Thank you young women manager on duty today. I think her name was Leah she answered the phone around 12:45 about my brownie concern. Yep I’m pregnant and eating brownies like crazy and can’t drive at the moment. So I keep ordering brownies on Uber eats… I kid you not the Uber people keep stealing my brownies. It doesn’t matter where I order my brownie from some get stolen or they all get stolen! So I was like you know what I need to get the bottom of this because I need brownies. So I start getting my brownies from chik fil a because they’re angels and never mess my order up so I know they aren’t forgetting my brownies I knowwwwwwww the Uber eats people are stealing em! So Thankyou Leah for my weird request to put the brownies with the food because girl I got brownies now!!!!!! 3 and I know it’s not good for me but it’s going down! Have a good day managers, yall do a great job at this location. It’s not yalls fault that people are stealing my brownies

Easily the best ran chick-fil-a in Florida. The management staff here is exceptional. The employees are held to high standards and perform incredibly. Employees are motivated and always give great service. I drive out of my way to come to this location vs regency for example.

Customer service on this location is phenomenal. Those small details like getting your refill drink or taking your tray away when you finish are what make business successful . And remember that this is fast food and even so they go above and beyond .

Holy Madhouse, Batman. Stopped by at 1:30 p.m., and there was a line to get into the parking lot... Great service from the 100 staff that seemed to be working for this place to run smoothly. Props to Melissa for holding down the mobile orders at the drive-thru. The food was hot and ready by the time I got to the window. Will definitely return for another spicy chicken sandwich.

This location is run like a well-oiled machine. Our food has been hot and fresh every time. Our order has always been correct. Clean bathrooms. Friendly, well-trained staff.

I’ve come here a total of three times in the past 8 months. I kid you not that this place has messed up my order every single time. You specify grilled and the give you crispy. I made sure I specified grilled twice as well. My daughter’s lemonade cup had a slash on the side of her cup and spilled all over the seats and floor in the front. Definitely not going back here. I never thought I’d ever see a day that Chick Fila couldn’t get it right. I never posted the other two times because I was trying to give them a chance. I only stop here because it’s close to my gym and my daughter wants it from time to time when we leave. The other one towards Regency is better and the one in Town Center never disappoints. They’re on it over there.

Went through the Chick-fil-A drive-through for breakfast two weeks ago. Ordered a chicken biscuit meal with no butter on the biscuit. After getting home and sitting down to eat, I opened the biscuit and there was no chicken on the biscuit. I called the location and spoke to a manager, they told me to come back within 30 days and they would give me a complimentary breakfast meal due to the error. I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes this morning to be told they couldn’t find any notes about the issue, even though I had a picture time stamped. Very rude and horrible customer service. This location is horrible! Chick-fil-A is not what it used to be! Losing customers over a $7 meal!

Today is the day before mothers day and I took my kids to the Chic-Fil-A by hodges and Atlantic Blvd. They gave me a rose, brought me all my drinks and food (almost full service), everything was correct and the people are always very nice. I went to this location as a child and it never misses.

Had just woken up about 5 minutes past the breakfast cut off, so I called to see if breakfast ended at 10:30 or 11:00 and after the bad news was broken to me that I missed it. Cici hooked me up and saved a little bit of breakfast for me so I could make it there in time. Never had that happen before, but it’s just another reason why Chick-fil-a will remain on top in terms of food quality and customer satisfaction. I love you cici

I ordered Grilled Nuggets and ... but the nuggets had a lottttt burned parts (black pieces) that seems they came from grill because The grill has Not cleaned for a long long time. How we can eat this trash and unealthy food! I wish I could add a video of this dish so you can see for yourself what I was given?!

The absolute worse Chick-fil-A to maneuver through or to get a parking spot. Drove through 8 times and finally proceeded to a business next door. Don't understand why they are there and Don't move to a more feasible location?? Unacceptable, also questioned why 6 or 7 parking spots at rear were blocked off?? They said fir a delivery truck, really. Someone needs to come observe and insist that something be done before something bad happens!!! Also, app terrible-you have to keep verifying the 1 and only device you have used!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was dry and tough to bite. Not sure if it was old but definitely disappointing.

This is a great Chick-fil-A location, there were many people on staff and we ordered and received food very quickly. Grilled nuggets were delicious and the rest of our food was too.

Still good chicken! But, taking the coleslaw away was the WORST DECISION EVERRR! It's just not the same without it. $16 for 2 sandwiches and fries (those are NOT fries! They are TERRIBLE. ) I know. Inflation. But, it's not worth that to me.

Any Chick-fil-A lover will enjoy this location. I visited today, and I was promptly asked what I needed and served in under 4 minutes. The employees were friendly, clean, and professional.

This place is getting further and further from their Christmas values. Yes. Christmas. I'm not even religious but I feel like every chic fila I walk into now gives me hot topic/ Spencer's employee vibes. Just open on Sundays and I'll forgive you for hiring the pride people.

It’s CFA, so there is no topping service. Drive-thru went quickly. Got home and was missing a sandwich, but as always, CFA will make sure guests are treated well. They applied a full meal to my CFA app to make up for the sandwich. Looking forward to future visits!

Can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A! Great food and service!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a breakfast meal and an extra hash brown. Should've checked before I left because there was no extra hash brown. (The meal was for someone else.) This is the third time I've been through this drive-thru and they completely left out an item. I've tried to call the store afterwards but nobody answers the phone. I am not driving back up there for the missing food, so they've gotten away with that all 3 times. I'll be sitting and thoroughly checking the food next time, no matter how much they try to rush you along.

We live chick fil a largo location. Service is good inside and out. We are there at least once a week as our go tontake out. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is always extremely busy but the food is always great and the staff are serving with a smile. it's no surprise it's so busy. This remains true although today they were having Grill issues that're hopefully resolved quickly.

The food is fine. But this location has the worst exit. There is only one way to get out. If you go in the morning I hope you have time to sit in the long line of cars. I understand it is not poor planning on their part completely but it’s awful.

I feel like the quality of food at this location is going down. The grilled nuggets were fatty and so was our chicken sandwiches. Plus our fries were cold, which once waffle fires get cold they are horrible.

Amazing food and they are always so kind

When I went to place the order the person taking my order asked me to pull up 3 times. Everytime I went to pull up, one of the employees kept walking in front of my car. I called the restaurant when I arrived home. The chicken nuggets (2 orders of 30) were soggy and tasted terrible, causing heartburn. The $9.00 bag of chocolate chip cookies were extremely hard and stale. It would be impossible to say they were baked off the same day when I picked up 3 orders around noon. The manager was very polite but the quality of the food and the service while I was there was not good at all.

Experience was pleasant. Used the drive thru with less than 10 min wait time.

The service is friendly but the last few times I’ve gone through the drive thru they have left at least one item out of my order. Tonight I went to pick up food for the family and they forgot my sandwich and the fries are cold. I have a stack of free sandwich cards that I always forget to bring with me but at this point I will not be going back.

Chick-fil-A literally sets a high bar for fast food. Nobody provides a better experience in this industry, NOBODY!! The staff is always polite, professional, attentive, and happy to be there, unlike most of its competitors. I've never had a bad experience at any location, and over decades of going there, going all the way back to when they were JUST in your local malls. I love the fact they have kept their "closed on Sunday" policy all thses years.

Ate to go the spicy chicken deluxe was pretty good. Tried the pimento pepper honey chicken sandwich that wasn't that great. Waited a bit longer than usual.

Went to two chick-fil-a in3 days in Florida. One was as good as the other. One of them made sure we had breakfast even though we were at the tail end of the breakfast service. All servers always polite and friendly. We need that in today's world.

They didn't close properly the bowl of soup spilled all over and even burned my foot. I had to repeat several times the order and at the very end it was still not correct. It's the last straw after coming from a doctor appt having an ill minor. I'm not going to recommend this location.

Chicken sandwich must have been made 45 min prior to us driving thru pick up. Sandwich was soggy not crispy at all I couldn’t eat it. The chicken texture felt rubbery probably because it sat up to long. Extremely disappointed. Service was great but not my chicken sandwich.

So many times they give you half way filled up fry. Legit if you charge for fries, give us the fries!! You better double check your food. Can’t stand billion dollar franchises that skimp the people creating their profit.

Went through the drive thru and Joseph took my order. He was very helpful, pleasant and polite. Got my order quickly exactly how I ordered it. Just awesome!!!

I have given this location SO MANY CHANCES to get their logistics right. It’s so disappointing. I am a frequent CFA customer (platinum) and this location is NOT IT. I went here to this location to give it another chance, and they didn’t include my sandwiches. So I had to drive BACK (15 minutes) to get said (called when I found no sandwiches) sandwiches (I was asked to do drive thru) the attendant kept getting the order wrong. They are too busy and don’t seem to be staffed or trained properly. Or something. Something isn’t working. Waste of gas, time, and my hope for this location. Parking here also is terrible.

As always Chick-fil-a is out performing all other fast food restaurants at ever level!

Chick-fil-A rarely disappoints and still comfortably sits atop the fast food industry throne. Service is excellent and fast Food made correctly and well I always use the drive thru but it seems clean enough and decent atmosphere The workers at this location know how to hustle, they work hard and fast moving around taking orders on a tablet speeding up the process exponentially. Never have a bad experience personally at least yet with any customer service.
