came in to order a bowl to go and they were super skimpy with the ingredients like it was gonna come out of their paycheck, and then the girl at the register made fun of my accent.

The service people are cold and rude, the place is dirty. They also give as little as possible. I think it's time to boycott the company, they take their customers for granted for so long, it becomes ridiculous.

Right on Thayer street, burrito bowl was very good 👍🏽 and clean place.

This place really fell off.... Not everybody likes there food overcooked or extra burnt . I got chicken and it was so burnt it was hard to chew and it looked like steak ! And not to mention the rest of my food taste like burnt . That's disgusting

Worst chipotle I’ve been too. The portion is ok, service is ok. Dined in, the tables were dirty and employees were just hanging around in the back having a karaoke session with explicit music on blast for all customers to hear.

Very small portions not worth it anymore. There’s a new company called Baja Mex they have way better proportions in value for your money. Chipotle has gotten too expensive and stingy with their portions.

Worst food ever ordered on the Mobil app for two bowls they weren’t closed properly so they leaked everywhere, also missed so much out of my bowl like the fajita veggies cheese and queso and the sour cream it was such a light weight bowl and I’m not the only one who has these complaints now that I’m reading it all so disappointed 20$ waste . I payed extra for queso and did not receive . I do not recommend coming here !

I ordered through the Chipotle app, and this is my first time it’s coming from this location. I ordered a bowl and it’s missing lettuce, fajitas and guac. I ordered a salad as well and it came with no lettuce, no fajitas, no dressing. I’m not sure what happened??? The portions are okay though.

I frequently come here and they always do something wrong. If you order online the portions are atrocious and they will probably mess up your order. In person, they give you burnt protein and pester you to get double meat or queso. Here I have attached a picture of my chicken tacos I paid nearly $10 for. Do better Chipotle.

I go to chipotle almost everyday, and one specific lady usually services me… the food is good but the portion sizes are horrendous. She give absolutely no rice or meat and forces you to get double protein unless you want just 3 pieces. For the prices it is ridiculous. She needs to be fired!

The place wasn’t busy, so my burrito dude was on his own… but he was about to impress me. I discovered Chipotle was the closest thing to Carne Asada I missed when I left San Diego. This place was in a great funky building a block from campus and they were amazingly trained, all very diverse, and attracted a real cool mix of clientele. I’ve been to em for years, usually with identical results. Then I moved to Vermont and lost civilization but post covid discovered a Chipotle but it was so not people wise the same, and the food somehow didn’t seem quite the same. So back to this prince: he did the “shtick” of questions perfectly, with a charming ad lib thrown in just like the first time. Ahhh. So he ended up helping again because I decided to stay - he could have seen me as high maintenance, but you’d never know it, He restored my faith in that system. So I saw some other staff and I said I just had a amazing Chipotle something and wanted to let his boss see his name in the review. They said of course- who was it - they looked at each other and grinned like they knew something…The woman said, yeah he’s really great, that’s Brandon. still grinning. I was like what. He’s the manager. I said well, he … they interrupted THE GENERAL they half whispered. Now I know why he put together the best burrito I have had for quite a while. And clearly the staff have that love their leader. The best Chipotle team/food basically. And Brandon was charming. Next time I’m in town, he’ll have to deal with me again. lol. Highly highly recommend

idk why the food here is always slow always cold and somehow always wrong too. like ill order a salad with steak and get a rice bowl with beans and cheese. might as well start off w a mystery option instead of putting in the time to order and still get something random.

Came In Today For A Chicken Bowl, Was Served A Vegetarian Bowl. Spoke On It, And It Was Taken Care Of By Brandon With Care. TRULY APPRECIATE Him For That!

This is a pretty standard Chipotle. They were out of some stuff but were nice and gave good portions. The tables and seating outside were clean and enjoyable for a nice day.

A nice place for casual dining. the place has well organized clean open kitchen. Kind and professional staffs.

The workers here were not stingy at all. Loaded my bowl up nice and good.

I didn’t get my peach juice or my Coca-Cola for my brother which costed 9-10 dollars alone and I didn’t even get a refund for it and I still paid 30+ in total.

The people in and around this place are getting worse and worse. Some Spanish person was parked blocking the side street completely so they could run in and grab their burrito. And everybody was yelling and throwing things at his car. I thought this was hilarious so I stood outside and watched, phone in hand in-case a fight broke out, but it didn't. Cowards. Anyway the food was good, the entertainment could have been better.

Do not order online (doordash). They put only half the size what you generally get in person!

I asked for chicken and barbacoa, which is double meat so I usually pay $12-13. I don't get guac, so why was I charged $16? I got charged for two bowls or what? That white guy they put on register needs to be put in the back, stop playing with my money.

Uncooked white rice even for American standards

Online orders suck here. Barely any food in the meal, made the order wrong, and forgot utensils even though it says it on the receipt. The person who made my meal is obviously not intelligent whatsoever.

This Thayer location always get my things wrong and charge me a little extra, ie get my order wrong like charge me for two barbacoa bowls instead of 1 barbacoa bow and one carnitas. or charge me for guac when I never ordered it. very annoying.

Love Chipotle but this is the worst location. Food is rarely ready on time, items are missing, attitude of staff is always poor and productivity is low while waiting. Fix this store.

Missed the order again…I asked for black beans, salsa, and sour cream. Was given 3 giant helpings of sour cream. No black beans, no salsa.

They have a very disappointing amount of steak even when I asked for double steak. There was more cheese than rice and they had no forks. I am thoroughly disappointed with this specific establishment.

Seeing as I've worked at this specific location for roughly 2 years. I know that they don't cut, dice and prep everything themselves and the people that work there are mostly high school students try to make it. So who are you say that they suck. Before I come here I never know what I will get in terms of the quality of food. On some days it is good and some not that great. And I have no way to tell on which days.

ordered on the app and somehow didn’t go thru so when my bf went to go pick it up he had to order there (probably an app thing), but he came back home and said that the girl behind the counter smelled of weed and after fixing our orders didn’t even give him a bag best thing was some of the chicken in my bowl was legit raw. bf’s order was fine tho

Very authentic rustic Mexican food just like you find in a small town in Mexico except it is like 10x the price.

This ZERO goes to SMITHFIELD location that’s still not listed. Tried to order online. Gave times for pick up then said not available. Finally after 4 tries, my husband drove over only to be told that I couldn’t get a quesadilla except online. That’s impossible to do. He left and went to Jersey Mike’s next door. This was our first try to go to a Chipotle. Won’t do again

Don’t order from this location. Every time I order from this location they get my order wrong. How can you mess up the same order so many times? Last time I order my bowl had big chunks of onions like they weren’t properly chopped. Never again.

Food is good when the store is open. Got there at 3:30 on a Saturday and was greeted with a sign that said “sorry closed until Wednesday the 8th” how does a business survive with such inconsistent hours? Never seen the same employee in there twice and 9/10 they don’t know how to scan my online gift card, I’ve even gotten lip that they can’t except them until another employee shows them how to do it. When they are open the line is out the door.

I like Chipotle, but this place was pretty much chaos. Employees seemed very stressed and unable to get orders done. Perhaps they were all having a bad day. The food was just okay.

Food was prepared kinda strangely. It didnt bother me, but the person I was with was a little bothered by it. The liquids from his quesadilla leaked out and it broke the bag which made all our food fall out. But over all everything tasted delicious.

Great experience overall! Hayden was brilliant - the service was impeccable & food excellent. Chipotle stores in other cities can take a leaf out of Hayden’s book. Will definitely return when in Providence.

Only been to this exact CHIPOTLE once. Like the location - the inside layout - and the busy exciting environment..... I had a chicken Burrito, and while it tasted fine. I think Bc it was so busy, I just would have wanted it to be made with a bit more attention And wrapped up in a way which felt like I wasn't being paid but actually paying them for a proper burrito that was consistently X size and had portions and proportions consistent with what I remember from past chipotle experiences. But maybe it was just that day, that moment. Thayer street is a great spot. Take just the Brown University Book Store. I could spend hours in there - As I'm sure many non students could and do ...
