Somehow, some way, every time we order from here, on uber eats or DoorDash there is no guacamole. We’ve gone directly multiple times and somehow how, no guacamole. We went directly today, I asked one of the ladies working the line, why there is usually no guacamole. Since we order all the time I was just wondering. Her response was “maybe that’s just you. ” I understand that things get difficult, I’m sure there are plenty of people who probably make their lives difficult I and not one of those people. I genuinely asked a simple question. As someone who works customer service, that’s a TERRIBLE response. The one working the line could have easily said, “we apologize for the inconvenience, we unfortunately ran out today due to a high volume of customers.” Instead I got “maybe it’s just you, cause we always have guac.” Truthfully, corporate needs to send someone out there and do some training, most of the Google reviews confirm that this place is just BAD. If any one is reading this, I would just recommend driving to THE LOOP in Kissimmee, St. Cloud, or Orange Blossom Trail. This location is AWFUL!

In this particular branch, it seems they are annoying serving people after 9 pm... I approached with my family and the not very attentive and less friendly lady at the counter told us that there was no cheese, no meat, no pico de gallo, nor guacamole so we had to order what was left. Minutes later we saw how they filled the trays with all these ingredients... Surprise for us, the young woman didn't like that we asked her why and she treated us worse... They should close the landstar blvd franchise or at least close it at 6pm so that your employee doesn't give you a bad mood

I used to go here frequently because it's close to my house, but I stopped going because almost every time I went, they were out of rice. Today, I went again and once again, they were out of rice. Order through the Chipotle app 2 bowls. One was a double portion with chicken and steak but I only received a single portion of chicken. The second bowl was a complete disaster, I ordered a chicken bowl with black beans plus more and I received shredded beef which was about half a portion and fatty with disgusting pinto beans, no sour cream or hot sauce like I ordered. The orders had the correct labels on them detailing what was ordered so I can’t see how they can mess up so bad.

Got to this location a little after open, tried to order and they said they “didn’t have” any chicken or steak ready. We asked how long, and they said “none all day” which made no sense so we left. I’ve been coming here for 3 years almost everyday after the gym and still continue to come till this day . They’ll sometimes under portion the food but if you ask for a little more they’ll give it you . There’s a guy who knows my order by head I don’t even have to say a word when I meet him at the counter . I forgot his name but he’s a very nice young man . There’s also an admirable Venezuelan girl with very very curly hair you can’t miss her . I suggest you have an 2 adult supervision on site throughout the hours to improve services someone at least 30 years old . Other than them running out of lemonade which is not a surprise it’s a very delicious popular drink . I give the restaurant a 4.5 . It has improve slightly over the years but still more work to be done . Adult supervision throughout the evening will definitely impact its services .

So very irritated with this Chipotle. Tried this Chipotle again even though I said to me and my kids we were never coming back because every time we go to this Chipotle their fountain drinks are always out of service basically. Almost all pour out water only and usually have no utensils out. You can't communicate if your workers are high and do not know English. They were polite, but I couldn't get what I wanted. The workers were very young and sermed to be a bit lost. I think if you hire English speakers and good management it would be much better. I won't be back for a while. It was frustrating not to be able to communicate. It's not fun at all As for the food. In from New York on a business trip. Made the decision to grab from this chipotle. Horrible atmosphere. Women were laughing and gossiping behind the counter at customers. I never seen a chipotle with MULTIPLE empty bins. They cut open a bag of beef barbacoa and poured it into a “dirty bin” right in front of me! The young lady ripped a whole hole in my burrito and just double foiled it. I didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel room and it spilled EVERYWHERE on my lap. Lastly, to soda machine had only Diet Coke left. Everything else (including the Fresca) was completely empty. This chipotle is managed horribly and I should’ve read the 2.8 stars before stopping here.

This store was unlike any Chipotle that we have been to. We have been to many other Chipotles before and in different locations, but this one is lacking in many areas. The place was very filthy, the trash cans were filled to the top, the tables were dirty with trash on top. We asked if they have a bottled Coke and the girl said we do in the back but none of them are cold and the selection of drinks there were not many. The fountain machine did not have the soda and ice was piled up all over. Above all the service was very unfriendly unlike the friendliness you usually experience at the other Chipotle stores. It did not feel like a Chipotle store at all.

This is about the third time I’ve visited this chipotle location and the store was out of rice. This was about 2 hours before the store was closing.. The store closes at 11 but they stop making food hours before closing. The customer service at this store is not pleasant. The workers always have an attitude. I don't like to make this type of reviews, even more so when the place has good food and it is overshadowed by the terrible management of the manager Victoria Bourgeon; where she only handles favoritism with the employees that she herself manages for some reason and has no consideration or support for the other employees, she does not know how to resolve situations that affect the environment to others, this is precisely the reason why there is so much personnel turnover, the The abuse and inconsideration towards the employees that is handled there is too much, it ignores the situations that may happen, it is an abuse that allows and does not support its work staff when it knows that there is not enough staff and even more so to make a closure Or maybe you only do it with some employees and not others? How is it possible that only two people are faced with completely closing a store in the wee hours of the morning and the next day they arrive in the morning to continue working as if nothing were happening and they still do it because they have to fulfill their duty and be responsible, this case is seen frequently. My respectful call is: Where is the consideration for a human being, people are not machines, an employee deserves respect, an employee is an important part of the proper functioning of the company, Mrs. Victoria, you must have empathy for people, a leader looks after their well-being of its employees, all of them; Not only those who sympathize, a leader resolves, makes good programming so as not to affect his employees and does not leave his group adrift as if he did not care. It is disappointing to see the bad opinions that are seen in this medium directed towards you and the company does not really verify what is happening, perhaps it is a lack of training or it is simply not prepared to have a position like the one it has, bad management leads to failure of any type of process.

Rude employees, lackluster service, and honestly just a lack of human decency and common sense. Multiple times this chipotle has messed up our orders or just hasn't updated the app letting us know the food is ready forcing us to walk in after 30 mins to an hour of waiting to walk in and ask about the order. The orders are almost always wrong and also employees consistently give dirty looks to me when I walk in. Honestly just rude and they do their job horribly. Multiple times I've walked in and they're just talking. Multiple times they don't update the app which I imagine is simply pressing a couple buttons on a screen. Although it isn't by much, it's also more expensive than other Chipotle's for some reason. Just make the trip to another chipotle, it's worth the extra drive.

This Chipotle is the closest one to our house and unfortunately it's not the best to go to. We started going here for about 2 months and it seems like almost every time we go there, a food item they are out of. We have only visited a handful of times and on separate visits they are out of rice, corn, guacamole and chicken. It's a nice restaurant as far as decor but it seems like it's always messy with trash on the floor, dirty tables, condiments and beverage area messy and the trash bins full.

Food was consistent but the chips were stale, service was unbalanced and the tables were somewhat clean but not attended to. Overall not bad but not spectacular for the tier of restaurant.

This restaurant is safe for those with food allergies. Its best to request a glove change for gluten allergies. If there is ingredients accidentally mixed during peak hours, let the manager know as she can prepare ingredients separately to prevent cross contamination. Gabriella the manager was aware of the food allergy concerns. Juan carefully prepared our meals during the peak time. Alondra kindly mentioned Guacamole is being prepared in the back since it was empty. Veronica accepted the online checkout order since the bowls were picked up. Thank you for a pleasant take out experience. 5/5 stars.

They really need to step it up at this location. We moved new to this area and this store it’s not up to par with the rest of the Chipotles of the areas around. I’d rather drive to Lee Vista or Lake Nona. It was peak hours of afternoon and rice wasn’t ready, chips were stale, the hot food was cold and the cold food even colder. Staff not friendly
