Take your chance if you want to, but i will never eat here again. Gross!

The shrimp toast was literally burnt so hard that you couldn't even break it into pieces with your fingers much less your teeth. The sweet sour chicken had absolutely no flavor ! The combination lo mein, in the front part of the to go plate was the meats and shrimp with noodles. Well the back two sections of the tray was nothing but a NO flavor yellow. The other two trays were basically the same thing. Neither of them had any flavor at all. Don't waste your money! It's a horrible place with worse than horrible food!

Food is not good AT ALL. Go across the street to RedStar, it's AWESOME.

Rude old friend egg rolls they give us duck sauce when ask for sweet sour then I went ask for sweet sour again she handed me prepared to go sweet sour, REALLY? Why waste ppl time if you knew what I was asking for in first place awful last time we eat here!

Yeah, it's a clean place, the servi e was good. The food was sorta edible, had to doctor it up at home. So dissapointed this came up as a five star rating. Would not recommend.

I ordered Lo Mein Chicken, and it was bad, with no flavor; the chicken tasted horrible and the fried rice was just rice with color and no flavor either.

I don’t want to give it a bad bad rating because I’ve only tried one thing and IF I go back and order something other then the pad Thai I will change my review but it has to be the WORSE pad Thai I’ve ever eaten. Cute little shop, the cashier was nice at pick up but I called to place an order and the worker had a attitude (it was 15 minutes until closing time but when I came in to grab my order there were other people still placing orders with no attitude from the cashier)

Egg rolls Are still good. Lo mein was too sweet and they used spaghetti. Egg drop soup was horrid.Rice tasted like smelling playdough. I used to love this place. I don't know what happened, but I'm pretty sure the place won't last much longer. I am super disappointed. I tried to call about pretty much everything, no answer. This was such a great place.

Their food continues to be delicious. More than 20 years in business speaks for itself.

I've eaten here before and it was good. But they got a new cook n it was BAD! My order did not even resemble what I ordered. It was gross!

This place has a really great menu and the prices are outstanding. The food is really actually very very good I put little stars for atmosphere because it's just a very small little restaurant I think they do a huge take out business I highly recommend.

Always my go-to for Chinese food! They are the friendliest people and their food is wonderful!

I've been eating here since 1992, however over the past several months or maybe longer, the quality of the food has taken a serious nose dive! First it was the egg drop soup that started to suck, then you guys changed the rice which absolutely SUCKS! So I decided to do linguine and you have changed that to, it SUCKS AS BAD AS THE RICE OR WORSE! My wife's chicken and vegetables SUCKED and she didn't eat half of it!That's it! After over 30 years, there's obviously a new owner who has destroyed the food and the restaurant, my family and I WILL NOT return!

This was the 1st ever oriental place I ate at when I was 11 years old, and still, to this day over 40, it's still my favorite! Portions are perfect, and the food is amazing!

Always FANTASTIC food. One of the few Chinese restaurants in Bay County that knows what spicy means when you ask for it!!! Friendly staff. This place can get busy at lunch and dinner since it is so popular. Order ahead online with the Clover system, and they always have it ready for pickup on time.

I love their Udon soup! The ladies are always so sweet here. I love going in there and hearing my order being told to me before I even open my mouth. They care about their customers and it shows. I love this place.

I really don’t like this restaurant, the service is no, you always come without a fork or a spoon. Nothing is packed anywhere. I highly do not recommend it.

Disgusting food! Springs rolls dripping grease. Crab Rangoon was dry, burnt, and tasted like days old. Pad Thai Chicken had shrimp in it, and no peanut flavor at all. Sesame chicken was soggy and the rice is literally steamed rice with soy poured over it. $ 60 for 4 people. It's ridiculous! Save your money and go somewhere else.

The worst Chinese food I ever had chicken was bland the rice was bland only thing good was the chopsticks would finish my plate of teriyaki chicken and the sauces didn’t taste like anything embarrassing of a restaurant.

Just stopped in for some egg rolls and crab rangoon. Bith wrre great!

You will not find better food for the money or a friendlier staff anywhere anytime. My family eats there a good bit and Chopsticks is the first place we think of when we are going out.

Terrible. Noodles tasted like spaghetti noodles with a gooey sauce (not your typical lo mein). Beef and broccoli had zero flavor. Egg rolls were undercooked and tiny! Also, the sweet and sour “chicken” didn’t resemble chicken whatsoever 🤮. Never again will order from this establishment.

Everything was too spicy to even eat. Had to toss the Kung Pao and general tsao. Was swimming in hot sauce. Will never order there again.

I called asked for a lunch special with pork fried rice. Normal Chinese restaurants call it pork fried rice. Did not mention an up charge. So if you order a meal just say fried rice I guess. Not good business to not mention up charges.

I ordered a platter of spring rolls for a Christmas party and they were ready fast and very fresh!

Got me some roast pork fried rice with egg rolls, and it was delicious. A go to for many years.

I’m sorry, we ordered on Halloween evening and our food can best be described as weird? Our egg drop soup was THICK and gloopy. It seemed as though it had been sitting in the fridge for days and then sent in my order. The rice also seemed old. I won’t be ordering/eating here ever again.

We had this delivered to us and it was the WORST Chinese food I ever ever ate. I LOVE Hot and Sour soup and this was not eatable. Actually only the spring rolls was worth eating. We were starving and shoved some rice and S&S chicken down, but it was all awful. The pic of food was in the trash!

Stopped in for the first time a week ago for carry out. Placed order and ten minutes later walked out with food. Shrimp egg rolls were excellent!! Everything that I picked up was GREAT!!!!!

I'm usually a fan of this place, but tonight I ordered a large pork lomein and I got half box with lomein and the other side of my box was stuffed with rice. I have never ordered lomein and gotten rice with it. It wasn't a sesame chic combo. You don't just get to pawn your old rice in my box when I ordered a large lomein not with rice.

Ordered the pho to go. The noodles were a glob of goo, and the cliantro was mostly stems with a slice of lime that wasn't fit to consume. The soup was good along with the beef and sprouts. The egg rolls were soggy for some reason. I've definitely had better pho.

They have shorted me on my order for the last three orders after paying full price. They never offered to give me credit or fix the problem.

Been craving chinese food but this wasnt it. Not quality at All. Had good food before from here, but the sesame chicken was edible but not right. The chicken was stringy and seemed old. Sauce was okay. Very greasy. Rushed me along and ddt check the food. Sweet n sour chicken looked days old and no sauce. Would like to take it back. Will give it to an animal.

Loved it here. Got the California sushi roll and it was very good and reasonably priced. Also got the 6 pc crab Rangoons. Oh my! They were the best! The atmosphere was so friendly. Lots of locals coming in and we felt like we hit the jackpot. We will definitely be back.

First time and last time ordering from this restaurant. The chicken & broccoli had no flavor, the broccoli wasn’t done and the crab rangoons taste like it has been cooked hours ago. Never again will I order from this place.

Have always LOVED the food here until today. Not sure if the staff have changed but the recipes definitely have. Crab Rangoon used to be one of my favorite dishes but this time it was horrible. Absolutely zero cream cheese. Not sure if I'll come back or not. Very disappointed. Wasted money I could have spent somewhere better.

I gave 2 stars because the employees were nice and their restaurant was relatively clean. But, regarding their food.... It wasn't very good. Spring Rolls didn't have any flavor. My kids' chicken lomein was very bland. I ordered Moogoo gai pan, and the chicken was so dry.. We ordered several dishes, and I really didn't care for any of them.. Now, the prices are crazy cheap. Got 5 dinners, spring rolls, egg rolls, and crab ragoons for like $40 or so. But, I won't be back absolutely no flavor to any of the dishes.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and crab ragoons. The sauce for my chicken was cold and it like trying to dip my chicken in jelly it was so thick, my chicken was so old like it had been sitting out for awhile tasted horrible not to mention I can even tell you what the rice is. It just has a terrible taste to it. I will not recommend going there and will not go back

Absolutely revolting and disgusting food. The Udon soup, the egg drop soup, the spring rolls, the teriyaki chicken, the rice, the lo mein, the sweet and sour chicken were all completely inebidle slop.

Ordered online and did not receive the noodles or correct rice that was ordered. The chicken was not tasty at all. Not much actual chicken. Mostly breaded mixture. Didn’t even send chopsticks! Very disappointing.

Been eating at this place since it opened so many years ago. I'm not the biggest fan of Chinese food but this place I will eat at. Easily the best one around. Their prices are affordable and you get large portions. The food is tasty and they tend to have a daily or weekly special that they offer too. The downside side is it's terribly small inside, and becomes quite packed rather fast, depending on the time of day. I recommend not going at peak times because this place gets really busy and you'll be standing in line and beyond for a while. The food and price is worth it though if you can get past that. Best Chinese restaurant in bay county in my personal opinion.

Great food and always enough to have lunch the next day

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. No other Chinese restaurant can top them! Always friendly, food hot and fresh tasting and QUICK! It’s impressive how they get so much done in such a small establishment. I was shocked to see ANY bad reviews because I’ve been here over 100 times and have never not one time had a bad experience. I love their eggdrop soup, beef lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, sesame chicken. Large portions for a fraction of the cost at other places! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’m forever a loyal customer!

My husband ordered chicken lo mein and got more rice than anything. He's never received rice with lo mein before. Odd. I ordered beef and broccoli and again, so much rice in comparison. Both dishes had little flavor. New to the area but don't believe this will be our go-to for oriental.

The worst rice I ever eat. I ask for pepper steak by itself, and they served with rice. The crab ragoon, was everything except sweet. The pepper steak was 4 pieces of steak, and the rest was peppers and onion. Never again.

Best crab Rangoon ever! I could get sick off the amount I would try to eat. I love this place with all my heart and it will always be my childhood comfort restaurant ❤️

Been here before and it was fine. This time was just bad. Had Cashew Chicken. Way more veggies than chicken, which was dry and pretty flavorless. Fried rice was dry, coldish, and gummy, as if it came from a grade school or prison cafeteria. Ordered egg rolls and both were overdone. I don't recall the last time I've had Chinese food this poor.

Food tasted horrible. The lo mean smelled like an old dirty bathroom. Crab Rangoon tasted and smelled way too fishy. Green bean tempura had no flavor. I don’t know how it has a 4.2 rating on here. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend not eating here. I’d rate it lower if I was able to.

The food was disgusting and they got our order wrong.

27 years and the wife and I still drive 30 one way for our chopsticks fix. Never disappoint and never have leave us hungry afterwards. Great value, well worth the visit. Don't forget to check out the daily specials. Call in and pickup for a quick lunch.

I'm giving this place a negative review when I first walked in at I walked to the bathroom with my two-year-old because I'm in the process of potty training her we came back out and she told me she had to go potty again so I walk right back to the bathroom I came back out went to the front to order and the lady rudely said again I was so embarrassed because I have to constantly be taking her to the potty in every mom knows how much time this takes to potty train I'm giving this place a negative review I can't believe how rude this lady is I will never be coming here again

Personally, I didn't find the food to be good at all. Their teriyaki chicken lo mein tastes like chicken noodle soup. Yes. Soup. It didn't taste like teriyaki at all and it was incredibly liquidy. I've eaten here 2 times and both times the food hasn't been good. Service was okay so that's why I rate them a 2-Star.

They charge for Sweet and Sour sauce, even if you get egg rolls or wontons

Was not impressed with there egg rolls. They were disappointing.

We used to eat from there a lot. Haven't for a long time. Today we ordered sweet and sour chicken. It was horrible. It was not white chicken it was dark and lots of stringy gray fat. Made me gag. Of course I didn't eat it. My dogs barely ate it. Won't go back.

Service was fast food was fresh. I had never eaten here I ordered sesame chicken and just not impressed. Sesame chicken soup. Rice is kept in a warmer up front I get it it's convenient and economical it is a small place but rice was cold. Egg roll are best in town.. Employees are super friendly always smiling. I'll return it wasn't bad just not the best

My family has been coming here for years and never had any issues until our visit today. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, generals chicken, chicken fried rice, and fried dumplings. All of the chicken tasted absolutely disgusting and was a weird grey color. They have always used white meat chicken in everything, but you can tell they obviously used very poor quality chicken this time. We were shocked how disgusting everything tasted. We won't be coming back any longer.

Ordered Wong tong soup Shrimp lo mein with fried rice and an egg roll. The soup tasted like it was made out of diluted Worcester sauce but very strong None of it was worth eating through it away and left.

Have been there many times in the past and I was very satisfied But the last 2 times I've gone it was extremely bad. Last time i went there, I ordered a special, which was black pepper chicken and they gave me Sweet-and-sour chicken with black pepper sprinkled on it. I had that just finished working all day and was too tired to complain so I just threw it in the trash when I get home. Person I was with ordered something different and theirs was good. ​Seems like they're kind of hit and miss these day. Also, it seems like they were closing little bit early because they had a long day of working. Which is fine but if you let somebody in your store and take their money, at least serve them what they order.

I've been coming here since I was in my mother's uterus and I'll make sure I'm buried with a thing of their sweet and sour chicken. Maybe there's some nostalgia mixed in, but regardless, I'd easily declare Chopsticks as my favorite place to eat. The food is great and they maintain that quality every time. They know their regulars, what they like and dislike and even how many packets of soy sauce they prefer. They aren't like typical Chinese restaurants though. If you're planning to go for the first time, don't expect what you're used to. But do give them a chance. I might be biased on the extreme end, but at the end of the day, taste buds don't lie. And mine enjoy their food.

Almost an OK... My teriyaki chicken was fair, the hot and sour soup was good... But my wife did not like the sweet and sour chicken, they completely forgot the sweet and sour sauce.

Absolute disappointment. My co workers and I ordered lunch. Not one thing tasted good and Chopsticks is now the joke of my work. All dishes Lo Mein (gross mein): tasted like spaghetti noodles with olive oil (or some type of random oil). Shrimp lo mein "terrible" and we had to add soy sauce to make it edible. Some shrimp so maybe that's where the random shrimp came from in the other dishes. I guess they're trying to cut seafood costs. Happy family (dysfunctional family per my co worker) had no flavor and no amount of soy sauce could help this one. Two shrimp in here, maybe another fluke? Wish there were more. No plastic ware, napkins, chop sticks, fortune cookies or anything else conducive to take out lunch. Why is this place called chopsticks; we didn't receive any. It should be called "nasty, flavorless, finger food". We spent about $100 between all of us. What an absolute waste.
