I ordered a small BUTTERSCOTSCH sundae but I was given Carmel instead. Huge difference between them. So anyways, just thought u all might wanna actually get butterscotch if u say u have it in the future. I have Carmel at home! Tasty sundae even though it was Carmel but I wouldn't have picked it I probably hot fudge.

Enjoyed their ice cream - very pleased they had Dole Soft Serve Clean and friendly with nice outdoor tables and children’s play area. Nice

A nice little average place to get an ice cream or bite to eat. Its really an ice cream shop that also has food (burgers, fries, walking tacos, burrito, school pizza, deep fried items, hot dogs etc.) Food is fair, some things far better than others. And they do have the best deep fried cauliflower and asparagus in town. Ice cream options are really good, really 4 to 5 stars. Drive-thru wait time is really long and even longer during peak times in the summer (sometimes an hour wait). Would love to see it improved or a new process. Staff is typically friendly and courteous.

Stopped by for a lite lunch. Ordered coney dog and two medium size soft cones. The hot dog was perfect ! They dressed it up correctly and the taste was great. Quality meat n coney chili sauce is outstanding. Really like the chopped dill pickles? On it. The ice cream n cones also very good.

The polish dog was definitely worth it. Very satisfying with all the toppings. The chicken tenders were definitely underwhelming. But all in all, a good experience.

Great small town ice cream shop! My daughter loved her slushie, son had hard dip (Hudsonville), I had a turtle sundae & my husband had a flurry. Ice cream & toppings tasted fresh. Both soft serve & hard dip were creamy. Fun area in the back with outdoor games & play set for the kids.

They have Fiestada; That's all you need to know. Just go.

Ron and the staff are amazing every time. The food is always fresh and the ice cream is always cold! I can never say I’ve had a bad experience here and the service is always consistent. Such a little gem in this town of ours!

have always had good experiences here, the drive thru line is a wait, typically worth it. But last night we sat in the drive thru for 40 mins for a kids icecream and deep fried oreos. 40 minutes.... my kids icecream turned into soup and it was gone 20 mins while waiting lol. the staff presented is young, teach them to tell people it's a 40 minute for things if so many people are ordering deep fried things. We got our oreos and they were EEXXXTRAAA cwispy LOL sat in the deep frier some seconds too long and they didn't give us both sauces, that I did ask for, didn't say they were out or anything. I mean 40 mins after ordering something I'd prob forget too but.. It's fine but like, that experience wasn't worth it. Staff needs to tell people that order deep fried thing's appropriate wait times.

Had lunch with a family member when I was over helping with a cleaning project.

Staff was super friendly, the food was amazing (pulled pork sandwich and chicken sandwich), milkshake was yummy and the fries were crispy. I think we found our new lunch spot.

Overall, I do think this place is a bit more suitable for kids under the age of 10, but it’s also in the middle of nowhere. Also, the menu on the wall is made from PowerPoint. On top of that, the wings are served with a side of sauces, and was offered for free. However, the ranch in just a little cup is 75 cents. Honestly just get an appetizer. Young teens also work here so the service was a bit off.

We loved Coneyland before they did the renovation, the additional seating/atmosphere is a plus now! Reasonable pricing, good food, and good ice cream! What’s not to love

I've had better Coney dogs than this place. But the deep fried Oreos were the best. I had never had deep fried Oreos before so I was hesitant about getting them. I ate one and then I couldn't stop. Yum! I didn't get any ice cream but that is why the people were there.

Absolutely delicious ice cream, Perch dinner was also amazing! I was actually able to change what ice cream I wanted for my fudge sundae. They prepared everything fast and the price was actually worth it. I didn't get any pictures sadly, I kind of jumped right into devouring everything.

We came in and ordered but came back out to take the kids to the playground . The inside packed and drive thru but they still came out to the playground and brought us our orders with smiles. Service was great. Why be ungrateful for what I rate you. It wasn’t anywhere to sit if we didn’t go to the playground and it was a little uncomfortable coming in to order honestly. But I was looking over that part.

We have been going to Coney Land for many years. We have always loved their ice cream, service, and prices. Only in the last couple years have we started trying their food items. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich. Oh my!! It was perfect! Exactly how I ordered it. Perfectly crispy! And extra pickles just like I asked. Amazing! I liked it better than Popeyes! You have to get one and try it. My husband got fried mushrooms and I also had fried cauliflower. Again, perfectly cooked, not mushy at all. Definitely 5 stars!!

Best ice cream around. I skip the local franchise and come here for my Coney dogs with fries. My golden doodle Stella Loves the pup cup and even had a special one for her Birthday. I sure appreciate the friendliness of the employees, nice to remember what being a customer used to be like.

Loved everything about this place. I've been following them on Facebook for a while hoping id get a chance to come down and finally did yesterday. My little girl and I tried the Blue Moon ice cream, Wet Burrito, and Tacos, they were all great. Loved how the wet burrito looked, was very good and big for the price. To order you have to go inside and I think that's great, one of those few places you can get ice cream in the rain, they also have a drive thru that's very popular to use. They stay busy, stay crazy, and it's a sight to see, but they work very hard in the back to make it all possible. Definitely will be back for another trip this summer.

excellent food, friendly efficient employees. Smiles! The menu has everything from the soft serve Dole whip and ice cream sundaes to burritos and deep-fried perch. If you are using the drive-up, expect a long line, but it is just part of the experience and moves along at an acceptable pace. The kids working there work hard and seem to have a good system to prepare orders quickly. The owners of this place are very community minded and engage with their customers in person and online. When they open for the season it is a welcomed event, when they close for the season, it’s an event. Our community really embraces and supports this great little ice cream shop

The food is decent but they need back up workers on call for when it gets busy that way it doesn't have to take 45 minutes to order an ice cream not a complaint against the employees. But the owner should consider hiring part time people specifically for busy time

We make this our go to place after a long day at michigans adventures lol. But last night I was craving a burrito and couldn't wait. My family of 5 came and enjoyed dinner followed by dessert. The coney dog combo meal, corn dog meal, chicken wing meal, 2 wet burritos and chili cheese fries. Followed by drumstick flurries, vanilla shake, butter pecan flavor burst, oreo flurry. It was ALL great!!!!!!

A summer must for our family! We love their flurries, cones and sundaes!! Always polite workers there.

Coneyland is a staple of Muskegon. Great food, great service, great prices. They're the only place that we can take our son to get Dole Whip since he has issues with dairy and can't have regular ice cream, and they cycle through multiple flavors weekly. I always look forward to going to Coneyland multiple times every Summer

Ordered deep fried oreos and they melted through the Styrofoam box. I then unknowingly ate them... Styrofoam's melting temperature is 400+ degrees Fahrenheit, how are they that hot?

As a 10 year customer I used to love this place, but their prices increased a lot this year, making it harder for me to visit. Their cheeseburgers are the best in town, but now they're smaller and more expensive. It's disappointing because my family used to go there regularly, but we've only been twice this year. They have delicious deep-fried cauliflower and mushrooms, which were a childhood favorite of mine yet the increase of price makes me unable to enjoy this year . On top of that, I had a bad experience while waiting for my food my 2 flurries melted all over my car making a mess and I run inside for cups. Overall, I'm saddened by the changes. This place is amazing I just didn't expect it would go the way it did this year and saddened me a lot

Staff was friendly and nice playground area. However, the service could have been better. Ordered ice cream, french fries, and a hotdog. The ice cream and french fries came out immediately. My wife took our ice cream and her fries outside while I waited for the hotdog. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked staff if they had forgotten about it and they said they would have it out right away. After about 20-25 minutes in total I got the hotdog (and they gave extra french fries for the wait), but my ice cream had melted outside during that time. We were in somewhat of a time crunch as well, so it was a bummer experience.

They charged me 5$ each for 2 sloppy Joe's and they were really small, I could've made better with a can of manwich and some big onion rolls. To top it off, I payed and got charged for a jumbo flurries and they gave me a small 1. Never going back there again. Dogs and suds was way better by far

Not only are we regulars and the owners recognize our faces, everyone is always super friendly. Items are reasonably priced. Little bit of a wait but that’s because they are worth it and always busy. We rented a machine this last weekend for an open house. HUGE hit! Thanks again.

I ordered a swirl whip, I was give a single flavor and had to point out the error, the cone I received in return was noticeable smaller with the cone being returned a mess. The girl that handled my order then rudely shouted the next person's order. It's a shame. I am a local, live in the area and have been many times, but Wow. I will be taking my money else where and encourage you all to do the same.

They are the only ice cream place in the area that I know of that offers a dairy free "ice cream". If you can't have dairy, try the Dole whip. Sooo good! It's like soft serve fruit puree. Delicious! Thank you for having it Coney Land. My littles with food allergies love to come by, have a frozen treat and play on the new outdoor playsets!
