Ten minutes waiting and no one takes my order

This McDonald’s location has very poor customer service skills. I ordered lunch through the mobile app and picked up through the drive-through when my order was given to me. I was missing a small fry. I had to park my car out the vehicle and go inside to get the order fixed, and they only offered me the small fry. They didn’t even offered to give me a large fry for my inconvenience, customer service is nonexistent at display so be aware. The employees all have an attitude and seem like they’re being forced to work at gunpoint because they have no enthusiasm at all.

Excellent service and place to eat and enjoy with family

I have had nothing but bad experiences here every single time I go and today will definitely be the last. Today they got my order incorrect, I noticed it when I received my receipt and made them aware and they said that was fine they would let the cool know since it was a minor adjustment they had to make for the burgers. I asked for extra cheese and no pickles and they put extra pickles no cheese. When I get to the second window they tell me I have to pay extra or else they can not make the adjustment, that was fine I paid. After paying the lady filling the drinks kept looking in the direction of my car with a dirty look on her face, the manager began talking about me as if I couldn’t hear her saying how the customers don’t know how to look at the screen and read to confirm the order is correct. Then when I look to check if my food is correct I find a HAIR in my burger! Not only that but the fries were white because they weren’t completely cooked. The customer service and food at this place is just disgusting. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Ling Ling gave me a large sweet tea with a house fly on top of ice and covered with a lid one time. Me and some friends also sat outside eating burgers with raccoons years ago.

I bought 3 McFlurry's, they put very little in the Kit Kat, I asked the blue-eyed nuchachi and he still didn't fix it, he said it came mixed, less than half and there was no chocolate left. A scam

Night Shift service is absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes in line for them to just not take my order at the end. I explain to the manger that there mic is not working and she says that there’s nothing she can do and sends me to back of the line to wait a long line.

They make the sweet tea wayyyy too sweet. I think they add syrup instead of real sugar. They also from 3-4 am ask for CASH ONLY supposedly every night the system goes down at that time and they can only take cash. More like they are stealing from the company and pocketing the cash.

Poor drive thru services Nelson is a arrogant person who does not have the skills to attend to more orders, he asks that there be only two orders per car. Spoiled in that part of the website says that they only take two orders per car, it gets upset because one like Client asks why, those people should not serve and whenever he is busy and short of staff he gets into that attitude

If you are going to order here from Uber or you are an Uber driver. Don’t waste your time here.

I paid for a LARGE potato at the drive thru and they delivered it to me in half, I only realized when I got home... what is the problem with their workers, is that perhaps the potatoes that hurt them come out of their pocket? both serve it CORRECTLY or do they give a prize to the one who serves the potatoes the worst? Because it's not the first time

Good food. Fresh. The store was clean and neat. And there is good parking. McDonald is always fixed. Thank you.

Chicken looked like it had been cooked for a hot minute. But other than that everything else was good. Not a bad place to munch out.

We did curbside... the employee was super sweet. We did the Grama McFlurry... it was surprisingly good... my daughter said it tastes like nostalgia.... it has a Butterscotch/ButterBeer flair to it.

I went to this McDonald's with my friend at about 8:45am yesterday morning. We were attended by a young gentleman, he seems not good in English. We have to repeat our order multiple times, so he could place the order on the monitor. In the end, we paid for about $31+ dollars. We thought the prices for sandwiches and coffee have gone up. When We received the food in the bag and realized the order wasn't correct. I found oatmeal in the bag, we didn't order it. We ordered a cheese bagel only but we found two bagels in the bag. I ordered large coffee with almond milk or oat milk but my coffee came with milk. I checked the receipt again and realized the gentleman charged us every item as an order, not a set of meal. We didn't return the food and ask for refund because we were in the hurry for work. This McDonald's provides worst customer service by hiring a worker not understand English. I won't recommend anyone to this McDonald's. Be very careful with your order if you see the young gentleman serving you. I gave no star for the customer service.

I ordered it an Oreo frappe and the machine wasn’t working and they just replaced without even asking me for a shake , they didn’t even give me any choices they just put some Oreo crunch on top and there is your frappe, when I go back to tell them they said we just replace it

Clean restrooms and fast service

What happens there is really illogical. I don't know if it's McDonald's system or what. I was working, I placed a Mobil order for my husband to pick it up and bring it to work. I said it was already there at the location and I received confirmation that they were preparing the order. When my husband arrived they told him that they couldn't give him the order that I had to go with the phone. He had the order number and confirmation of everything. Totally inefficient and illogical service. Then I called to have them cancel my order and they can't. In the application it doesn't let you cancel either. Anyway

I bought a meal combo through the app but the manager Monica didn't want to give me the McFlurry when I gave her the coupon because I didn't order at the register. Her actitud is so bad yo speak with the customer

Update 5/17/24: Stopped by at around 2am and my order was taken by Julien. The young man was extremely courteous and professional. My food came out fresh too.The evening shift had top notch customer service. I'd definitely feel better about returning. Review change from 1 star to 5.

The nuggets are no longer the same as they were 5 years ago... the monitor service 30%

Not once, not twice but multiple times I gotten a really bad service from the dummies that the franchise owner placed on the midnight shift. They truly don't give a damn about customer service. first off as i was in the drive through trying to order the person on the mic kept yelling at me everytime i tried to speak. i was missing half of my order when i received it and the other half was completely wrong. i wouldnt understand if they were busy and had a lot of orders but no one was inside the lobby and there was 1 other car in the drive through with me so i’m having a hard time understanding why this happened in the first place. and when i walked in i had to yell at a worker to get her attention bc she was just on her phone not working and ignoring me. do better

I just went And I had a question regarding a mobile order because I placed an order and a different location and I just want to cancel it and use one of my rewards On my app, and the person of the drive-through send me to the first window When I get there, it was a manager. Her name was Kenya and she was very disrespectful. Questioning me if I speak English which I do and I explained to her the situation and she was not helpful at all. She said that the only thing that she can do the 15% because she was not allowed to do the 25% off that I have on my app which I understand if it was the case but she seems racist and I don't like the fact that she was that way and made me feel uncomfortable and not being helpful and this was not the first time I had a situation with the same manager about the same thing she had really bad customer service and handling things.

Terrible, terrible service, I went to eat there with my children, I was waiting for more than an hour for them to deliver my service and when they did, they gave it incomplete, the place was not clean at all, the tables were dirty, terrible service

This sandwich was so poorly made it makes no sense. First off o ordered a Qtr pounder deluxe and received a chicken deluxe with so much mayo I could put it on 5 sandwiches. On the side of the sandwich that’s not cheese that mayo also!

01/14/2024 11:35pm I went to the drive thru and i was taking to the speaker and the guy that was working in the window was very rude and talking to me like I’m a stupid when I asked a regular question about a deal that they had then I get to the first window and I paid , the guy told me to proceed to the next window , where a old lady was really mean and I ask her if it was possible to get one more ranch , because I was with a friend and we got to meals and she was very rude telling me that there was a ranch at the bottom of the bag , I keep asking for more as the kept telling me that there was at the bottom , at the end we only got 1 ranch for a 10 piece nuggets meal and a number 4 C meal , very bad experience this night , I think they really should look out for more customer service because I wasn’t being rude or anything , I’m a manager at a restaurant and I know how to treat people , really bad experience and very disappointed.

This is a really nice McDonald's! We went inside to eat and the cashier was so kind and polite. She let us know about some deals that were running, got our (large) order in right away, and our food arrived hot and fresh at the table within minutes. Our kids spilled a drink and one of the workers came over and immediately mopped it up. Everything was clean and organized and I haven't had food that good from a McDonald's probably ever. 5 stars! If you're looking to eat at McDonald's, this one is worth seeking out!

On Saturday, November 25, 2023 my brother and I walked into the McDonald's Restaurant #14491 located at 13401 Landstar Blvd, Orlando, Fl. 32824. It was about 2:40 pm and all of the employees were busy providing service to other customers. The reason I felt the need to comment is because a worker by the name of, "Alylah" while very busy mopping or sweeping saw us and gave an immediate affirmative nod indicating that she would help us shortly. This turned out to be TRUE. Alylah soon after stopped what she was doing, washed her hands and attended to the cash register eager to take our order. Alylah was extremely pleasant and willing to help us access the app on my cell phone so we could benefit from any promotional deals that may have been available. The order was completed in a few short moments and we were on our way with our food - smiles on our faces and a good feeling in our hearts. This young lady Alylah went above and beyond the call of duty with this particular order and should be officially recognized as having preserving the good image that I'm certain The McDonald's Corporation wants. The receipt number is 233 and the order number is 33. Thank you Alylah for your cheerful demeanor and quick thinking skills - you are a credit to food servers everywhere. If I could rate this place a zero I would first off let me start off by saying that I hope this gets the appropriate attention it needs because the customer service at this location is horrendous McDonald's has third parties that deliver for them Uber eats door dash etc and as a third party deliverer I'm constantly ignored The food can literally be ready and they will not tend to the guest that's standing there with their phones out it takes 1 second just to acknowledge and say one moment I'll be right with you The whole entire team from the first to the third shift don't have that etiquette at all which they should because it's McDonald's people are trying to get their food people are trying to get their deliveries and the staff constantly have their back towards the front counter. I've talked to management nothing has changed after I talk to management it seems like I'm targeted now I'm constantly getting attitude when I'm picking up delivery from this store or ignored until I speak up. They weren't even busy today they just simply do not care nobody is holding their staff accountable and they make it difficult to deliver for this establishment.

I get the craving for McDonald’s every blue moon, and that’s the ONLY reason why I go back. Otherwise, they need to train there staff better. Terrible experience EVERY time. For one reason or another, it’s ALWAYS something.

Sadly they often pack the happy meals missing items and the managers are not helpful. Update- employees here are nice, managers are still horrible and unhelpful. If your not in drive thru, expect to wait forever for food.

Where do I begin??!! This McDonalds is a disgrace. I don’t understand their lack of intelligence to distinguish between Coke and Diet Coke. I go in their drive-thru frequently and order a large Diet Coke. At least 75% of the time it is come I get a regular Coke. I even ask at the pay window if they are sure it’s Diet Coke and they assure me it is. I ask again when they hand it to me and I am assured it’s Diet Coke. Take a drink and guess what? It’s regular Coke. Please address this manner. It’s quite easy. Don’t even start me on the ice cream machine that is always “broken”. You haven’t been able to get a shake or ice cream product at this location in years! Poor, poor management at this location. I guess I should know better than to go here, but it is almost a challenge to me to see what I will get to drink when ordering and how incompetent the people really are!!

This used to be the best fast food place in our area but it has quickly devolved to become one of the worst 😕. I've been eating here for the past 20+ years and it saddens me to see how bad it is now. The past 2 times in a row that we've been here, our food orders have been made completely wrong. Asked for a burger with no Mayo and no cheese? They put mayo and cheese... asked for no cheese and extra onions? They give you extra cheese and no onions... it's incredibly frustrating and just pathetic. I mean how difficult is it to read a screen and make a simple hamburger?? Update on 9/16/2023. We went back late last night to get some burgers and fries because we happened to be in the area and we were hopeful that things had improved but sadly they have not. We went inside to order food and stood in line with others to order food. But after 10 mins we noticed that the line wasn't moving at all and when someone else ahead of us went to ask the cashier what was going on they were told that they weren't taking orders for at least 15 mins. Wait what??!!?? Seriously, are you kidding me?!! There was a bunch of angry people at that point and we just left.... I swear this is the WORST McDonald's I've ever seen in my life 😐

mcdonald’s it’s not known for their service, but this location is particularly bad. remember to check your bags cause they ALWAYS forget something.

If I could give 0 stars I would. McDonald's has never been known for their speed, or their customer service, or their order accuracy, or their reputation of any kind. But I had to repeat my order like 5 times to the order taker, then they were missing our fry. We were willing to pay for big mac sauce but the untrained order taker said to ask at the window. The manager had an attitude about getting us the other sauce. Just train your workers right.

This establishment is always a joke, doesn't matter the day or the hour, they always make you wait for the food at the parking lot or the yellow line. On top of that the food is not fresh or you are missing an item. I wish they get better since we bearly have others fast food around the area.

It's the first time I ate all very fresh at McDonald's. The taste of the fries were so fresh, I could remember grandma fries. The bread was like just came from the oven. And everything was prepared at a perfect taste. They were working as a kindly team. And the atmosphere is perfect. Highly recommend. For sure, I will be back many other times. If you want to wait at the drive thru parking spot every time you come here (even when slow), if you enjoy hvaing your order done consistently wrong and enjoy bad attitudes, THIS IS THE MCDONALD'S FOR YOU! They will never miss these three things.

Just left there about 15min ago. The manager is in serious need of training. She's extremely incompetent. McDonald's must be getting very desperate if they were willing to employ someone like her. I'm convinced that lady would catch a seizure if she were to, at some point, witness good customer service.

I would say a positive is that most of the times we come to this mc Donald’s the fries are fresh for the most part .. the service is extremely slow especially at the drive thru.. They also won’t listen most the times when you have a special request.

20 minute wait to order with 5 cars in the drive thru. Had to repeat my order 4 times and got attitude from the drive thru woman for wanting her to repeat my order. Get my order, and I'm still missing 1/2 of it even after she repeated my order 10 minutes ago. It's not worth another 30 minutes just to get the other half of my order, I left.Awful place, find another one elsewhere.

McDonald's .... not different than any other

Every time I make the bad decision of coming to this McDonalds I get reminded why the longer drive to another McDonalds is 100% worth it. The people working the drive thru always get my order wrong, the food that I get is either cold or just poorly made, and the response I get when I tell them that there has been a problem with my order is just sad and shows that they don’t really care. I come in through the drive thru and eighty percent of the time have to park and go inside to get my order fixed. I’m not making this review out of just one bad experience. This is something that is constantly occurring and needs to be fixed. I’m really not the person to be taking time out of my day to put a petty review about how trash a McDonalds is, but the fact that I did really says something about this place.

Have always had a great experience order is always correct, lunch time can get busy but quick service inside an minimal wait using the drive thru.

Been going to this location since I was a very small child. Easily for at least the last 20 years (I’m 28 and grew up down the street). Rarely have I had an issue or problem. People only like to leave a review when they’ve had a bad experience. So I thought I’d leave my own credible opinion. :)

****PREJUDICE*** If you're a person of color next in line in the drive through, they will serve the person in the other line who pulls up after you first. If there's nobody in line, they make you wait. Multiple occasions, same experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
