I stopped by this morning to get a chai tea and a green goodness wrap unfortunately they didn’t have anymore green wraps but the man working there offered me anything else on the menu and he was so sweet and apologized for my wait and not having wraps in stock. so i asked him if the chicken pepper wrap was good and he said “oh yeah” and let me tell y’all ! i’m glad the green wrap was out of stock because the one he gave me was so tasty ! i wish i got his name so he can get the Recognition the he deserves !

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Andreaus. Every time he is working the drive thru when I stop by there I leave in the best mood. He is so nice and personable. Keep him in the drive thru and you will keep the customers come back!

I love going to the D&D closest to me because they do everything perfectly no matter what I ask. I don't go to any D&D for food though(donuts) so have no idea how good that is. It's just coffee for me.

Munchkins were dry, glazed doughnuts had very little glazed and felt like a plain doughnut and order was wrong

There was a time in my life where I practically could not drive past a Dunkin Donuts without stopping and shopping, but I'm pretty sure I'm done with them. I've never liked their coffee but the donuts were the gold-standard in the industry for me. At the register, there was a very large man shifting inventory and had to be told to take my order. He took the two steps to the register and acted like he just killed all of his family except one, and I looked like that one. I made him laugh and smile so that turned out well. I ordered a powdered vanilla cream and a sour cream, blueberry glazed. Both were very disappointing. The powdered vanilla cream donut truly tasted like cream filled, dusted, cardboard. The blueberry donut had been on the shelf long enough to allow the glaze to reduce to a very thin water-like film, and the donut itself was dry and stale. I could not get most of that donut passed my gag-reflex, it was that bad! I have seen the decline of many businesses and customer's services, and I guess all I can do is chalk it up to another negative experience and choose to never go to another Dunkin Donuts.

Stood at the counter for 4 minutes and no one said a word to us. Manager looked at us several times and never acknowledged us. Very chaotic and unorganized. Employees were yelling and acting childish. We left without getting anything.

I've stopped here once a week for a month to get a churro donut they never had them I'm assuming they never even made them got told today seasonal item has moved on this is after a 30 min wait in the drive thru to get to even order insanity

Ariel is always so friendly and professional. She always seems to make the extra effort of going above and beyond for her customers, even though she doesn't have to AND her drinks are always SO good, when she makes them. Maybe it's all the extra effort, she puts in them! Anyway - Thanks for being a good worker! It always makes my visits even better!

Dylan was quick with the coffee and Shamar knew how to take a order! Together they made a great operating front end! Jody runs a very neat and clean store, always enjoy a drop in thruought the week, place is always full of smiles!

Love their frozen caramel coffee and their Spiced Cookie iced coffee! Yum!

Is this normal when ordering a medium?...

Slow and most the time whenever you order through the drive thru they can't hear, mess up the order and pay something but I didn't get the stuff I order in the bag, so have to get back in the store in the line and get ignored because so many other costumer already line up need their stuff that they paid but didn't get and ended up ask for refund.

My daughter ordered this sandwich and the eggs were green. I posted some pictures.

Went through drive thru about an hour ago. The staff was so friendly and quick. Also my latte was delish!

I got 4 donuts and they are all dry and tatse like they are 3 days old.

I always get an iced caramel craze latte. And it always seems like this location doesn't make their drinks properly. Because they always taste different. Now the back beach location gets it right every time. I love Dunkin so much and I hope that this particular location can get it together.

Used this location to meet a client. I would not suggest for business meetings.

Stale donuts. Even when replaced the replacement was stale.. the coffee was good.

Dunkin LH is the worst! I asked for 2 cookie butter coffee which they didn't have but could supplement it with grain sugar and favoring lmao when making an iced coffee drink doesn't it make since to use liquid sugar oh wait I like to chew my iced coffee that's the best!!! taste like garbage! Also asked for assortment dozen donuts they gave over 6 donuts as glazed that's not assorted. Out of everything! I will no longer continue to by things I don't want! So over it. I was in such a great mood but the human race never seems to make that easy 😕

We went in this morning to find only two people showed up for work. The same two pair of women who are ALWAYS there and ALWAYS pleasant. Two people!! They were doing everything they could and we got our order which was perfect per usual. Everyone evidently is only kind to drive thru employees on the holidays even though we heavily rely on them to get us through every other day of the year. We witnessed rude and impatient customers the day after Christmas. Seriously? Be better. You can’t expect full-staffed speeds with two people. These women are the reason we go to this Dunkin and they deserve so much more than what we saw. Have a better day, ladies! On behalf of most of the community who ARE kind, we appreciate your hard work.

This Dunkin is constantly out of some ingredient or another. It’s either I order a sandwich and they are out of bagels or out of the meat option that comes on the sandwich. This isn’t late in the day either this is usually around 7am. Just save yourself time and annoyance because the manager or whomever is doing the ordering doesn’t know how to do it correctly. Edit 11/29/22 came in and again my order was wrong and when I asked it to be corrected the bag was snatched by the cook that made it and was given attitude by people that don’t even know how to read and put the right items on a sandwich. If you can’t make things right at least be pleasant and not rude when asked to fix it nicely.

WAITED IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE WITH MULTIPLE CARS FOR 15 MINS WHEN WE GOT TO THE ORDER SPOT THEY TOLD US DRIVE THRU WAS CLOSED. PUT UP A SIGN OR BETTER YET WALK OUT TO ALL THE CARS WHO WERE WAITING AND TELL US INSTEAD OF WAISTING TIME

Dunkin has growing pains, sometimes staffing issues??

Just wanted something for an afternoon sweet tooth and the double chocolate donuts hit the spot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Always an issue at this place. I used to be an everyday customer but this last month it’s just been absolute chaos everytime I visit here. They have plenty of staff every morning so I’m not sure the issue.

🥤💯08/31/2022 @ 10:17 Vanessia was my checker. Great costumer service and care. My mocha latte was made really delicious and on spot. Always a clean restaurant and bathrooms. Garbage is never over flowing. Everyone working seemed to be having a wonderful day. Thanks for the mocha made perfect.

Service is slow at times but staff is usually friendly. Problem I have is they don’t use wax/ parchment paper to separate donuts. I won’t order Boston creams since they just throw them in a bag to get stuck together and chocolate covers inside of bag. They always run out of apple fritters for some reason and the last time I went the donuts were stale like they appeared to be from the other day. Black Coffee with sugar and cream is still crack!

Melted, thrown together and one is wrong flavor altogether.

Didn't want to change my rating but since it's the second time it's happened coming through drive thru they have been taking forever to respond back and I know there's people behind in line that have to get to work just like I do :(

Went into Dunkin Donuts today at 11:10am. There were many workers. The employee that helped us was great. He name was Tyteana and she even changed her gloves before getting my donut! Thank you. The manager Jodi was super friendly and helpful when a simple issue arrived and took care of the situation. Great food, great service, thank you!

It's really a hit or miss with the coffee, but the staff have always been so nice and the food is good.

Why is it so hard to find competent help and managers that can actually stock the proper foods to service their customers?

Nice folks working there. Fast, efficient service. Took off one star because mobile app doesn't accurately reflect what's actually available at my chosen location, which causes delays on my orders.

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts the morning of Mother’s Day because Starbucks was too packed and it was the closest place to get coffee other than McDonald’s. I thought I would be able to get a comparable cup of coffee for a reasonable price I ended up walking out the door paying almost $15 for a bagel and large cup of coffee that was gross. Being that I work long shifts I needed the caffeine so I tried to force myself to drink it through the day. Please also bear in mind that I did not know how much I was being charged because I did not get a receipt and did not see the order on the screen so when I checked my bank account this morning needless to say I was surprised.

While ordering my drink I had to keep repeating whip topping and I felt like she couldn't hear me so I got loud not yelling at the girl but being loud enough to where I don't have to keep repeating my self. she gets mad slams the head set down and when I got to the window the staff wanted to run their mouth and I even told the lady at the window that I wasn't yelling at the chick. But there always seems to be some sort of issues at all the dunkins in Panama city

The cashier was amazing with his recommendation of the Salted Caramel cold brew. Amazing taste! My new favorite!!!

Clean establishment, nice people, good service. Donuts were decent, not great but not bad.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Completely incompetent staff and management. I had a very simple order that was taken after standing at the counter for ten minutes. Mind you I was the only one at the counter. I paid for the order only to have the counter person disappear to the back with the empty cup of coffee. A second person finally came to the counter, asked about taking my order. When I said it was placed and paid for and I was just waiting for it, she grabbed a coffee cup p, put a sticker on it and disappeared in the back too. Meanwhile the first counter person, the manager walked out to the front to interview someone. Frustrated, I just left after being in there for over 20 minutes at that point.

This store isn't worth the time....rude, unorganized, no respect..I dash and I wouldn't recommend the patience trying to pick up a dash order here

I've always liked dunkin donuts but I have to mention that this location has a great staff, so friendly. They didn't have an item but they were more than helpful to suggest me other options. Plus the omelette bites (bacon & cheddar) was delicious!! Totally recommended 👌. Great team 👍

Ordered a caramel macchiato and they forgot AGAIN to put caramel in it.

Everyone was energetic, engaging & happy. It was a pleasure to walk into this store.

I enjoy a fresh doughnut now and again😉. But this visit the doughnuts wasn't up to standards. Maybe because they wasn't busy. The restaurant was pretty clean. Parking lot needed attention. But over all I will give them another chance.

Certainly the best staffed location out of the five I frequently use in Bay County. It seems common now that there are only 2 people running a store. I saw 6 in here.. Service was quick and friendly, store was clean and one of the staff was actually cleaning the windows while I was there last. The donuts were fully stocked and everything seemed to be running efficiently

I come to.this store every morning . I have tried for three days to use the dunkin donuts app and I am told the app cannot connect to the store . I go through the drive thru to order my iced coffee and the girl told.me I was unable to scan my perks cause she had already ran must debit card. Most of the tines my drink is made incorrectly and I don't ever say anything I just go on . After yesterday I was livid. Something's need to be addressed with the entire store starting with customer service

She was kind, made a great suggestion on what drink I should order, and was just down right the most pleasant person working there! Good coffee, ordered two for six on bagel, discussed bagel type with cashier, only had one sesame so ordered on sesame one plain. Still came on croissants?!? Traded one in for Luke warm bagel one. Cost 11$ could have had better breakfast and decent coffee at McDonald’s for 6$ for 11$ drive thru coffee and sandwiches don’t screw up my order!!!

Staff does an outstanding job. Service is always super wonder. If there’s any problems they always fix it no problem. Management there is also wonderful. They work and get everything done as quickly as possible in a timely manner and work together as a team to get stuff done. Would recommend coming to this store for donuts or coffee anyday.

Get Donuts coffee not bad. So on 10 25 20 I go to get 1 dozen mixed, 2 for 5. Doller crosant and 1 coffee, this is what they did and didn't do. Take my order move me to end counter , give me 2 coffees didn't order 2, waiting to mix up dozen, they hand me 2 crosants that they charged me 7.98 for, so the sign is a lie. So I'm standing there still waiting for my mixed dozen, someone fillinaly says what am I waiting on, I say to mix a dozen, they say oh come on, I start picking , they say there's an up charge for certain one's well thats why I said I want to mix a dozen, so I say I don't care charge me, you see already how much I was charged. They put what I asked for in box and then I was out, but this place, I hope I don't have to back ever. Poor service.
