Some of the BEST STREET tacos we’ve ever had. Each one was better than the next. Tanya and Angie are fantastic. So welcoming. The food was more than worth it, and the customer service and atmosphere made it off the charts. Def recommend. You’re missing out if you don’t come here.

The shrimp taco was, by far, the best I've ever had and the server/cook was outstanding. Next time, we'll get lunch to take across the street to the park on the beach though.

First time here order at the window greated with Smile and Friendly staff explaining the menu and portion size so you don't under or over order. I got the elote shrimp taco and Smokey Beef taco. OMG both were great natural flavors. The shrimp were huge and fresh cooked perfectly!! The beef smoke was perfect and both weren't over done by any sauce allowing the cilantro and other compliments on the taco to shine!! A plus. Il be back .. then they came out and checked on us to be sure they were perfect .. The Salsa was.fresh and Queso was tasty and creamy not chalky . hats off to chef and the guy working window u can tell they cared.

Coastal Tacos is awesome and one of the only taco places that puts any effort into providing real vegan options. The service is great and the whole staff is awesome.

Way over priced for the quality of food. We ordered a variety of 6 different kinds of tacos and guacamole dip. The only thing that was good to our family was the guacamole dip and salsa. Although the staff was very kind I would not recommend this restaurant unless all you are looking for is salsa and dip.

2 hours waiter was great when we got there never can back.2 out of 4 meals sent back had to get them to go. Waiter never came back had to ask for manger. Don’t go

The tacos are very tasty! Our favs were the brisket and and up in smoke chicken tacos. The spicy crema and sauce are a must try, we even combined them. Plan to eat 3 per person. Rice and beans come combined (we requested separate), great smoke flavor in the beans. Excellent and friendly service by Tommy was the cherry on top. Great beach vibe and outdoor space.

Delicious & such a cool vibe! Food came out quick, guy taking our order was awesome & gave helpful tips for first timers. Came for a late dinner (9pm) on a Friday & it was not busy. Tacos, queso, and elote bowl were delicious & authentic. Margarita balls are a must try!

The owner is super nice. The tacos are incredible and are constantly rotating. It’s super convenient and fast perfect for kids. Make sure you ask for the atomic sauce which they make fresh daily. A ,

I've been to this taco place a few times. I think the menu and prices are pretty good. Depending on what time you get there parking can be a little tricky, but if you are walking and want a good quick meal this is a great option. I rode the motorcycle specifically to stop and eat at Coastal Taco. Service is always pleasant when I go.

Tacos served A La Carte @ $4.50, they recommend 2-3 for a meal which is a fair meal/price for the quality. Fresh and bright flavors, though the guac was a bit lackluster in comparison. Counter service design and only serving bottled beverages (IE bring your own water bottle!)

Great tacos! The best I've had yet and there have been many places. Service was fabulous and the atmosphere was chill we could even wear our suits. The staff was super nice & I would highly recommend 😎😎👍👍

Found on way back from De Soto Loved the Coastal and Mahi tacos!

Got the mahi tacos, shrimp tacos, and salsa atomica. Everything was bangin! Josiah was super friendly and made great recommendations, food was fresh and delicious, service is fast, outdoor seating is really nice too. Had to make a second order cuz it was so good!

Tiny place but full of good choices and the tacos are great. They are street tacos which is clearly described on arrival by the staff. Small but good. All the same price (which isn’t on the menu) and you can order a selection of any ones you want. One vegetarian and one vegan choice which we loved. Eat in area is a bit “sparse.” Mostly take out. Will go again for sure.

Nachos were a soggy mess of liquid cheese wiz and chunks of meat. The pic on the menu shows pico and jalapeño. Came with none of that. For $12, you’re better off melting some cheese on chips yourself.

Best meal we have had on vacation! We ordered the guac, taco bowl, and two tacos. Fresh, great service and cute atmosphere!

Tacos were tasteless and two big chicken bones were unexpected. Not normal tacos place taste for everything we ordered, very disappointed.

One of my favorite taco spots!! Street tacos with creative flavors—I especially like the mahi mahi and the coastal (featuring shrimp). Many gluten free and dairy free options (just ask for no cheese). Outside seating is great on a nice day, but there is also seating inside if it’s cold or rainy. Parking is limited but for $3 you can park across the street in the public beach lot, easy peasy. I definitely recommend!!

Came here while on vacation. Some of the tacos were really good some not so much. The cheese dip was really good. But the hot salsa isn't very hot. But now we know which ones to get . We will definitely be back.

I don’t go to Madeira Beach without coming here for tacos. It’s one of my favorite spots and all my friends love it now too. Angela took really good care of us tonight.

The food is amazing with great variety and solid potion sizes! Even better was the service that was personal, fast and attentive to detail. I couldn’t recommend this more highly and will certainly come back!

I'm a couple years late on this review. I've lived here for 2 years and eat here weekly. Today I watched them go above and beyond for me. I ordered 4 of their weekly specials. They ran out with the order in front of me. (That's a whole other story) To make it up to me, he gave me 4 other tacos of my choosing, 5 beers, and chips and guacamole. They took ownership and did what it took for me to be happy enough to go back tonight for the tacos I wanted earlier! This is my go to meal on the walk to the beach!!

First time at coastal tacos, loved the outside patio. I tried the carnitas, the barbecue! Really good , so then I tried the basic beach. Good grub and great service from Angela. I’m sure you will see us again.

We had a party of seven and we all ordered a variety of tacos and the service was so quick. But these tacos were so good we ordered a second round and we happily spent $250 worth of tacos definitely recommend a visit. Tommy and D were very friendly

Super laid back little taco place on the strip. Walk up to the window order tacos and they bring them out. Easy as it gets. Great tacos, staff was super friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed. Loved the Mahi tacos and guac.

The Coastal Taco is next level. The Salad option is great value if you are doing the low carb thing. Will be back!

Food choices was minimal - and the tacos was ok in taste. The queso was awesome!!! Service was amazing!! Atmosphere was cool laid back outside seating( limited seating tho)

I’m not giving this place a bad review because I hate it. The staff was ok, he wasn’t very attentive & it was not busy. The food all sounds great. I ordered the elote which I personally did not like. It wasn’t flavored well & all I could taste was fire roasted. I also ordered the shrimp taco and the shredded beef taco. I wasn’t impressed with either. The spicy sauce was similar to a spicy Mayo. & the beef wasn’t seasoned well. I did love how large the shrimps were. I didn’t love the tortillas. I would highly recommend using more authentic Mexican seasonings & def salsa verde maybe with some lime crema! & I love the location! Other than it being extremely hot inside of the building, it was decent. Prob wouldn’t go back tho.

Fantastic flavors in these street tacos, so much so that we had for dinner and came back the next day for lunch. The elote is a great side. Love that they have breakfast tacos - the Ranch Hand (eggs, potatoes, brisket) was stellar. Favorite tacos so far include The Coastal, the Beer Battered Pork Carnitas, and the Brisket (bbq). Couldn't tear ourselves away without trying the Deep Fried Margarita balls and so glad we did!!

The person at the window was beyond friendly and helpful. She helped explain the options and prices since no prices are listed on the menu. The tacos tasted good but they were just too small for $4.50. Not a place I will come back to unless portion size is increased.

This is one of the best places I have eaten down here. Every year we come and the tacos are out of this world!!! I would post a photo but I couldn't stop eating!
