Favorite coffee shop, love the beach streets location as well. Great atmosphere and people. Did a really good job with the vibe. Food is top notch as well. Love the Banana Bread.

In my previous employment we lived off reviews so always 5 stars from me. Just make sure you cook doesn't come from the back dropping off food filthy from head to toe! Long hair dirtiest cook I've everseen. Big no no.

I absolutely love this coffee place. My sister and I come here so often because we love the coffee, food, atmosphere, and service. Indya is an especially special worker, she always treats us with exceptional costumer service! She always makes us want to come back again!

Copperline is such a great local spot! I have a lot of business meetings there and they host events for the local Chamber of Commerce. Dorothy and Nick the owners and their staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially love the vegan carrot cake muffins, banana bread, and London fog. I highly recommend visiting!

The place was full when i bought my coffee. It was really bad flavor wise. Specifications were not followed. After 45 minutes waiting for the coffee instead of a simple ice caramel macciatto, I got a simple cup of milk (no coffee seen on it or even the color brown) with a watering flavor. Will give them a second change in the future, but not anytime soon. Food seems old and overheat (more like burned)

Lots of space and cozy. There’s a room with barnyard doors if you wanted to work in a room separated from the open seating area.

I LOVE Copperline, it’s my favorite coffee shop and I go as often as possible. While the menu items are overpriced, they are good and I’m obsessed with my coffee order. Unfortunately, I have to give this only an average review as every time I go, I leave feeling dirty. Copperline is literally FILTHY. I’ve even lightly mentioned this to the employees thinking it may help. The last employee I mentioned this to kindly responded “thanks for letting me know. I’m honestly sure this place doesn’t get clean often.” There are cobwebs underneath the benches, hair matted into the cushions and chairs, if you put something on the floor you’ll pick it up with the bottom covered in crumbs and dirt, the bathroom is so filthy you can tell it has never been cleaned before and the grout has turned black with grime and stains everywhere, the tables are sticky and covered in crumbs, the ceiling is covered in dust and the vents have dust balls hanging from them, there are hairballs in every corner… and so on and so forth. Just yesterday while placing an order I saw there was dust on a piece of the chocolate cake that was INSIDE THE CASE. I mentioned this to the employee as she was handing me my order, and she simply plucked it off and left the cake to be served. GROSS. Copperline literally needs a professional cleaning crew to come in and scrub from top to bottom. These photos do not do justice. It’s just disgusting. The staff is generally helpful and kind, but after many negative interactions I have to say the woman with very long brown hair that usually has it up in a bun or tied back in a long braid, with the thick headbands, nose stud, and high pitched voice who works many mornings is so SO rude. I have literally been waiting for my order and overheard her talking badly about customers. There are times I've been waiting to place and order, and she literally looks up and away as she ignores people and looks down her nose. When she is working, I order less because I don't want to interact with her more than necessary. I don't know what her deal is but the rudeness is beyond.

Edit: beware of the owner with blonde hair. She's passive and very rude. Only cares for herself and she won't think twice singling you out if you get on her bad side. She will never see reason or care about what you're going through. Very bad experience. I will never go back. I hope the owners who run this place find a better way to run it. Sad because this place has good potential. P.S. the place is completely dirty. Hair is everywhere!! They do not clean properly. Also, I overheard someone in the back talking down about customers. They talk behind your back and treat you bad. I also observed a peice of dust on a piece of cake, which was just taken off, and left to be served.This place is disgusting.

Cool atmosphere and very smooth coffee but the staff isn’t knowledgeable about coffee nor interested in assisting customers (we had to ask them to get our bakery items in the case right beside them). The biscuit itself was fine but completely overpowered by a full tablespoon of straight cinnamon dumped on top of each side of the cinnamon sugar biscuit.

I love Copperline! The food is incredible, service is impeccable, and the employees are friendly and helpful. I especially liked Jason, he delivered our food with a smile. I especially love the chicken salad and the quiche and potato soup. The atmosphere is great. Comfortable seating and access to WIFI makes it a great place to get some work done. And the coffee is great too!

It was basically you go up to the counter and order food it smelled really good in there and it looks real pretty people seem to be friendly but I just had shoulder surgery and I couldn't carry anything so I just left I will go back I will enjoy eating what smells so good 👍

There has yet to a time (and I visit quite often) that they NEVER have bottled water. Always an excuse. Basically just poor management that doesn’t order it. They give you a cup for the water fountain that has luke warm water. The location on Beach street ALWAYS has bottled water so it’s clearly a management issue. In todays society where the majority of people drink bottled water not fountain water they need to pay attention to their customers wants.

Chill southern atmosphere delicious coffee and food, bad reviews just don’t get it yet they are inaccurate and unappreciative of this local spot.

Great place to chill and study. Very comfortable too. Would prefer going earlier in the day as it gets slightly packed with fellow college students (understandably so) after about 3 pm during most weekdays.

I come here pretty often to study or have a coffee with friends and hang out for hours. Love the atmosphere this place gives off. Along with the staff. 5/5

Place is great but management has been observed spitting in peoples food bc he doesn’t like them. Stay away and be warned! Again that’s the management, so take it as you will.

The atmosphere of the place is magnificent, it has a good vibe and the food is good but the variety of coffee is limited compared to other coffee shops but the quality of the coffee is very good.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Loved lavender latte with house made lavender syrup. Came back and bought lavender lemonade. Delicious!

To be fair I didn't try the food because there was a line literally out the door. On a quest to find a decent bagel this place came up on Google Maps. Drove out of my way to find it only to find it's not a bagel store at all. It's a coffee counter and diner. The wait looked ridiculous. Only a few people working there.

Came in for coffee and a sandwich and right before me was a girl that had gotten the same thing I was ordering and it wasn’t what she ordered. I made my order and she literally tried to hand me the lady’s returned order and said oh you can have this one. When I was like no she was like oh sorry that was an accident. That was definitely not an accident lol. On top of that she made my order and still gave me the wrong chicken salad sandwich on a plate mind you when I ordered take out. There is literally 2lbs of chicken salad on my sandwich and I can’t even bare to eat it. This place has gone so down hill it’s ridiculous ! Wouldn’t be returning since employees have no sense of food safely or accuracy.

Unfortunately copperline has gone downhill. The whole place is extremely dirty and the consistency of the drinks are never the same. I order the honey badger (honeysuckle) every time I go and it is always different. Too sweet, too many spices, not enough honey… i never know how it is going to taste. Recently, my husband needed a drink remade to have soy milk instead of whole milk. The girl said no problem and then threw away the old drink, then CHARGED for a new drink (they way she said it made him think it wasnt going to be another charge). I totally understand charging for a new drink because she has to remake the whole thing, but throwing away the old one that I would have drank?? So now he spent $14 for one coffee. It used to be my favorite place for years and I think today was our last time going.

I got a flavored coffee and a blueberry muffin. The blueberry muffin was completely flavorless, like they missed the sugar completely. I called the store to let them know, they connected me to another coffee shop, but not in Daytona. I actually called to see if I accidentally picked up a gluten-free muffin because it had no flavor.

This used to be my go to for coffee. Been going here for years. Now that the Daytona Beach location has opened the staff that is in Port Orange is very rude. Staff makes all the difference in a company. Gave it too many tries the past few months and time to find a new place for coffee.

Such a cute spot - we were just in Cades Cove and they have a picture of it up there! Desert was nice too and very smooth along with fresh tasting.

My chicken sandwich was dry and didnt have the pimiento cheese, and the chicken itself was burnt super bad.

This is the perfect space to sit down and have a quaint cup of tea and catch up with a friend (quietly) and an even better space for studying. I work from my devices and I love using this place as a cozy office space.

When we say 'hot', it should be hot. Not luke warm.

Without a doubt the BEST hot chocolate I have ever had! So robust, foamy, and the perfect flavor. Copperline is worth the stop.

After I ordered my drink I was waiting patiently to the side for it, when I overheard Nick make fun of my order to a separate person who wouldn't tolerate it, which I appreciated. I understand my steamed cup of whole milk and half & half with two stevia is a little unusual but I shouldn't be made fun of, especially by the owner. I thought it entirely unprofessional and I can't have coffee anymore because of some health concerns per doctors orders, so I thought it would make it a bit easier of an adjustment for me. Won't be returning, will be getting my milk elsewhere.

The coffee and service were good. The whole place needs a good clean. The area that houses the sugar, lids and straws is really gross. There was nowhere clean to sit and the bathroom was pretty nasty.

This is gotta be the nicest coffee house that I have seen. I truly like the new beach street location and I was so impressed that I went down and visited the Port Orange location at the pabillion.I like to go and read a book in the morning and have coffee. And this is an ideal place for that.

Neat coffee shop and area. The cafe seems fairly big with a decent amount of seating, so you don't feel too crowded. It was busy in there during my visit, which was fine. I ordered to go and the employees were friendly. I wasn't too crazy about my initial cup of vanilla latte as far as the taste, but I am willing to come back again for another sip since it looks cool inside.

Came here on a rainy night, looking for comfort. But since there's no valet parking, now I'm wet and cold, because I had to walk in all the way from the parking lot. Whatever happened to customer service? , they only had seating for two or more people, so I felt like a loser with no one to fill up my second seat. And I took too long to drink my coffee, so it got cold. Plus, to add insult to injury, they had the AC on, in Florida, even though it had been raining outside. Hubris. So, in summation, now I'm sitting all alone, wet and cold, feeling like a loser, with lukewarm coffee. Thanks, Copperline.

Good tasting luke warm coffee, and bad food. To be fair, it seems like good quality food that's been refrigerated instead of being served fresh. I got carrot muffins that actually had shredded carrots but were cold and hard. They also took like 20 minutes to make a chicken salad sandwich. All you have to do is scoop that into bread so I'm not sure how that took so long. Last time I had the chicken and waffles. The waffle came soggy/soaked through in syrup. It's a shame. It seems like the owners are putting in the money for quality ingredients but the staff are ruining their business. I'm not going back there.

We really liked choosing our own seats and there's a lot of comfortable options. The food was really fresh and I'm excited to try more of the menu options and figure out what my favorites are going to be!

Vintage atmosphere, good service. Although, the cold air return behind the front desk where they pass through with food is filthy. The couple times that I was there, after I left my clothes smelled like a dirty restaurant. Overall a great place, but the owners need to pay attention. I can't be the only one that noticed this.

I would definitely recommend for work meetings. Large tables for big groups and food and service are fantastic.

Cinnamon cheesecake and beverage were wonderful, however, it took 25 minutes to get a latte and chai. Didn't look very busy, but maybe they are a bit understaffed

Honestly a really cute place, lots of seating, cafe itself takes up about 3 rooms. They make a good latte, $4 for a biscuit with (great) apple butter, it was big enough to share. I’ll definitely come back.

(From out of town) Reallllly good coffee. Friendly staff. They make everyone feel like a regular. The from-scratch biscuits are some of the best I've had. Plenty of room to get a day of remote work done. No reason to go anywhere else.

I try everytime with them but the desserts always taste like their made by a diabetic. Theres no sweetness to anything the mouthfeel of the desserts are fine no flavor though

was having a really bad morning, i spilt my coffee on myself after locking myself out of my vehicle, went back inside they got me water replaced my coffee and helped me dry my tears. absolutely amazing staff. i could never repay the kindness that was shown

Usual customer here. The coffee is never hot but rather LUKEWARM when certain people make the coffee. Things should be consistent across the board. (Updated Review) again, same chick today making the coffee. Lukewarm. Just terrible. She openly talks badly about customers too by the way. She's quite loud. Hint, hint.

I usually love Copperline, but yesterday when I ordered an iced mocha, the employee poured chocolate milk and nothing else into a cup and handed it to me. It didn’t taste like any coffee was included , so I had to ask for espresso shots to get added.

Every time we come to Daytona we stop here, we have met the owner several times and the staff is a reflection of him. They are all awesome, this is a must stop.

This is my go-to coffee place as it’s close to my work. The owners are amazing, they give great customer service and I know everything is home made. However, this customer service does not run throughout the entire staff. There is a dark-haired, tan gentleman who I typically see working in the afternoons. He is not friendly, constantly has a frown on his face, and does not priority: the customer. Recently, I was next in line and only wanted to purchase a banana bread, and he prioritized stickering cups with the copperline logo over taking my order. This went on for 5 minutes. I finally interrupted and said all I wanted was banana bread. He rung me up begrudgingly. I am at a point when this gentleman is working I will not shop. I hope this review is read by the owners as a little customer service training could go a long way. I will continue to come here in the mornings as there’s always a friendly face. Please put some better people on the schedule for afternoons 🙏🏼

Hands down my favorite place to eat, best atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. My favorite thing to get was actually recommended by one of the baristas, its the copperline sandwich on a everything bagel. Its hands down the best breakfast sandwich ive ever had, and everyone who ive shared it with agrees with me.

Absolutely love copperline! The food is amazing and so is the coffee. I drive about 20mins everyday on my lunch break just to get coffee everyday… copperline is so good that more and more of my coworkers request coffee while I make my daily run lol I love the atmosphere and the vibes while waiting for my delicious coffee to be made ☕️

Atmosphere was pretty cool, but unfortunately that was about it. My shot of espresso pulled in 13 seconds and was SUPER under-extracted, which explains why it was so sour. I think the barista mentioned they use Island Roasters, i’ll have to make sure I avoid that place as well in the future. I tried to give this place another chance, but they always seem to fall short. If you want specialty coffee, I would look elsewhere.

Been coming since Cassadaga as I worked there for years….Dorothy interrogated and bullied me in front of customers multiple times for them switching out a 7 dollar Turkey croissant with stale bread that fell apart. I came here to write in peace which I rarely get and Instead I was treated like a criminal I had asked if I could switch a sandwich for anything else, because 2 bites in, the croissant fell apart and was hard and stale. it was also too loaded with cran raisins. The young girl said no problem let me see. Nothing more was said or asked of me and potato soup was brought out to me. No big deal? Wrong. A few minutes later, hostile dorothy came out very defensively passively and offended and asked what the problem with the sandwich was and how “she’s the chef, she made all the recipes it’s all fresh and how she normally doesn’t return food.” They should’ve told me that before hand I would’ve gladly spent another seven on soup instead of dealing with all that unnecessary madness. She then accentuated “now it’s bread **AND Cran raisins? ?” And Treated me as if I insulted her personally. She then came back out for third time, before I left and wanted to “discuss the salad and soup and review I left, and continued on and on that it was “ironic that somebody just left a bad review saying she was the rudest lady in the world?if it wasn’t me And how plenty leave her reviews under false names? “Okay, maybe that tells you something ? reviews aren’t an excuse to be bullied. They were all m I a gossiping, despite there was a guy waiting to order coffee, then a whole line, the girl that i asked if they were the owners was clearly back they’re having a fest. ..Over 7 bucks. Then, She kept wishing me “nothing but the best “ thumbs up, passively aggressively, and told me nothing is stopping me from leaving !? as if I stole something. I will never be back nor will the group of book club or my fellow undergrad psych friends, who go there to study. I took a video because I was shocked and sent it to them. Unhinged and cringe. Foodie reviews should see video. I deserve apology.

Love the relaxed atmosphere here. The coffee and teas are excellent and serviced by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially enjoy the Smokey Mountain tea which is a London Fog with added lavender syrup... Fantastic!

I grew up in Port Orange and have been coming here for years. It has been a wonderful addition to our community and I enjoy coming here whenever I come home to visit my family. The atmosphere is cozy and it's a great place to catch up with friends or get work done. My favorite items are the Earl Grey tea and Plain Jane waffle, but the banana bread also deserves a shout out. So wish this place had been around when I was younger but I'm glad it's here and still here now. I love the newer expansion into the space next door as well!

House made chocolate cake and banana bread are so damn good. Every time I visit, I want to take the entire cake with me!

I like to stop in on my long commute home and grab a coffee. I prefer their coffee to most others, and the quiet atmosphere is great for relaxing or working.
