Workers are miserable, place is dirty

They open at 10:45 am was there at 10:50 and they still hadn’t opened the door for me. Incredibly unprepared.

Closes at 11, got here at 10:32 and the doors were locked, had a shelf blocking the doors, and they had a full staff in the just cleaning

The customer service here is bad. Always an attitude and horrible communication between the staff members. They even argue in front of customers. I asked for a side of the vinaigrette and there is barely any in the container. The team needs some serious training.

Worst chipotle, line moves too slow and every time i come to get food there is always something they dont have or system issues

Somehow, some way, every time we order from here, on uber eats or DoorDash there is no guacamole. We’ve gone directly multiple times and somehow how, no guacamole. We went directly today, I asked one of the ladies working the line, why there is usually no guacamole. Since we order all the time I was just wondering. Her response was “maybe that’s just you. ” I understand that things get difficult, I’m sure there are plenty of people who probably make their lives difficult I and not one of those people. I genuinely asked a simple question. As someone who works customer service, that’s a TERRIBLE response. The one working the line could have easily said, “we apologize for the inconvenience, we unfortunately ran out today due to a high volume of customers.” Instead I got “maybe it’s just you, cause we always have guac.” Truthfully, corporate needs to send someone out there and do some training, most of the Google reviews confirm that this place is just BAD. If any one is reading this, I would just recommend driving to THE LOOP in Kissimmee, St. Cloud, or Orange Blossom Trail. This location is AWFUL!

Super dirty place, lack of attention, not enough staff, garbage overflowing from the containers, in short, a very bad experience

No toilet paper in either bathroom, had to ask for some. Language difficulty re: drinks and queso meant we were charged for things we didn't want.

The young lady made my order wrong and just started pouring in the toppings really fast, and the 2 girls was speaking negatively about my family in Spanish and thought i wouldn’t understand it. The manager rolled her eyes when i told that my order was wrong. It seems like everyone hates their job here and there is no respect for customers.

The customer service is terrible, the workers are always angry, the place is always dirty and I came with my mother who is 67 years old and asked about the price of the sides and the lady working there treated her badly telling her that she didn't know read. I live near this headquarters and that's why I always came, but no more! Dirt and poor service abound in this headquarters.

Definitely the advertising of hot and fresh is doubtful because it took 17 minutes between serving and paying when arriving at the checkout. The food was cold and I told them and they told me to leave and they voted the food in the trash. I'm going to put the video on instagram

In this particular branch, it seems they are annoying serving people after 9 pm... I approached with my family and the not very attentive and less friendly lady at the counter told us that there was no cheese, no meat, no pico de gallo, nor guacamole so we had to order what was left. Minutes later we saw how they filled the trays with all these ingredients... Surprise for us, the young woman didn't like that we asked her why and she treated us worse... They should close the landstar blvd franchise or at least close it at 6pm so that your employee doesn't give you a bad mood

Don’t go to this location, they bagged my order wrong and when I got back home the entire bag broke and all my food fell on the floor. They wouldn’t refund me or make me a new bowl. Horrible customer service!

Every time I go they don't have many of the things prepared; guacamole is rarely available

I went to eat at 10:30 pm, the restaurant closes at 11:00 pm, I had approximately half an hour to eat, I sit down to eat and the red-haired cashier rudely tells me that the lobby was closed I had to stop eating my food 🥣 when there were still approximately 25 minutes left to close, what a bad service and bad staff I will never eat in that place again.

Why is it this place is consistently out of the key meats that bring in 95% of their customers. This place is consistently out of chicken and steak MULTIPLE TIMES a week! I used to go here frequently because it's close to my house, but I stopped going because almost every time I went, they were out of rice. Today, I went again and once again, they were out of rice. Not having rice, which is their main ingredient in bowls or burritos, is unacceptable. They are out of rice 2 or 3 days every week, conveniently 1 or 2 hours before closing.

If your rice maker doesn’t work then don’t stay open. Simple as that. 10 employees with only one working. SMH.

Food doesn’t seem to be cooked right and the chips are always STALE. Portions are also getting smaller. Going to have to drive further for a different chipotle Unfortunately.

Everyone in this establishment needs to be fired. Bunch of kids with attitudes and all they do is speak Spanish. is like they hire the new immigrants or something. Get it together !! I don’t like to leave reviews specially when they are bad but man, every time I get chips at this location, they are BAD!! Old or wet or not enough salt just bad! They can never get it right. Come on somebody work on those chips. So disappointed every time. I stopped ordering chips and decided to try again and same. Just bad. Don’t even add chips to the menu at this point, just take those off. SMDH

Order through the Chipotle app 2 bowls. One was a double portion with chicken and steak but I only received a single portion of chicken. The second bowl was a complete disaster, I ordered a chicken bowl with black beans plus more and I received shredded beef which was about half a portion and fatty with disgusting pinto beans, no sour cream or hot sauce like I ordered. The orders had the correct labels on them detailing what was ordered so I can’t see how they can mess up so bad.

Got to this location a little after open, tried to order and they said they “didn’t have” any chicken or steak ready. We asked how long, and they said “none all day” which made no sense so we left. The last few visits have been also met with bad food, small portions, and unclean conditions. Corporate or the health department should for sure visit.

The last two times have been horrible!! I said I wouldn't be back after the last time due to way under cooked rice which was so hard!! But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt again today and the rice is sooo over cooked and mushy. Looks old bc the cilantro is all brown. Asked for a side of cilantro that I get very single time I go and the girl at the register tried to give an attitude and say they don't do that there. Had to say I get it every time just for her to grab the side. Smh

This place is always out of stuff and there's always flies inside. Today they were "out of rice" because the rice maker is broken, but the person on the line straight up lied to my face and said they don't have rice on the to-go side either. Meanwhile I can see them putting rice on the burritos in the to-go line...

Is not the first time .Every time we visit this location is out of something for example today is 5:30 pm and they don't have any rice white or brown for the rest of the day. The associates careless regarding the customers needs .

Im not joking I found two bay leaves in my rice bowl… biting into this after paying over 20+ dollars for a bowl 😭 and they said they had no chips while I watched them package mobile/delivery orders with multiple bags. customer service was alright, food was so disappointing :(

I’ve been coming here for 3 years almost everyday after the gym and still continue to come till this day . They’ll sometimes under portion the food but if you ask for a little more they’ll give it you . There’s a guy who knows my order by head I don’t even have to say a word when I meet him at the counter . I forgot his name but he’s a very nice young man . There’s also an admirable Venezuelan girl with very very curly hair you can’t miss her . I suggest you have an 2 adult supervision on site throughout the hours to improve services someone at least 30 years old . Other than them running out of lemonade which is not a surprise it’s a very delicious popular drink . I give the restaurant a 4.5 . It has improve slightly over the years but still more work to be done . Adult supervision throughout the evening will definitely impact its services .

I send my 11 year old to get 3 burritos at 8:30pm. They were out of White and brown rice. I don’t know why they sold burrito with NO rice. they charge us regular price $12 each. They should’ve some kind of discount A free chips and drink. unbelievable, they should close the store when they’re out of important things like rice, bean or meat.

Horrible Chipotle. Worst I’ve ever seen. They say they close at 11 pm. I went at 10 pm, and after waiting in line for 10 minutes while about five workers were chatting in a group, I couldn’t get food because they told me they didn’t have any rice. No rice 45 min from closing. Workers with phones in hand. Of course, there is no food for the customers.

I do not know how this place is still open. There’s flies everywhere. I sent my son to the store and did not know that he chose this place. My burrito came with a small fly in it. I threw it out, so money in the garbage. They need to send food inspectors daily to this location.

This is the worst chipotle. Only come here if you have an hour to waste standing in line.

So very irritated with this Chipotle. Tried this Chipotle again even though I said to me and my kids we were never coming back because every time we go to this Chipotle their fountain drinks are always out of service basically. Almost all pour out water only and usually have no utensils out. Today against my better judgement we went back they said they have no rice for 20min , cool because we agreed we would stop going there and tried another Chipotle in South Chase same issue with no drinks please do better! I need Chipotle to please do better. The fact that management is not trying to improve is mind blowing.

Everyone at the is location hates their job and they make sure you can feel it. 9/10 times they’re always out of something and refuse to make any effort to make sure they have food to last throughout the day. It’s not a one time thing either, doesn’t matter how many chances you give this place, they will let you down!

The worst one in Orlando! This one always never has rice or anything to complete your meal. Pretty much know what the service I'm getting if they have it, same staff.

The girl that was making the bowl for my friend and I was so sweet and very generous with the amount she was pouring into the bowl.

We got Chipotle tonight because it’s been a busy work week and the rice was undercooked. We may as well have been served raw rice. That is absolutely unacceptable and seems to happen any time we go to this Chipotle location at night. You could make people very sick serving undercooked rice.

This location is the worst. They're always out of food. I've had to walk out many times. This lady time no rice or veggies. I go to chipotle for the vegetarian options to find this location never has veggies stocked. I try to avoid at all costs.

Hire more people, management needs to do better. Maybe raise wages to get more motivated workers.

You can't communicate if your workers are high and do not know English. They were polite, but I couldn't get what I wanted. The workers were very young and sermed to be a bit lost. I think if you hire English speakers and good management it would be much better. I won't be back for a while. It was frustrating not to be able to communicate. It's not fun at all As for the food. It was like eating tuna in different sauces. Protien is just processed junk. The rice was instant, and they were low on everything. I wasn't a fan, but the younger ppl seemed pleased.

In from New York on a business trip. Made the decision to grab from this chipotle. Horrible atmosphere. Women were laughing and gossiping behind the counter at customers. I never seen a chipotle with MULTIPLE empty bins. They cut open a bag of beef barbacoa and poured it into a “dirty bin” right in front of me! The young lady ripped a whole hole in my burrito and just double foiled it. I didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel room and it spilled EVERYWHERE on my lap. Lastly, to soda machine had only Diet Coke left. Everything else (including the Fresca) was completely empty. This chipotle is managed horribly and I should’ve read the 2.8 stars before stopping here.

Entered store no one greeted me stood in line while manager I’m assuming doing paperwork at food station no acknowledgement, after standing there asked if they were still open…they said yes but still no one took my order and I walked out…still no acknowledgment….

This store was unlike any Chipotle that we have been to. We have been to many other Chipotles before and in different locations, but this one is lacking in many areas. The place was very filthy, the trash cans were filled to the top, the tables were dirty with trash on top. We asked if they have a bottled Coke and the girl said we do in the back but none of them are cold and the selection of drinks there were not many. The fountain machine did not have the soda and ice was piled up all over. Above all the service was very unfriendly unlike the friendliness you usually experience at the other Chipotle stores. It did not feel like a Chipotle store at all.

It is nice and has I think 4 chairs and a table to eat outside.

If I could rate my meal a 0 that’s what I’d give it. I place an order for a bowl and found a long piece of hair inside of my food. I attempted to reach out to the restaurant and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. This is very frustrating and disgusting !

The little boy who prepare the food didn’t care saying “I’m not the cook idk not my job” then a red head I guess manager comes saying “what do you want me to do”. This is about the third time I’ve visited this chipotle location and the store was out of rice. This was about 2 hours before the store was closing.. The store closes at 11 but they stop making food hours before closing. The customer service at this store is not pleasant. The workers always have an attitude. This store is never prepared and is always missing something. I like going to this location because it is convenient since most of the neighboring stores closes at 10pm. The food and customer service is below standards and the professionalism is lacking.

I don't like to make this type of reviews, even more so when the place has good food and it is overshadowed by the terrible management of the manager Victoria Bourgeon; where she only handles favoritism with the employees that she herself manages for some reason and has no consideration or support for the other employees, she does not know how to resolve situations that affect the environment to others, this is precisely the reason why there is so much personnel turnover, the The abuse and inconsideration towards the employees that is handled there is too much, it ignores the situations that may happen, it is an abuse that allows and does not support its work staff when it knows that there is not enough staff and even more so to make a closure Or maybe you only do it with some employees and not others? How is it possible that only two people are faced with completely closing a store in the wee hours of the morning and the next day they arrive in the morning to continue working as if nothing were happening and they still do it because they have to fulfill their duty and be responsible, this case is seen frequently. My respectful call is: Where is the consideration for a human being, people are not machines, an employee deserves respect, an employee is an important part of the proper functioning of the company, Mrs. Victoria, you must have empathy for people, a leader looks after their well-being of its employees, all of them; Not only those who sympathize, a leader resolves, makes good programming so as not to affect his employees and does not leave his group adrift as if he did not care. It is disappointing to see the bad opinions that are seen in this medium directed towards you and the company does not really verify what is happening, perhaps it is a lack of training or it is simply not prepared to have a position like the one it has, bad management leads to failure of any type of process.

Rude employees, lackluster service, and honestly just a lack of human decency and common sense. Multiple times this chipotle has messed up our orders or just hasn't updated the app letting us know the food is ready forcing us to walk in after 30 mins to an hour of waiting to walk in and ask about the order. The orders are almost always wrong and also employees consistently give dirty looks to me when I walk in. Honestly just rude and they do their job horribly. Multiple times I've walked in and they're just talking. Multiple times they don't update the app which I imagine is simply pressing a couple buttons on a screen. Although it isn't by much, it's also more expensive than other Chipotle's for some reason. Just make the trip to another chipotle, it's worth the extra drive.

Sad... when this location first opened it was very nice, great food, clean restaurant and reasonable service. Unfortunately, most of those qualities have been lost. No offense but many of the current staff don't seem to know what they're doing maybe it's a training issue.? They have also been running out of food more often and kind of dirty too.. Really hit or miss at this location..

No rice at 8pm, this is the third time I've tried to get food here and they didn't have rice 3 hours before they closed....Whoever is the manager for the closing shift should be fired as they apparently can't keep their supplies stocked. Fountain machines are always out of syrup or CO2, it's like they don't staff this restaurant enough to have someone to step away to check these things.

They close at 11pm. I walk in at 10:15 and they purposely say “No Rice” knowing I would leave because who wants chipotle with no rice. As I leave they smile knowing its less work for them and they can just go back to being on the phones and not have to attend customers. Wont be coming back.

This Chipotle is the closest one to our house and unfortunately it's not the best to go to. We started going here for about 2 months and it seems like almost every time we go there, a food item they are out of. We have only visited a handful of times and on separate visits they are out of rice, corn, guacamole and chicken. It's a nice restaurant as far as decor but it seems like it's always messy with trash on the floor, dirty tables, condiments and beverage area messy and the trash bins full.

I just left there at 8 pm and they had practically closed, they were cleaning the kitchen and it says they close at 11

Dirtiest chipotle I've ever been too, nasty attitudes from the staff, and I get inconsistent portion sizes of protein the 3 times I've been there. Literally a decent size one day, and the next, a portion size for ants.

The worst Chipotle I've ever been to and I drove an extra 10 minutes just to check this one out. I got a kid's meal and she charged me extra for corn lettuce and cheese. I opt out of rice and tortillas and tacos and chips they didn't even get offer chips. Needed to wait 10 minutes for the Carne asad.. Then to tell me there is no more dressing. Poor customer service give this a place -10

Food was consistent but the chips were stale, service was unbalanced and the tables were somewhat clean but not attended to. Overall not bad but not spectacular for the tier of restaurant.

This restaurant is safe for those with food allergies. Its best to request a glove change for gluten allergies. If there is ingredients accidentally mixed during peak hours, let the manager know as she can prepare ingredients separately to prevent cross contamination. Gabriella the manager was aware of the food allergy concerns. Juan carefully prepared our meals during the peak time. Alondra kindly mentioned Guacamole is being prepared in the back since it was empty. Veronica accepted the online checkout order since the bowls were picked up. Thank you for a pleasant take out experience. 5/5 stars.

Never give extra rice when I ask for it.

Waited around for 10 minutes even though my order was ready because I didn't know they wouldn't put it on the pick up shelf. I get it, but they should have a sign at the shelf or something.

The place is clean and good customer services. The place is beautiful and better than other stores that I have been visiting before.

They really need to step it up at this location. We moved new to this area and this store it’s not up to par with the rest of the Chipotles of the areas around. I’d rather drive to Lee Vista or Lake Nona. It was peak hours of afternoon and rice wasn’t ready, chips were stale, the hot food was cold and the cold food even colder. Staff not friendly
