The blackberry Margaritas are delicious!

Never been to this location before but I walked in because I had a coupon for free chips and salsa and my husband n I were hungry. We’re homeless mind you and I was just trying to grab something to eat for us. Unfortunately I didn’t understand that u have to spend some money to get a free item? Pathetic but whatever I was given dirty looks in disgust while they grabbed the manager to make me understand about the coupon I had to explain my situation and I was told to leave “your kind isn’t wanted here” so i walked away crying seriously vital disgusting people work here just bc I didn’t have money or understand how ur pathetic coupon works or how I was dressed way I was treated I don’t feel comfortable my husband hugged me and we promised we never give this location service when he gets paid again don’t recommend

Good food, fast, courteous delivery to the car. Only thing I hate is that they are planning on doing away with curbside delivery in August.

Placed an order for delivery. Showed up missing chips from chips and salsa and fries from an entree. Everything we ordered was on the order receipt, just didn’t make it into the bag. Disappointing.

The food and service here are excellent. Best managed Chili's I've ever been to.

Food is usually good. Recommend the fajitas and ribs. Bar is limited. Staff is great 😃

This experience at Chili’s was exactly what myself and my family needed. The prior trip wasn’t so great in another city, but the staff got it right! Special thanks to McKenzie as she had everything under control and very professional and courteous. The food was as it was advertised also Great service!! Anytime we are in the Brandon/Tampa area we have a go to

The service was wonderful and the food wonderful but at night the lights are too bright they gave me a bit of a headache. Definitely not the fault of staff but maybe some more indirect lighting would be better I'll just probably stick to going in the daytime now lol.

Stephanie and Cassidy were our trainee and server today. Good job. Had the smokehouse combo and it's solid. Enough for 2 meals if you pace yourself.

Our waiter was Very Amazing. Always on point with everything. Loaded Potato Soup was Extra Special, our Avocado 🥑 bacon, Swiss, lettuce tomato 🍅, grilled chicken sandwich was The Bomb. Huge sandwich. Loved Everything.

I have lived in this area for a few years but today was my first time dining in at this Chili's due to previous bad experiences at other locations. Our waiter Raven was so sweet, patient and proactive! As a matter of fact every waiter/waitress here has a smile on their face. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I ate at the bar. Nina I believe was her name our bartender was very attentive to us and was a delight. Visited 6/11/24 early evening. I wanted to leave a good remark on the kiosk, but the screen changed so fast. Hopefully management sees this and gives her some props :)

Met up with some friends, it was great the service was point on, food very good. All around good experience.

I went there today with my family 2+2 and I ordered veggies quesadilla and I added shrimp, what I got was a joke I got cheese and corn as quesadilla( I go a lot to Chili’s different locations, and when I get the the veggies inside is like corn/onion/Broccoli/Bell pepper/Mushroom and they charge me $14.99) Here I get the bill and they charged me $23 for cheese corn and shrimp quesadilla, long story short I asked for the manager and I explained to him that I at list 2/3 time a weeks to chili’s and I have never got something like that, he start to argue with me that all locations that I eat they are wrong. I didn’t care about the $7-8 it’s about the principal. So I left without giving a $1 tip he was so rude, I told him I will never come back to this location and he said ok don’t come back. For sure never coming back, as owner business if I had Manager like this guy I would throw him out of the door next day.

Make sure you do the math when leaving a tip while paying through the tablets. They mark up the tip, hoping you just click a percentage and don't do the math. You think you're paying 20%, for example, but really it's closer to 25%. This is true for all Chilis by the way, not just this location. Putting that aside, while I do love Chili's, the food at this location was not great like it usually is.

We ordered food through door dash. I had to call and ask for no pesto on my son's order. It was delivered with pesto. Called and spoke to management. The manager was very nice and apologized. He prepared me a new order very fast. I would order from here again. Accidents happen but this manager handled it really well.

Best take out experience. Food was ready when they said, and they brought it to your car 🚗 quickly. Much better than going inside, which is always iffy at best.

Chili's has always been a good idea. The spicy margaritas is delicious. All food was amazing. A lot of food, hot and fresh!

The quesadilla and chocolate molten cake with ice cream were excellent and the beer was two for one : )

Got the chicken with avocado sandwich excellent sandwich. Pretty good fresh too

First time at Chilis and my experience was not so good. They never brought us the chips and salsa, we had to ask for it. Afterwards we asked for the menu to be brought to us again and the waitress arrived with a very bad attitude. Anyway, I don't think I'll come back, or maybe it was just bad luck.

ROACH!! Sad to say because I’ve been coming here for a long time, had a friend come join us for our dinner. Pic included, we paid and left. Coming from a former pest technician, if you see roaches in the dining room. They are most definitely in the kitchen, stay away.

Great server. Quick food service and great taste. Always go early. Food is always fresher.

Our server was amazing. I had a wonderful experience and will be going back when I am in the area! Our server Brisk was very attentive to everything, drink refills, food was quick and it was awesome. If management reads this I just wanted to point out that Tasha is the best waitress we have ever had at any restaurant. Most of the waitresses here are good but Tasha deserves a raise. Nothing but amazing and kind and attentive. We are regular customers and love this chilis. Thank you!

Server never returned to ask for if anything was needed and never got a refill on our drinks. Salsa was watery.

This will always be my favorite place to each, staff is always friendly and food it delicious!

The food was good but the waitress oh boy. She would disappear. We sat there 10 minutes before we got waited on. She took our order and then someone else brought it out. Asked for a new bottle of ketchup as ours ran out. Never got it. Asked 3 times for a drink refill. Finally got it. It took over 5 minutes to get to go boxes. Waited another 10 minutes or so to be able to pay. I wanted a receipt but she never showed up. Will never go again. Sad thing they weren't even busy.

Always amazing food and service

January 11@2 pm went to chili's for lunch with my husband and young daughter. The manager seated us. The waitress was nice. I had the 6oz sirloin. But grossest thing happened after I had ate up most of it....there was hair encrusted in the meat! My husband showed the waitress. The manager came over, dryly gave us something resembling a poor Apology. Which gave me the impression he was used to this happening there frequently.

Service was exceptional. Thank you to our waiter Jason for being super kind and interactive. He also catered to our needs and kept checking on us. Very polite and friendly person. He should get a raise for sure. Food was cooked to perfection.

Go to the next one…. Ok here we go. First time we went here for my birthday, we found a gnat in marg and a hair across our food. We decided to come back because the manager comped our food immediately. This time, our table was sticky and had to ask them to wipe it down, which resulted in me being sprayed with whatever they had in the bottle. Our plates were so dirty that we had to clean them ourselves with water and napkins. The ranch was watered down to the point it was see through. Pretty sure they were running out and just added water to it. The southwest egg-rolls (my fav) tasted like air, they were so bland and gross even with the watery ranch. We didn’t get checked on the whole time. Honestly, I was amazed at how bad this was. I will be going to a different one from now.

Ordered 8 count wings got 4. Told server and manager neither understood I only got 4 out of 8 wi gs. Then the chips seemed stale . The waiter and manager both had an attitude. We didn't have a good experience. The waiter on the left side is wonderful. He has slicked blonde hair I believe. And I think Kyle is nice if that his name.

Was supposed be 8 count wings. Seemed like only got 4. When confronted acted like its unbelievable we only got 4 of 8 buffalo boneless wings. The chips seemed stale. When confronted server and manager they seemed cranky and not caring. The server on the left side whoever he is is the best .

Usually a decent place to eat, but with issues hiring help not so good any more. Ordered the sirloin steak, way under cooked, and just warm when arrived, the loaded instant potatoes very dry and hard... Inedible, broccoli was just a bunch of tiny left over pieces. Overall looked ok, but after eating it, was poor. I understand it's hard getting people to work, understand prices going up, but will just start eating at home or somewhere else.

I am a Veteran and I went there after Church Mom stayed home that night with Family. Everything was good and not much time to talk to Server so I felt cold. I will be back with Mom after Church another day. We Like Chili's. The New one on 60 in Valrico, Florida. is lit up nicely. Now Mom is blind and uses a walker and I am getting Older and need more lite to read menu's. The Dark colors inside Chili's just do not work anymore, I am just saying. Thank You Mr. Oswald

Waitress was friendly. As we giving her our order she told us that she was new. She was overwhelmed. It took her over 10 minutes to get our non alcoholic drinks and 20 minutes to get 2 alcoholic drinks. The cajun pasta that we ordered was dry barely any sauce. We had six people with us. Very disappointed with the food. The waitress was apologizing and told us there was only 2 of them. Don't know if I will go back to this location

I was there today November 25 2023 around 2:00pm. My wife and my self order ribeye steak 10oz well done. We waiting around 25 minutes and both steak was medium rare. I was waiting for a waitress around 5 minutes and nobody came. I just walk away from the restaurant. Bad service poor quality food.

Big mouth bite patties were near raw in the middle. Drank 2 margs and didn't even catch a buzz. Disappointment.

This place sucks in every way! I will never come here again. Rude waitress, failed to understand order, sent opposite of request 3 times, manager finally got it right. No apologies or discount offered for over an hour of inconvenience and disgustingly over cooked food. This place, management and staff are a joke. Don't waste your time coming here. Other Brandon locations are much better.

The waiter spell a drink on me she was nice and brought me a towel and then spilled a different drinks on my lap she was definitely new my husband and I got a giggle it's not everyday that happens!!! kid free weekend and still got messy lol 😂 the food was delicious 😋 I froze thought dinner

had diner there tonight and the server/ bartender Jeremy wasn't very attentive. The apps came out fine but it seems like the he forgot to ring in the entre. He kept looking at his tablet and talking to what seemed like a manager. i can tell the food was rushed because the chicken looked under cooked like it was taken out of the frier before the timer went off. Also had a straw wrapper in one of our drinks brought by him and another had a fruit fly in it. At no point did we get a visit from either of the staring managers. the fact that both managers one in yellow and the other in a maroon shirt didn't even take the time to check on us after sending back food and drinks is shocking

Food and service was wonderful!

The Burger was too greasy, the kids cheesy chicken Pasta was hard the cheese wasn't melted took forever to get straws. Never got refills would not recommend this place at all.

Don't waste your time on this Chili's. The management does not know how to let old food go in the trash. Black guacamole and black avocados are the norm.

In the beginning my husband ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was really dry then he talked to our server and switched for a chicken wings when received the new order the chicken wings was uncooked on the inside. We had a bad experience

Dirty dishes, waiting at the door while waitresses watched drinking, a waiter who was burned finally came up to help 😢😢. Maybe it’s personal but not the best service here. Rude looks from staff. Food quality =🤡🤡🤡🤡

Been here a couple times, the service tonight, not blaming it on the server, but was horrible. Food came out, cold, and some items not delivered as ordered. Restaurant was kind of dead, and it seems like the kitchen already shut down. Will NOT come back.

Terrible experience over all , we placed an order last month on our way out of town last my training with fire rescue , once we got on the road we realize they gave us the wrong order at the restaurant , my wife called back and they assured us that the following month it would make it right , and here I stand tonight a month later after training all day and the manager is actually very rude , all I wanted was a hamburger I paid for

They don't have much of a vegetarian selection. Chips and dips, and french fries. The guacamole was pretty bland. I went there for lunch. Not too many patrons there yet I had to keep reminding my waitress that I needed something to drink.

It was filthy. Floor was sticky and it was pretty dark. The food was not very good. Ordered fajitas and the tortillas were stale and when I asked waitress for new ones she forgot. I don’t recommend this Chilis.

Me and my boyfriend went to eat, I ordered the steak with mash potatoes and broccoli, one bite into the broccoli and it tasted off, I took a look and say black mold on the ends of my broccoli, we kindly asked for the manager and we politely told him that it had mold, he responded saying it’s not mold it’s just a couple days old, and then took my plate and left, didn’t even apologize we quickly paid and left, and soon after had a really bad feeling in my stomach and his as well.

I loved this chilis location , atmosphere was amazing , no that much people that talk loud , is a town restaurant where service was amazing ,they are all the time watching if we need something and if everything is ok . The food is also really good taste and texture . The chef we have to give it 5 star. I came here because the reviews , and the reality was the same as the pictures in google . Staff 5 star , food 5 star and environment 5 star.

Drew (manager) was very hospitable! We walked in, sat down, as he dropping off food, he noticed us which sitting down 30 secs. He greeted us, took our drink order as well as our food order all within 90 secs from sitting at the bar. I would for here back knowing that he’s in charge of the team! Thanks Drew and team!

Went with some friends and had a great time. Food was good as well as the staff. And they have 2x1 on house margaritas... I like margaritas

Had a horrible experience tonight. Usually always have such great service but tonight was so bad I had to take my party and walk out. Our so called server was extremely unprofessional and a complete joke of an employee. I believe her name was Jess or Tess, honestly cant recall because she said it with an attitude, but 7/13/23 at around 10pm. I get that no employee likes serving after an hour before close but there is a proper way to go about things. She could of politely stated that they closed the kitchen or anything, not just come to the table drop the silverware with an attitude to the point we were uncomfortable. Jess/Tess then asks if the last member of the party is almost here, which trying to be nice, I joke and say I hope so. She rudely states I hope so too. Had to ask her if she was good because that attitude is unacceptable. She then wants to get an attitude when I told her we were good and we will find somewhere else to eat. Sad because the location is usually pretty good. Obviously we left and we will just start taking our business elsewhere.

We ordered chicken bacon ranch quesadidias The chickens wasn't cooked all the way threw on either order...... so I ordered nachos well they were not nachos. Triangle shaped chip with bean caso topped with cheddar cheese... super disappointed. Went before to same location was bad then also. Won't be going back !!!

The time there was amazing, and the food really good. We went there with a 3 years old kid and the lady who took care of our table (I really apologize because I forgot her name) was so nice, so special with us and with the kid, she was so professional that even if the food had been bad, we would not have noticed. Thank you so much for your service, I would love it if all the waiters were like you. Good job guys, five stars for the food but 5 diamonds for the service!!!!

This location needs to improve the food quality. My order was cold and had to wait for a replacement.

Ordered Curbside To Go and was told my order would be ready at 9:35 p.m. I then got a text message at 9:20 p.m. telling me my food was ready. As a result, my food was cold when I picked it up. I said something to the girl that brought my order to my car. She told me that because the kitchen was slow that they went ahead and made my order. I told her that was not acceptable. I was given a pickup time and prepared to pick up my food at that given time. I shouldn't have to deal with cold food because the kitchen was bored and wanted to go ahead and make my order. On top of the food being cold, the broccoli was pretty much raw, and the cup of avocado ranch I got with my Southwest egg rolls was barely half full. It was only enough for one egg roll. I'm extremely disappointed and this experience will influence whether or not I'll go back

In for lunch and was offered a booth at the bar instead of the near empty dining room. The bartender did a great job playing waitress between drinks.

The place is a 10/10! Amazing food, always straight from the stove, made to order, and delicious flavor. The servers are very attentive, clean up as soon as you finish with any plates, and are willing to help to make you feel welcome. The restaurant has good parking, is always very clean in and out, and inside the atmosphere is very peaceful even when it's busy. You don't feel overwhelmed by the noise or being too close to other customers, as there's plenty of space here. Which is a plus for when you visit with kiddos. I would absolutely recommend it!
