Beautiful place highly recommend it if u like cigars the man behind the counter is the best!! Well the first review was five stars and it was 2 yeas ago now I have the obligation to edit it and put it back to 2 stars,see to me costumer service is key in a business and you don’t have to be a clown 🤡 with the costumers but be nice,talkative helpful,Mister Bob and the others black guy I don’t remember the name were both very nice to me but today was a different man I don’t know if he is the owner but was very dry and not helpful at all seems annoyed to me specially is you are not born here in the States,maybe I’m wrong but I did not like him at all…not good boy not good, I guess I’m going to miss this place after so long.

No food options Extensive cigar selection, slightly overwhelming to the new smokers, possibly. The clerk was knowledgeable and ready to help. While looking for specific items that were not available, good options were made available. It wasn't overly smokey, but it offered a very nice seating area.

Tonight 20H20, right after getting out of the good mexican restaurant, I decide to go for the 1st time to this impressive good looking cigar store. First thing I say entering the store is "WOW!! I think i'm in the cigar paradise" the man who was there was realy calm and polite.I said to him that I'm from Canada and that 8 times on 10 whene I was going to cigar stores I was sadly getting Dryed Cigars. He said don't worry you won't get dry cigars in this store because there is alway water in every humidores. So I asked him to suggest me a good one and he did propose me a $18usd cigar that I bought. He did cut it for me and told me where was the lighters. First puff was not so impressive so I said thanks and left the store to take another puff outside...not impressed at all so I said ok let's check it if it's dry...I took 2 fingers to give a descent pinch to the middle of the cigar and guess what... it did crack like a breaking snap...so I re-entered the store and show the man who sold me this dryed cigar and he never admited the the cigar was dry and not even propose me to re-fund... Some times the best looking places are not always the best spots to find the best cigars and best service. Very knowledgeable employees that helped me pick exactly what I wanted. It's hard to get used to smokers being able to smoke inside the store/lounge and I came out smelling like cigars. Wow. The selection is this place is just exquisite! I have traveled to many Cigar Lounges throughout the country and in the Caribbean and the quality here is top notch. Every cigar is an enclosed wooden case and the ambiance is very inviting. The selection is huge, it's a very big place. And the prices are ridiculously low given the excise taxes that were imposed on cigars about a decade ago. Almost every cigar in the place is under $20 and there are many, many selections that are under $10. I only smoke about one cigar per month but I'm doing my shopping here from now on.
