The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp and my daughter enjoyed their Care Bares Jr meal special with Spaghetti and meatballs. The food was fresh and pretty good. Will come again.

Dirty. Poor service. No one uses gloves. The cook/preparer was using her bare hands to scoop and measure the noodles. I inquired to the cashier who was also working with food (adding toppings, etc) and returning to the register. She was lost as to why I was asking about them all NOT wearing gloves. No accountability and no care. It was my first time visiting and I canceled my order immediately.

Manager was excellent and very nice. Food was good and prompt. Restaurant is very clean.

I have 2 Noodles&co. Close to me but me and my husband always drive 20+min ti this location. Always clean, great costumer service and the food it’s always spot on! We love it here!

My husband and I walked into this restaurant and it was so clean and inviting. We were particularly impressed with a staff member by the name of Yasmine. Yasmine if this finds you dear I hope you know how small things such as “a friendly greeting” “smile” and “great customer service” can truly impact those who you come across. You’re demonstrating what it really means to provide an excellent experience for customers. Truth be told we were actually a little hesitant to visit today as we’ve experienced a very unfriendly worker during our last visit. So kudos to YASMINE for changing our hearts today. We are currently sitting outside enjoy our meal and you even came out to not only give us our food but you also brought us napkins. Thanks again for all you do. I do hope this sends a message to others and encourage them to be more like you. This girls deserves a raise or bonus and acknowledgement.

This location is always delicious and prepares the food properly.

Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs meal for my grandson’s lunch. I didn’t receive the drink and when I called the phone rang for awhile and then it just hung up. It cost too much not to receive the entire order.

After sitting around for 20 mins after ordering my food and watching the last 3 people come in after me get there food I walk up to the counter to ask how much longer for my food they ask me am I picking up and looking puzzled when I said no I've been placed my order. On top of that they were no gloves and constantly talk over you food while making it with no face mask on. This location sucks while college park location is the total opposite

Food always mid usually get the same thing Mac and cheese with chicken So disappointed in the service. They are having a team meeting directly behind the registers but just had the customers stand there and wait. Nobody interacted with us to let the customers know they will be with us momentarily. Instead they turned around to see people walking in, not greet us, and continued the meeting… when the guest/customers begin talking about how long they have been waiting, the MANAGER finally engages, but with an attitude like we are in the wrong. Hate seeing bad service

If you are ordering carryout ORDER EXTRA SAUCE! The noodles suck up the sauce and become dry and undesirable.

I ordered the Orinigal Mac and Cheese with a grapefruit, and I only spend like $14 so it's a good amount for a nice lunch.

Quick customer service and really good mac and cheese. I went here at a late night not knowing where to go eat. I thought Id stop at this place and it didn’t dissapoint.

It's the average Noodles & Co but had to give a one-star since I witnessed an employee handling food with their bare hands & not wearing gloves. Definitely a health hazard. Otherwise a very minor complaint is that when I asked for "chicken" they gave me the parmesan crusted kind. It's a tiny extra charge so if that's scummy that's up to you, but the bigger deal was that wasn't what I wanted lol.

Korean spicy beef noodle is a great choice!!

I would give this a 0 star if possible. The employee that wore a hat and green hoodie female and the male who seems to be the manager have to the most rude and unprofessional people I’ve come across. As much as I love noodles and company, I will not come back to this location.

Food is good, but they clearly need better management running the establishment. To top it off, employees are packaging food without gloves during a pandemic, while I watched them touch/rub their faces and go back to packing food. Disgusting.

Jasmine and her team did an excellent job in the face of a challenge. We placed a large online order (30+ meals) for the office for pickup during the lunch hour and everything was phenomenal. Some places have it down and some places don’t when it comes to large group orders. This place has got it. Very happy with our experience.

Tasty, healthy food, with outdoor seating.

Food was delicious and service was good. The only thing was that the servings are quite small so if you come with a big appetite, this might not be for you.

It was bad service, they did not have gloves on and there person preparing the food was on her phone touching it and using it. Very unsanitary. They should use gloves and keep their personal phones away from the food station 😡

My order was healthy and yummy.

Only complaint is that there are none in the state I live in. Always loved this place when I lived in MD. Was more than happy to have lunch here four days in a row when I was in MD for four days on business.

The Japanese pan noodles are my favorite with chicken and shrimp, Yummy 😋. Customer service is ok. We went within 30 mins of closing time, we were warned but no one rushed us to leave once it was after closing. We were able to eat a peaceful, delicious dinner.

This is the filthiest location I’ve ever frequented. There’s water on the floor, the soda machine looks unsanitary. The trash in the kitchen is spilling over. I would never sit in here to eat and I’m almost too scared to take the food that’s being prepared.

Lovely people and service! They were very courteous when I went in right before close on July 4. Probably very busy night as their parking lot is right across from the fireworks. I also observed that they were very patient and helpful with the party in front of me when there was a language barrier.

I used to love eating the food here but recently it isn't the same. The past two times my order was messed up; I asked for the chicken in my Penne Rosa but both times I got it, no chicken. On the ticket it also seems that they "checked" it was there.

Always love noodles!!!! This place is very spacious very clean and friendly staff. The food comes out in less than 10 minutes and you can visibly see how they make it. Prices are affordable. Do recommend.

Good food. Clean table. UPDATE 15/01/2022: I was bribed with a free soda by one of the employees if I do the survey and show it to her. My rating just went from a 4 to a 3. If the soda was a normal part of the survey, then it would have been printed on the receipt with the survey instructions.

This was my first visit and I was pleased I went. I ordered the Mac & cheese combo with the tomato bisque as my side. The bisque was excellent. It was served hot with a nice texture and was very tasty (and filling too!). The Mac & cheese was just what I had in mind. It was creamy but with firm macaroni - nothing squishy or soggy. And it had a generous layer of shredded cheese melted on top. It was just the quality I expected from a restaurant specializing in noodles. Next time though, I think I will get the small Mac & cheese instead of the regular size because I was pretty full after eating the side of bisque.

Customer service was good the food was for my brother he ordered butter noodles with no meat. My brother stated the noodles were kinda dry 😕 It was about $15.00 for two large 🥣 which are not that large 🤔

The spaghetti and meatballs could have used a little more sauce but the meatballs were juicy not dry. Overall I was satisfied.

Came to dine-in after couple of years. Was a regular in Minneapolis. Was happy to see new menu items. Was surprised to see food served in To Go boxes for dining in and portion sizes have gone way down. Manager was good to drop off an upgrade to full portion for one of my orders. May not come back when we are really hungry.

Cauliflower rigatoni Fresca was very delicious. I had a tofu and it was a little bit salty for me. Should have gotten the salad on the side but The mac and cheese was very good. Korean spicy noodle was also very good.

Had chicken noodles soup and chicken lo main. Delicious.

Good Pad Thai and spaghetti, which is what we usually order. Tried the Buffalo Mac and Cheese w/tofu and was very disappointed. There was no cheese sauce, only some melted grated cheese on top of the elbow macaroni. (I actually took it home and added my own cheese sauce to make it edible.) Good curbside service. I would give them 3.5 stars if I could.

I was curious about Noodles and Company for quite a while.... I mean how good could zucchini noodles be???? I was pleasantly surprised the Zoodles as they're called are spiraled like real actual noodles! Crisp yet tender with a bite that snaps back! I got one of the keto friendly bowls. Zucchini noodles, parmasan cheese encrusted chicken breast, fresh spinach and mushrooms with a lovely buttery tangy onion cream sauce. I ordered extra sauce just in case, but I didn't need it. If you want good clean guilt free meal this is a good choice for either lunch or dinner. I ordered curbside to save time. I pulled right up and a friendly face walked out and brought me my meal it was still hot! Thank you Noodles and Company! I will be a returning customer.

I absolutely love this noodles location and have never had an issue. I’m not able to eat gluten and they always take precaution when preparing my food. I’ve been ordering from this location for 5 years now and I almost always get the exact same thing so Paula normally knows what to do when I call or order online. The staff is great! My food is always super yummy.

I can’t wait for this chain to catch on more than it has. I need one at home! So many noodly options. Just remember if you add stuff to your bowl, they add stuff to your bill. Staff was great and friendly. Shop was clean. Prices were comparable to Moe’s so around $10 each after drinks.

Excellent tasting food with plenty of vegetarian friendly options. All dishes are customizable. Update: Service is hit-or-miss which even the good food can't overcome. I'll still go but less often. Update: service has been much much better the last few times. Credit where credit is due.

I would like to give a 2thumbs up review for one of the employees at the laurel noodles and company on Baltimore ave. The employees name was Phil and I found him very professional and courteous, going above and beyond. You can tell he really takes pride in his work. Thanks Phil! Also Juba was fantastic. I found this experience to be very pleasant and am impressed with the level of customer service.

I wish they have this in NY! Well at least in Brooklyn or Manhattan. So good! We ordered a penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken and a buttered noodles with grilled chicken and they were amazing, especially for a chain restaurant. I didn't expect it to be so good but every ingredient was cooked perfectly and were incredibly flavorful. I usually don't order chicken, especially chicken breast, because they are usually dry or overcooked but these came out so good! Amazing! Loved it!

My visit to the Laurel Town Center location was great, there was no wait and my order was put together rather quickly.

Have extensive gluten free and vegetarian options now! Always a solid lunch choice. Make sure to sprinkle on their hot spice!

This is my new favorite place to eat. The pulled pork Mac and Cheese is fantastic. It has these crunchy jalapeño topping on it and it sets the whole dish off!!! I could eat it everyday I'd the prices weren't kinda high

Cool place a little slow sometimes but overall cool place.

Great place for person's with gluten allergies. I have other allergies and they are good about substitutions. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and make helpful suggestions. One of my best go to places when I need a good meal.

This place is always clean. The staff is very nice. Good portions of food and they ensure that your order is always accurate. It is located in a nice spot in the shopping center and they even have a little area for outside dining.

The food here is always good. No matter what you get. But the plain mac and cheese does need salt and pepper. Personal preference i guess.
