Everyone at this location is very helpful courteous and friendly.

I hate the curb at the drive thru. I hadn't been in awhile and today I went right over it. Put a freaking marker there or something. I can't help it I am so excited to get my chulupas that I forget. Food is great. Wait was short.

Drive through slow and backed up at 2:00 in the afternoon. I got home and had only half my order. Food that I did get was poorly prepared. Beefy 5 layer burrito had almost no beef. Prices have gone way up and food quality way down. Service was slow. Used to be a good Taco Bell but not now.

Always clean facility, with cheerful, personable staff. Food was delicious! Best Taco Bell around!

It's Taco Bell. Sometime this location forgets to confirm your online order for pick-up and then pretends like they did and you wait 50 minutes. Sometimes everything goes well. They often forget my cheese dip on my order. Again, it's Taco Bell, I don't expect much.

Ordered a grilled steak burrito.. when I got it home and unwrapped it, it was literally burnt black. Why would anyone wrap and serve that?? Why wouldn't you just remake it? Also no cheesy fiesta potatoes I paid for. Then no one answers the phone. I'm calling in the morning for my refund... with pics.

Lovely clean place. Lady had a little issues with ringing our order but quick to correct. Food hot and fresh. Little stingy on nacho cheese but understanding that employee don't make the rules. The part that made this bad for me was that I have a 5 month old baby and I had to change them in my lap because there was no changing table. Bathroom where a little gross but nothing serious to complain about tho

You know how u like something so much u want to try it again? Can u say Fail Army? Most of the food we got was good tho, I'll give credit for that. And I'll go again :D

It's been a while since I've been to a taco bell, and it didn't disappoint.

Went thru drive thru,pretty quick.nice cashier ,food was hot and tasty.

Placed an order through drive through but thank god I checked it at the gas station before driving all the way home because the order was rang up completely wrong. Had to go back, Food was good once they made it correctly.

Food was hot and fresh with a number of new items on the menu. The restaurant was very clean. It's been awhile since I've been here. Looks like it's worth coming back!

Stopped in for lunch got some crunchy tacos.. food was good and the cashier I don't remember his name but he's been working there awhile is very friendly.

I called to let the store know I wasn’t able to pick up my online order that had already been paid for. A helpful employee named Naomi went above & beyond to improve what had become a frustrating situation for me. Her kindness is very much appreciated. Thank you, Naomi!

Late-night online order, got there with 2 vehicles ahead in drive-thru, then sat there for 10 minutes without a single person coming to the window to where the 1st vehicle left without their order and spent another 10 minutes waiting for the vehicle in front of me to get their order before I made it to the window and immediately received my order, however, everything was cold and soggy. By the time I left, the drive thru line was 6 cars deep and another showing up, I feel sorry for those who went there.

Absolutely the worst taco bell in panama city, rude employees and I ordered the number 1 supreme with no tomatoes and what i got were soggy and cold tacos that had obviously been previously made because there were a couple pieces if tomatoes and literal finger marks scrapping it out along with all the cheese and sour cream. Do better because whoever gave me this pos taco needs to stop being so lazy

It's Taco Bell. Food was very hot. We did go on a busier night for drive-thru (inside had 1 other person) For what seemed like a full crew, it took about 20 mins. Everyone was very polite and apologized for the wait. Again, food was hot, but paid an extra hour for the sitter after wait time and drive home. Will be back!

It's pretty good for a quick bite

The beefy 5 layer had no sour cream or nacho cheese. The meat was soo gritty, it was like eating sand. The cheese on the quesadilla had a chemical taste from the grill cleaner. Waste of money 100%

Don’t go to this Taco Bell if you have any customizations to your order. Apparently the employees do not know how to read. Every mobile order I have done with them they get it not just wrong but abnormally wrong. My last visit they messed up my whole deluxe box and I had already went home so we called the Taco Bell and they said they’d re make the order for the next day and when we went to pick it up it was still WRONG. These employees here are either on drugs or just don’t care.

No one in front counter to take care of me Someone told me to use kiosk after 20 min waiting for service. A Caucasian customer walked in and he did got service not even 30 seconds after he walked in. Not sure why maybe cause of my race…

Spent $30 to feed 2 people to start the order was completely wrong, only the drinks were correct. The drive through worker even had to remind the cooks to melt the cheese. I'm guessing it's a bunch of young teenagers that don't care. For the price of $30 I won't be doing business here again. That $30 would go further anywhere else.

I picked up several orders for my company and specifically asked the taco bell employee's if there were drinks on any of the orders and the confidently told me no. I asked if I had all the orders in the one bag, and they said that I did. They missed all of the drinks and 1 full order. when I spoke with the manager on duty she said she will remake the item for me to drive back out there but she cannot refund anything. bad service, untrained employee's.

This is not a joke post. Went here and got food poisoning bad. Had liquid sh#ts for 48 hours and was throwing up violently. Went thru drive thru before work and at work threw up numerous times and for the next 24 hours my body was trying to expel everything in it. Got really sick.

something that can honestly worry you is the cleanliness of the restaurant, it is impressive that since January I go to the restaurant and we are in August and the bathroom is increasingly dirty. They don't make an effort to clean it, it's really disgusting to go into the toilets. and they clean the lobby but do not disinfect the tables, a single cloth and without washing they go through all the tables... that really gives me a lot to think about what the kitchen will be like, I really hope they can solve that problem.

All of my tacos had this much meat on them and I ordered the new frito taco and they gave me a total of 5 Fritos on my whole burrito . Pure laziness to whomever was on the shift today I just left there 20 min ago. What a waste of money

Ordered 4 taco and Mexican pizza combos thru Door Dash pickup. They packed the Mexican pizzas sideways resulting in Mexican pizza mush! Ordered 1 combo without beans. All 4 had beans. Ordered 1 combo with crunchy tacos. Got 1 crunchy and 1 soft. I will not shop the Lynn Haven Taco Bell again.

i come to the drive thru here all the time and as of late the service has not been the best but tonight joy took care of me and i’m very glad she did! made everything so easy and comfortable :)

I have been here for over 20 mins to get my two things, with this woman in here been waiting an hour she paid $40+ for her food and they are not making her food bc it was not in the screen. And there is a man here that had ordered 1 thing after me and he has been waiting just as long, we still don’t have our food!!

*UPDATE* I'm not sure what changed (management?), but there has been quite an upgrade in all ways here. As I use the mobile app a lot, they have even come to know me personally and know my like and dislikes. They provide free Senior Drinks, which I really hope they keep. I appreciate that very much. The food good, they typically get orders correct, restaurant is clean, and service is usually good. The only issues I have is with Taco Bell themselves, raising prices unnecessarily (Chips And Nacho Cheese for $1.99??) and taking away some of the rewards that kept me coming back.

This is the best taco bell in Bay county Florida!!! Food is always hot, they NEVER screw up my orders. The people that work there are super chill. Awesome job to the employees.

Got my order wrong. Charged me too much. Did comp me the missing tacos. But then I got home and realized the food was stone cold and they didn't give me the refund. So bust. Not going again.

I sometimes go out of my way to visit this particular taco bell. They seem to be on top of it. I can't remember the last time my order was screwed up. Understaffed, the waits are long, food is as expected from Taco Bell.

What more can you say it's Taco Bell you either are going to get a good experience or a bad experience. We'll this time it was good dealing with this type of restaurant the experience mostly depends on the employee if the customer service skills are right good experience. This young man who took my order had great customer service he was patient and helpful, he guided me through my order and handled it like a boss. When I received my order and I must say it was pretty quick, I barely had time to pour up my drink from the self-service fountain. The food was piping hot with an aroma of tasty goodness that was ready and willing to be devoured, and I must say it was very tasty. To keep it totally honest, the food was Slapping to be fast food not worthy of going on a rave about it it is noteworthy to say it was very fresh and worth commending.

Such an amazing experience at this local Taco Bell. We came during dinner time and the place was loaded! Ordered our food and sat down to wait. As orders were being filled other tempers began to fly. The back staff continued working hard as people started losing their minds. Door dashers came in to find their orders wasn’t filled yet. They too began to get mad and the staff shrugged it off and kept working. Meanwhile the staff spilled a whole container of sweet tea in the ordering floor so now the staff was fighting mad customers/door dashers they were also fighting wet shoes. Dinner and a show was a nice change of pace. Staff worked great and had a great experience at this location. I WILL BE BACK!!!

I love the bean burritos. The drive-thru was 0 hassle. Quickly got my food and left. Taco Bell is my comfort food, it just keeps meh calm. Didn't really dine in, but I saw a relaxing dining area through the windows. 👍

Every time I go at night the crew working that shift messes something up on the order. Every. Single. Time. I ordered soft tacos supreme style and paid extra. I received two regular soft tacos. I didn't know until I got all the way home and began eating. I don't want to drive all the way back to dispute it. The night crew is worthless. I'm going to talk to the higher ups about it this time. EDIT: I would like to mention that I did talk to the GM about the incident and was assured that it would be looked into and that hopefully these situations wouldn't happen again in the future so I am changing my review from 1 star to show my satisfaction with their customer service.

The sign that says "breakfast served til 11am" should be changed to "breakfast served til 10:50" or maybe 10:30 or maybe not at all since they cant honor the applicable times happened a few times pretty disappointing
