I liked RaceTrac because of this store. The employees are hard workers and good people all around. The store is always clean and food and drink stocked and ready to go. BUT now I am kind of disappointed bc I walked all the way to the store at 1:30am and they are closed due to staff shortage, okay understandable but can you atleast use your window for serving? It's not the 1st time either. Dang I'm not walking here anymore 😕 I'm going to use my rewards and erase the app. I'll just go to 7 eleven from now on, you actually add up points there. And here we are again 10 o'clock pm and closed WHY??????

It's hard to say if this store is ever going to reopen. There's no notice of any store hours or any information other than "closed".

Closed indefinitely as of August 20, 2:18 a.m. with no mention of a reopening.

I bought a hot coffee to continue my trip and I couldn't find a lid for my glass, according to the cashier there was no longer any, I had to drink the coffee on the spot and delay my trip time 👎

This place repeatedly fails its customers you advertise 24 hours yet many many times has the door been locked at night because their excuse is they only have one employee working. RaceTrac pay your people appropriately and hire enough of them or stop advertising 24 hours That's false advertisement.

This lady is very unprofessional. She decided to close the store mid way through customers still being in establishment and other customers outside waiting to go inside. Few elder people outside waiting to purchase drinks and other put in gas. A lot of customers left because she said it would be a 10 minute wait because she was alone. (There was another employee in the back. Peeking) Like previously mentioned she was already attending customers and just made the decision to close the store on us, because she felt like it Unprofessional & rude. Not typical for gas stations to close just because employees feel like it.

I use this racetrack a lot. The woman who works in there has been SO rude every time I get her. I stopped there the other day and it was definitely my last time I will go there. She was to busy talking and flirting with this homeless man who hangs out there. She needs a class on common courtesy! The homeless are always hanging out at that store asking for money. Definitely the worst one I stopped at!!!

This store is listed as 24 hours and they close nightly at random times( once before 10 pm )…. They don’t add a message on the door and they stand in the back area and ignore patrons trying to figure out what the actual store hours are and why they do this. I visited at 11pm and was told the door will be locked until 5 am. I just find this very unprofessional for the RaceTrac brand. I’ve never seen another location operate so erratically. A true disappointment. I frequent 7eleven or circle k because at the minimum the employees ad a sign to the door regarding short staff or brief break to stock, and honor that. Things happen from time to time but this store is unpredictable on a nightly basis. Patron elsewhere after dark … they probably already locked the doors.

It seems like an excellent gas station but I went to get gas and my card was cloned. My bank immediately blocked it. One must be careful with that.

And it's clean and nice gas price reasonable

Shift Manager named Zulli or Zulili is the rudest, racist and most unfriendly employee that I've seen, she lack of customer service, she is like the latin version of a KAREN.

The rude girl on the register with the attitude, that one star you with everyone should be replaced by someone who actually wants to be there

This is one of the best Racetrac stores in the area. The General Manager is always running around to make the store look nice and the employees are very down-to-earth and friendly. Great job guys!

In a pandemic time and this person at the store haven’t been used the mask every time in get into the store she it’s there without mask. Very disappointed with you guys. Naija Ned to use the mask now!

Never have to wait long to check out, the store is laid out to where it's not crowded, plenty of space. Very easy to find what you need. Ice cream taste great and store always seems clean. It's usually busy before and after a typical work day, but outside of that never too crowded.

The restroom don't have toilet paper and they are disgusted. Los baño no tenían papel y estan Asquerosamente sucios.

Clean, pleasant employees. One moment is quiet, the next there's a line to the door. I'd like to see more RaceTracs, coming from Tampa where they're common I can assure you that the customer will almost always be satisfied.
