Food wasn't fresh, it was definitely old and cold fries weren't fresh either. Service not so good and dinning room dirty

Some female worker ask what I want to order then, walks away to take out window leaving standing there waiting for too long. Thank God the man working the grill serviced me. Don't think I'll be going there again.

I was very well attended to and my takeout order was very fast.

Had to come back three times to get my order corrected to only get served RAW CHICKEN.

Just ordered Jr cheeseburger had to get refund due to a bugs in the mayo on the sandwich

absolutely disgraceful. order was completely wrong, 9 of our 9 meals were wrong. they were stone cold and awful staff. do not go here never been more outraged at a ‘fast food’ service.

Food cold, overpriced and can’t get an order correct. Many staff issues and machines being broken. It is really slow and food is never ready and they don’t have much of what’s on the menu. This place is horrible never go here.

Ask for a Dave’s double combo, they prepared it with junior patties, by the time I got home and opened it, nothing to do but eat it, it’s not ok to cheat people that way.

Ordered French toast sticks from here and I asked for the 4 pc. They gave me 3 sticks, undercooked. Waste of money. Hope this place gets shut down for underperforming like most restaurants are. Maybe then y’all lazy idiots will start to understand to take care of other peoples food.

I tried getting a interview and the lady in there who think she runs the place says i have a attitude when i was talking formally and respectfully i wasnt surprised cause this the gettho but high key someone needs to put her in her place

The food during our last visit was the Best. We tried the chicken wrap and it was delicious.

We were waiting in the drive through with ONE car in front of us and it took you 30 minutes to take there order so we left along with about 20 other cars. I hope you know all the money you’re losing. Do better.

The place was very dirty, the floor felt full of grease, napkins on the floor and the employees were on their cell phones.

Burgers I never hot always lukewarm at best

I had to return twice because they didn't give me what I ordered. I ordered double stack with onions only, fries and chocolate frosty. They had cheese and condiments on my burger.

I'm extremely surprised by this Wendy's but they always hit the mark You never have to wait the food is always fresh and hot and the service is always pretty decent

I just left Wendy's and I bought a medium chocolate frosty which is only a cup of chocolate milk, and the baked potato needed to be hotter and cook a little longer. 2/28/2024 I posted yesterday and did not give 4 stars. My rating is a 1 star because that's the lowest shown

Stopped in to pickup a frosty. I am disappointed that after Christmas holidays they didn't go back to the strawberry frosty. I loved it. Please bring it back!

Staff is ver welcoming and hard working

I really should remove this person, first of all, I don't understand the mental trouble they have in saying that they don't speak Spanish, if they speak among themselves in Spanish, friends, if you don't want to work, look for another job, this person is rude to clients, the police and surveillance role. It's another job, people like that don't make you want to go to the place to buy

Some nuances with our order went wrong a couple times. But overall it was a friendly experience and the food was actually extremely good.

Is a good option (not the best) to eat hamburgers, sandwiches and similars. The price is the best is the best of this place due to is not too expensive according the service/food received. Recommended the hamburgers without egg and just meat. The fries are delicious with the mayo.

Bacon and fries were both not as "hot and crispy" as I'm used to from Wendy's. My order was missing items but the staff quickly and cheerfully fixed it. I was impressed by the value of my Biggie Bag. I would recommend the Biggie Bag to others.

First of all I wish there was a option to not put no stars at all….. This employee gave my boyfriend a fake $10 bill as change my boyfriend went back to tell the employee and the answer was can’t help you right now the same guy that gave him the bill the same one that was acting like he didn’t know him like he didn’t just buy there 2 mins ago plus no manager to talk to when the store closes at 2 am this is the worst store the worst services they cant even tell if is fake or not a big company like this should know better and we will be back tomorrow for sure for our $10 don’t worry but wanted to leave this out there for ppl to look out this is no joke.

Today was National Cheeseburger Day. You had to have the app. Which I didn't have. They also didn't have spicy nuggets. Place smelled like Weed. The kids before m freaked of pot. Unpleasant feeling. Not to happy.

Foods hot and fresh but this is a big homeless hangout. The c9me here to fill up their bottles in the coke dispensers.

This is one of the most chilled Wendy's you can go to. The lines are long but move very quickly, and they never once gotten my order wrong. I've been through their drive-thru and I've ordered in the store. Also, download that app if you love Wendy's because the rewards are definitely worth it. 👌

I just went to the drive thru the girl that took my money on the first window she was very kind and smiling. When I went over on the second window THE MANAGER when she went to handing my order she looks so angry, and the minute that I said to her to smile and to have a good day she gave me the dirtiest look. So sad 😞 having people working in that mood or perhaps attitude 😕. PS this happened July 31 @ 11:30am

Worst wendys around was basically cut off before i was done ordering the girl at the window had an attitude for no reason and food was missing from my order if you want wendys never go to this one

The area to get your condiments was dirty, no cup for condiments, no utensils. They had a man cleaning the vents while customers were eating.

I ordered 6 bacon egg and cheese croissants through Uber eats. The sandwiches came without bacon. I ordered them a second time and again no bacon. We tried 3 times to call the store and let the manager know about this and they hung up without ever answering.

I came with some friends and asked for a apple pecan salad a lady by the name of **** who stated that if I wanted more than two packs of pecans that I had to pay $0.30 extra. I told her I go to Wendy's all the time and this is the first time I am hearing of this. **** said sorry not this Wendy's so I said okay to the $0.30 extra per pack for nine packs then they tell me you the computers not taken and there's no way to charge me. I don't see how that is my problem but they made it my problem and didnt give me my nine packs of pecans. **** had an attitude problem and answer back continuously. I never mean no harm nobody and I hope **** gets better training so nothing like this can happen somebody else. When I went to return the salad because I didn't get my extra packs of pecans they gave me the extra pack of pecans free because they did not want to do the return. This is called poor customer service skills.

Can you make loaded fries in sizes too? I wanted large loaded fries and those are one size only, thanks.

The employee that took my order couldn't deliver on what I was asking for. It took her a long time to process my order, although I repeated my order a few times. She didn't have clear enough idea of the menu, either. Finally, when she gave me my food, she couldn't reciprocate my order, although I told her that I am gonna dine in. I even asked for a tray, but to no avail!

They where out of chicken for the second time ,😢up date was clear faster and yes they had chicken 🤣

Avoid this location at all costs. Cold fries and they took over 25 mins to deliver a potato.

El peor Wendy’s de la zona, te dan la comida incompleta y fría, acabo de comprar 3 Biggie Bag por el drive tru y cuando llegue a casa las hamburguesas estaban frías y no me dieron los nugget, y eso que no había mucha gente en la fila fue súper rápido cuando pagué me dieron todo pero por supuesto todo frio e incompleto. PÉSIMO SERVICIO

I use the app the order got placed as soon as I got there I pick ready and by the time I actually got there to pick up my food my food was good the woman at the register she was very friendly immediately greeted us immediately started talking to us to try to help us figure out our order the food was still hot only got it and it was delicious!

Don't come here at first I thought I was impatient but the drive thru took an hour just for me to get my food, place wasn't even busy guy on the mic took 10 minutes just to respond

It's been forever but it hit the spot. Food was delicious and the chili was superb. It was warm, thick, and flavorful. The pineapple mango lemonade was great, and the strawberry frosty was a great end.

I visited this place for lunch today through the drive thru. They were fast and accurate. This is convenient for me since I only have a half hour lunch and I can't afford to waste it waiting in line nor coming back because the order was wrong. I am thankful for the staff at this location for giving their best and being successful at great customer service.

I love to eat at Wendy's, breakfast & lunch are both GREAT!! Actually there is NOTHING I could complain about as for as me & my friend having breakfast at this location!! The store itself was Very clean, the employees were all Really nice, & inviting!! Our food was ready very fast!! There was not any lines that morning!! I did notice the drive-thru was very busy though!! Overall we had a GREAT Breakfast & Great food too!!!

Faster then McDonald’s good food

The food was good. I don't eat out often. So, I kept my order limited to breakfast.

Ridiculous, says it's open til 2am but everytime I've come here the dinning room is blacked out while the workers hang out and not do their job. Didn't even want to give one star, consider it zero.

Nefasto. El horario indica que esta abierto hasta las 10 pm, fui a las 9 pm y estaban cerrados. Pedí explicaciones y no quisieron darme ninguna. Al final pedimos por drive thru y tardaron un siglo en atendernos. No lo recomiendo por nada del mundo.
