Ordered two sandwiches for takeout. Got home with the order both sandwiches the toasted bread was burnt. Took them back no one even said they were sorry. Poor customer service. They never should have put those sandwiches in the container with the bread burnt.

Always a good sandwich. Consistent flavors. Friendly staff.

Tasted great and was super fresh! Delish, will go back. They do offer a kids menu One con: small selection for options other than chicken salad.

Literally the best chicken salad i’ve ever had!!! I had the buffalo and the fancy nancy chicken salad so delicious. plus they give you the perfect amount of crackers, and it comes with a buttercream sugar cookie. So Good, where has chicken salad chick been all my life?!

We always get it to-go. Beat chicken salad variety anywhere! And the little frosted cookies are the cherry on top!

I drove to this CSC to find out if the food is as good as at the other CSC, and Yeap, Awesome! The cashier was super friendly, food Super, the eating are impecable. One thing I did not notice was the funny frames in the men's bathroom at the other CSC, these were funny. Oh yes the bathrooms were spotless. Keep up the great job. I'll be back. Oh yes, their watermelon tea is one that will have you going by over and over again🤭 it was good.

Croissant was tough. Chicken salad tasted ok but no better than what u get at grocery store. Not very good for the price.

They have several different kinds of Chicken salad which we take home. Served with large croissants. We like the cranberry pecan the best

My second time to this store and I absolutely love this place. The service is quick and helpful if you cannot make up your mind, the food comes out quickly even if you come in when they are busy, and the flavors….. just WOW. I had the Classic Scoop with kickin Kay- and broccoli salad. Healthy and not terrible on the calories! I kept the mini butter cream cookie for another time and enjoyed the food tremendously! Comfortable seating, very pleasant atmosphere, and parking around the back of the shop was plentiful. Wonderful experience!

Excellent lunch, had the classic Chicken Salad BLT on wheat with a side of Tortilla soup. Service was great despite the busy crowd. Very delicious road trip stop. Plenty of relaxing seating available. I'll be back for sure

I only gave tje food 3 stars because I got a scoop of the Deck the Holly with really high hopes for the sweet and spicy vibe but it was so spicy! It just did not meet my expectations....I wss hoping for a good balance of the jalapeno and cranberries, but I had hardly any cranberries. Will not get that one again. Still really enjoyed the pimiento cheese though, it's always good.

If you like chicken salad, you will love this place. About a dozen different kinds of chicken salad. And you get a cookie with each meal.

It’s a typical / average , came in to figure out the “trend” was all about . I’ll be honest tastes very similar to the chicken salad you get at Walmart, Publix, or typical restaurant. However environment and service was good but room for improvement. I can see the niche the business has targeted.

I love chicken salad chick! I have gone in many times and have always had a good experience. Staff is friendly and service is pretty quick. I love that you can do a quick chick and just go in and get prepared food to goI love the fancy Nancy the fruity Fran and the grape salad! I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend. They do have parking and you can also do a mobile pick up.

The chicken salad here is so good and there are plenty different kinds you can try. I pretty much always get fancy Nancy or tutti fruity. The grape salad is amazing. Staff is always friendly and never takes too long to get your food.

I love CSC, but the Port Orange store is lacking in customer service. Yesterday, I went in to buy one carry out container of chicken salad and had to wait in a long line of people ordering lunch. One person on the register and others wiping tables, wandering around, chatting. 15 minutes later when I get to check out, I said something to nice lady at the register about waiting so long in this line. She said, here is my District Mgr if you want to speak to her. So, I told the DM about waiting in line so long and nobody trying help the lady on the register get this line moving, and she copped an attitude with me! I simply let her know that they were lacking efficiency, and someone else needed to take over that other register. Now the line is almost to the door! As I’m leaving I can here the DM saying loudly, we are working as hard as we can (with her same poor attitude)! Your DM should never have attitude like that with customers. More to the story but too much to type! Never going back there again!

Super yummerz honestly. Got the BLT with buffalo and loaded potato soup. Love the pickle on the side ofc (thats a given, thank god it wasn’t a bread and butter pickle) Workers were nice, again, food was good (fulfilling, refreshing, flavorful, great texture). Nice environment as well, great view.

My wife and I have lunch from here every Monday it's always good services always fast they're always pleasant to deal with and both my wife and I really enjoy the food there the cookies are awesome..

CSC would be my go to everyday if my wallet would allow me. Even on the busy weekends we are taken care of quickly - staff always waits on us if they notice we need a box or even a refill! Chicken salad BLT with the sassy scotty is 10/10

It was my first time there and for my wife also. I ordered a chicken salad on a croissant and it was delicious. It was so good that I went back and grabbed a container of it to take home with me, along with one of their cookies. My wife ordered some sweet tea and when she went to get it the container was out. They said that they would brew some more. We waited until I was just about done with my meal and asked again at the counter (a good 25 minutes after we originally asked). The guy at the counter said he just needed to add the sugar and we waited some more. Never at any point did he mention a time frame involved in this process and although we could see other employees in the back, it was the guy at the front counter who needed to make it. We waited well over half an hour for this sweet tea and would just have gotten another drink had we been told that it would take this long. It ruined an otherwise stellar visit to this store. The food was delicious and when I ate the cookie the next day it was also good. The front counter guy was friendly and informative when asked about the menu items but again, never once mentioned the elongated time frame involved in waiting for the sweet tea, which my wife said was also delicious. Sweet tea is her favorite drink and she was excited to try and new brand since we'd never eaten at a Chicken Salad Chick before but our service experience was mixed and overall, disappointing.

We like going to Chicken Salad Chick and try to when we travel. This particular location is not their best. The few times we've gone have been similar: smaller portions than other locations and less friendly employees. Fwiw

Oh, just lovely. I never knew chicken salad could be such a 'thing'. One suggestion..bring me bagels!! Croissants are nice..but bagels?? Well!! Grand slam. Loved it. Amazing array of choices, clean, fast. What more could one ask for?? Did I mention delicious? Yum!

Literally one of my favorite places to eat, I don't mind fighting Dunlawton traffic to get there:) Kindest staff and of course, great food!
