Place an order online 20 minutes drove to pay ck up surprise is still on prep now has been 35 minutes and still on prep

Called and ordered a large specialty pizza and they told me 15 to 20 minutes for pick up drove to the restaurant and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes so I waited in my car and then went back in and was told 5 more minutes waiting in side for the 5 minutes and then I went to the register to see if it was ready and then I was told that I didn’t have a order as it didn’t save. Called to speak with the manager and he stated saying that the I had called the wrong store and the girl that told me 5 minutes didn’t speak very good English . Beware of ordering from them. Will be reporting this to the BBB.

Pizza arrived cold. Very little sauce and cheese. Tried calling the store several times and the line was always busy. Won't order from Domino's again. I only live 2.7 miles from store. I wouldn't reccomend any of their food options.

Everything was great and fast what pissed me off the fresh puertorican driver asking for a tip when I don't have money to give him that is very bad.I felt very uncomfortable.Tips are voluntary.YOU dont ask for them plus he pissed me off asking if i speak Spanish we speak English this is NOT Puerto Rico by the way I am from there too.NOt good what he did at all the rest was fantastic.Change or educate the driver that was real low what he did.If he wouldn't have done that stupidity I would have borrowed money to tip him but noooo he screwed himself up .

Last Friday I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready within 25 minutes. I arrived at the shop at 30 minutes thinking I am late but my order of two simple pizzas was not ready yet; just "5 more minutes". I went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes, and the order was "almost ready" according to these two associates packing up the orders. I stayed inside to wait. A young guy in the prep area received a phone call on his cell, and he handled the toppings without washing his hands after touching his phone. I was disgusted by it, but I figured my pizza was already in the oven...ha! Lies! The guy left to meet up someone somewhere and 5 mins later came back to the prep area without washing his hands AGAIN!!! 🤯 I couldn't believe he was doing this!!! My order turned out to be out and ready in 50 minutes as opposed to 25 minutes!!! My kids fell asleep waiting for the darn pizza. Absolutely disgusted by the hygiene of the workers here. They don't wear gloves.

The worst service in the world, my order was at 8:16 pm and it is 10:20 pm and it has never arrived, they have never asked for it to be left at the house 🏠. I went to the store and they told me that my order has already shipped and I'm still waiting! Irresponsible

The delivery service is slow and uncooperative. I live 5 minutes away from dominos and it takes an hour+ everyday for it to arrive. The food is gross and unsanitary. They delivered a pizza box to me unsliced. So unprofessional.

Every time I order the loaded cheddar bacon and ranch tots or something it usually comes with VERY little sauce but this time it had NONE, this store seems to lack care in the evening time

Delicious pizza almost always made accurately. The chicken bakes are delicious especially the chicken bacon ranch.

Extremely short staffed and disorganzed. Order said it was ready and waited another 45 min to pick up. Finally got the pizza and got home and the order is completely wrong with small pizzas. Edit Tried to use the store again for pickup. Said order was ready on app. Went into store and had to wait another twenty five minutes. They said the app and the screen in the store are just estimates for time and not actually when the pizza is ready which makes absolutely no sense. Going to go to a different store in the future.

Great pizza for great prices, and I really like using their App because it is very user friendly and helpful. The app even provides all of the pizza coupons

It is the third time that it happens to me in this same place that they do not use the correct amount of the ingredient; always less, do you think this is a half cheese half ham pizza?

Pros: Clean and location. Cons: They never get an order right. I order garlic crust and they don’t put it. I ask for pizza without sauce and they put sauce. This is the only location that I’ve ate from and afterwards thought Dominos pizza is bad! The location on E Osceola Pkwy behind the Burger King in 34743 always makes the pizza taste delicious and fresh! Go there over this location. Also, in the landstar location the manager that’s a heavier and older white man does not care about correcting their wrongs with the customer and when he makes pizza he just throws it together quick like he doesn’t care how it comes out.

The app has an offer that if the pizza is not delivered to your car in two minutes when it is ready, the next one is free, but when it happens that way, the way to claim the pizza does not appear anywhere in the app. Otherwise the pizzas are delicious!

This is the absolute worst Dominoes experience that I’ve ever had. It took more than two hours to receive my pizza and it arrived cold. I’ll never order from this location again.

Would rate as a zero. They cancelled my order 2 hours later with no warning. When calling the store there was no answer. Customer service is probably zero, store needs new management if this is how the handle business.

Came here and the scheduled said they closed at 12 midnight and at 10 30 they was already closed I knocked on the door and the 2 employees inside didn't even look at me and they never picked up the phone call either

The staff is always friendly and polite. The service is quick with an easy to use app. The location is always clean when I go in to pickup my order.

The worst dominos pizza ever and the manger doesn’t want to face that my pizza was never delivered plus and I tried to call and no response and I had to drive and still no pizza and the manger told me that the pizza was delivered when I came back home the pizza it wasn’t there.... Ordered three medium pizzas that took over an hour and a half to arrive. The order was placed roughly at 5:20 pm and 10 minutes later the tracker stated it was in quality control. It stayed at the stage for almost an hour. The tracker eventually said the order was out for delivery at around 6:16 pm and they arrived at 6:50 pm. We live less than 10 minutes from the store. All the pizzas arrived cold and poorly cut. Two of them look like they weren't completely cooked. We had to reheat them in our oven. Sad to see the quality of this location have dropped so badly. Last time we'll be ordering from here.

If I could give this place a 0 I would they don't deserve nothing this place is disgusting. Also the manager is very rude and disrespectful. I called to complain about the food was told to bring the food back or I don't get a refund or they do not redo the food, I have gone to dominos for years and never have been asked to do that. That was not even the best of it then was told I was suppose to check the food before I left and that it is my responsibility to make sure my food is cooked right, how is that customer service. they can’t get a one pizza order right AT ALL and omg they are so rude. The store manager especially he has the worst attitude ever. I had to drive here TWICE because they don’t answer their phones and they gave me the wrong pizza. I came here to get this rectified because the pizza that they gave me I was actually allergic to one of the ingredients and you know what they did with the pizza I brought back? They put a ticket on it with someone else’s name, for them to pick up. This is so unsanitary especially during a pandemic.

Quality Check takes too long, takes over 10 minutes and if your quality check starts at 9:30 it will finish at 10:00

DO NOT order from here. I always ask for my pizza well done and every time I get it delivered not only is it not well done it’s undercooked too. This place has failed me more times than I can remember but this time did it for me. My pizza was so soggy I had to throw it away and get my family something else. Unacceptable DO BETTER….

Worst dominos ever!! I’ve been a costumer for years and never had a worst experience. The excuse is that they are “busy” waited 2 hours for 2 medium size pizzas. There are 8 people working on a Saturday night at 9pm.

Worst servic i ever had in my life! I placed a order over the phone at 530 for a 755 delivery for a baseball game. 4 pizzas and cheese bread. The guy who took the order assured me it be there for 755 multiple times. Then at the end of the call the guys says mama we are super busy it will take 2 hours i then say its ok i need the food for 755 at the end of the game. I gave him my card number at least 7 times and he like it wont let me process it so i say ok i have cash i will pay with cash when u get here 623 before the game started someone was standing there with all the pizza. I said i am sorry what do you want me to do with this i have no where to keep it it will be freezing cold by 755. The driver said i sorry they told me just bring it. I called store waited on hold for 30 mins. NO ANSWER i paid the driver cause it wasn't his fault order pizza from another place returned to dominoes after the game for a refund for the manager to call me a liar! I said the call is recorded listen to the call then he said but we are all human. I said understandable but you can't offer time service and do the opposite and think its ok because now i have paid double. I litteraly had to fight with him to refund me. Then he said i already refuned my card i said how i paid in cash. They arr rude and the place is dirty

This place has become the worst! Ordered waited and waited and driver arrived an hours later and tells me that they gave him the wrong order. 40 minutes later another driver arrived with my cold pasta. I said I wanted my money back he said call the store. Been trying to call for the past 3 hours and after a wile of their auto attendance it hangs up!

Place my order number 1048 on March 12 at 7:19 pm. Pizza arrived at my house at 9:13pm. Almost 2 hours!!! I open the pizza in front of the driver and showed him how cold the pizza was! I told the driver I want a refund, the driver told me to call the store for refund. Called the store 4 times and nobody picked up. Went there the next day and explained what happened and they said they will get me my refund. 8 days later and no refund.

I had placed my order via phone call and waited for over an hour too no food. We called again and they told us the order was placed as void and by THAT time the money was taken from my account. I had received no call from them that my order was basically thrown away. Then they said that they were willing to give us the food without charge, which I appreciated. But We THEN waited for over an hour and 15 min and nothing had came. Until me and my family decided to go get food from somewhere else. I receive a call from a family member that they FINALLY came to drop off the food. Only to come home to cold pizza. Very disappointed with this place.

I have an amazing experience in this store. My wife and I are foreigners and not used to order pizza in USA and the staff helped us to create our pizza and were very patience and kind with us. I totally recommend this place for everyone.

I ordered delivery and it was all great except that the delivery driver couldn’t find my address for some reason. I’ve never had any issues with deliveries here so not sure what happened. Otherwise, good junk food and very fast.

Tried using the App to place an order like ive done before, when trying to finish placing the order it tells you the store is open but their online ordering is down, simply call the store to place your order. I tried. 6 times i called. Hanging up after 10 minutes, now I am currently on the call for 19 minutes and still no answer. Only reason i'm still waiting is to see when they finally answer their phone.

This dominos is always super slow. They never have enough delivery drivers on a shift. Every time I order I wait over an hour for a delivery and by the time it gets to my family the food is cold. I’ve had this issue several times.

Consistency is key in the service industry. Especially now that the world we live in has changed! This location manages to uphold such and always do a great job all the time. Food's great and arrives on time when you order out.

Every time we order the pizza is on time and well prepared. Delivery is on point and carry out always greatly managed. I’ve ordered more than five times to this place and always satisfied with the service.

Driver not wearing a mask. We selected contactless delivery but driver stood right at the door and handed it directly to me as I opened the door. Number listed is not in service.

First time ordering from this location and probably my last. They failed to properly add the topping I requested via an online order. When I called to inform them, they offered me a lava cake with my next order. A lava cake? With my next order? Really? Yeah, I'm good. Update 2/17/2020: I received a call from a manager a week later (my original order was done Christmas eve) informing me that I in fact was credited with two large pizzas AND a lava cake. I called today to verify and sure enough, it was just a lava cake. These people do not care about customer service and the manager is the main culprit. Avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I order a pizza at 11:30pm it’s already 12:53pm and I haven’t get my pizza, I called and the guy say that there’s just 2 of them working, I’m very disappointed.
