We were very happy with our experience at Ciao Bella. It’s a little hidden gem among all the Italian restaurants. We really loved the food, ambiance, as well as the entertainment that night (Dan Vass) Bonus points for the bread which was warm and tender. Highly recommend the Penne Alla Vodka and the Chicken Piccata. Our waiter was very pleasant and checked up on us often. We came away, very satisfied and very full. Will definitely return if we’re back in the area. We suggest you try Ciao Bella too!

Great experience! Our food was perfect and the service was wonderful. We forgot something at our table when we left and an employee went out to the parking lot to return the item to us. My favorite restaurant on Marco island, we have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. Food is terrific, the staff is always friendly, smiling and make you feel at home. Marisol is checking on the tables to make sure you are enjoying your night. The waiters Khan, Yogi , Oscar and Julio make sure they say hello even if they don’t have your table. I would recommend Chicken or Veal Sorrentino, the famous boneless stuffed pork chop, eggplant parm and if they have Grouper Imperial as a special definitely try it.

Ciao Bella has everything you want in an Italian Restaurant! First, we were seated promptly in a location suitable for my husband’s power wheelchair. The restaurant takes reservations on the phone & I was able to describe our need & they listened! Second, a pleasant server immediately greeted us & brought wonderful Italian bread, oil & cheese. Drinks were excellent! Looking at the menu we were happy to see prices were reasonable & included soup or salad. All the Italian favorites were there & were served quickly with a side of pasta. We loved the chocolate lava cake for dessert! We definitely will be back!

Great place to stop in and have a great meal. We had reservations thry got us in a but early which was great! They have a nice bar as well, small but perfect if you are looking to relax, eat and drink. Veal was amazing, desert was fantastic, had a nice chat with some other folks sitting next to us as well. Don't miss out! I'll be back!

Outstanding! Food is delicious, service is attentive and atmosphere is relaxing. We enjoyed our meal without feeling rushed. When in town, definitely an eatery to visit. I recommend a reservation.

We have never had a bad meal here—owners are caring and staff is hard working and very competent. Our favorite entrees are varied—from frutti di Mari to Eggplant Parmigiana to Gnocchi and Lobster Ravioli. All entrees are very generous and come with a large side salad or soup, real Italian bread with Olive oil for dipping. We leave room for Spumoni or Cannoli for dessert unless we began with beef carpaccio for an appetizer. Then desserts are to go or just excellent coffee ir cappuccino will suffice. Ciao Bella is also an excellent take out choice. Restaurant is popular and reservations should be made well in advance especially for the dining rooms. Bar tables and outside seating is also available.

My friend had scungilli over pasta with diablo sauce, he absolutily loved it. I had chicken sorrentino it was a little too salty but really good!

Mixed reviews at our table - Pork Chop Special was enjoyed by the 2 that had it - huge portion. I had the Shrimp and Scallops and it literally had NO flavor...I added salt, crushed red pepper and finally gave up. Again large portion so I completely agree with the previous reviewer that it quantity over quality and VERY uninspired dishes. They have a few sauces and they use those on fish, chicken pasta, etc. It has a very nice decor, but in the end it is not for me.

Very good service. Pretty ambiance. Average/sub-par Italian food. You will find all the classic Italian American dishes here, prepared competently. Portions are huge, so if you favor quantity over quality, you will like Ciao Bella. There is nothing imaginative on the menu, and the chef has a heavy hand with the olive oil. My favorite dish on my last visit was the fried calamari...tender, sweet, and lightly breaded. Excellent. My pasta (rapini with linguine) would easily have fed three. There was at least 1/3 inch of olive oil at the bottom of the bowl. Yuck. The grated cheese tasted like it came out of a shaker bottle. Not freshly ground, with a sawdusty consistency. This is is the kind of Italian place you'd go to back home after work, when you don't feel like cooking. Everyday cooking at fining dining pricing. Tip: The martinis are fabulous!

We were disappointed in the food- there was a lack of flavor. it was an uneventful meal. The service was good but we had hoped for more depth in the cooking.

1. I entered and the owner was welcoming everyone except me. I understood when we later got a seat that I was the only black skinned guy in there. They are racist. 2. This server called Yogi was so rude, & walked out on us because we asked why the food was taking long and he said “this is not a fast food place. The owner was informed & she was not ready to listen. 3. The person I went with who is white asked “if I thought it was racially motivated and I said “yes”. I know they may not care, but I am not going there no more and don’t expect any black skin person to patronize their business.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We are staying at the jw Marriott and not loving it, decided to go outside the resort and found this gem! You have to make reservations over the phone and it’s kind of a little hole in the wall. Absolutely wonderful delicious Italian food!! My wife is lactose intolerant, waiter swore she could have pasta that *Wasn't* sauteed in butter. When he brought to the table, we double checked, and he said it *WAS* dairy free. Nope, it wasn't. Don't trust them if you have allergies or the like.

Nicely decorated for the holday season. 3 people really liked their meals. My veal was tough and pretty tasteless. Ater he took our order our waiter was pretty aloof. He checked back a couple of times asking a question as he walked away from the table. The rest of the wait staff was great.

We have been to your restaurant many times. We have also introduced your restaurant to our friends and neighbors. Today, we had a 5pm reservation, party of 4. For the first time, we were seated on the far left side with Ka. We had drinks, dinner, dessert and I had a cappuccino. As I finished my cappuccino, Ka came to our table and asked us to leave. There were many tables available? We were there less than 2 hours and there were others still sitting. This really left us with a bad taste! Very disappointed!

We went to Ciao Bella last night with friends that live in Naples!! It was absolutely Wonderful! Excellent service by Josh, I had the Chicken Limoncello with artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes, and Limoncello Liquor, it was the Best ever! My husband had the Red Snapper Livornese! and our friends had Veal Sorrentino. Definitely a must try if you are ever in Marco Island Florida! Our new Favorite place on our next visit!! Always consistent Staff very attentive and patient…. My reason for the review is to let the staff know, there is no such thing as fresh caught Tilapia in SWFL. Tilapia is mainly a cheap farm raised fish not native in the US.

If you get the pork chop(small roast) either go very hungry or plan on a second meal with it. Very good and hugh!

The hostess and servers were top notch, only outdone by the meal. Dinners were amazing! Gnocchi with homemade sausage and Branzini were wonderful. Highly suggest making reservations as fills up quickly for dinner.

Absolutely cannot say too many good things about this restaurant, the food is excellent, and the service was wonderful. It happened to be my daughter's birthday the day we had dinner, and they surprised her by bringing her a small cannoli with a candle in it and singing Happy Birthday TV. See

This was our first time eating at Ciao Bella. We were not disappointed. The food, the drinks, and the service were excellent. I had the spaghetti bolonese and my wife had the linguine and clams in white wine sauce. Both dinners were as good if not better than any we've had at other restaurants. The Ceasar salad, which came with the dinner, was substantial and the lettuce was fresh and crisp. We will definitely dine at Ciao Bella the next time we're in Marco Island.

We have a standing reservation at Ciao Bella every Monday night. We love this place and ALL the staff. Last night we had Yogy as our server. He is wonderful..... Very attentive and professional! Based on the less than friendly conversation I had with the woman that answered the phone, I won't be purchasing any gift certificates from Ciao Bella for my local Marco Island family either. I expected much better service and accommodations from this restaurant.

Our experience with our waiter was less than satisfactory as he was distracted and inattentive. The food was very good. However, one member in our party got food poisoning two hours after her meal. She called the restaurant the next day to give them a heads-up that her dish was tainted (lobster ravioli). After the person answering the phone took name and phone number and said the manager/chef would contact us, they never followed up.

We enjoyed our evening out. Ate on the terrace, not really outdoors but not inside. Our waiter Yogi or Yoshi (sorry for not getting it right) was very efficient, polite and professional. Our drinks were served promptly as was our meal. Escargots for hubby were very good. Our 2 veal dishes were also very good - in taste, presentation and portion.

Their seafood specials are always fresh and well prepared. The halibut special of a year ago was outstanding. They seem to have the hardest working servers on the island. I find the prices to be reasonable based on the portions, freshness, and preparation.

After looking at all the reviews on Trip Advisor, we thought we would give it a try. Being Italian, we do have different expectations, ,but we do enjoy most Italian restaurants. This one is an exception. Such a disappointment! The food was tasteless, chicken was tough, and the portions lacking any authentic flavor. We now it is a popular restaurant, but not for those who know what Italians food should taste like. Sorry, but not going back.
