The owner has friendly and personable , made me feel welcome and the food was top notch. The ingredients on my salad were fresh and plentiful. I felt like my money was worthwhile here . I’m sure during busy lunch it does take longer as this shop is family run and operates with 1-2 people at a time. So take your time and enjoy your day- it’s worth the wait.

Food is always delicious. Size of sandwiches are big, so you get your monies worth. Place is a bit small, and seating is not the most comfortable.

I stopped in here on a Friday and ordered the chicken avocado sandwich on sourdough. I don’t eat meat and so they substituted the chicken for extra avocado to make it vegetarian friendly. Admittedly, I’m a picky eater. However, I found the quality of the ingredients to be satisfactory and the combination of ingredients to be quite tasty. I left the shop thinking that it was appropriately priced and the two individuals working around the lunch timeframe were very friendly. I would recommend this place as a lunchtime go to.

This hidden little gem was recommended to me by my boss. This was my second time eating here and I can't say enough good about it! All the way around it is hands down my favorite place to eat in the whole panhandle of Florida! Friendly staff, amazing food, quick. Really guys check it out, this little mom and pop place is doing it right!

Terrific sandwiches made with high quality ingredients. The mayo was creamy, the bacon was crispy, the veggies were fresh.

This is the best thing to happen to DeFuniak Springs. I highly recommend you try this place out. I get the berry salad every time and it’s absolutely delicious and fresh! Dine inside to escape the Florida heat or take it to go. This is a wonderful place.

Their Italiano is amazing. I may never eat at a Subway again. It's THAT good!

Amazing food, friendly service, cute atmosphere.

I didn't have a chance to go in , the husband ordered for me. I got the chicken avocado sandwich, and he got the meatball. Mine was on white, and hubby knows I eat multigrain. I asked him about the choices and said he didn't really look. I'll have to look online and their menu put. Otherwise, the sandwich was good - tender meat, plenty of avocado and tomato. Bread got mushy before I was finished, though. I'd go back.

Best sandwich place in town without a doubt, nice bang for the buck and the sandwich artist (his name slips me now) but was an absolute pleasure meeting/speaking to! Highly recommend catching a lunch here

This place is the CUTEST! Would give ten stars if I could. Not only is the food FINGER LICKING GOOD, the owners are lovely people. There's a sweet chatty guy that comes in regularly and they let him display his art on their shop walls. Warms my heart. Its so sweet they support their locals and the community with the extras displayed like honey, essential oils and other healthy tidbits. ALSO I love that you can get a half and half and switch up trying different combos between the salads soups and sandwiches. So satisfying and delicious

I had the chicken avocado sandwich! It has basil pesto on it which I don't care for but the guy there said there's a garlic (I can't spell) aioli that calms the pesto down. I took his word for it and I am so glad that I did!!! Best sandwich ever!!!! A little pricey, however, I did eat 3 meals out of it is that big!!!

A surprisingly great stop on our journey back home from the 30A! Sandwiches and smoothies were top notch.

We stopped on our way to the beach and all of our sandwiches were DELICIOUS. I recommend the chicken club, but they all sound wonderful. Stop by and give them your business!

The food was good but I waited nearly 45 minutes for ($14) sandwich. On top of that, the person taking my order was less than friendly. The renovation to the building was cheap poor quality. My plan was to dine in but didn't have enough time when my food came out.

Fast and super friendly service. Great atmosphere and great environment for a quick bite to eat. We're visiting from Virginia an stopped in for lunch today. My husband had the Russian steak sub, my boy had chicken caesar wrap and I had the Reuben on rye. The food was on point and delicious 😋

A great sandwich shop! Highly recommend this place. A lot of the locals talk about it and talk about how that much they enjoy it. Their main sandwich maker is very skilled. The sandwiches, the wraps, the soups, and more are all great quality. My guess is they'll outgrow this place pretty soon. Tried their soup of the day and it was a shrimp corn chowder. I have to say I think it's better than mine. I'll have to come back and try a smoothie. Again, I highly recommend a stop here. Especially if you're headed down to the beach and want to take a quick break just to calm down after a long trip, this is fine for families. Have the Russian today. Perfect blend of meat and spices.

Sandwiches are really good, but the wait time is long and the lady running the register (with multicolor hair) is rude and then asks for a tip on top of that. Still recommend the restaurant, just be aware lol.

We were in Defuniak walking around the lake and met 2 ladies that told us about this place..The owner was very friendly and oh my the sandwich the Italian was the absolute best hands down. We will return again..
