Great place to sit down with a flight of ciders and enjoy the afternoon.

1st time here and will be back!! Easy entry, nice friendly staff, and beautiful orchards to look out on. They had outside dining as an option to overlook the orchard or inside dining. They had an array of ciders and flights to choose from. Easy parking as well. Overall very happy!!

The staff was friendly, the food was so good I couldn't stop eating, the siders are exactly what you would expect the ciders to be, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. That said, they do need to be more careful about the wording of their trivia questions. They were a couple of instances where they had a specific answer in mind, and they were not going to accept any substitutes. In fact, several of the answers went against what you could find online. So when we were looking at the answers after they had scored things, we discovered several instances where we were correct, but that was not the answer they were looking for. Example: how many Apple varieties are grown in the United States? Their answer was somewhere in the 2000s, but the correct answer is in the 7,000s.

I love the cider and it's a great place to have a great cider.

Great ciders here and PYO apples. I wish I could hire whoever cuts the lawn to do my grass at home ;-)

Awesome spot for casual eats, both indoor and outdoor seating. Centered within an old, still working farm. Pleasant, friendly staff. Excellent pizza. Great for families.

These people are the best. The family and the staff truly go out of their way to help you. I love this place!

The food and drinks were great, I did have to wait about 45 minutes before getting a waiter to get my order other than that it was nice

I tried the big apple pizza and ugh it was so good!! And the pretzel rods and the cider are excellent too. Also, the area is so pretty and peaceful!! Def recommend 100%

This was our first visit to the taproom and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a pint of Jamaican Sunshine and shared The Big Apple pizza (apple slices, caramelized red onion, brie and a balsamic drizzle). Super delicious!! On the property they also have a cute farmstand. I bought a 'self bake' Cherry pie for later in the week. Great experience... we'll definitely go back. **Update: I made the Cherry Pie. It was delicious but the bake time was way off. I baked it per the instructions but after an hour I INCREASED the temperature to 400° and baked for an additional 30 minutes. Next time, I'll bake at 400° for 30 minutes, then drop to 375° and bake for 30 minutes (or till golden brown).

Wonderful, cozy atmosphere at the Cider Barn. Loved the Three Brothers cider (bought some at the gift shop to take home) and the pizza was solid. Great stop!

Absolutely love this place; it is open, is great for parents to come with kiddos and has a cute farm store and the cider is delicious. Highly recommend! Food is quick and the people are lovely.

Fun afternoon before winter comes. Waited in a line for maybe 20-30min to be seated. Sat outside on a busy Saturday. Drinks were good. Food was tasty but there for the cider for sure. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Love the little shop. We picked up goodies to take home. Plenty of parking.

Emily was our server today and she absolutely crushed it! Super attentive to us and knowledgeable of everything on the menu! And whoever made the pizza I have to say... Chef's kiss my friend.

Was here for a small function. The bar tenders were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not a cider/sour drinker but after a few questions about what I do like, they paired me with a good available option. We didn't have dinner but the pizza and soups were great. To my surprise, I especially liked the pizza with the butternut squash on it... Don't knock it till you try it 🤤

Amazing experience. Tried their warm non alcoholic cider, very refreshing. Also tried the cider flights, they were great. Their big apple pizza was also delicious, a unique taste. Also got the corn chowder, that was warm and nice too.

Lines were too long; waits were over an hour to get into the restaurant & over ½ hour into the store. Even the food trucks outside were over priced & not good. The farm in general was very unorganized. Prices were ridiculously too high for food/drinks & apple picking ($30/small bag). compared to other farms. Def won't be going back.

This place is awesome. Great food and their ciders are fantastic! We have a orchard closer to us bit their cider tastes more like a beer than a cider. So we travel to Carlson which is a 40 minute ride for us, it is very worth it though.

We were seated for over an hour and they totally lost our food order. These things happen but they did not even comp us our drinks after this happened. We had to leave hungry and go somewhere else. Really disappointing service.

Surprisingly slow bar service but the servers were friendly and the ciders were delicious. Fun area for kids and adults to play after a fruit picking adventure.

Great locally made ciders, with a fun and rotating variety, hard working owners (that had dreamed this place up years ago and met much absurd opposition from the town) and staff, wonderful communal spot that this area has really been missing. Beautiful quintessential new england -- in all seasons

We actually ate from a food truck, but the flights of draft were good. Kids loved the Cider. Great family centered facility.

Yummy cider and fun atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and amenities were very clean. We got chips and salsa and honestly the salsa was not that great, but we enjoyed everything else.

Great change to the week. Raspberry Shandyrita was fabulous and the apple onion and sausage pizza was bueno. Highly recommended.

They have tasty ciders here and quite generous also. The flights are 6 5-oz pours. There are two set flights so my son had one and I had the other. Of course, we shared so we could taste all 12! Found at least 4 that we liked in common. We didn't try the food as we had just had lunch. Plenty of seating, both in and out. Beautiful area to visit. Come visit! You'll enjoy it.

Always fun to visit the cider barn. Great cider, staff is great, and the food is always good. They don't have an expansive menu, but everything they make is delicious. During the weekends, they sometimes have music and food trucks.

We stumbled across this place in March and have been coming back once a month, if not more, ever since! The pizzas are great and it is a wonderful spot to bring the whole family (we have three small boys) and larger groups. The barn is cozy when it is cold and when the weather farms they open up some of the walls for great airflow to keep it cooler now that it is warm again.

Cider is great, food is fine. Lots of parents bring their little kids so if that's not your jam, grab some cider from the store.

We love Carlson Orchards and go all the time. The pick your own is better than anywhere around. We also love the taproom for pizza, but unfortunately its WAY too loud when there's music.

This is a very fun and campy place to visit despite the mediocre food. The servers are so sweet and attentive...warm and friendly. Because of the band playing the music, I didn't catch our server's name, but I believe she was from India. She had such a bright and cheerful exuberance! She made me wish the food was better to round out an otherwise great experience. I had loaded tater tots. They were anything but "loaded." Way too many tots with nowhere near enough of the good stuff on them! Guys, fewer tots -- more "loaded!" C'mon now! And for that price, you should be adding avocado 🥑 too! The others in my group had pizza and nachos which were (sorry) equally disappointing. 😔 We moved on to dessert, naively assuming that (since this is an orchard) the apple crisp would be top-notch! Oh dear were we wrong. It tasted like apple mash that had been sitting at the bottom of a fridge (or perhaps-- worse-- a freezer) for days getting soggy and then plunked into a microwave for three minutes or more to become so scalding 🔥 that it should have been called "soggy apple lava cake." I rarely leave unflattering reviews (check my profile on Google) but especially for the $105 we spent (after tipping our lovely server,) we should have left feeling as overjoyed with the quality of the food as we were with the charm of Cider Barn. I understand food can be difficult to get right, and I would likely just kept my mouth shut if the price wasn't so high. But you're supposed to get what you pay for. I feel like we paid for Filet Mignon and got a fatty steak from Walmart. I suggest your cooks get some education and bring the standards up to match the prices. 😬🤷‍♂️

I really don't know another place like it. If you are looking for a typical bar with typical pub food, this is not your place. Unique but somewhat variable menu although everything I have had has been delicious. Drinks revolve around Cider, of course and they don't disappoint. Atmosphere can be jammin' or pretty casual depending on weather conditions, time of year, time of day. Great way to spend a warm spring, fall or summer night as they often have entertainment. Locally owned and a gem. Check hours/menu offerings on website and social media pages (Facebook/Instagram) before you go.

First time there..... had the mac and cheese, my friend had a Reuben - both were excellent. The hard cider is the bomb! Get a flight and find your favorite. I'm definately going back.
