BEWARE!!! This place will try to overcharge you!!! My experience at this location was absolutely horrible. We got a cup of old cold coffee that seemed like it had been sitting out all day, no sugar, creamer, or anything to go along with it. One of our sides never arrived, and they tried to charge me for 2 kids drinks thats included in the meal and gave me some bullshit excuse. They did adjusted the bill when I questioned it but when I spoke to the manager I realized these people are all in on trying to scam the customers. I’m not one to just complain about anything but this place is not honest and I will never go back!

Some drunk guy kept annoying everyone and trying to make everyone talk to him. Made one group of people leave. We were asking for our bill, drunk guy wouldn’t leave us alone we told him too. He wanted to fight. He was looking for a fight and argument. We left because we were sick of it. Bartender kept serving him and doing nothing about it.

Didn't get a chance to stay. Applebess on Causeway has slowly been going downhill for awhile. The food has not been the greatest but the prices are still great. The staff hasn't been the greatest either but we usually are okay with it. This past visit, we did not even stay. We were informed that there would be a 30 minute. Mind you, there was plenty of seating. Also, they were short staffed, so even if we had waited, we may have never gotten our food. There were already 3 couples ahead of still still waiting, so we left

I only had drinks at the bar but Leigha was very friendly and was doing all the bar area just about by herself. The rest of the staff all got along and looked like they enjoyed working with one another. Great experience!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Brought the family in for lunch, waited over 40 mins for a drink, the bartender didn’t make it correct so I switched it and waited another 20 mins. The waitress didn’t know anything on the menu. I have a food allergy and was told I couldn’t switch the broccoli to another side, instead I had to purchase an additional side. Food was cold, dry and not cooked well. Everyone around us also had poor service and had to speak with a manager about the food. We will never return to this Applebees. The manager should be fired along with the rest of the staff.

Dawn, was my family’s waitress and she was wonderful. She was attentive to our foodie wants and needs. Plus she was very patience with us while waiting for other attendees to arrive. I recommend her for your next visits at apple bees.

The hostess seated all the people of color in on section and whites in another. We left before we got our food and they still gave us the bill for everything despite telling them what I was upset about.

Have used curbside svc. a couple of times, they have previously offered Military Disc. We decided to eat-in this time although the parking lot has been looking DESERTED more often than not. When we approached hostess stand, there were only a handful of patrons at the bar, we still waited a while before ANYONE approached and seated us. We ordered multiple appetizers, beer , soft drinks, and the world's smallest, weakest margarita? I asked the server about it and she had no clue what I was talking about. We ate our meals, but it was just mediocre, ( quality and service) the vibe is definitely not what it used to be. I asked the server if they would honor the military discount, she said they only do it on Veteran's Day. The military/veteran community is huge in this area, and I like to visit businesses that recognize our loyalty and our patronage. There are SO many choices locally, that offer military discounts, who welcome return customers who appreciate good food, excellent value, and great service . We still left a generous tip, but will not be returning ; )

Literally people who work here so ratchet no type of customer respect on top of that they just sit around not doing anything on there phone can’t even do their job right I call to pick up a order they don’t even have me in the system. Idk what manager is in charge but clearly doesn’t have the workers doing anything but sitting around on there behind getting orders wrong can’t even properly get a name to an order in the system correctly.

I definitely didn't get what I expected for the price!!! I've ordered the same thing before just not at this location. Seemed the only person my group could agree on was stringy & hard headed is the ChEF!!! Our waiter was good and i had a good time. Nice location. I can't even eat out that much anymore but definitely better get what I paid for...I would have walked out, but I was invited, tip 30% cuz the service was amazing. You shouldn't leave a place hungry, when everything is 20 bucks or more smh.

My mother and I wanted to stop in for a quick bite before our movie night. Nykita was our server for the evening and she was a ray of sunshine. She answered our questions adequately and made sure our food came out in a timely fashion. If you come here and are placed her section, you will be well taken care of.

It’s Applebees so you know the food will be average but we’ve never had a bad meal from this specific location. Service is quick when they aren’t super busy. Wait staff is always very friendly and attentive. We had Sherri tonight and she was great! Came back numerous times to check on us and entertained my kids million questions. We come here once a week. Good food, good service, decent priced. We’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Leah at the bar is always great and always remembers us and even the order my kid gets. This location is farther away from our house but we prefer this one!

Each and everytime we come we get Dawn because she is always amazing nice and very patient she always gets a 10star from Tamika and Trent

Showed up at 10:05pm and didn’t get seated until 11:13 … place is empty since we got here and I can see why…. I used to work here 7 years back and mannnn this would have never been ok … but new management…. Insaneeeeee ….no knife with a steak …. Trash location don’t come here if your hungry… food looks sad like it’s been in the window for 15 minutes

Our meal was Amazing, came out quick and fresh. I give a shout out to the Cooks Primo, Sandra, and our waitress Misty the Bartender. I had Chicken Wonton Tacos with beer cheese and Pretzels. My friend had fried chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato. Most amazing experience. Thanks

I always go to this location, Leigha is quite possibly the best bartender I've come across. Kind, sweet, & personable. Very informative about drinks and menu options. Always good service when she is here! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area

We had Leigha as our server tonight. Let me tell you, she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! She was working the bar AND serving and communicating SO well through the whole process. She was very quick and very sweet and polite. Very good at making a healthy relationship with her customers and amazing to talk to.

I sat at the bar and they only had one server on at noon. Two 4 tops walked out because no one addressed them. The manager finally came out to assist. 2nd time there and last.

This place lacks quality training for their employees. My wife decided to take us out to Applebees on providence rd tonight 6/16/24 Father’s Day. Yes I get it, it’s Father’s Day. When we get there host has to get a little creative but seats us right away. Host was great no issues with him. Server comes and gets drink and food orders, no complaints there all was good. BUT, then we wait about an hour and 15 minutes for our food. We don’t throw tablets in our kids faces so keeping 3 kids under 5 entertained that long is tough. Still, I get it! It’s Father’s Day!! So we did not complain about the wait time for food initially. When the food does come my wife’s burger is well done and she asked for medium, as well as the salad came with no dressing on it at all. By the time we realize the server is gone and he does not return after 10 minutes so I ask the host to send a manager over when they get a chance. Goal was just to get the burger taken off the bill because my wife didn’t want it and wasn’t willing to wait for another one. So manager comes over we explain and she starts with “so did your server promise you a medium burger? Because we don’t do that, only pink or no pink.” Okay, well any decent server or cook should know medium means pink. Maybe the server didn’t know to say that to us, but regardless medium means pink. So why even bring that up? Obviously medium means she wanted pink. But no big deal really we just want to give back the burger get it off the bill. We also inform the manager she didn’t get any dressing on the salad. No big deal just bring us some dressing right? Manager says she’ll take care of it. Our server still has not come back at all, no drink refills, no checking on us. Another 10 or more minutes go by and still no dressing for my wife’s salad which is now her meal. Mind you, we’ve been here more than an hour and a half now and the restaurant is now much thinner than when we got there. The nail in the coffin for my wife is when the manager delivers two salads with dressings to the table next to us, and still no dressing for my wife. So my wife grabs the kids she’s leaving now she’s done with the whole thing. It’s not till another 5 minutes wife and kids have been gone manager comes back with bill saying she noticed they left so she got the bill right for me (taking the burger off). When she approached I just kinda pointed at the salad and she asked if I wanted a box? we still didn’t get any dressing… and shes shocked. She didn’t know we didn’t get the dressing. I assume she told somebody else to get the dressing and she dropped the ball there. Obviously everybody else in the chain forgot the dressing and our server hasn’t been to our table in a long a$$ time, so as the manager when this comes up you go take care of that dressing yourself, right now. Make sure it gets done. It’s just dressing but it’s literally my wife’s whole meal at this point. We’re not asking for much here, dressing for a salad. So anyways manager doesn’t address that just says she’ll take the salad off the bill. Great, that’s the least you can do. Literally. She comes back with the bill then I sit there by myself for another 10 minutes, server doesn’t come by to get my payment, still no checking in from him at all. The place is not busy now at all either. It was not an issue of being too busy; it’s new servers that don’t know how to wait tables and obviously haven’t been trained to, it’s a manager that may be new too and maybe she wasn’t trained either. She passed the ball to someone else when she could’ve made all the difference by just bringing the dressing to my wife right away. At the end I walked plumb out of there and didn’t pay for any of it. $26 after the adjustments and they didn’t get that. Whole point of a family dinner out together is for us all to eat, wife basically got no food after the ball was dropped countless times and then nobody would come to get my payment. I did feel bad for the server who got no tip, but you gotta learn the hard way I guess. Dropped food and never came back. Not once

Last Sunday night, the bartender charged my wife for two Patron Perfect margaritas when she asked for and received two Perfect margaritas. The bartender had already run our card when I noticed the disparity, so the manager said he had to refund the difference. The manager wrote her name, phone number and the amount to be refunded on a napkin. Well, we were not refunded our money, but Applebee's and the bartender received theirs.

Service is typically slow and there is always a wait. We were told that we could not come in and eat because they were closed, and that they were not accepting any more customers their sign clearly states that they close at 1 AM. And it was only 1220 if a business states that they close at one they should not stop accepting customers until 1 AM that is not acceptable service.

Applebee's Is My Favorite, Love Their Drinks, And Also The Quesadilla Burger. The Service Is Great, The Atmosphere Feels Retro To Me. Like The Applebee's I Been To When I Was A Child. Come Here If Your In The Brandon Area.

Place has total disregard for delivery drivers. They don't start the orders until after you arrive. Hard to get someone to even help you so you're just standing around for 20 mins then by the time somone acknowledges you they inform you the order "just came in" even though you've been there for 20 mind already so now you have to wait another 30 mins. For delivery drivers time is literally money. Don't appreciate my time being wasted.

This is our 2nd time to this location. Both times we were waited on by Leigha, well the 2nd time we requested her tables. She goes above & beyond! I have health issues & she was so patient & understanding! This woman deserves my appreciation!! & gratitude!!

This is this absolute WORST SERVICE and FOOD that I have EVER had. From the ribs being BURNT to the table being sticky to having to wait 10 mins for mayonnaise to the SERVER charging our card for someone else’s food. Glad I don’t live in this area as this store is TRASH. Don’t go there if you want good food and good services.

Very slow Monday afternoon for lunch, and that was fine for my wife and I. But we just couldn't figure out why the place had to be 50 BELOW ZERO!!! It was so cold, we couldn't even enjoy our lunch! So we asked for TO GO containers and we got out of there!!! Has Applebee's adopted Steak N Shake's policy of freezing people out so they will hurry and leave?
