I absolutely love “Coffee Guy”! The coffee is always delicious, and the atmosphere is just perfect for catching up with friends or even meeting with clients. It’s a cozy and welcoming spot where I feel right at home. Looking forward to my next visit!

Drinks are good but their hours are conflicting on everything and they don’t turn off the open sign. Twice this week it’s been an issue.

Website says they close at 9PM. They closed at 8PM and I couldn't get my slice of cake for my birthday. Now I'm sad.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience coming to get my coffee. Today I had an eye appointment and the service was phenomenal. I was getting two pairs of everyday glasses and asked many questions about transitions and blue light blocking. Jennifer answered every question and made me feel comfortable and happy about what I was purchasing. I will definitely be coming back to purchase a pair of sunglasses.

CeeCee was a great optician after a wonderful exam. Dr. Joe T was very sweet and knowledgeable.

Always fast and ready to give you the best service! My favorite is always Jenny! 3 years in a row and she's kept me looking great!

There are more pairs of glasses available for purchase than there are fish out of water at any given time in the United States of America!

Best coffee shop in Pensacola! Delicious coffee. Always a friendly warm atmosphere. I have numerous food allergies and this always requires me to modify drinks and to ask for certain accommodations. They have always been so kind and I’ve felt incredibly safe ordering from here.

The breakfast bagels are premade and on everything bagels only. We ordered ahead and were surprised when we got there and the only option was an everything bagel, they offered to charge me more for plain bagels.

When I’m sporadically in Pensacola I have to stop by this place! I usually get a cake for the road but I didn’t want it sitting in the car while I’m running around town. They were promoting a bacon/ egg/ and cheese on an everything bagel and I decided to try it. It was not appealing nor appetizing at all! The bagel itself was hard, the cheese was limited and the bacon looked….just no. I’m sure this is a prepackaged item, at least I sure hope so! I should’ve just gotten the cake an dealt with it later 🤦‍♀️ But the snickerdoodle iced coffee was amazing! I wish the lady gave me a straw (I said “yes” when she asked if I needed one) but no big deal… I didn’t like the cinnamon on my lips lol But all in all, I’m going back!!

This is a cute coffee house with great tasting coffee ☕️ Not from this area and searched for a coffee house. Was not disappointed at all!!!

The coffee and the baked items are great. On the other hand, sam who took my order in the drive through was extremely rude. The speakers in the drive-through don’t work that well so I had to repeat myself 3 times for my order to be heard, (which is not a problem) but sam was getting extremely impatient with a negative attitude. I’ve been a daily customer of the location next to the Springhill suites Marriott and my experience was overall horrible…

Very frustrating that ownership refuses to fix their mobile app. It causes hold ups in the drive through lane, unnecessary communication errors with staff and problems for customers. It doesn’t matter how clearly you order online, staff will somehow find a way to mess it up because of the online ordering system. Fix your app or take it down, nobody likes spending money to get the wrong things

Had a great experience at eye guy with my appointment and ordering glasses. They were very patient with me when I went through trying on a bazillion glasses and helped me along the way. Cool people. Food is good, chicken salad is awesome and coffee hits the spot.

The BEST cold brew in town. I drive there from Milton several mornings a week just to get it. My coffee is always consistent and the baristas are always so nice and friendly!

My wife and I visited the new location across the street from the old. This was our first visit. We loved the atmosphere and it is a very nice place. Really roomy upstairs and has the additional area downstairs. The cakes and pastries looked very tasty. I'm sorry to say we didn't try any. But they were very tempting. They said they have their cakes made locally. In addition to the large selection of cakes, they have a very large selection coffee drinks. Very impressive place. However the reason for the low rating. I only drink plain coffee and I like a deep strong tasting coffee. We usually drink Peets, Illy's, and Seattle's Best at home. When we are out, we are always looking for a place that sell similar coffees. The coffee they gave us was very weak. I usually add the half and half myself but they added before they gave it to me. I don't like a lot. When they gave me my coffee, at first I thought they added too much half and half. It barely had a brown tint to it. However, it wasn't too much half and half but as I said the coffee was very weak. So weak, it didn't even have a coffee taste or smell to it. You could only taste the half and half. It wasn't good at all. I did not finish it. I will say this though, I only had the plain coffee. So I don't know about all the other coffee drinks. By the business they were doing, I would say they are probably pretty good. We were the only ones there having plain coffee. There were quite a few customers inside and several cars in the drive through. However, I hate to say, even though I loved the place, based on the coffee we got, we will probably won't be going back. But I do recommend you try it. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my coffee. So give it a try, you may love it.

I go here almost everyday and usually the service is okay but today the workers “lead” told me I need to specifically ask for the cold foam lids when I order after everybody in the same order got one? She was also talking about it behind the counter how she was upset I asked for one when she thought I couldn’t hear her but she was 2 feet away. She gave me the lid anyway but was rude about it, next time if someone orders cold foam they obviously are going to want to sip it with their coffee or it’s pointless, just give me the lid and stop bothering me about your issues. Not to mention yesterday I asked for one THREE times and they still gave me a dome lid. Basically coffee guy, do better. Thanks <3 (Editing my review-regardless they do have the best coffee in Pensacola and I’d still recommend this review was so they change the lids and attitude)

Awesome local place! They have the best frappés in town!

What an interesting concept. An eyeglass shop with a coffee shop, but it works. We ordered our drinks and browsed through the products they sell. Shirts and coffee mugs were cute. Love the big hot coffee cup outside. That caught our attention while driving by so great marketing. Coffee was good in flavor, and I drink coffee black. After giving us all of our food and drinks, we stood there, still waiting, and I noticed they were wondering why and realized they forgot to give us one more item, which was on the side. No biggie. I'd stop by again when I'm in town.

***Optometrist NOT open Sundays*** It says this nowhere- Google and all physical signage says open, open, open, eye guy in, etc. Disappointed because we don't live here and had planned to come on the last day, today.

Would be a 5 star review because we love this place, but for a week I have tried to call and price out some of the cakes beforehand and could never get an answer. Why have a phone if at all times of the day - you don’t answer?

My first experience was very pleasurable. I ordered a cafe latte with the Ham egg and Swiss cheese croissant rich and it was amazing.I also got a blueberry and the with lemon cream filling muffin was moist. we will definitely be going back.

The concept is so novel that its worth visiting to say you did. The coffee itself is definitely aimed at a starbucks/dunkin-type sugar loving crowd (coffee shop with a dentist attached isnt a bad hook either) but their brewed coffee is pleasant, they have sugar free options, and some neat baked goods. Personally I just get a cup of the black and go on my way plenty happy. Shoutout to Joy, who I haven't seen recently as I typically go to the other location, but she was really helpful.

The first time I visited and got the salted caramel latte instant happiness flooded my heart LOL and I’ve tried several other drinks which are always good, but nothing gives me that happy feeling like the delicious salted caramel goodness hot or iced it’s a joy!
