Great spot for a relaxing lunch and/or cocktail. We ordered the Calamari app and the grouper sandwich entrée. The grouper sandwich was fresh and very tasty. They had several cocktail options that were appealing. I went with the Key Lime Pie Martini, and that hit the spot. The parking lot is small, so they do offer a complimentary valet.

Love Coconut Jack's! It's a must visit for locals and when hosting out of town guests. Pulled pork nachos are a fun appetizer thats perfectly shareable.The blackened scallops that we had were perfectly prepared. The homemade tartar sauce is incredible, great for dipping fries unnecessary for the scallops. Still yummy.

The food is so poor. We ordered calamari and sent it back twice because it was soggy. I ordered the grouper sandwich and ordered it blackend grouper and it was soggy and not fresh. Shrimp was soft. The basket of grouper was burnt. We spent over $100 for 3 at lunch. Beware tourists its a trap. One of the worst meals I've had in many, many years. The manager asked how our meal was and we expressed our dislike and all she said was sorry! That's it?

I have been coming here for years and I love it. The patio is the place to sit, along the water. The service is impeccable and welcoming. The only thing I would like to see is one more vegetarian option.

Alicia is the absolute best! She is the nicest human and gave us amazing service. She catered to multiple allergies, and several seating requests, and ensured we had the best experience at Coconut Jacks.

Great overall! Made the whole family feel welcomed. Food was fantastic and service was stellar. Only draw back is they don’t have beer on tap. BUT, the cocktails were stellar.

It was very pleasant to visit such a cozy establishment Waitress Kateryna is very nice, friendly, understanding, knows how to choose a dish for each visitor. I really liked the service and the atmosphere. I will definitely come back.

We had a great lunch experience! Our server, Jordan F., was the best. He was very welcoming and thoughtful. He took time to explain different things on the menu, and he was very fast in refilling our beverages or getting us anything we needed. We loved the Mango Bango sauce so much we bought two bottles to take home. The Mahi was delicious and very fresh. The Key Lime Pie is also very good - a nice blend of tartness and sweetness. We cannot wait to come back! The view of the water was beautiful and the fans on the patio outside kept us cool.

The food was excellent! My husband had coconut shrimp and also shrimp pasta. The coconut shrimp were huge so he brought his meal home and ate it today. Very very good. I had the veggie rice bowl. Huge portion. I brought half of it home . It's my favorite entree there. The service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive waitress. Everyone there was extremely friendly, including the parking valets. Highly recommend Coconut Jack's!!

I just just want to point out if you have a disability they are likely to discriminate against you, they did me. I just try to live as normal life as I can. Smells and colognes and other scents can close my airways I can handle those with inhalers. But I don’t want anybody driving my car to have cologne which the man had on when I pulled up. He said he had to park my car. I explained the situation .He said well then you have to leave. All I wanted to do was to park my own car. It was just two days ago and it wasn’t busy at all. I thought it would be a good time to try it. My wife could tell I was upset she later called the restaurant and they said if I had a handicap sticker for my car, they could accommodate me. Well, I don’t need to have a handicap sticker. I can walk and talk and function fine I would like to leave those spots for people that need them…. I just don’t want men’s cologne or anyone’s cologne/perfume in my car. This is certainly discrimination and I just don’t approve my opinion. He also said it was an insurance issue for the restaurant. I definitely see it as an ADA issue for the restaurant. You know, everyone should be be entitled to be treated equally and to be able to have a nice dinner where they want to eat. Some people have walkers. Some people have issues with balance or mental issues or cant see and need help. Mine is breathing. So Coconut jacks motto is you should just stay home then. They’re probably right I wouldn’t enjoy someplace who has those values…

David was an excellent server. We came from Missouri down to Florida for vacation. We came in for lunch and definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, service, and atmosphere!

Great food; great service; nearly 100 degrees outside and the air inside is not conditioned, making the “real feel” humid and warm as we ate. The mini-split HVAC is inadequate to provide a comfortable dining experience. We inhaled our food and bolted for cool conditioned air asap.

Coconut Jack's is our go to restaurant when entertaining out of town guests. The food is always fresh, tasty, and plentiful. The tequila oysters are always a hit! The mango bango sauce has become a staple in our kitchen. Our waiter, Tyler were OUTSTANDING!!! We appreciated his humor, quick wit, and his expertise with the menu. Thank you young man for enhancing our dining experience!

First of all, good food, great service, all good. From here on out, this will not be your average review. Attention Car Thieves...here is your opportunity.... #1, not a fan of valet parking because I can park my own vehicle. But they will not let you park your own vehicle, ok, fine. Then to come out of the restaurant to discover when the valet's get your car, your keys are on top of the left front wheel, the whole time you were in the restaurant. 😱 I asked the valet about it, and he looked at me like I had two heads. He says, "Yeah, we leave on top of the wheel." SMH big time. Most vehicles are 20 to 30 yards away from the valet stand. It's a busy restaurant, so car thieves, have at it. You're welcome.

I grabbed a slice of key lime pie to go. The staff were very attentive - the valet let me park myself and the waitstaff got my order out quickly. The pie was very good as well.

I’m not a local and I visited here in early March. As you can see by the date on this review, it is now late July. I still think about the Key Lime Colada. If you go here, you HAVE to order that. That can be the only thing you order and you’ll still have an incredible time. Fried food is fried food but that drink is special. I love you Key Lime Colada.

I was on a first date and the waitress rushed the entire thing. The order, checking the food, and asking if we were ready for the bill happened too quickly. I didn’t even taste my food before she asked about it. Also, I don’t see it necessary to interrupt a conversation as a server. You can just wait for them to finish their sentence. Oh, and I had the mango tango chicken. The chicken was tough and overcooked. I actually didn’t eat most of it. Which didn’t phase the waitress apparently. The vegetables were ok, and the mashed potatoes were good. It has a pretty good outdoor atmosphere but it’s hard to enjoy in the heat and humidity. I think you should put some fans out.

The food is pretty decent but pricey because of the location. Other reviews say they are dog friendly on the patio but they ARE NOT. I was turned away with my dog for the patio - they said it has to be a service dog. The parking is tight. They don't do reservations even for large parties.

Food portions are nice and food is fresh but pricey. $31 for a Cesar with salmon for lunch? Free valet parking, we are not in season and yes lot is small but free is not free because it’s rude not to tip?

This is a very unique and colorful restaurant right next to Bonita Beach. It was our last day in Naples and what a great place to spend it! Very laid back and chill. Kateryna was friendly, attentive, and warm. Our food went right off the stove and into our mouths! They were fast even when they were busy!

I'm not sure of the attraction to this place. Extremely overpriced average tasting food with a mediocre view of swamp land. Definitely would not come back.

This restaurant has a beautiful scenery and very unique environment. The water view was so pretty and very nice to sit outdoors. They had an easy and quick service, didn’t wait long for our food.

I came here based on the reviews but for me it wasn’t all that. My kids did enjoy their kids meal which was the quesadilla and chicken fingers, I had their special of the day which was the grouper tacos, the fish just didn’t taste fresh and was overly seasoned with pepper. Rice and beans were alright nothing special. Might come back and try their grouper sandwich. Also have to add to someone’s comment, the valet parking is complimentary so even though it’s not an option it is complimentary. They are also still fixing their outdoor area so we couldn’t walk to see if we can see some manatees or dolphins.

My recent visit to Coconut Jack's was nothing short of delightful. Our server, Kylie, provided exceptional service that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We started with two appetizers: the coconut shrimp and barbecue pulled pork nachos. Both were absolutely delicious and set the tone for the meal. For the main course, we had the stuffed grouper, which was simply amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the dish was cooked to perfection. Overall, the combination of fantastic food and outstanding service made our visit memorable. I highly recommend Coconut Jack's and can't wait to return!

We enjoyed Kyle’s friendly waiter service today. Kyle was very efficient and friendly. The foods we ordered were fantastic and our guest from Hawaii loved all the appetizers, sandwiches and especially the coconut cream pie.

Highly recommend trying the stuffed grouper. The street corn dip appetizer is good. Food came out fairly quickly. Drinks came out very quickly. We arrived at a time between lunch and dinner and were seated immediately. Definitely recommend you try it if you’re in Bonita Springs. Great meal after a day at the beach.
