Exactly what the doctor prescribed! The way Chinese food in Puerto Rico is prepared. The fried rice is the best! Make sure you try the boneless ribs and the pepper steak. They even sell kola champagne; and if you don’t know what it is l, give it a try.

Terrible reheated food, very old, terrible service and cold food.

I ordered the House Special Lo Mein and it was so tasteless and barely no protein. Huge chunks of green bell peppers and broccoli made it worse. Very disappointed and nothing close to Puertorrican Chinese food at all.

Place is not that pretty...but the food was AWESOME. Had a combination of house fried rice with no soy sauce and fried pork.

I don't know how this pla e has 4.8 stars they must have bought them. Ordered takeout house lo mein a Morongo and two egg rolls. First off it took forever to get my order. Looked like the girl at register forgot to put my ticket in and then after I asked about my order realized it and took the ticket to the back. Anyway my food was sub par at best. The lo main was dry, the shrimp tiny and sparse. Why add green pepper to lomein if you did t ask for it. The egg rolls were extremely limp and soggy even the veggies inside had no crunch. The desert looked okay didn't get any tho and they have Boba tea etc. Needless to say I will not be spending my money there any longer. I've learned the hard way that Lin garden on out has a lock on the most authentic Chinese food. Guess I'll be driving a little extra for my Chinese but it worth it.

food is way more better than before...they improved , rice still on the bland side and may need a.bit of more of improvement, but prices are ok, portions are fine, if you need a quick bite and dont want to.spend much..try them out.

Well where do i begin my pregnant wife thought she wanted a delicious plate from here she originally wanted wendys or mcdonalds but we settled on chino rico we have had the food here before and its never been a problem but this time im not sure if it was all the new faces but the friednrive is always good no complaints there but the meats were way different then before the spare ribs had no sauce no flavor and it was as if you were chewing a piece of juicy fruit gum and the fried chickenthisntime was over cooked it tasted as if it was fried in oil that has been in use for over a week and i dont even know if it was actually chicken that i was served it had the same shaoe as the spare ribs and it had more bone then protein i highly recommend they purchase better quality meats and get rid of whatever chef is there because he is not that guy My wife was better off getting some wendys porque este chino no estaba rico

Went looking for a restaurant to eat, decided on Chino Rico and we were in town. The restaurant was very clean and smelled clean. Service was quick and timely. While waiting for the food, they missed giving someone part of their order and had to call them. The waitress behind the counter did not seemed phased at all but who seemed to be the owner/manager was all over it. 🤔 We ordered the sesame chicken with house fried rice, spare ribs with brocoli which came with house fried rice and chicken lo mein for the kids. The lo mein was a hit with the kids, but I tried it and it lacked in flavor. The other food was a miss, something was off in the flavors of the meats, barely any shrimp in the house fried rice and it lacked flavor as well. Not going to even talk about the fries. 😐 We live far and would not return for the food. However, if we're around town and thirsty, the strawberry boba tea with popping pearls was excellent and the cup is reusable, very sturdy. I wish I could rate this higher but for the 1 item we ordered that we liked, I can't.

Food was pretty good, serving size could be more (😉). Food was definitely fresh. Good for just a quick bite.

Flavorless rice, the supposed garlic chicken had soy sauce and the garlic they added didn't taste like anything, the mofongo was dry and the potatoes were cold. The order took 25 minutes to come out. I got the impression that they prepared the order wrong and tried to fix it. I do not recommend it first and last time.

I ordered take-out for a large house special fried rice which included shrimp and pork.....and crab rangoon. The fried rice had 4 baby shrimp and the rest of it was all rice. Seriously? The crab rangoon was mostly cream cheese filling. Couldn't even taste a piece of imitation crab. Highly disappointed. Never ordering Chinese from this establishment.

Always order from here and its always good EXCEPT for today! Just ordered chicken and broccoli and if it had 3 pieces id be lying. Food arrived cold and got an order of sweet and sour chicken..came with no sauce and cold. Super disappointed. The worst when your expecting good food and receive this mediocre food

HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order for the first time and asked for the sweet and sour combo and explained that I wanted Lo Mein instead of the rice. The guy who took my order didn't tell me that the combo only comes with the rice and nothing else. After I got home all I see is rice with fried chicken. I called the restaurant to explain that the order was wrong and also tell them that there was no sweet and sour chicken I included. As such, I asked for part of a refund for my inconvenience. The guy refused and only told me he was sorry and that the sweet and sour sauce was in the restaurant. I live 20 minutes away so he expected me to drive 20 minutes to him and back, so 40 minutes in total, to pick up a sauce that should have been added to the chicken once cooked in the first place. That was very odd. So if you order that, apparently, they put the sauce separately from the chicken, which doesn't make sense. My husband ordered sesame chicken with friend rice and we barely tasted the food and threw it all out. So that was $30 dollars waste because the rice was salty and it tasted burned. His sesame chicken tasted like the chicken was raw and undercooked. So it was disgusting. And my order I threw out as well since the chicken tasted like nothing without the sauce and the rice was equally nasty. Don't waste your money in this place. You will for sure be disappointed.

I bought a gallon of rice and it was literally just rice, there were 4 containers and they put 5 shrimp on top of each one and already, you couldn't see any ham and the little “pork” that I had was smaller than the size of a fingernail. I will definitely never shop there again, I paid $34 dollars for just rice, how sad!

Ordered a large wanton soup was served by a hesheBeshe Came out $6.66. Whoever input that price made a conscious decision to do so. Judging by the person that I was served by it confirms all my suspicions. Don't just take my word for it..see what greets you once you get to the counter

Mofongo was pretty bad. The rice was good.

I got new boba tea they are serving. I ordered the Mocha Bubble Tea. It’s yummy, love the flavor and bubbles are nice and plump lol. Good texture. I would order again. :)

They gave me super cold potatoes plus the meat looked like I was eating gum, it tasted dry, I won't be coming back

Chinese rice made with medium rice...not bueno. Long rice is less saggy that way. But ribs and peper steak was good.

Barely any meats in the house special lo main… no taste at all, small cheap shrimps… rather stick with Peruvian style Chinese food. Food was not good at all

Debut and farewell. The Fried Chicken was apparently fried in old Lard, and then reheated in the same Lard, smogoguau rice, mongas and cold potatoes. The worst Chinese-PR food in our lives.

The food is okay.. its local.. the people who answer the phone are rude when you want to order. People need to work on their customer service..they lost a local customer. We won’t be ordering from them anymore..

Food was well portioned!! Had plenty to eat and left over. Their small was bigger than most peoples large. Food was a little bland but they had sauces to doctor it up. Yum yum sauce was on point!!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Fried chicken was flavorless and burnt, the shrimp fried rice was old with undercooked shrimp, the pepper steak was just nasty, and the mofongo was also burnt and stale. EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTING 🤢 Stay far away from this place. When I called to complain about the food they acted like I had called the wrong place. WHAT???? With receipts with their information on hand. So not only was the food disgusting, they’re also dishonest and mischievous. They continued to deny they had made the food 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I was soooo over them, that I just hung up. I’ve already disputed the charge with Uber and my card. I thought I had saved the pictures I sent for dispute but I didn’t 😞. I’m not one to complain at all because I give the benefit of the doubt but when EVERYTHING WAS NASTY. I HAD to write a review. RUN from this place.

The rice with meat and broccoli that we ordered was super delicious, the service was super good, I really liked the place and the very generous portion, two people ate one dish and we were full. I would return and recommend it. very good relation cost quality

The food was very delicious, but I didn't like the service, I arrived and no one attended, I went to the cashier and asked for an opinion and the girl didn't even explain it to me, they brought the service to the table in takeout containers and I asked for an entree. and it never arrived

I ordered their Fried chicken wings with rice. At this point I wasn't sure if this was Chinese food or a beginner's first attempt. The rice didn't taste like a regular American style Chinese food. The chicken wings were burnt to a crisp. The service? Well, they forgot I waiting for it. I will come back again in the future, but for this visit. They failed.

I'm very disappointed the flavor changed big time and I have nothing against Mexican but their cooking wasn't right i I used to eat there before but isn't Chinese people 😒 anymore

We order some food Friday first time , shrimp fried rice only came with shrimp usually you order and have scallions but was plain , lomein was k needs more flavor we ask the lady for shrimp eggfullon with white rice she put it with shrimp fried rice wich they put 4 shrimp fries was soggy . Not to good

I’m from the Bronx and I wanted Chinese Food…. Dumbs down…never again…Food taste like recooked oil that left a taste in my mouth…waste of money….I do not recommend….mind you 20 minutes to cook and it still taste old. Sorry but I’m not sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Hoy 18 enero 2024 mi esposa compro una Bowl de arroz y estaba crudo y hace un mes atrás compre 2 combinaciones de pollo a la naranja y había un pelo y el pollo a la naranja super duro, parecía de hace 3 días nada comparado a ló que era antes me da lastima pero perdieron 2 clientes.

Expected more from this restaurant , I think that the chicken was bad(had a weird taste), the rice wasn't good,not just because it had barely any meat but the flavor wasn't there, I would recommend trying a different Chinese food restaurant. I am actually feeling bad from my stomach. I hope my review helps you pick a better place to eat.

Muy buen ambiente y si eres de puerto rico y quieres comer en Kissimmee y sentirte en tu país tienes que comer de chino rico q es más q 5 estrellas la comida lo recomiendo

La realidad me comí un arroz con costilla deshuesada y papas y nada me gustó. El arroz sabía ahumado la carne dura y no muy buen sabor y las papas mongas sabían viejas. Y en el arroz encontré 2 pelos de pestañas. Y por último ya cuando estaba a mitad de plato alado donde estábamos sentados había una cucaracha. De todo corazón no lo recomiendo.

Servers were very friendly and kind. Found a cockroach in the food mentioned it to one of the servers because I didn’t want to cause a scene. She asked for the plate and told the manager. Manager calls me over and when I approached him apologized and offered to remake it or refund it. I asked for a refund and asked in which food it was found since we had ordered 5 different things. I said it was the orange chicken and he offered a refund on the orange chicken which honestly same kitchen the orange chicken was made is the same the rest of the food. It was not the only thing I was dealing with at the time and I didn’t want to take it out on him. Went to my seat talked to my wife and she offered to go since I told her I did want to take it out on him. My wife gets up and talks to him and while refunding the order he asks my wife why I didn’t just tell him and she explains that I was mad to which he says “if he was mad he should’ve said something instead of sending you” I left because I was not about to turn into a “Ken” and rip him a new one in public in front of my kids and a restaurant full of customers. If anyone from upper management or owners wants to reach out to me please do. I didn’t take pictures but should’ve since now it’s he said she said. Hope this is addressed diligently.

10/10 food, service was great and food was out quick. The place still looks like a work in progress in the lobby, but I have no doubts in my mind that this has the potential to be a LEGENDARY local spot. 🇵🇷

Every aspect of the business was terrible, from the service to de food, ordered boneless ribs, the ribs was the only almost decent thing, horrible fried rice the shrimp was raw and the fries meh

The order was a little inconsistent my ribs were cold, the rice did not have shrimp or ham and I asked to add everything on the other hand the peppers steak had shrimp ham and it was hot.

I went here to try check the place out for a new Chinese spot it was nice to order and looks clean. I got chicken lo mein waiting to taste good noodles but it was flavorless no spices to keep me eating it. Another plate I got to try was the “chicken wings” there was rice and fries included, I wanted to try crunchy fries but they were mostly soggy and no salt again flavorless. The chicken wings were just fried chicken.

The owners of this place are very rude with staff and employees I never seen a manager talk to an employee that way very unprofessional owners but the food here was ok but my chicken was burnt I could not even take a bite out of it I rate this a 1 star this buisness you guys have could do better 👍

First thing I walk in is a bunch of cockroaches everywhere this is disgusting 🤮 buisness owner don’t care about cleaning and food was cold and Andy the manager had a very mean attitude let’s talk about having a good costumer service not have an attitude with your customers this is terrible

Want a mix of Chinese Puerto Rican, it’s a decent place to go

Chino Rico has some of the best Chinese food on oak Ridge. It's definitely a staple restaurant in this neighborhood. The only competition is up the street which I wont mention in this post because that's just disrespectful. They're closed on Mondays for whatever reason. That is. I guess it's from the hard work that they put in. Everybody needs a day to relax. Be able to get back to the grind 100% after that day is over. Their fried chicken wings and fried rice is phenomenal and it's definitely a great place to eat. I guess it also doesn't hurt to mention that it's located in the heart of Kissimmee almost with a lot going on. So if they happen to be closed there's always something else around literally within eyesight.

Bubble tea here is worth the price LOVE IT & the amount of food you get is worth the price . Went in not expecting much considering how it looks but this place surprised me the food is good and employees are friendly . The only complaint is that they should really clean up the place to make it more appealing but i will return

I ordered orange Chicken and mofongo. The chicken was very sour and tasted like Soap. The mofongo was horrible. My BF had rice and BBQ ribs. They were good.

Tried them for the first time delivery for dinner on Uber Eats. The food came fast, was hot, fresh, and made to order. I really enjoyed the fried rice. I would have preferred more salt on the fries and spare ribs. I also ordered the krab Rangoons. They were ok.

Fui por primera ves y tenia grandes expectativas del lugar pq habia escuchado que era bueno pero fue una total decepción, pedimos 2 combinaciones , costillas deshuesadas , pollo al ajillo con arroz y papas fritas y también un mofongo con pollo brocoli y estaba super malo y frio , una de las combinaciones era para llevarle a mis hijos pero decidimos hecharla en la basura con el resto de la comida , el ambiente era bueno y se veia limpio el lugar, el servicio se puede decir que fue bien pero la comida no . Lo mas desconcertante era que habia un gran flujo de personas entrando y saliendo del restaurante. Para mi fue la primera y la última. Gracias.
