Used drive thru fir 1st time after renovations. They got my order wrong.

Found a hair in my chicken sandwich. Eat there if you want to. I'm done. Offered a free chicken sandwich to try to resolve it.

I am sad that I have to write this post. This is our family’s Chick fil A for the past 20 years. They are under new ownership and it’s terrible, especially the drive-thru they got the order correct 3x in the past 10 days the order is wrong They fix the order but I have never got a I am sorry. Even when the owner was staring there. I don't think he cares about the customer. He's all about $$$ Fix your drive thru isses. ASAP

Ordered Mac & Cheese for my son's birthday. He loves that stuff. Today this is what they gave us. On his Birthday!!!! It looks horrible. To say I'm furious would be an understatement. Whatever happened to quality and care when it comes to servicing patrons; continuous patrons. Won't be going back.

Food was only fair today, with the waffle fries somewhat cold and and chewy with virtually no salt for taste. Had ordered grilled chicken nuggets; however was provided small box of deep fried nuggets. Brought issue to the counter manager who quickly resolved the issue with the correct replacement. Coke from the right dispenser (from customer view pt) seemed less sweet than the left dispenser.

Great food, always nice employees fast service. I wish every place was like this.

It is a little pricey compared to other fast food restaurants, but it is very good chicken. It's not greasy as other fast food. Give it a try.

Drive thru was a joke.Always takes too long SO, I pulled away and left and went to wendys.

Multiple times did not receive dressing. Did not receive extra pickles and no straws. Drove 20 minutes to get missing items, my food is now cold and inedible. They offered a single cookie for the “inconvenience”

Always a great experience except for today. Hair in my sandwich, Mac and cheese was curdled and 2 out of 4 drink lids weren't even closed all the way. 9pm at Clements bridge location NJ

The service was great and friendly but the chicken nuggets were burnt and hard as a rock and fries were burnt and cold too. The worst food I ever had from Chick Fila. A waste of my $16.00. I will never go to this Chick Fila again. I had to throw the food away and didn't eat lunch that day.

Stopped by here for a quick bite to eat not too long ago, had gotten a chicken sandwich deluxe meal and it was great. The food was fresh and hot. The service was also pretty good, I got the food pretty quick which was great.

Probably the best Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to!! Kind and friendly staff, the same as any other CFA. Clean restrooms. Perfectly cooked chicken and waffle fries.

Ordered my food and everything was fine til I got to the window my order came out except my ice cream… the associate came out asking multiple times why I was still waiting at the window … in which I said I’m waiting for my cone.. the girl at the ice cream machine proceeded to make about 7 milkshakes and pass them to the car behind me… why are you making the next order when you haven’t completed the current one at the window? Associate comes out again and asks if we are waiting for milkshakes at this point I’m frustrated because he had already asked 3 times in which I told him I was waiting for my cone.. all the associates proceeded to make awkward eye contact walking past instead of asking what I was waiting for and making the damn cone… Finally after 10 mins the girl at the ice cream station asked what I needed and made it I really wanted to drive off at that point.. SERIOUSLY LACKING IN COMMUNICATION AMONGST EMPLOYEES had they communicated instead of ignoring me I would’ve got my order right and been outta the line…

Always fast service.. very friendly employees. Never a long wait at outside drive through. Been inside also friendly service great food and I've never had a long wait for my order. One of my number one places to go.. great food.

Chick fil a that closes at 9 is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve hated the new owners since the bought the place. Bring back Doug. Also customer service is horrendous.

On my lunch break… get home, and No sauce, No straw, burnt nuggets! What was the purpose of the team member checking my bag before handing it to me! No thanks Chik-fil-a! Food quality and service are going down! Update: the nuggets taste horrible. Sour! Last time at this establishment! 😩

Good service better than Deptford mall and newly renevated. The tray also they give ketchup even if you don't ask for it. They even have really good self opening trash can which compost food. Great five star restraunt service.

Employees distracted by wearing headphones, you ask them and they don't answer, they just ignore.

3 adults and 4 kiddos, there was enough space for us all to sit together. The food was good, but I believe it was better in the past... the kids had fun playing in the play area. We had a good time , I'm not sure how much everything was because I didn't pay. Overall a good time and good food

The location just reopened after alot of construction. Flows far more smoothly than it was did. As always, great experience. Used the mobile app and everything came out correct and in short order

Purchased grilled nuggets, spicy sandwich, Mac/cheese, browny, and parfait at the drive through. This place is just reopened after total renovation. Everything is working well and as always tastes good and is good value.

I'll pass on this new set up. The drive thru needs to be open all around to let cars out without being so restricted.

Bad experience. Didn’t receive half of my order in the drive through, which is fine, but after calling customer service 3 times now I still have not received a refund or any sort of compensation from the business. Feel like I’ve been robbed

2/24/24 This location has just reopened after a complete renovation of the interior and a redesigned drive through that makes getting in and out seem less. Great job!

The worst Chik Fil A we’ve been to. And I know it could be worse than this but I’m this was disappointing. I went twice in one night once at 6pm and again at 8pm. The first go around great customer service, friendly staff in the drive thru. French fries were terrible, soggy and cold. Went back at 8pm staff in drive thru were not friendly, attentive, nor proving that level of courtesy that Chik Fil A promotes. Again the fries were soggy and cold. We will not be back.please check your fryer or your frying staff there is something not working.

I came in today on my way to my dr appointment for some breakfast and was greeted by Cass. She’s very patient, courteous, and overall friendly. She was amazing and even though it was busy she kept a smile on her face at all times!! My food was fresh and tasty

Chick fila is chick fila. The experience only changes by wait times by location. My only criticism is that I feel the chicken patty is getting smaller and smaller but I won't take a star for that. Overall these are some usually nice people which makes the experience worth the wait.

Chick fil a is in general an amazing food spot and this store is no exception. Lines could be extremely long and it somehow still goes by relatively quickly. Have never had a problem with my orders here. Inside is also clean.

Love them! We go here at least one too two times a week. The food always tastes delicious! They are kind enough to give us lots of mayo and ketchup! This is pretty much our can't decide choice, and I'm never unhappy about it. I wish they were open on Sundays, I always want them on Sundays the most.

The chicken sandwich is very small. The skin is peeling from off the chickens skin.

I come here all the time. I get it, you close at 9:30 but if you’re going to close at 9:30 then stop taking orders at 9:30 or change your hours to end at 9:25PM. It’s simple. I just pulled up at 9:23 and the staff told me their closed, while still taking other orders.

Besides the fact that the line backs all the way to Lowe’s & I wind up shopping in there their chicken is ok the greeters are the best very friendly they don’t give you a menu unless you ask( I mean I can’t recall what’s in my fridge let alone their menu )it’s pretty good if you need a hammer and a good sandwich

The SLOWEST drive through in the area, and service is mediocre. This will be my last time coming to this location.

For almost 2 years, myself & my coworkers collectively spend hundreds a month at this location. And we order weekly. On multiple occasions my order as well as coworkers orders have been messed up where an item was left out or I was given an 8 count instead of a 12 count. They also gave my coworker someone elses order with his name on it. There are a lot of younger employees and its very busy there but this has happened multiple times. I got back to work after picking up from there & saw they gave me an “8 count” in a red 12 count box. It was really like 7 nuggets & a crunchy piece. I contacted the location and received no response. I contacted again - no response. I contacted a third time and they sent me a brownie. If I didn’t spend SO much money here I wouldn’t care. I called in and the manager Barbara said to me “We have already fixed an order issue with you 4 times” so I said “Okay so theres a limit for fixing issues? so I’m supposed to pay for things I’m not receiving and be okay with it?” Instead of managing the restaurant to prevent so many issues, She tried to make it like it was my fault the nuggets were missing and was so rude about it. Ignoring me was their first attempt which is insane. I told her if she doesn’t want to have to keep doing this then she should make sure the employees are being more careful. I don’t even care if my stuff is messed up as long as it is rectified but now knowing I was told they will no longer fix my messed up orders after this one is disgusting. You want people to pay for food that they may not potentially receive and then aren’t willing to fix it. Extremely disappointed that the MANAGER was trying to hold me accountable for my food being messed up.

We stopped in for small milk shakes. They were bigger than we expected. They were very good.

Not sure if they cut up fruits fresh here or if it's delivered daily... But for a 2nd time, terrible fruits and this time we have a mushy apple core. Although the folks are always nice here, I'm expecting good food for the price being more than other chains.

Fries were good. Fresh and crunchy the way I like. But the grilled chicken was horrid. There wasn't enough sauce to mask the gross taste and texture. I usually don't mind them but this was bad.

Ok so I was really impressed with this Chick-fil-A! Food was hot like always. However I was most impressed with this African American young lady, I believe her name is Asia!!! Sooo cute and professional. I love when I see young minorities proving how professional we can be. 😍🥰

The food was delicious, but the service wasn't its usual 5-star quality. The staff member who took our order wasn't particularly friendly but was at least professional.

Hit or a miss lately this place is way to busy to expect anything to be fresh and or fast definitely do not go during the lunch rush it will be a fight to get in and out of drive thru/parking

My experience to the drive-thru. This was probably the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. But the food was good.

My friend left his bag at the restaurant and the workers put it in the back until he was able to pick it up, his phone was dead and we didn’t know if he got there or was dead in a ditch but we called and they let us know he got his bag and should be home soon . We appreciate them very much they all deserve awards for being so helpful.

I have been a customer of this location for the past 15+ years and always served hot fresh food clean location. In the past year this location has gone totally downhill. Order is missing, cold, greasy… their new employees are young teenagers who act like they’hanging out rather working. The other night was my final straw. Step out of my vehicle into a puddle sticky soda. The whole lot and walkway was filthy. The door was filthy the entire inside was disgusting sticky from the floor to counters. At 5:00 p.m it was completely quiet like 5-6 teenagers running it. That could’ve been cleaning instead just laughing and joking. Our food was smaller in size and cold! Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. Chick fil a has become McDonald’s.

Always extremely busy but wait time is never long. Staff is friendly courteous and very efficient. This place is on point with getting customers in and out quickly

The poor people standing outside in the cold taking orders turns me off. Your idea of too small parking lots turns me off. Your business model is lacking and cold.

Took my daughter here for lunch on Monday. Line of cars literally into the road but the inside line only had 3 people. Food was good. Getting a refill was needlessly difficult but otherwise no complaints!

Drive-thru was packed, walked inside and got in & out quickly. Service and the food was great. Best nuggets ever.

Store participate in Military/Police/&EMS discount with proof of ID...

Lines are long and even tho I'm not a fan of people going inside is normally my best bet in and out but foods great and has seemed to change a little bit still good

Their drive thru service is the worst...3 times in a little more than a week I ordered my food and was very specific all 3 times they had my order wrong...all I asked for was a sandwich- plain with cheese...3 times she read it back wrong I corrected her and 3 times they messed my order up

Love Chick-fil-A! Service is a little slower at this one, but it's not the employees fault! They do their best with the setup.

The food is always fresh and the chicken never has fat on it the french fries are never greasy and the people are absolutely the best that work there they're super friendly!!!
