The food is still terrible, the woman who runs it is still rude to her customers, her rice still comes out burnt and it’s 1130 am. Got Gungo pea soup today Horrible No taste, watery, just a mess Yesterday we tried the cocoa bread and beef patty around 12pm it was old and rock hard The line was long because a couple was getting a few orders, another couple walked in and the customer asked her if they could see the food (lift the lid real fast) she starts carrying on talking about wait in line she has to help the customer the line too long like girl get some customer service skills You have location that’s it And you’re losing more customers each day because you don’t improve.

My husband brought goat and found hair in his food. The lady told him the hair came from the air lol. My husband really wanted the goat so me his wife went back to repurchase it. The lady told me she refused to sell it to me because goat is very expensive and my husband could’ve ate the other goat he returned smh . She went on to say that this is the only Golden Crust where the meat is cut and slaughtered by Allah. Also she gave my husband her tip money as a refund lol just ridiculous . Be aware going here because this gave me a look at how people really cherish food over customer service! Without customers you have NO BUSINESS…

Let's just say I wouldn't feed my dog this plate. I was in a hurry and went in for beef Pattie's and decided to get a fried chicken lunch plate. Well this is what I was given, maybe day old chicken which was soggy and sitting there and rice and peas with oxtail gravy. It's Disgusting ! I won't be eating it, I don't have time to go take it back and I won't be giving it to anyone else. the two Pattie's I got were just as bad! Smh $19 down the drain!

I ordered a lunch special of brown chicken stew and a small oxtail... I acknowledge my biases right off the back because when I asked for extra gravy for the rice, I was told it would cost extra... I declined because never in my life, have I experienced this. Whenever I have gone to the Orlando location on colonial or the Tampa location, this is an easy request. I was also told it was to-go only, I could not eat inside. The portions were skimpy at best, the food was cold as it been sitting, the chicken was over cooked and tough to chew, the oxtail was amazing hours later (I ate it for dinner). I just wish there was more cabbage and gravy to mix with the rice and peas.

The food is super delicious, especially the Gungo peas soup on Fridays. The staff is not super welcoming and they really don’t interact with you. If you’re not interested in social interaction, it’s fitting. The great food definitely makes it worth the visit.

Got a small oxtail. Steam cabbage they skimped and tasted old. The rice smelled old and was dry. Oxtail trash. Workers seemed too young to care. They need better training. Honestly the worst golden krust. Check your food before leaving. Ordered 2 patties and only got 1.

The food was extremely dry and tasteless. Portions were tiny. My chicken was cold to the touch. I had to ask for sauce to make the rice edible. Ended up just throwing the plate away. They were out of Plantains, which they did not mention until after we had paid and then asked about them. Just a bad experience overall and I’ve always eaten golden crust. Never again In Orlando.

The employee of this place has no customer service training. On June 18th I visited the store with great excitement after coming from another state the day before. As a Jamaican I wanted to indulge myself in some real Jamaican food, my wife and I arrived 11.55 am and ask for four mild beef patties, she said she didn’t have any and I ask how long will it take for them to be ready, she said it would take 18-20min. I paid for the patties, and ordered a lot more delicious things that my eyes could see. We sat waiting for the patties. One hour later no patties, other people came in long after us also waiting. When the patties were ready, she began serving everyone who came in after us, one lady pointed to us and said they were here before us. Then I said to her I have been here over an hour, she just shrugged her shoulder and served us, during the hour there was never a word like sorry, only a few minutes more. When I got back to the hotel, I was more disappointed with the ackee and saltfish, the ackee were nonexistent, with a lot of vegetables, two dumplings and two bananas. We paid for a large meal. This was not even a small meal. Disappointed was not the right word.

Food is exceptionally fantastic, a hidden gem, despite the roughness in, and around the shared complex... Once inside, you quickly relax into the space and trust me, it's worth every penny!

I tried their mild beef Jamaican patty(Empanada). It was really good but I didn’t like how their prices weren’t updated on the screen. They do have a paper in front of the cashier saying the beef patties went up but it doesn’t state if anything else did. I payed $3.25 for each which wasn’t bad.

I 😍 the crispy 🥧 parties and the Krusty the Clown 🤡 character. It bring such tears of joy 😂 to my sons 🎂 party. Thank you, Golden Crust for all the hard work and entertainment you bring! !

The food was good. However, I was told that there is a camera where the food is handled. So whoever is working can not give you more then a scoop of each things. So needless to say the portions are very small.

I ordered brown stew breakfast, this is not brown stew. The dumpling falling apart, you can tell it’s over night food. The chicken was fried so dry, with no seasoning or flavor, with tax over $13 not again. I’m so disappointed

It's the only place I will go for my spicy beef patties.

I ordered the oxtail plate with rice and beans, cabbage, and plantains through Uber eats. When I received my food I got toss salad in place of the cabbage and no plantains. I called the restaurant right away and got Sandy who told me that Uber eats makes up their own menu and there is nothing that she can do. I spent $33 on a plate that is missing 2/4 items. Very disappointed.

Traveled very far to come, only to be disappointed. This is the only Caribben Krust that doesn't sell fish!!!!

I had a catering event for about 300 people i called and spoke to a young lady named Moya. She told me she was just a cashier and that a lady named Shelley would be given me a call back.She would pass the message along. On my second called, she said to me.I'm just a cashier shell he comes in at 2 o'clock.I'll make sure she calls you back. That was Four days ago no call How do you expect your business to grow if you're not providing the service that people are calling about? Or your employees aren't passing along the messages to the correct catering managers or manager which I did ask to speak to both!

Food is not fresh, the fried fish after eating smell like salt fish and taste like dry fish. Please don’t cook old frozen red snapper if it’s spoiled.

Let me start with I never want to hurt business but this was not Jamaican, maybe some other Caribbean country cooking. To much black pepper in ackee, too oily , fried dumplin greasy, Callaloo& salt fish-flavorless.. totally drove a ways thinking this was going to be my golden crust Teaneck New Jersey experience, it was not. My belly ache & I’m still hungry😫

I think the Orlando location has spoiled me cause I go to the one on east colonial every chance I get and they are not stingy. This one did not add any extra gravy and they gave me the same amount of chicken that I paid extra for. I paid 16 bucks for the large chicken curry and all they did was give me extra dry rice no extra chicken. The service wasn't terrible but the Orlando location they screaming welcome as soon as u walk in and give service with a smile. The lady at the front looked like she was over today and wanted me to get my food and go lol. I will not be coming back here and I wish I read the reviews because I could have spent my money elsewhere and got more for my money.

Always open your food and check it before you leave this place. The food sometimes seemed to be from days before. Not fresh

I've ate here multiple times and each time I was treated poorly all I ask was for the sauce packet that's advertised and she disrespected me then try to charge me 50 cent for a sauce packet the size of a average bottle cover it's a shame yo own ppl treat you the worst I would not be taking Uber orders or eating out from here anymore

I ordered a small jerk chicken meal and jerk chicken with festival. The jerk chicken was not jerk chicken; it was more of a bake chicken. Don't taste no jerk seasonings. The festival was hard like a rock. If the festival is left too long in the warmer; the staff should have known the festival is no good. If I wasn't too far from the restaurant I would have returned this order. I been to Golden Krust in Alafiya and Kirkman Road and there food is good. Need a Jamaican cook that really knows how to cook. As I will no longer return to this location.

For someone who love buying oxtail at any Golden Krust I could this one was the worst I've ever had. Oxtail had no flavor, cabbage no flavor and the rice and peas just nasty.

The best breakfast. Love the thick pork chops and home fries.

My wife grew up on St Croix and if ound Golden Krust during a visit to Orlando to give her a taste of home. Food was great and tasted just as good heated up later at home since we bought extra just for that.

The service was friendly and prompt. We ordered 2 patties with coco bread. The patties were flavorful. The meat was well seasoned, and the patty shell was flaky. The coco bread was mild in flavor, very soft and warm. The food on display looked amazing. The tables, floors, and overall appearance were clean. I would definitely visit again!

We went to purchase beef patties. We arrived before 6pm and was told that there was only one beef patty left and they weren't making any more (even though they don't close for another two hours). I asked about the fish dinner. I was told that they would have to cook it, and I said ok. Then she told me that they were out of fish. My colleague who purchased the one beef patty was not pleased with it. She said that it was mostly filler with very little beef and fried instead of baked. I would not recommend this place.

I was disappointed, we had ackee and saltfish and it was tasteless. A bit disappointed since the food and environment was palatable in the past.

Not the typical Golden Krust food quality as other locations I have visited in other parts of Florida as well as other states. Very disappointed as I am new to the area and was excited to have this restaurant chain close by. Will have to find another restaurant for Jamaican cuisine.

Decent food decent flavor, a bit pricey but after you've been disappointed by many others this place will do once or twice... Remember I'm not a tourist I'm a local retired veteran... I expect service worth paying for and food worth telling a friend or a family member about...

The food is amazing, the service is incredible, The store is very clean too! The lady there that's usually working in the mornings is very very nice and mannerly, she is very friendly too. I'd say this is the best Caribbean restaurant in Kissimmee!

First off just want to say the food here is amazing. I met the young man that was working in the back and he was very polite. He should definitely be some kind of manager because his customer service was awesome and he can definitely make a person crack a smile. He gave good suggestions and I definitely enjoyed my time here.

When I got home I was surprised that I got a snapper 1/2 the size and was charged full price. Normally the snapper tail would be sticking out the large container. When I called the store, they said that is the size we received, so I asked why would you charge me for the full price. She said the register was being used and could not check. I recommend that you check the food before leaving the store. My wife usually order the food, but for me they slipped in a small fish.

Nice little spot to get good Jamaican food. Young lady was only one working there but was holding it down. Busy around lunch. Food was hot and very tasty. I was not disappointed

Ackee is good.needs more flavor and less onions .also portion size isn't reasonable for 14.99.but overall good just needs to be seasoned well and less onions and a little more portion of food .(update) I ordered again today this time as you can see on the right the food is lesser portion

Loved the oxtail expensive but worth it!!

Food was OK just stop by when I was on my way to Tampa but if you ask me if I would go back ...idk maybe I'll give them a second chance I know they were just opening their doors
