There are different games, but personally I love shooting the basketball. And I played for almost 4 hours ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

My kids went to a birthday party at this location. They had a ton of fun with their friends, I just wish some of the workers were a little friendlier.

Too much space dedicated to dining and not enough games.

Sunday afternoon is a perfect time to go, its not too busy, so the kids get to enjoy the games and some of the adults do too. Tiffany was an amazing host. 10/10

Not too many kids there at the time of arrival, some of the baby rides did not work. Be mindful you have to pay for the card to use for the games, look up coupons on their website to get somewhat a better deal. Overall, clean location and friendly staff.

We always went to this place with our families, even until I celebrated my son's birthday. The place is very nice here, but it stopped being so with the kind of staff it has. There is a small, thin lady with brown hair dyed brown hair who treated my son very badly. Unfortunately it is a fun place but because of that kind of staff one should stop going to places like that and hire more educated people.

I was pleasantly surprised! Chuck E cheese has really improved since I was a kid. Fun for all ages. There is no ballpit anymore, though. I don't recommend a salad bar, it's super expensive and it's not good.

I came to this location today for a birthday party. Paola rudely redeemed our points for toys / candy. She also made us wait in line again to buy cotton candy when we could have paid the cotton candy with her. When I asked to speak to the manager, she sarcastically told me that she is the manager. A manager should lead by example, and the rude way she treats customers sets an horrible example for the employees. She is definitely not fit to be a manager. She needs several hours of customer service training.

My daughter is almost 16 so I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in years. I went yesterday for a birthday party and it looks completely different. It is clean and I felt I was able to find kids easier. The animatronic characters are gone but the birthday girl and friends had tons of fun. My biggest complaint is that no one was at the door when a parent and her child left. Luckily the child was actually hers but that situation could’ve turned out differently, especially because at one point a parent lost track of their kid momentarily and could’ve easily gone through the front door and escaped.

It was a whole new experience, lots of fun things to do. I didn't like the pizza too salty.

I attended my youngest grandson 3rd birthday party. Everyone who attended had an awesome time! The staff and service were great! The food was great! We had pizza and chicken wings and an opened salad bar.🥗 The salad bar was very clean, and the vegetables were very fresh with a generous selection. I would highly recommend it. 👌🏽 👍🏾👍🏾😀

Undoubtedly, this particular Chuck E. Cheese location with its refurbished interiors impressed me. From my perspective, everything was satisfactory when my family and I visited this establishment.

Good place, good games little crowded over the weekend, food looks like a serving a frozen food but overall if you have couple of hours good place to spend time with kids

Very clean and pleasant visit during weekday. Staff were polite and helpful. Overstimulating for young toddlers who are not accustomed to so much screen time. It’s mostly an arcade with no play structures. Wings and pizza are overpriced but tasty.

The store was clean, and customer service was reasonable. Their prices are very high. They give 30 minutes of play time in $20, and that's nothing, in fact. Almost every game hardly gives 1 minute that's again nothing. They're giving peanuts to parents for their money. There are other businesses that are a lot cheaper than Chuck E Cheese. I would say mindset behind this business is very greedy.

Visited this Chuck E. Cheese at Laurel to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it was a blast! The kids, as well as the adults, had a fantastic time with plenty of games to enjoy. The environment was delightful, and the restroom was clean. I recommend others to experience the fun and warmth this place offers! It's definitely worth a visit!

First time at this location and we had a great time. I liked to see that they had staff going around cleaning the machines constantly. That was good. Very friendly staff all around. I was there for a birthday party and they were very attentive. Will visit again.

We had a birthday party at this location and everything went extremely well. Beginning with check in, our hostess (Trinity) greeted us with a warm welcome and answered all of our questions. She gave me the schedule for the day and performed everything as she had described (on time). We had a large party and appropriate space was provided. My son had a GREAT TIME, actually everyone did. A BIG thank you to Trinity for making everything run smoothly. Great hostess!

The cleanest indoor playground with food nearby. I’ve been in almost all indoor playgrounds marked on google map in the neighborhood, this one is the cleanest one. My son had fun there, definitely will come back more.

Went on a weekend mid day in the summer. Staff was friendly and available. Games are fun for everyone. Great place to take a break from the heat.

I don’t like there buy time and play

As I am a nerd about all things CEC, I was pretty sad to see that the historic 3-Stage with the blue PizzaCam was gone. They put 2.0 here and replaced the animatronics with A Dance floor, but the location was VERY NICE and VERY CLEAN. They did the remodel very nice and to be honest I expected worse. The games were plentiful and the Pizza still the same. Best pizza in the DMV. Just too expensive!

I take my grandkids here often. I like it because I can take them in for a quick or long play session. We reuse our cards and with the points from the app often times I can get free play time.

This location has upgraded alot over the past few years. It was a slow day which was perfect for me and my son's visit. If come frequently make sure to download the chuck e cheese app for rewards and deals.

Not a large variety of games for the kids. Went to order food and stood at the unattended counter for about 5 mins seeing staff walk by the door through their window.. decided to leave.

I was here for my little cousin birthday party and it seemed like a 1,000 kids were in this place. There were two or three other parties going on at the same time on our side and for me it was a little overwhelming. Amera was the party host and she was amazing. I watched her bounce from party to party to make sure everyone was straight. I was so impressed by her hospitality and service that I am doing this review and I haven't even made it to the car yet. Even her clean up is efficient! I see so many companies that allow employees to give bad service and work with bad attitudes, I am just so elated to have an experience like this. And to top it off she looks only about 18 years old! I hope when ya'll receive this she gets some recognition. At least send her a copy of this review. My family really appreciated all that she did for this party.

It is a very good family environment, the machines are varied, the pizza is seasoned and has a good flavor, crispy on the edges and not very thick. chuckie cheese always comes out to greet the children and they get very excited, my son loves to come and play. This was our first time in this location, I liked it, the only thing I would like is that they had the race bikes.

This was my four year old grandson's first time going to Chuck-E-Cheese my daughter who is his mother took him and they took pictures in the same areas that she had taken when she was 5 years old

great kids arcade. very clean, recently remodeled. giant video screen has replaced the animatronic stage and characters. the new music and videos are better. the atmosphere is loud. the kids always have fun. good for birthday parties for young kids.
