Always hot, fresh food, fast friendly service

Order number for 018135 The young lady taking the order was great. The lady packaging the orders was not so. She give us the two bags of additives for the salad. I had asked for four packages of ketchup when ordering and received one. She completed the order because it was in red before I received my meal. It was disappointing to receive this service from a great organization. I guess she needs some more training.

Ordered a meal and forgot to add cheese. I asked if I could pay for a piece of cheese and he said nope it’s too late. I can’t imagine that being Chick-fil-A‘s customer service. Or Any restaurant for that matter?

Clean restaurant, great food, very friendly staff.

Waited over 10 minutes for one singular sandwich and wasn't acknowledged once by any employees, if you need to go to a chic fila, go to the one 5 minutes away on 98 north that's cheaper. Service sucks

Never had a problem with Chick-fil-A food it's wonderful however the customer service in there is horrible when I walked in to get my food one time I gave my name to four different people they gave out every order out but mine and when I finally asked them again for my order they ended up telling me after waiting for 12 minutes that my order was already picked up. Mind you guys it was a 30 piece nuggets.

The twelve piece chicken nuggets Are getting so small and the prices are going up. It's crazy. That people are still buying it

The chicken nuggets looked like they were there for a while, I was hungry so I still ate it. The fries were good, but needed a little bit less salt. Not the best

I always loved going to chick fil a because I love there chicken sandwiches 🥪 😋 and the waffle fries 🍟 😋 🙌 and they are a Christian company group I think because they are always closed on Sunday but I am a Christian too so I understand that is the day that God made so you should spend it with him in his house praying 🙏 and talking to him!

Best fast food in Lakeland . BUSY!!!

When you search in for halal restaurants on Google maps, these restaurants come up. But if you go and ask the staff, they have never heard of halal or Muslims. They have no idea that there are other religions in the world, or even countries other than America. Why do these restaurants come up among halal restaurants?

Decided to order curbside pickup as I thought it would be quicker. Was waiting forever for my food. Ended up going inside to pick it up myself

Despite always being busy and long lines, they move very quickly. Great service

Employees were too busy playing around to provide proper customer service. One male employee held his finger up at me twice when I asked him for honey mustard dip, although he walked past the dips 3 times while I was waiting. The condiment station was not stocked at all, and no one was available to hand us straws without waiting again in the line to order. I do want to say our food was good and fresh, though. We will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A location.

The service is always fast and the workers there are always very nice and friendly. The lines are long but goes fast because there's 2 lines. Curbside order is very good also. They always bring out my order in a timely manner. The parking is a bit small so get there early to have a good parking spot.

My kids love eating here. Very fast service when they're not too busy. I wish I can eat here. I learned a hard way sometime back that peanut oil is used for the meat. There is a lot of people out there that have not allergies it should be better displayed about the allergies.

Service okay , food not so much , very greasy strips and nuggets and it seems like the oil has not been changed the way it supposed to...

The number 1 best chicken food chain in the world!!!! Not once have I ever ate at any Chick-fil-A and wasn't satisfied. There food is always fresh, the staff goes over and beyond to make sure your food is 1000% satisfactory. The restaurants are always clean, the uniforms are superb and business is booming from the moment the doors open til they close. My daughter's favorite is their spicy tenders with their signature sauce. The best thing about their chicken it's never dry or hard. It's always juicy with a golden brown crispiness. The way chicken should be 😊
