Looks like Zaxby's is going down hill. I order boneless wings and 1 came out the size of my thumb nail 3 the size of half a chicken nugget from McDonald's and 1 a little smaler than a chicken nugget from McDonald's. If it wasn't for the fries I would of starved to death with this meal. Not impressed at all with this visit.

Make sure to double check you food orders. Theh forget items.

Always a great time at this zaxby's with some of the best service I've ever had. We had Deborah as our cashier today and she is always the sweetest (we are something of regulars). Fantastic place

Fries were old so I ask for some fresh fries this is what I received.

Mr. Tyler, at Zaxby's is super patient and understanding. ❤️ My husband forgot to pickup the second half of our online order and so he had to drive 20 minutes to go back and get it. Sadly, it was already thrown away due to time restrictions, but I called ahead and Mr. Tyler and the wonderful ladies there remade my order and threw in a few cookies for our trouble. I appreciate the trust and understanding from Zaxby's. I won't be making that mistake again. Thanks everyone for making our dinner complete.🙋🏻‍♀️

Paid for a large fry just to get a small size. The employees are stingy for some reason like the food is coming out of their pocket. Missing toast from the toast basket as well. All the food was very soggy. Ridiculous considering how much a meal is here. They're lucky a Raising Canes isn't around here cause they'd run out of business real quick.

Ms. Deborah at the front counter taking orders was very kind, helpful, and provided an amazing customer experience. She was on top of everything by taking orders, grabbing orders, giving out orders. She was very helpful at showing me where things are on the menu and always had a smile on her face. Thanks to her, I am wanting to come back to this location more often. 😅❤️

This Zaxby’s is always on point. They messed up my order today, and were more than friendly and courteous to make it right. 10/10

I ordered the Big Zax. I was sorely disappointed. It didn't seem to have enough food to be called that. The meal was good and it filled the hole. I just wasn't impressed and probably not be going back.

Good comfort food. Cheese bites were done well and the chicken fingers were crispy and not overdone. Not crowded so plenty of places to sit and eat.

Asked for no tomatoes on sandwich, we got 6. Sandwich was literally slapped in the box. Bacon bits in salad was literally strips of bacon thrown in and they couldn’t be bothered to cut the egg in half. Lazy af.

I had stop coming to Zaxbys, because the service had gotten rude. I just started working at UPS and came here on my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised! Deborah and Donna at the front counter are Ah-mazing!! I come here everyday for lunch now. Except Wednesday’s, because they’re off lol. I’m so glad I came back. The service is friendly now! The feed is great and super fast! Top Tier!!

First time being at a Zaxby's. The counter person was so friendly. I ordered the Asian salad and egg rolls. They were awesome.

Zaxbys is one of our favorite places to eat, so this review will be specifically about our last visit on 1/19/24 at 8:15pm. My wife and I walked in, she went to our favorite corner seat and I went to the counter. I stood there for several minutes while the two young girls were laughing and giggling while messing with each other's hair. One of them came to the register and very unenthusiastically took my order. She was in such a hurry to get back to her friend that she finalized the order before I was even finished telling her what I wanted. So I said I'm not through yet and that I need to add something else. She said it wouldn't let her now, so I would have to place an entirely separate order. That was fine, so I did. I went back to the table while waiting for my name to be called, and the first thing I said to my wife was that they have hired some very immature kids, and that I hope our food doesn't get messed up. Well my name was called, I went to get the order which was in bags to go, even though I specified dine in, and what do you know, my food order was messed up. My wife's grilled cobb salad was fried. I knew it would happen, that's why I said it to my wife. She said she would just keep it, but obviously that was not going to work. I took the salad and receipt back up to the counter where again the giggling girls were braiding each other's hair. The original girl who took my order had long straight reddish hair with blonde streaks, around 18 years old or so, came up to me. I told her the salad was supposed to be grilled, and she just looked at me. I showed her the receipt and I was unsure what was going on. I asked her again, is it supposed to be grilled or not, and she said, that's what it's says, and just walked off. I had to ask another girl back there to solve my problem. Anyway, I finally got the salad and went back to sit down. I finally opened up my 6 finger chicken plate, and sure enough, I only have 4 chicken fingers. I told my wife I would go up there for her, but I literally was not going back to those two girls again to tell them I only have 4 pieces of chicken instead of the 6 I paid for. I didn't want their attitude again, and I really didn't think they would believe me after the ordeal we just went through. So that sums up my last trip to the Lynn Haven Zaxbys. By the way, the name on the ticket is Kendal.

They were out of forks and ketchup but filled them up as soon as I asked.

Food is alqays fresh and delicious. The last time I was there they were extremely busy and messed up part of my order and were so apologetic and fixed it immediately.

Always charges me for extra sauce and I never get it

Always great food. Easy online ordering. HOWEVER... they don't always get the order right... even with the receipt attached. Be sure to open your sealed bag to verify your order options.

Got my order completely wrong. If I were you I’d check my order as soon as you get it at the window. They are notorious for getting orders wrong

We take the kids every Wednesday evening and the Kids love it. The food has always been fresh, hot, and great. We love the food, and the kids look forward to it.

Zaxby’s would be great if they actually had some decent Syed items other than french fries and coleslaw. Why not add something like mashed potatoes and green beans?

I guess it was because of Halloween night and they got slammed, so the wait for the food was quite long at 8:00 p.m.

Good evening Yes I was at the Zaxby's in Lynn Haven Florida on highway 77 and from the time I walked in I was greeted to my order I was greeted I got my food the time I got through paying my food was ready then the young lady that was working in the lobby the dining room area keeping it picked up and cleaned up and wiped down she greeted me asked me were there anything that I needed and I just want to let someone know in my opinion this restaurant was a 10 out of 10 excellent customer service the food was great very fresh prepared and I just wanted to say thank you

My wife grabbed dinner through the drive thru for us. Got home and of course the order was wrong. It was basically 2 items and that was too difficult to get right.

Wrong size drinks, staff arguing over the wrong drinks- then had to park to go into the restaurant to get straws for the drinks we ordered. The restaurant was filthy, trash on the floor and trash on the counter where I got the straws from. Won't be stopping by this location in the future. Been frequent visitors for several years.

Evening management treat staff horribly,I dined in with family, heard him yelling at teenagers, belittling these teens, let me tell you if it was my child he would have problems

My 10yoa GrandDaughter LOVES Zaxby's - it's her choice place to eat everytime she stays over with Gramma! I do believe she'd choose it over a donut any day! 💗💯💗

Food was so good just wished they would have taken alittle time to actually cut, chop, slice, or dice the 2 stips of bacon on the chicken bacon ranch fries and maybe spread the the sauce around so it's semi mixed up or tosses around but, it was very very good and perfect size for my son, husband, and I to share.

Bruh on July 1st 2023 * around 8:45-9 pm this rude woman in drive through took my order rushed me through cut me off multiple times and didn't even offer a drink I'm appalled and disappointed and honestly frustrated didn't even complete my full order my child wanted a Zax snack but I guess we'll be going to Slim Chickens

Wish i could give negative stars it was bad. Got a take out order tonight and the whole order was messed up that not everyone could eat due to allergies. Was suppose to be 10 teriyaki and 20 barbecue. Instead it was 20 teriyaki and 10 Buffalo. So disappointed we won't be back for a while after this. We usually get zaxbys weekly.

Let's be honest. Even a bad Zaxbys is still good. The food is usually always great. There are some downfalls like the service is hit or miss, and the coke freestyle machines are usually out of at least 2 flavors. However, the rest of this place is pleasant, though. The bathrooms are clean, and they have a spot for food delivery services to quickly get their order and go. All in all this restaurant is a good option for some good food that everyone can enjoy.

This place is always fantastic. Great service great food. I'd eat here several times a week if I could.

Driver through attendant was not pleasant. No sauces at all were given that were requested. Waited for order a long time and the person who brought order to car never said hi or have a good day.

My friends and I just came through the drive thru and I must say that , Alycia , the manager at this location is very friendly! Her bubbly personality lights up your day , it is very busy and she is doing a wonderful job! 🤍🤍🤍

Chicken fingers were very small and dry like they had been sitting out too long...fries were good and the workers were friendly. Just not worth the price...

I order 50 bucks worth of food every time I go ! They forgot a 7.99 loaded fry I am a very nice person due to being in the industry ! Alicia fought with me because the manager didn’t take my name so they failed me twice !! Sad because I really do enjoy their food but work to hard to have to fight to get what I paid for !!

Third Zaxby's I have tried and all three have been poor on food quality

They can't read a receipt right, gave back the wrong amount of change and argued about it. Outrageous prices for barely any food, literally anywhere else gives more food for the same price. They also forgot to include two cookie packets for the kids meals. We got one. Quality and service has gone down.

Alicia, one of the managers, wasn't there yesterday late afternoon when I went by and I wasn't a fan. The girl behind the register seemed she wasn't trained well, and when I tried to get order corrected with manager, still couldn't get it right. Usually I'm giving five stars, not on 3/6/23 around 5pm. Thanks Alicia, when you are there you take good care....

Puts people on drive through who know NOTHING about what is on the menu then ignore you while you wait for them to make it right. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Food is trash, management doesn’t care.

Messed up order, then I caught attitude for trying to fix it. For $38 dollars I’ll just stick to the better food at Beef o Brady’s next door.

Food is good, but 9/10 times the staff get your order wrong. They either need better training or just to start paying attention to what they're doing. As for me I'm done with it.

The nibblers are my favorite. Great for those of us that don't eat much. My other go to in teriyaki wings and the loaded fries. Always yummy<3

My food was messed up I ordered the grilled chicken salad and received the fried chicken salad. They where extreamly busy I was going to call way later the afternoon of the 10-4-22 but I completely forgot to call. But I did NOT injoy my salad at all. Normally I very much injoy the salads.

Consistently good but they took the club off.

Last time I went they had no sweet tea. This time no salads. They are constantly out of things. We won’t be back for a while.

The past three times I’ve visited and got my usual boneless wings meal, they’ve been barely tossed and maybe 1/2 of each wing has sauce on it. Very displeased with this. I’ve also (over different meals) had toast left out, ranch left out, no seasoning on fries, and old tea.

Mobile Ordered the wings and things combo. Asked for 3 ranch and instead got the Zax sauce and 2 ranch. Also the wings were very skinny. Not my best Zaxby’s experience.

I went in the store and Moya was so rude she gave me a middle finger, she told the manager she was not going to prepare my food or she was going to spit in it. The worst experience I've had. I'm a customer and no customer should face that. The manager tried to speak to her and she behaved so rude I don't know 😕 😒.

The staff at the Lynn Haven Zaxby's is the best, hands down! They do whatever it takes to make sure every customer has a great experience and if they're not already regulars, they become one from trip 1! The food is always hot, fresh, & delicious! Keep up the awesome work guys (& gals)!

Zaxby's is always great. If you haven't had the garlic buffalo sauce yet, I definitely recommend it. The staff is great, and Angel is an absolute angel, we love her.

Come on now, sweet tea should be sweet and taste like tea not watered down tea with little sugar. Customers can always order half sweet and half unsweetened tea in order to not have sweet tea. With iced sweet tea, one can't just add sugar to it because it's too cold - sugar won't dissolve. On the other hand, the food was FABULOUS last time I went. Just please work on the sweet tea!

Boneless wings were EXTREMELY small and we were supposed to get 5 each and only got 4.

Food good staff not so much. When you order a chicken meal you want a dipping sauce you have to pay 25 cent for a sauce. I think if you buy a 10 meal you should get a dipping sauce for free. SHAME on you Manager at Zaxbys in Lynn haven FL. Sat.night shift.

I know many people the love to eat here, just wasn't feeling it. Got a salad and the only thing I could taste was the bleu cheese chunks. So much lettuce. Just saying what I paid for this I could of got a better salad down the road at a better price, and I have. Not a hater ... Just did not enjoy my food!!!!!

Monica M is at the counter and she is the sh!t. Wow. I’m waiting on my online order because I basically ordered from the parking lot and she is greeting EVERYONE with a friendly demeanor. We order from here regularly without issue.
