sangria was delightful, and the management went above and beyond by offering a seasonal specialty sangria as a courtesy. While the white seasonal sangria was flavorful and delicious, the red sangria still stood out as our favorite. Overall, Nando's continues to be a great restaurant, and I would definitely recommend coming here for both the food and the outstanding customer service.

1st discovered Nandos in the U.K., was floored with glee when they opened in the U.S. I only wish they would come to the west coast. An absolutely unique "cultural" dinning experience. They ARE the best at what they do.

Peri Peri always holds themselves to high standards and this location may be the best I've had yet. I ordered the Honey Garlic Chicken Sandwich meal, as I always do. All the food was made fresh, looked and tasted amazing. Inside the restaurant was quiet and very clean. I will definitely be back!

The food is good, like every Nandos. They get busy and can make mistakes. I ordered take out, and waited, but they lost my ticket and forgot to make my meal. However, they were very apologetic and professional and made my meal right away

Took my mom to Nando's for the first time who was in town. I don't like this new style of service. That Nando's does, but the food was very good.

There is a young lady that works here that is very rude and she stole money from my brother. We had a witness. She vehemently denied it and the manager refused to check the cameras. If this is the type of place they are running I will never be back here.

When me and my family ordered for takeout it took a good 20 minutes for our food to come out and the worst of it was the service this one worker who was there took our $20 bill that was on the ground she stole it from a kid not only that after getting our food when we were leaving they were laughing and talking bad about us not only that when we told the manager he did nothing about it like this was a everyday thing and he allows them to do what they want I hope you know the truth about this restaurant

What happened was there was particules in the fork no joke and there could’ve been in someone’s mouth and they did not wash it and if we don’t notice somebody would’ve picked up the fork and ate that’s spreading saliva and can cause diseases2: I think they really pounded the flower in the lavender lemonade because it tasted like lavender and it taste like detergent and made my through dry

I never heard of this place until 2 of my sisters said "let's go eat at Nando's. I don't even know what to recommend because everything was so good. And when I say everything I MEAN EVERYTHING! None of us ordered the same thing so there was a large variety on the table to pick from.

Food is great, the dine in area is beautiful, and the employees are friendly. The only thing keeping it from being a five stars in my eyes is the prices. You're looking at $20-30 per person and that isn't including if you buy any alcohol or dessert. For that kind of money I wish it was at least full service and I didn't have to get my own drinks, silverware, napkins, and sauces. I like Nando's but for me it's a place I only visit 2 or 3 times a year.

I was here last night at around 9pm. Obviously I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of my food :)) I had the chicken "Burger" and trusted them on that one. I liked it. It was worth the try! My boyfriend ordered 1/2 chicken with 2 sides. I tried that and I really liked it!

I dont come here often but when I most recently came to order take out, a women named Oumie helped me. She was pleasant, informative and most importantly very kind and welcoming. The food was great I got liver and mashed potatoes and I must say it is way better than the Wheaton Mall, Wheaton Maryland location I'm used to going to. Laurel is where I live and I will now come to this location only in hopes they keep up the quality and customer service. Tip: get the app do you can gain points and save some money.

The salad and chicken was delightful and fresh.

A shell of its former self. The grilled cheese is half the size it was. The lemon pepper chicken vaguely tasted of lemon I don't think it was marinated right. The avocado was brown. The veggies on the hummus platter were half the volume they used to be.

We experienced a promotional feast, which was pretty incredible. We sampled much of their menu. Great service. Great food.

It was good this time around and was not overcooked as usual.

Do not come in after 8pm for dinner. Every time they run out of chicken. Customer service and food are horrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Pesimo servicio dudamos 40 minutos en linea porq la cajera estaba con 1 solo cliente la manager solo miraba y se hacia la loca cuando llego nuestro turno lo primero q nos dice q si queremos ordenar porq tiniam9s q esperar 35 mas no entiendo como tienen una manager tan poco eficiente para un restaurante que se merese mejor atención al cliente por años hemos benido y es la primera vez q nos encontramos con un manager que realmente se nota que no le importa el servicio al cliente.

Waited almost 30 minutes for an order of wings. When asked what was going on I was told that wings were not ready and that there was about a 5 minute wait left. I asked why this was not communicated before we paid or even after we had been waiting and a response could not be given. Told by the manager that we would be compensated with extra wings in our order. Food did not come until about another 15 minutes later, with no extra wings. Lack of communication, dishonest, and all in all waited from 8:48 -9:30

My party thought the food was fairly good. We went for lunch, and the portions are great for a small meal with some leftovers. I liked that they had hearty bowls and salads. The lemonades were lacking in flavor, especially for the price. I also didn't like that the online order system they have makes you check out several times if you want other things along the way. So you are better off ordering everything you think you'll want right from the start. I got the peri peri chicken bowl. I wish I would have done chicken breast instead of thighs. My friend got a salad, I don't remember which one. She really enjoyed it. My husband got the peri Mac and cheese, which was good. If I go back, I'll be ordering that.

We enjoy the food but service is terrible, you get neglected but the tip feature is still on the app. Listen all you have to do is ask if anyone wants extra plates, extra napkins, and make sure you have enough cups/forks/knives for everyone at table while they wait so they don't keep bothering you... bare minimum. Second time going and lack of effort noticed both times. Manager was nice enough to check on us though. I always tip but it's sad that care effort is not there with some staff even when it's not crowded. Just let everyone order only at counter then.

Food was ready even before we order..! Soft drink was horrible. Tables were so sticky...

I went in and ordered. Literally no other customers there. The cashier couldn’t understand what I was saying a few times. The music was so loud. I ordered mashed potatoes and got corn instead (she indeed rang up corn) not sure how you heard corn but no biggie. The chicken wings were so flavorless and pale. I checked the label it said MeDiUm hot but these had no flavors I guess I need to put the dang sauce on myself. Nandos used to be banging and now I see why it’s dead inside. I tipped $3 now I regret it. The coleslaw was warm but had good flavor. The soda machine is wack. I tried coke and it was off. Then I went with sprite it tasted off too. Like clean the machine or calibrate it. The drinks tasted awful.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal, from the manager, cashier/wait staff, I’ve never been to this location before but it won’t be the last, my food was delicious and fresh, will certainly return soon.

My friend and I ordered a large catering order for +20 people. Food and service were 5 stars. Food was seasoned well, fresh and packaged very neatly. The corn and mashed potatoes are always must orders. Highly recommend catering here. Price wise it was definitely reasonable and flavors were on point

Can't review the food since we didn't get any. Me and the GF were checking out the shopping center and saw this place. We had wanted to try it to see if it was any good so we could decide if we wanted to buy the sauce from Costco. We walked in to a mostly empty restaurant. It looked pretty clean. We were directed to a table and when we asked for menus were told to scan the QR code. First of all they wipe everything down with a wet rag and dont bother drying anything. Our table and seats were wet enough that it soaked through our clothes. So now we both feel disgusting. At that point we both were talking about leaving, but decided we were already wet and to stay. We did the QR code and were taken to the website menu. We are both in our late 40's and wear glasses, so trying to look at a menu full of food you don't know is a daunting task to say the least. We both looked at each other and just got up and left.

The young woman that waited on us was kind and patient and when we were finished with our meal, another young woman came and took our plates as the first young woman brought our dessert to our table. Very clean restaurant, good food, and excellent service.

Although food is great. Customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant has fallen badly. I invite you to glance the unisex restrooms. That’s what you see, imagine what you don’t see. I uploaded pictures of the cleanliness of the restrooms and another restroom full of trash. The service is bad. They serve you as they are doing you a favor. I had the wrong plate, the waiter walking lost interrupting customers of other orders , and I had to fight to prove that my ordered included a drink. After this, you expect me to come back?

This place was top notch on my places for a quick eat. The manager acted as if this was FINE DINNING. He walked around checked in on customers and welcomed each patron upon entry. The staff was on point. The store was prestige. Oh and the bathroom was clean and smelled of cleaner, stocked with toiletries. Please stop in this location.

Went very early for happy hour. The specials are pretty good even though the way they’re advertised is a little misleading. One of the cashiers, servers was a bit new and muffled the order but was very nice. The drinks were great, especially for the price. The food, as always, is exceptional although the Thigh & Mighty sandwich was a little underwhelming and the item approximating mozzarella sticks was a dense mess. Still, can’t beat the prices. $5 cocktails and wings. Yep, we’ll be back.

They canceled my delivery order twice I called the rest to figure out why and the manager Chris was nothing but very rude and un professional instead of him trying to figure out what happened his response was so very unprofessional. I asked why the order was cancelled and he has said that I pressed the wrong choice and I had said to him I have confirmation for food delivery not pick up. He said it wasn’t his fault I choose the wrong option and that he can’t personally delivery it. And that’s DoorDash problem. My response was that he had no reason to talk to me that way he and he was very unprofessional. I told him I never asked him to come deliver it personally n that I was never rude for him to respond the way that he did. He hung up on me n I had to call them back to refund my money he got rude again didn’t apologize for anything . I will never order from here again

Nando has a very precise flavor palet that takes your taste buds to a spicy place you will want to visit over and over again. The parking situation here is busy and parking along the curb can be difficult (the center is busy) but the walk is short and safe. This restaurant has really nice interior finishes and the rest room is very clean and private. The menu is mostly accessible online. This can be intimidating if you’re not familiar with using your phone to browse for lunch items. I placed my order at the counter and it was delivered to me in a flash. Again, this place is about the sauce and the savory spices. Love this place.

I am so disappointed with this store. I ordered my food online and the order was delivered incomplete. I came in to the store after I complained about my order not delivered completely and I was told I can come and pick up the rest of the order. The store manager was so rude and was so unapologetic about not having my order delivered completely. He put me on hold and was busy attending to other customers. When approached, he acted so unprofessional and so rude. He is not fit to be a store manager at all. I am a regular customer of this store and I don't know if I will come back here again!!!!!!!

Very overpriced the chicken are very thin for the price as well as the fries fir price is very small portions, they do have the best sauces. But lack in quantity for the prices.

I’m giving a star just for the service the cashier gave. I’ve heard about this nandos in particular about how good is not always cooked. And when I order my 12 piece wings with 2 sides which was extremely expensive for the quality of food received. I was so disappointed chicken wings red and undercooked. I asked for Mango Lime sauce and it was barely any sauce. It’s like the never got a better chef or what ever cooking guidelines they are following will make someone sick. I shouldn’t have to ask for my chicken to be well done. And I order French fries and coleslaw. The fries were so soggy and cold my job is 5 minutes away and the fries were completely limp. Laurel Nandos quality of food is poor. The cashier or host that assisted me was friendly.

One of my favorite locations in one of my favorite chains. Service has always been good- even when a DoorDasher stole my sister's order. Never had a complaint with this store. Peri-Peri chicken is flavorful with a kick of spice, but they offer some options with less spice (never no spice, but they have options to almost neutralize all spice). This has worked well for us, as we can eat out with dad (who doesn't do spicy) and the rest of us (who like varying degrees of spice). Dining area is well kept, and they have some nice outdoor seating available if the weather permits.

Just had dinner today here! Disappointed services! Wrong food given! Asked coleslaw gave something like salad! They were not listening what we asked and were providing wrong food, someone else’s food! Very disappointed especially we love the laurel areas but didn’t realize this Nando’s is a bad one!

Ordered Nando's via door dash and wanted a substitution for a topping and door dash would not allow special instructions so I called the Laurel location and spoke with a lady name Marissa and she was beyond amazing and very helpful not only did she take my info down but went out her way to let the kitchen know what I wanted done and also took her time to tell me the fountain drink options since door dash doesn't tell you. with a great phone experience I will definitely go take a visit to the actual restaurant for a dine in experience.

Lame location. Ordered a whole meal via Doordash. They call me 15 minutes later to tell me they don't have fries. Of all things, how don't you have fries. Whoever orders the food for this location should be suspended for a day. I just canceled my whole order. Terrible!

Okay I don't know what is happening. I usually love Nandos and I usually go to the arundel mills one. However, I been here before too. .. never going back to the laurel one ever again. Food had absolutely no flavor. I literally just finished 3 bites. Rice no flavor, no flavor, chicken bland, the only thing that had its usual flavor was the hummus. I'm not sure if the chef was asleep or mad at someone or they got new workers , whatever the case, this food is freaking horrible and tasteless. Back to arundel mills I go never laurel again.

This is a nice place to calm down with varieties of food and different beverage drinks. I enjoyed my family dinner outing at this place and I shall definitely return with friends and family. I surely recommend this place for everyone. Thanks

Pleasantry is nice, but one transaction doesn’t need to take 4+ minutes because smiling supposedly sells more. I really don’t see why the wait should be that long. Makes a lot more sense to be mindful of the line.

This location has obviously hired a fair amount of new employees and their lack of hospitality and subpar service etiquette just makes me never want to return. One girl in particular will just tell you “They’re working on it” and disappear followed by someone else calling out the order almost 12 minutes later. So unprofessional. I value my time highly. The least this location can do is respect my time with fair time estimates instead of a general statement to cover their butts when things are running slow.

Love coming to Nando’s alway great hospitality!!! Just a minor issue with guest children playing with the soda machine. Trying to taste all of the flavors, dumping it back (not sanitary after all this virus going around) Glad a employee was able to get the kids to stop.

For some reason they are essentially against you ordering anyway but through your phone. The server didn't help and the cashier didn't seem to want too either. The chicken was good and the sauces were as well.

Unfortunately we came to this Nandos in Laurel. My husband ordered the chicken livers and he got food poisoning. He was sick for two days.

Never again, the driver just dropped the food on our front door without even ringing the doorbell to let me know they had delivered the food! The food was awful and portion sizes was ridiculously small, that I feel robbed of $50! I ordered 20 chicken wings, they were way under cooked, they were so small and tasted almost bitter and were dried. The fries were soggy and salty. The corn and squash was so watery and way too spicy, there should have been a warning in the menu about how spicy this dish was! I had to take it off my children's plate! My children love chicken, they both left the chicken on their plate. The pita wrap I ordered for nearly $15, was filled with way more greens than chicken! I spent nearly $50 and we all pretty much went to bed hungry! I don't know how this place stays in business

Fantastic portion of hummus. Really excellent food, pick anything with chicken in it for a winner. If you have something like a wrap or sandwich your food can come out in under 8 minutes. I really love the drums. Not a big fan of ordering with a website but it's an option, you can also order the normal way.

Nando's chicken it's not same like used be I don't you have new ppl they don't how grill Nando's chicken it was Disgusting chicken was not well done Didn't have no flavors just plan chicken. Please do better Cause you wasting people's money 💰
