Please avoid this location for pickups. This past Saturday i ordered pick up at 2.45PM through online app. Arrived on location at around 2.50PM. About 8 people in line. I walk over pickup area, order isnt there. I wait until around 3PM before I reach out to staff member and explained i had a 2.45 order, they asked my name and proceed to do it, BUT stopped in the middle to attend to in store customers again. I ask again after they are done with said customers, she starts the order again and STOPS yet again. I ask for a refund at this point at 3.10PM when even people that were at the end of the line when i arrived have been cared for, thats when the staff member finishes my order and gives it to me. I walk out the store at 3.15PM, 30MINS after my pick up time and after reaching out 3 times for the food. Plus when i finally check the food, the “beef and broccoli” portion is 3 or so broccoli with 1 tiny piece of beef. I called to speak with a manager who apologized but at the end no solution was provided and ended with im sorry thats companys policy. AVOID

After ordering drive thru I was told to park, and after 20 minutes waiting I don't receive my complete order and I asked for double steak since they always short on the meat. Instead of more steak they just pack the plate full of mushrooms and peppers. Horrible service

I was so happy to see a vegan option on the menu so I went in for lunch. I ordered the orange chicken and asked for the vegan option. Although not posted, they charged me and extra $3.00 for the vegan option. I expressed my concern and she just turned around and spooned all the food back in the warming tray! Not cool! I went shopping for beyond chicken, panda express orange sauce and white rice and enjoyed my home made vegan orange chicken

Just did pick up order at the landstar location. Didn't realize until I got home they that they are robbing the customers. I ordered 3 separate orders all noodles but didn't realize until I got home the noodles had more cabbage than noodles. They are cheating the customers big time here my kids couldn't eat the lo mein had more than half of it was all cabbage and a few pieces of meat in each bowl never again will I got back here. High price less food seems to be the norm.

It's all rice or noodles. Hardly any meat for that high price. Plus, the chicken is always more hard breading than meat. Quality fell and prices went up. Big surprise

The lady taking our order in drive thru Tajera was very rude just cuz we asked what she put down for the order since she misheard us at first so when I get up to the window,I ask, and she rudely grabs the grill ticket and aggressively handed it to me the rudest way possible, then snatched my money out of my hand, then hastily gave us the bag of food but forgot are straw so I got her to come back to the window for the straw I even say thanks no response ::/

It was unbelievable, but the first time I came to this one on Landstar Blvd, the food was amazing. After a couple of weeks, it is just ok.

It's your average panda, but there was an older lady that really gave me a cold shoulder. I tried to ask for chopsticks and I was asked if I ordered food, like I wouldn't get it if I didn't. Don't order the Bigger Plate: They skimp on portions, other panda's will give you the 3rd entree on the side rather than taking out your sides to make room

Used drive thru, had a very hard day,but staff was very helpful courteous friendly ... Food was fresh n absolutely delicious so far da best Panda Express ever it was for 3 of us n we all agreed each of r plates was filled generously great deal for da price... Will definitely visit again...

This was my first trip to this location. Went thru the drive thru the girl was very friendly and quick to give me my order. When I returned to work with my Bejing Beef and fried rice the meat had a little burnt taste to it and dry looking. The next time I will be going inside from now on so that I can look at what I'm getting.

Stop asking for donations you're a big enough company, you don't need help being charitable.

Placed order on the online app. Tried picking up order within the time it said. Was told to wait in designated parking spot. Waited 35 minutes before I realized I was forgotten like pizza bagels in the microwave on a drunk night. Went back to the window finally got my food. Side order was paced in the same box as my food. Noodles were dryer then left out play-doh.

A new location that needs more lower tables to accommodate wheelchairs. Most of the tables were a little high. My 7-year-old son was excited to go eat the chow mein but the chow mein mostly had cabbage there was barely any noodles but overall the teriyaki chicken and rice was good.

Love this location. My rangoons are always hot and crunchy. I will come here exclusively for some rangoons whenever I want a snack. Also Andrew is such a sweetheart. He is so kind and attentive and always makes sure to pack the bowl super full. I’ve never had a disappointing experience here. All the staff are so nice, but Andrew is the best!

Great job staying calm under pressure. Everyone was very nice while being busy multitasking and the food tasted delicious. Thank you for all great team work 👍

Slow service inside the dining room. The same person prepping the orders and operating the cash register. The remaining food looked old, dry from the heat lamp. I had to request fresh veggies, because it looked old. The fried rice was old with crispy, dried pieces. But thankfully they just replaced the lo mein. The only fresh batch of entrees were the orange chicken and the teriyaki chicken. That's what I selected for my 2 entrees

Sad they no longer have the beyond chicken. Leaves me with just ordering a side.

This place is new so the dining area is good. The staff the most part, is nice. A few of them seemed kind of shy. The food wS not feesh. It looked like it was sitting out for hours. Like all the meats were dry and thay also tasted that way. My suggestion would be to come here when its busy because they should be making fresh food while it is. The drinks are just typical nothing special just coke products.

I've been there about 20 times and just few occasions food was good. Staff sometimes can be rude. Very disappointed after so many time waiting for this store near to me.

Good place to eat these idiots who review with bad ratings are all slow I've read them and for 1 you have to request utensils, 2 if portions are off let then know or just order not a small, 3 shaking the box before opening it then writing a bad review isn't their fault its yours.

I am unsure how so many people have had bad experiences but I have been here 3 times during the lunch hours and I have always had a great experience. food - always good, never had any issues with cold or dry food. Service- people are good and helpful never had any negative experience with the staff here . Atmosphere - clean seating area and floors and kitchen. Even looking around you can see under food prep area and it's not gross . Maybe we have a bunch of Karen's and Ken's that live around this area 😂

The staff was very slow when I visited. They need to be more in tune with each other. Other than that, the food tastes good and has a nice spacious interior and outside seating.

Why is it that orders for pick up they serve a third of what they do for dine in. Oh and no sauce or anything.

I got no complaints. Even with their rules. People don't realize the implemented rules come because of the economy. They have a great team at this spot!

Not going to lie I’ve probably been here way too many times since they opened and I have yet to have a bad experience. Each time Ive ordered the food has been fresh and delicious, at this point I stopped going to other pandas.

We had a fundraiser to promote our school’s PTA organization and the manager agreed to support us. He was not there due to a meeting, and the two “managers in training” Mel and Sophia ran the place like it was there own. They had all employees present and working the counter to support the line that had wrapped around the entire inside of the restaurant. It was efficient with no errors. The food was fresh and prepared exactly like Panda is known for. A new hire, Yeefan, was working the register and filling orders as if she knew everyone who walked in. I was enjoying her interactions with customers because she genuinely spoke to them, it wasn’t a forced conversation during payment. I went up to the entire line later that night to offer my gratitude for their patience, as clearly by the looks on their faces as more people showed up this was an unexpected turn out for a Wednesday night. They were so nice, and were worried as they have only been open a little over a month. The manager should be proud of their passion for the job. Mel asked several times if they were okay with her leaving because she needed to head to another location. The fact they depended on her shows her natural ability to lead, and Sophia ran the room just as well. Kudos to a new business in the area, we will return!

Clean, new grand opening warm friendly excellent service from Ms Annie. This restaurant has drive thru...love how quick they are. I'm happy they are here to offer healthier alternative choices for food.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! This is a chain restaurant so don’t expect that home cooked quality meal, but it’s definitely good.
