ordered a burger and specified to them i didn’t want pickles because i was allergic and what do they do? add double the pickles to the sandwich and when they made my new one they took over 40 mins to make it, won’t be back again!

Adding on to a previous review because I don’t know how else to reach out to you guys. Y’all killed it today. You all deserve a huge pat on the back for exceptional service during a time that you guys were bombarded and so busy. Coming from a hospitality background I can totally appreciate and respect when I see people working hard. You guys were unbelievably busy and not a single person was standing still every single one of you was hustling every single one of you had a smile on your face every single one of you was polite and understanding. I think even for the most part… There’s always an exception… Your customers were also understanding. Did it take me 20 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich? Yes, was I late for work, yes… however I also opted to stay and wait. My food was hot. My food was fresh and I got my Chick-fil-A fix. Thanks for doing a great job, especially under extreme circumstances bravo! Quality as expected Service was fast and courteous

My wife went an picked up lunch today for our family, they forgot my child's chx fingers. We all got overcooked fries mainly broken particles not 1 good fry I could eat. Pimento cheese sandwich was watery. Truly disgusting. Not 1 car was behind us in line at 10.30 . No excuse for the price we paid. Below sub par. Will not return

07/20/24 went through drive thru around 2pm and there was someone in front of me holding up the lane I was in. At least 20 cars passed me in the other lane. I don’t know why the employees can’t make the difficult customers pull out of the way. There’s no pulling off for me when I’m locked in the inside lane so I’m just stuck for 15+ minutes so the idiot in front of me could be heavily catered to. To make things even better, got back to the office to eat and I don’t know if the chicken was overcooked or if this is the lab chicken, fries were flimsy. I don’t think I’m coming back.

There is no place better! Food, service and swiftness in the drive through, they do it ALL better than anyone else.

UPDATE: the manager reached out and made it right.....thank you chick fil a ....Went and got lunch today although I've never had bad food there ever today was different the wrap was disgusting the lettuce was wilted and black and the wrap had a bitter taste thru the whole thing away. Everything thing else was good but when u spend 40.00 for fast food you expect everything to be good

Only one on the Westside that has a playground it seems. They had so many people working the counter and helping customers on the floor. It worked out wonderfully.

My daughter actually works at one that is mainly all workers her age, pretty much 15-20yrs old and the service and food is always phenomenal. So for this location to have more seasoned workers, I was quite surprised at the extreme lack of organization. The food quality, the time it took to get the food, and lack of attention I received at this specific location due to them conversing instead, w it being in Mandarin wasn't what I'd ever have expected. I honestly will probably not be back to this specific location. I try not to leave negative reviews, but I also know that Chick-fil-A tries to live up to an extremely high standard, and today, it was just not there. Everything was cold; from my fries, to my sandwich, and I had two pieces of ice cold cheese hanging off the side of my sandwich. Definitely not the quality that I've ever received from an order at Chick-fil-A.

This location needs a deep clean, I pulled up to the drive thru doors for my food and got to smell the inside of a dumpster sour rot smell until I received my food. The team was friendly and honestly have no complaints but the smell, it was just sickening, it overwhelmed the smell of the food and it was just disheartening to think these poor employees have been around it long enough not to seem bothered by it, certainly not good for their health.

I haven't eaten at a Chick-fil-A in years, and I've never eaten inside of one, but the experience was great. The place was clean, the employees taking my order were extremely polite and there were at least two employees always walking around the dining room to pickup trays as people were done eating or clean the tables as people left. They were extremely polite. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This Chick-fil-A is a go-to for me and my family. As with any fast food chain, there will be mistakes such as missing ingredients or a wrong order or something missing. However, they are more than happy to fix their mistake with an apology and a smile. Their food is always hot and delicious and served by friendly employees. Thank you to all the employees who make the customer experience a happy one.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal..an my drink the sprite was out but the food was fresh.

Wasn’t my order however i just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Tony for sprinting in 94 degree heat to a vehicle pulling out of the lot to provide the rest of their order. I was so amazed to watch him do so- with a smile on his face the entire time- and proceed to wish the customer with a blessed day. After i went through the drive through he provided me my order with the same smile and kindness. Everyone here is always so wonderful and kind even throughout the hottest part of the seasons but truly just wanted to take a moment to recognize Tony for going above and beyond!!!

We visited this place as a family and it was dirty with the floors and the entrance all dirty with soda and some sticky tables and it didn't look pleasant. The food was not hot. I don't recommend it.

Most Chick-fil-A have nice workers but these workers are extremely nice and efficient! I have never had to wait long no matter how many cars they had.

This is by far my favorite location, but every once in awhile when I’m there and doing a delivery, a few of the associates have a tendency of ignoring me and it takes a few more mins for someone to actually ask who I’m picking up for. Overall, great location.

The chicken was flat and over fried. This was in a different state than I normally eat. I had other orders with everyone satisfied. I did not eat that sandwich!! The staff was wonderful!!

This is one of the best run and best staffed CFA in the entire company!! Hope D. made sure that my entire family of 15 was well taken care of! In fact, the staff took time to sing Happy Birthday to my 6 year old great niece--along with a present and an ice cream sundae!! This is the 'go-to' CFA in Jacksonville!!!

Always busy but never a long wait. Staff is helpful and your order is always right the first time.

3.13.2024 My 7yr old son loved this location. He loved the atmosphere, the food, the playground... and the friends he made. This after school outing was one of his favorite treats until, March 13, 2024 when an older female employee approached him and said "you're too big to play on the slide..." First and foremost, YOU DO NOT approach another persons child without permission especially when they are not doing anything wrong. If there was a problem, she SHOULD have spoke with his grandfather. Had I been there, you would have been slapped in the face. You better be glady dad will not describe you to me. My son is the nicest and most humble child. The sadness in his eyes make me want to rip your face off!!!!!!!!! I hope management encourage you to think twice before you approach another person's child.... 😠 My son and my dad visit this location wkly... they will never support this location again. All my days loving chick fil a, I've NEVER had a bad order, service was always wonderful, and our food was always fresh... approaching my child in this manner is the worse way to mess up...

Chick-fil-a is my go to spot when I want a fast friendly meal. You can always count on top notch customer service, a clean restaurant and of course amazing food.

This Chick-fil-A experience was pretty good, we ordered our food and it came out quickly and hot. The staff working here are always very friendly and polite. My grilled nuggets were perfectly done and everyone enjoyed their meals.

I have tried this place all over the southeast. While it used to have better chicken than now. But the stale bread, over done Chicken, as BEST the fries and even those have become 1/2 crunchy and 1/2 mushy. When I asked for a re-doc I was met with attitude. And another order even worse than the prior! When I went back up, for the 3rd time, I just couldn’t take waiting for the employees gossip, roll of the eyes, and above atmosphere brought by the building, food, and people working there.

Drive thru is always quick and the food is always right. Good from all working there.

The food is in the top 5 for all fast food restaurants.

Jax zoo is a must see. I come here at least once a year.

I've been to Chick-fil-A more times than I can count and the customer service is always impeccable. Until today, we picked up an order and it was missing items and the food was cold. They remade it but a manager told us it was on us that it was cold and they typically wouldn't remake it. I work as a manager in another restaurant chain and I would NEVER tell my customer it was on them for the food being cold and the order missing items. He even went as far as talking food costs with us. Yes, he remade it and got us the items but it wasn't the same warm and fuzzy customer service you expect from chick-fil-a. We just won't return to this location. Maybe invest in different bags or shelf to keep the food warm?

My family and I didn’t realize their dining room closed at 9 (our fault), and we had been out and about looking at Christmas lights and needed something to eat. My mom and I needed to use the restroom and my poor mom was suffering. We walked up to the door and pulled the handle, it was locked, but the manager kindly came out and apologized. I don’t know what prompted him to do so, but he offered to let us use their restroom. He didn’t have to, and I certainly didn’t expect him to, but he did. We used the restroom as quickly as we could, and then went around the drive thru to get our food, and then left. Our food was delicious, and we got it very quickly, but what impressed me was the manager. I don’t know who it was, and he didn’t know that my mom is suffering through cancer and that she needs to visit the bathroom more frequently than most, be either way he let us in. His kindness was the icing on the already sweet evening we were all having. Thank you, who ever it was that night! You really didn’t have to let us in at all, it was very gracious.

I wrote this two years ago. It’s still true. CHECK YOUR BAG IMMEDIATELY. I am not happy to have to type this; but I am completely giving up on this CFA location. Good luck to those of you who make the sad decision to visit this drive through. I forget each time. And then, one of my kids asks for Chick Fil A and I say “I’d be happy to get that for you”. I sit in the drive though line-which is always, only, ever slow-and then, once the order is handed to me, I drive away. I get home and I hear “where’s the _____ I ordered?” Thankfully, there have been several times when I’ve realized what happened, parked my car, and walked back inside to get them to fix it. Tonight, December 4th, 2020, I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes. I’d ordered a peppermint shake. I was delivered a strawberry shake and had to go back inside to get it corrected.

November 2023. Never ever have We had a bad experience at any location and this one is one of the best. We have been to this location on San Jose several times and it has been busy busy busy. With all of that plus construction they managed to offer every customer excellent service and food. We ordered the soup 🍲 as well as Kids meal and # 1 delivered to our table. Kids play area was also clean and well taken care of. If you desire a Chicken sandwich this is your place.

Great service. The Chick-til-A One app was malfunctioning which of course was not this locations fault. Luke who took my order as well as the manager on outside expo were very friendly and helpful in dealing with the buggy app situation.

They need more fruit on that parfait. It looks.norhing like the picture, only having 5 to 5 pieces of fruit on it. It's worth $2

I was helped by such a sweet guy named Sebastian who took my order in the drive thru and was incredibly patient with me while I had to take a quick phone call, he knew me by name, called me Ma’am, and gave me a milkshake for free because of my bad day and boy did it make a difference. I go every Wednesday after work when I can and he normally takes my order and when he does he is always polite, kind, and flashing a smile. Definitely one of the reasons I go to CFA on Mandarin is because of the great and speedy service!

Traffic here is thick. This location directed well. Food good as always.

As a dine-in experience today.. 1st I purchased a combo meal and received cold waffle fries. I took them back up front to the cashier and she walked over and I was handed another large waffle fries that was basically warm that turned cold and greasy before I could eat half of them, which I just threw the rest away in the trash. Very disappointed Chick-fil-A you can do better!! When I go to the drive-thru I always receive fresh cooked and very “hot” waffle fries! Next time I will not deal with the front cashier because the manager needs to get this properly fixed, nobody likes cold waffle fries!! 2nd….Secondly the reason I have left a five-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review was for the excellent customer service I received from the in-store employee named “Sebastian” who was exceptionally polite and professional! From when I entered the building he greeted me with a polite smile and his great customer service continued after I received my meal. This tremendous employee “Sebastian” went above and beyond! The booth/table I walked over to had some crumbs on it. He rushed and got it clean quickly and as I was eating made sure I had all the condiments, my drink was refilled more than once and that I was happy in every way! As a previous CEO of a company for 25yrs which had many employees in the retail industry this young gentleman not only made me but made other tables in every other customer I could see he had encountered contact with feel welcomed & gave tremendous polite service. Even when I was leaving “Sebastian” thank me for my business and showed me that I was appreciated! I’ve been coming to all Chick-fil-A’s for 35+ years and this is the best customer service from an employee I’ve ever had!! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best regards- Review Critic-USA
