They have a great chocolate museum. We just went for the tour and museum. More information than you could imagine the young man who gave the tour was very knowledgeable. Plan to spend some time here. We arrived without knowing what the routine was. we bought tickets at the counter and waited about 10 min for the tour. I think it was about a 45-minute to an hour tour. Free chocolate samples at the end of the tour. Definitely a difference in the chocolates, and they also sell them up front, and if you take the tour, you get a discount at the store.

I had an amazing time. Our guide, Anthony, was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone felt welcome. The cherry on top (or should I say, the chocolate chip?) was the incredible chocolate sampling. Each piece was more delicious than the last! Anthony's passion and expertise made the experience truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and informative adventure. Five stars and a big thumbs up!

This was a great experience! We stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a shot. The truffles are stunningly hand made and if you take the tour, you see them being made at the end. Shout out to Dave, our tour guide - he did a great job! Our family loved this.

We had fantastic lunch, drinks, and a tour of the chocolate museum. The pear and gruyere sandwich was delicious, and the mocha latte was divine. The tour was really entertaining and educational. Amazing chocolate sculptures and historical information. Yummy chocolate samples at the end of the tour.

Had a lovely tour and Dave was very charming and informative - learned a lot and it was humorous to boot. The sandwiches are very tasty, the fondu is lovely, the hot chocolate is worth the drive alone - definitely a worthwhile use of my time. Highly recommend to any chocolate lovers

Very informative and yummy sampling of wine, chocolates & homemade hot choclate! Glad I found them on Groupon on the fly option for a rainy day. Definitely recommend for families with kids 4yr+.

Tour was excellent, amazing how little we knew about chocolate. Carl aka Dave was awesome, he made tour fun while teaching everyone about where and when chocolate was discovered, evolution of process, and 'free' samples at end brought all great joy! Well worth the price of a ticket. In addition, lunch was excellent as well.

Anthony the Guide was entertaining but most importantly extremely knowledgeable. The store had chocolate from around the world. The tour sampling had us buying several chocolates that we loved on the tour. The tour was fascinating both historically and as how chocolate is processed. For a fun and entertaining tour, you will enjoy going there.

The tour and history of chocolate was very informative. I especially wanna give a shoutout to the man who gave us that tour, Anthony. He made the tour very fun with his sense of humor. And the chocolate was pretty good. Me and my family also bought chocolate from there and we sat down for their cappuccino and really delicious peanut butter ice cream. Overall, we had a great time!

My husband brought me to the Chocolate Museum for a tour on my birthday & the tour guide, Anthony, was just wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Chocolate and his personality and jokes made the tour that much more enjoyable. The chocolate tastings & the drink at the end were so delicious - I only wish the drink came in a MUCH bigger cup lol. Will definitely be returning soon for some more of that chocolate!

The chocolate tour was so amazing!! Our guide David was so sweet and amazing !! The samples at the end or the tour is sooo freaking good and even the wine tasting with the chocolate is pretty good as well ! I would most definitely recommend it if you are visiting Orlando ❤️

I decided to do something different this trip to Orlando and I came across this place. I’m so grateful that I took a chance, not only is the chocolate delicious and the drinks are good. Our tour guide Anthony made the whole experience worth it, he is very knowledgeable about chocolate, and keep seeing super interesting. Also with being super funny at that. It’s a super cute, quick and intimate tour, I promise you won’t be disappointed because there are tasty treats at the end 😊❤️

did the SOLO TOUR at 2pm, ANTHONY was very knowledgeable and funny! the chocolate and wine pairing were AMAZING. atmosphere was very calm, relaxing. loved every minute of the experience. Definitely recommend‼️

Really great experience with the staff today! After purchasing our tickets online (Groupon), we went through the museum tour with Anthony whose passion for chocolate really shined throughout the entire tour. His energy was fantastic and the information he was able to share was quite impressive! We opted for the wine and chocolate paired tasting, it was pleasant and unique. I'd recommend purchasing any items before you take the tour as you may be "chocolated out" by the time you've finished your tour. We also tried the Italian panini which was served hot and made with fresh ingredients. It was very good. We also ordered a small chocolate brownie gelato which was creamy and filled with goodies. Overall, everything was delicious and it's definitely worth the visit!! I highly recommend the hot mocha!!

We did the tour with Anthony and had a great time. Anthony was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered any and all questions with excitement and curiosity (if he didn't know the answer). I highly recommend for the knowledge gained alone. The samples received at the end were just the cherry on top!

Anthony was a fantastic tour guide. Lots of history on how chocolate came to be. Some funny jokes thrown in here and there. Showed us how chocolate becomes chocolate. The tasting was a perfect end and the hot chocolate too! Thanks' for the fun experience!

Had Anthony as our tour guide and as a fellow Anthony I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and his energy was awesome! Fiancé (who is a baker and has worked with lots of chocolate) and I had a wonderful time and were thrilled to have him as our guide. Don't want to spoil any of the experience with photos, but would absolutely recommend the Chocolate Tour and Wine Tasting experience! Absolutely worth the price, I learned so much.

This was a cute little spot to sit down and have a small bite. We didn’t do the museum tour, I think it would have been better for an older crowd and I had my two kiddos. The chocolate cake was very good. It would be a great spot for date night.

We were looking for something to do indoors on a rainy Orlando day and stumbled upon this place. I was skeptical at first but it ended up being a great experience! Anthony, our tour guide was knowledgable, well spoken and very entertaining! He taught us quite a lot about chocolate and served up some delicious samples! A lady in front of us paid and left with the tip screen on and the guy behind the register pressed 20% he tried to play it off but it seems like something he would do often. I loved the tour, Dave was great but I would just be cautious when paying… also the drinking chocolate was really good I had the dulce de leche however the pastries tasted old and chewy

We did the full factory tour and it was a blast! The tour guide Andy was very entertaining and had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable about the history of chocolate! We had to buy some chocolate to take home of course!

Took a trip to the museum in a different sense today, mostly for the delectable treats awaiting us after the tour. After receiving a golden ticket we were promptly being tempted to add a box of specialty chocolates to taste while we waited for the next tour to begin. The most outstanding was the orange pistachio chocolate bon bon. Dave led us through a tale of wonder and it ended with the best hot chocolate I've had in ages. 10/10 will do again

The chocolate was amazing such a nice variety of flavors! The one with caramelized hazelnut was the best. That tour guide Dave was really cool but Becky with the good hair needs some work.

Place was great overall, and the tour was informative and entertaining. My only disappointment was the wine tasting. The wine and truffles were amazing, but they just quickly introduced all three options and left. Completely forgot what was what after starting.

Hi I paid $21 for your Dubai Chocolate and honestly was very disappointed. It was so thin and hardly any filling in there. All you taste was chocolate like hersey bar without taste of pistachio cream filling. Normally they a thick and oozing with pistachio cream and kneffa. Very disappointed to find a place after called many other through out Orlando..

When we entered the shop, we were welcomed with three glasses of assorted wine paired with three different chocolate candies. It was absolutely delightful. The tour itself was incredibly informative, and we ended it with a tasting of ten chocolate samples. To top off the fantastic experience, we received a 10% discount on all wine and chocolate purchases. I can't recommend stopping by enough if you are in the area! It’s a must-visit for chocolate and wine enthusiasts alike.

We had a great time during the tour. It was a very small group, the last of the day. My teenage son and I plus a young couple. Anthony was a very enthusiastic chocolate expert and we learned so many interesting things and were able to ask a lot of questions. There was a rainforest room, Spanish/French history room, antique equipment and finally a chocolate sculpture room. The tour was long enough to have enough time to look but not long enough to get bored. And it was fun to taste the chocolate and discuss our opinions with the other guests.

We got the Groupon with the tasting and tour. It didn’t say to arrive at any specific time so we arrived around 4:45. They said we were not able to do the tasting because we were there too late, which was strange since there was no instruction listed in the Groupon or anywhere else. They gave us a glass of wine in place of the tasting. Still was weird though. The tour itself was great and our guide Dave was awesome. The chocolate samples at the end were incredible. Highly recommend! Maybe just not the wine tasting route.

We purchased a Groupon for the tour and wine pairing. It was so nice! The tour includes the history of chocolate and you are guided by Anthony whom has a great knowledge of the chocolate production process. You see chocolate sculptures of famous structures like the Eiffel Tower. At the end of the tour you get to taste 8 different chocolates that can be purchased in the gift shop. After the tour we did the wine pairing which included 3 wines and 3 bonbons/truffles. It was a fun experience.

What a great place if you love chocolate, lots of amazing chocolate to taste. They have a chocolate and wine pairing that you can also try. Additionally, highly recommend the chocolate tour. Anthony is a great guide if you can get him very knowledgeable and comedic at the same tire highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I really enjoyed the tour and history as well as the cafe. I went to the tour one day and liked it so much I came back the next day for the cafe experience, again they're treats impressed me. Dark hot chocolate was a 11/10. Also thank you Dave for the tour, made the whole group laugh a ton and learned a lot.

This was honestly such a pleasant surprise. I was expecting a very kitschy experience, but the tour was informative and Dave did a great job explaining the history and creation of chocolate. The cafe is the star of the show though. Everything we tried was delicious, and the overall quality was much higher than anticipated. The atmosphere is pleasant, service is on point, and hot chocolate is amazing. I can’t think of anything negative to say about it.

This was so much fun! Dave was our tour guide and was interesting and funny. He did a super job and we all enjoyed the tour. The chocolate tastings were awesome, especially their homemade hot chocolate. Holy smokes that was the best hot chocolate any of us have ever had. We bought it to take home. We also did the wine and chocolate tasting and it was really remarkable. We decided to stay and have their soups and paninis for lunch with lavender cappuccinos. Worth every penny.

Very high quality and not even unaffordable. The merch is rly cute too!! The atmosphere is cozy and cute. The workers are very nice and have welcoming smiles. This felt more like an experience than just a cafe.

We did the tour and while waiting tried the tres leches and tuxedo bomb. They were both amazing! We then did the tour and Anthony did a great job and was very knowledgeable! This is a definite “must do thing” when visiting Orlando!

Anthony was our guide. Awesome. It looks like a regular pastry shop when you enter. It’s in a plaza. You pay the $18 each for a tour. They have tours every hour. It’s worth it if you enjoy the world of chocolate. It includes samplings. I walked out of there with about $40 in candy bars and an awesome hot chocolate.

This chocolate museum was such a wonderful experience! Anthony was an amazing tour guide. Very funny and witty. He really contributed to why this was such a great experience. This museum taught us some amazing facts about chocolate. We got to sample amazing chocolates and see many cool artifacts that contribute to the history of Chocolate.

As luck had it, I was the only one on the 2pm tour when I went. I thought it might be a bit awkward, being just me and the tour leader, Dave. But Dave was very personable and laid back, it was not awkward at all. The tour was informative and interesting, but the best part was the end where you could taste a few different chocolates. Only negative was that it was so hot outside, that the chocolate I bought was a little melted, but still tasted really good!

I am a long-time fan of the Chocolate Museum and Cafe. My first experience was with a museum tour and tasting I received as a gift, which really started me out on good chocolate. I have returned multiple times to find different chocolate bars to try and enjoy their delicious dark hot chocolate. The service is always excellent. I think it's a fun way to have a memorable multi-sensory experience together with a date. I am however a little disappointed that this last time they didn't have any criollo chocolate in stock, but I understand that the cocoa market is stressed right now.

Had such a great time taking the tour yesterday with my two daughters. Allen was great and so patient with all the questions my daughter had. Chocolate tasting was delicious and I now have a new appreciation and love for chocolate. I will definitely come back to buy some chocolates and order some amazing lattes.
