I normally don’t do negative reviews but I received terrible and rude customer service through the drive thru. I got to the window and the person said welcome to Dunkin’ but did not ask what I wanted so I figured I’d wait until they asked and then they said do you need a minute and I responded by saying no. Then they said well hurry up and order then and I believe the lady thought she was on mute. I then got to the window and the man did not greet me or say anything and as I’m waiting for him to say something he said “We’re just waiting on you man” which made the situation even more awkward. I then told him that the drive thru microphone mute button must not be working because I could hear everything that was being said he replied with “That’s alright” I then got my food and left. I’m a huge Dunkin’ fan and have been getting my coffee from there for years but this was terrible service. I’m writing this review in hope that they will stop treating customers this way. For now I won’t return to this location.

This is one of the closest dunkin to me, I go there to get something quick before I start my day and I’ve been slapped with this unnecessary energy and attitude from staff and most likely the manager too, my food is cold after I clearly state that I need everything fresh. Is sad because I am a loyal customer and now I rather drive 20miles than to go there. Restaff or close this place down.

Too cold in the building colder than a hospital in fact, it could literally make anybody sick. You would have to be able to wear full winter clothing. It’s about 50 or 50° in there then they tell me that many customers complain and I asked would you ever do anything about it and they said no, really really also, when we did arrive, they saw us looked at us. Nobody else in the building and then knowledge themselves. They kept taking orders over the car department. They could at least knowledge customers, but my biggest complaint is how cold it is inside that building. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I am beginning to think they do that so that no customers will be in the building. !

Not the best Dunkin. Hit or miss with service. The manager isn't nice but the rest of the people are.

These people have lost their minds…. We ordered our food and when we got our snackin bacon there was literally 2 pieces of bacon cut in half it he bottom of each bag. And it’s not cheap….. we’ve had numerous issues at this location and have even emailed the company about it but still not change. We are not coming back here.

I hope no one visits this place, the girl who was in front today did not want to answer a question about the donuts, much less serve us and she was rude saying go away! We are closing! In a bad way I insist do not visit this place It's the first Dunkin where they have such a rude attitude, a disaster

Ordered a Vanilla Latte through Uber eats & it was quite literally the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life. Had a DISGUSTING aftertaste. They also gave me the wrong items because they “did not have” what I had originally ordered & did not let ME or the Uber driver know beforehand. Would not recommend ordering from this place online. America definitely does not run from this location 💀.

Waited at the front counter for 10 mins before someone came up front to take my order when I went to order they couldn’t even ring it up so I Waited another five mins just for a manger to come fix the problem and they aren’t even busy if I could give no stars I would

My family loves Dunkin and we usually have a specific one we go to, but since this one is closer I’ve tried this a few times, and they tend to disappoint each time. The donuts are always (I mean always!) taste stale, the bagels barely have cream cheese. When I order an iced coffee here, it’s always super strong like it has no creamer. I’m really just surprised at how this Dunkin lacks so much. This is probably the first Dunkin store I’ve been to, that always gives me a bad taste when I leave.

Food was quite good I got roughly 24 doughnuts and a breakfast sandwich The service was not the best the staff were somewhat friendly but it took forever to get my food even though the only thing they actually had to get was a sandwich And the atmosphere was somewhat clean and tidy

This store is ALWAYS out menu items. Every time I go! Today there was no bacon, sausage or egg.

This location is open until 9pm, but I am regularly running into the issue of not being able to either order either food, or coffee, at 7pm because supposedly they are in the process of cleaning equipment. Shouldn't this be an AFTER HOURS process???

The staff is very unprofessional, it could be due to the fact that they’re mainly teens working there. You’re either waiting an extended amount of time in the drive through, for them to still not get the order correct/have missing items to not being helped inside at all. I always dread going to this location and have often passed it to go to another location further away.

The lady who took my order was very professional, but the person who prepared it was awful... she put everything together in one bag, when it should have been individually wrapped... when I mentioned she ignored me completely and some else had to help me

No croisant stuffers, always out of stock for many menu items. Coffee is always on point, but just gets annoying when you want an item on the menu and cant get it. We need chocolate cream filled coissants back again.

The food was hard as a rock we asked for a donut and we got a different product the service was terrible we waited more than 15 min before they attended us and the place was empty I recommend you to NOT GO THERE

If you're not going to be open at 5:30 when the listed hours are say you open at 5 then maybe turn off the open sign when you're closed.

Employee tried to tell me I had to use a credit card, that the $20 bill I gave her she checked with a marker and was fake. I asked her to show me that it was fake and when she marked it clearly was not. She still refused it. But after reading reviews I see this location is extremely inconsistent with service.

Ordered a latte and they gave it to me a bit cold. Had to ask them to reheat it. Other than that the donuts and muffins are ok. The staff is a bit slow at times. Decent atmosphere.

The morning drive-through is horribly SLOW every time I've been there, and they aren't open for customers to come inside. They get my order wrong even after repeating it back to me, and their munchkins are ALWAYS stale!!! This has been the same nonsense for at least 3 years. Management needs to do better or sell this location to someone who cares about quality and service.

They never get the food right, the employees are extremely dissatisfied with their jobs and it takes 30 minutes to get anything. Ownership needs to take better care of the employees so morale improves, otherwise this store continues to be one of the worst dunkins around.

This is the worst Dunkin in the World. First their Glaze Donuts are nasty and their Boston cream don't have any cream. Im writing this review because its happen to me 3 times already.

When I have to worry about being in a wreck because one of their employees in a white bmw with a black front bumper and an orange transporter tag wants to blow through a stop sign almost hitting my car in which my son and I are in and doesn't say anything but give dirty looks. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin and I will not be going back.

We stopped here for coffee after a day at the space center. Walked in and there was a dude chillin with some chick . ( he was also on his cell phone). After seeing us at the counter he walks up to and then behind the counter ( still on phone and eating potato chips ) and talks on the phone another minute as we wait to order. Long story short , he takes 4 coffee orders from us without writing it down , then asks us to repeat orders as he's making the orders. Least we got our coffee for free .

Three days in a row you all are closed. Then, no working number. The inside has been closed for months due to “short staffed”. I get it as I work in the industry but some improvement needs to happen. If the lobby is going to be close due to short staff, then the drive-through needs to work efficiently and flawlessly. There should be no reason that someone is in that drive-through line for 15 and 20 minutes. I hope this location improves.

I’ve tried this store so many times since I’m always close by and every time use to be hit or miss but after watching there staff blatantly ignore me. Pulled up and waited 3 minutes at the speaker when I drove up to the window I saw employee and he just continued to act like I wasn’t a customer or a human being.. disgusted .. went to McDonald’s instead so you guys have lost a long time customer for good.

Terrible service, ghetto and careless. Avoid if possible the employees clearly don’t want customers to come to this location. Maybe if they had a better staff.

Only giving 3 stars because the service was great but I ordered these Boston Cream donuts and they are dry and stale the cream filling was very pathetic I used to eat these and the filling would be flowing out. And the donut themselves would have some weight to them. 100% last time good knowing ya.

Honestly it’s always something with these people here, seem like every other day, they mess up my order. Why? Cause they simply don’t listen. Literally the whole staff needs to be retrained or fired cause at this point this is ridiculous. This the only Dunkin’ by my house, I’m going to start going to Starbucks at this point.

come to this Dunkin EVERYDAY before work and at this point it’s honestly a hit or miss for the type of Service you’ll get. From there behind no one but you in line and wanting 7 mins to even have my order taken to just dealing with rude staff. Today set me over the top though, I ordered two coffees and when trying order a donut the team member had already told me to pull forward to the window. Once I reached the window I stated that I did not get to ask for a donut can I please add it ? Team member decided to get an attitude and say he will ask the manager. So he does just that and then when he comes back he tells me the manager said there is too much going on and he cannot add the donut (mind you I was the only costumer there). So I said okay then I’ll go around lol and he proceeded to get more upset and say well she said we can’t because the owner is here and there’s just a lot going on. So I said that’s okay I will go around like I said no worries. I drove off and was not able to go around bc I would have been late to work. I get it’s just breakfast but that’s not the point. When I was in their role I was a good employee always giving great costumer service bc I understood for alot of ppl I was the start to their morning so I’d try to make it a good one with good service and fast food. I find it sad that a MANAGER said no there’s too much going on to add 1 donut to an order because the OWNER was there. I’m sure the owner would have loved to hear that lololol. Any ways there’s been countless other instances just like this one. I don’t know that a review will do much but hopefully someone important sees this and says something about this. So that way my mornings don’t have to start with me arguing with the Dunkin’ Donuts staff :)

I will never return to this Dunkin. I just moved to the area and they’ve really let me down. My coffee and food was just plain wrong 3 days in a row, and on the third day I was blamed for the wrong order by the worker because I “didn’t order correctly” despite him being the one to make the mistakes. Starbucks has my business now.

Place never has bread so they dont make sandwiches. Staff is very slow and it seem like they really dont care. Since they didnt have bread I ordered a wrap and the lady seemed annoyed that still ordered food.

Doing the drive thru for 45 minutes and when is my time to order they can’t do food because they are backed up on food order and that was according the the employee.

Fast service when they can. But lack of organization when the get busy. The staff are hit or miss you either get someone friendly or someone short and rushy. Then makes you feel you like the rush the food so. Then your worried if it's cooked properly. Smh....

i found a lot of pieces of like plastic or something in my drink it was absolutely disgusting. the one time they even had what i was asking for it’s right next to my house but i’d happily go to another to avoid this one all the girls are rude and take forever

It is ridiculous how those two young girls are working at this location at 8:23pm Sunday, Feb 6 2022. The negligence of them is the reason for this review. I ordered from the mobile app and then went to the drive-thru; it took them about 5-10minutes to get out to the window just to say, we do not have available the donuts that you ordered. So I requested a refund and one of the young employees told me Im sorry Im new I do not know, then the other girl said that I have to call Dunkin Donuts Coporate office to get the refund, that is absolutely stupid. Second thing,by the time they were getting out to the window one of the girl was already with her purse ready to go home and it was not even 9pm, which is the time the are supposed to be closed, it was 8:23pm. That is why the donuts I ordered were not available; because of their negligence, they do not have things ready for the orders. Either they get fired or Dunkin Donuts give them a better training for customer service and teach them how to do their job properly. I hope Dunkin Donuts officers/managers see this review and take action.

Every time I go to this location they never have what I want to order. But this time my experience was even worse. I get to the drive thru between 8 to 8:30pm and I had to hunk, even then No one came out. I went to next window and a girl came out after 5min and she had her purse on hand and looking at me like "what do you want". I could not get what I ordered because they said was not available but they were ready with purse at 8pm and they usually closed at 9pm. Please train employees properly.

Was a terrible experience with this location, ladie name Cristina was very unprofessional customer service, yel my daughters, missing my orders with no receipt, holding the car line for 12 minutes, keep arguing saying that we need pay extra for something that she never delivered or have her order in control, very desorganized, after all gave me my expresso very cold , and saying nothing I can do about this temperature, , also caramel macchiato without no caramel, and she arguing that she Made, so no customer service at all!!!! Why we need to go there ? With this kind customer service? All items badly foods and drinks, unfortunately.

This location 1 of 10 have donuts around 4-5 pm. It's incredible how they never have what you want, let's not talk about the wait in the drive thru for someone to even say hi, "I'll be with you in a minute".

We went in for breakfast, there was a young lady, latina long hair, mid 20's with tattoos who was very rude. After I asked for our order she said to her co-worker "I don't know what the f* his saying" so I question her attitude, then she came up to me very aggressive, I thought she was going to hit me. This woman was attending the drive thru and front desk. Sad for her!!

This Dunkin is hit or miss. Today was a good day Josh handled my order, he was fast friendly and efficient! He put coffee in my latte so I didn't just get a glass of milk! 10/10 for Josh today!

We recently moved in this area and was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this dunkin! Always fresh food, good coffee and excellent service. Shout out to Joshua for putting smiles on our faces and making our mornings even better! This will be our main Dunkin we will go to often!

In the mornings they are usually good at having the correct amount of employees and can move a line. But when it comes to the afternoon rush there is usually only one employee. But over the service was pleasant and we only had to wait for a bit before we got our items and coffee.

It was very difficult ordering, had to repeat order several times and even again when we got to the window. Then had to wait a little longer.

It is hard to be critical of DD, they are the best at what they do. Not here, though. Apparently they are victim of the worker shortage, and most of the time they are incapable of doing business. Too bad..

I don't know what happend this morning but this is a totally different crew than what I'm used to at this location. Confirmed my order thoroughly, good attitude's/personalities, down to earth, cared about quality. If this is the normal Sunday morning crew, I'm coming back Sunday mornings.

I went in for coffee and a breakfast Sandwich and they were out of the first 3 things I ordered.... I mean SERIOUSLY??!! Who's keeping inventory here?? And why would you not just tell me ahead of time that you only have a limited amount of breakfast items available... what a disappointment. Not the way I wanted to start the day 😑😕😖😖

This Dunkin location can definitely make some improvements. Some employees are definitely trying their best to provide good service, while others throw tantrums in the middle of their work day. I haven’t had any issues with my orders and in fact they have been very accommodating when they are out of certain items. IMO, management needs to be more involved and control the way their employees act around the patrons.

This DD great customer service....young ladies promoted their specials well.

It was my first visit since they opened. I saw only four ladies operating it. They were on top of it. Way to go for their good work. Fast, efficient, and clean so far… I hope it stays like this.
