This place is awesome!! Best ice cream in town. The concealed carry signs are a major plus!! Never felt so welcome with my side arm. We need more business like this!!

I genuinely thought this was a Twistee Treat but turns out it's not. The ice cream tastes pretty much the same though. However I am unsure why an ice cream business has conservative political signs all over the establishment especially a sign about how we could get free ice cream if we show a conceal to carry card... makes me feel a lil bit unsafe ngl.

The girl who is in a very bad shape today said something stupid to my wife, a brunette. I have a photo that I am going to put of her, which has many reviews of her, which is rude.

Love love going here, Their ice cream is the best and made with love, So much love that I buss a little when I take that first lick off the spoon. I even squirm in my chair as my taste buds ascend from the goodness of the flavor. My go to is plain vanilla with coconut flakes and it will always be so yummy, I think I'm going to try out something different each time I come here now.

I have been visiting this place for years because I like their ice cream, but today I went to buy ice cream with my family, a girl with a Dominican accent with curly hair served me, she handed me the ice cream almost melted, and also threw the glasses at me. the window and the truth is his super rude attitude, I asked him for the favor of giving me napkins and he closed the window in my face and did not continue serving me, my intention is not to speak badly of the business because they are very good at what they do and in the product they offer, but this lady, the truth is, leaves them in poor evidence at the level of service and customer service, the other boys and girls who serve are friendly but that girl in particular is rude to customers. If the owner reads this comment, I just tell him that my opinion is not against his business, it is in relation to that bad employee who is rude and does not deserve to have a job where she takes out her rudeness on customers.

I have been a customer of this place for about 10 years, I was always delighted, so much so that I even took my children. All good, excellent as always, but it is incredible how the attention of a single person can destroy affection for and respect completely, to the point that it never makes me come back again. A super rude girl with a Dominican accent, I have nothing against Hispanics because I am one too, I say this to help identify her because I don't know her name, she answers reluctantly, reluctantly, the first 2 times I let it go, but The 3rd time I couldn't stand it. I complained strongly about his bad service and he told me in Spanish verbatim: Stupid and Damned Mamaguevo. If you as a local allow yourself to have a person like that, I don't know what will happen later. If I had been a woman I would not have hesitated for a second to give him what he deserved so that he would respect. The other 2 employees who were with her were super friendly and polite.

Everything was dirty, all trash cans full, out order was messed 3 times, everyone was waiting due to same problems. It was a complete mess. We all order the same Sundae’s and each sundaes were in different cup sizes.

Messy/melted horrible experience. Threw my chiller away and barely got any napkins. When asked for a carrier, they said they had none- them asked for extra napkins- when you see it’s a messy and don’t even offer to wipe the cup/put in a better quality cup/ ruined the whole experience. Made a mess everywhere. Will not be coming back. And for the owner to respond/or whoever handles the responses seems very unprofessional to take care of customer concerns in that matter. Do better so smalli business’ like yours can do better.

Worst place ever to get an ice cream. Went with my family and service was awful also. Not worst the money. I asked for a black out and when I tasted it it tasted like flat soda. I returned it and the person in the window said the use the cheap soda kind. My nice had a cup with sprinkles and the ice cream was melted also my brothers ice cream was melted.

May 26,2024 @ 8:45pm. Girl tending the window has no patience with children what so ever. My kids don’t know the menu, I was telling them what they have, she gave them the nastiest look and walked away from the window. The guy that works with her 10/10. He made my kids smile with the Rainbows !

This was probably one of the worst icecream shops we've been to. I'm a huge strawberry fan and that icecream was a disappointed. The chocolate wasn't that good either. No one in my group finished their icecream. The stuff in the freezer section at the grocery store is better. Most of my reviews are positive. I leave negative reviews when necessary. It's not my fault your icecream is terrible. Worst strawberry icecream from anywhere, any brand.

We stopped by here to get a sweet treat and we were not disappointed! The girl that took our order and made our ice creams was great. I love an absurd amount of peanut butter on my sundaes. I told her don’t be scared and she was not. Great small business! When we’re in the area again we’ll be coming back.

Decided to take a 30-minute ride up to this place just to get a milkshake and let me just say that it was worth every red light wait 🤣 The service was exceptionally good, and the milkshake was even better. It was really nice outside, and I'm glad I made the drive up to visit this place, and the ambiance was very peaceful, to say the least

Stopped by yesterday March 30th, 2024 at 4:00PM to try for the first time. Walked up to a closed window with the menu on the counter to pick out what product and flavors we wanted. An employee opened the window and told us we needed to come to the next window to order. We told her we were looking at the menu and we'd order from the next window in a second. She said "Okay" and closed the window. Maybe 10 seconds later she slams open the window again and yells at us, "NEXT. WINDOW." We told her again we were looking at the menu. She then rudely asked if we rang the bell which we had not. She then slammed the window shut. At this point we decided to just leave due to this horrible employee. We live right around the corner and were hoping this would be a frequent stop for us but thanks to her we won't be back. I understand it's hard to find workers these days but there's no reason to keep people like her employed. If you don't want to provide courteous service then get out of the service industry.

In the 10 plus years I’ve lived in Florida their ice cream has always been SO good. Hope this famous ice cream cone in front of Walmart never leaves 😋🩷

I went to eat ice cream. I hadn't been there for a while and it was unpleasant to get to the place. The tables are all dirty. I had to clean them and the garbage was overflowing. You should pay attention to this. Image and hygiene are very important in a place like this.

They don't clean the tables or pick up the trash. I don't want to imagine the preparation area inside.

Ice cream shack located on Osceola Parkway across from the Walmart Supercenter. They offer soft serve ice cream and other sweets. The time we visited wasn't packed but only one employee was working and it took a while. The ice cream was good.

the ice cream is so good and that one worker that’s sort of an Edgar and has brown hair and some faint red highlights and I made eye contact with, I saw twice, once in summer and once in January 2024 is so fine and if u see this please bro hit me up, anywho 5/5

The ice cream is good but I wanted Twix and they said they can do it an a separate cup for one dollar there are a lot of bugs would and would not recommend this place

BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!!!! The ice cream is so delicious and creamy. Its a nice place to go in the summer with your friends I am blessed to have tasted this ice cream. The staff are pretty kind too, but not as kind as the ice cream is to my taste buds

The taste of ice cream is good. Just the service took a little long to get ice cream. The amount they give you is so much less than twistee treat. I didn't even know it wasn't a twistee till I got to counter and finish order. It was my 1st time going here.

Twistee Treats ice cream is low quality compared to chillin outs. Chillin Outs is way creamery. You can tell it’s ICE CREAM. Everything else taste like a frozen treat. You must try the banana split, Oreo sundae, AND most importantly, the classic chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone. 👌
