Maybe my new favorite ice cream spot? Great ice cream and cookies, fun cones, military discount. Down the street for dairy queen. I see no reason to go to dairy queen now.

My favorite ice cream place! The people are so friendly and the ice cream is awesome - so many flavors! And wow those Good L'Oven Cookies are fantastic!

The peanut butter options are on point—My kind of creamery. The girls were super helpful and the place is cute inside! Update- Years later, and this is hands-down, the best ice cream shop around. They’ve got the most amazing flavors and whoever makes the ice cream is legit.

I saw a picture of the unique flavored waffle cones in an online Pittsburgh article and decided I had to visit. I was not disappointed! I felt like a kid in a candy store with all of the choices of waffle cones and ice cream. I had the orange dreamsicle waffle cone with orange sherbet. Fantastic! I was also highly tempted by their chocolate offerings. Chocolate covered pretzels and different other things. I didn't get any this time but I think that will be a review in another visit.

One of the few places that carry dairy free ice cream!

Cookie's great grandson just graduated from high school and is piling up the scoops this summer before heading off to college. They have rebranded ice cream from Hershey and perry's, huge number of fantastic flavors.

My wife and I love their ice cream, and the service is excellent.

My fiancée and I have been regulars for a few months. We both get the same thing, almost every time. I can highly recommend the Peanut Butter Blast Extreme Sundae. My fiancée has tried a few other things, but the Cookie Extreme Sundae is her favorite. The service is always great, and the girls remember us now haha. Maybe we go in too often! I recommend stopping in when there isn't a lot of people inside. It can get a little hectic as there isn't a ton of room inside. There are a few tables for you to sit at, but we always take our ice cream home since we live close by. Overall, a great local ice cream spot.

The ice cream was amazing. I got the cookie monster flavor. Love that there were kids tables next to the tables. Service was great and welcoming. Highly recommend

Stopped by the other day for a chocolate truffle raspberry milk shake. I've had the sundaes before which are awesone but never had a shake. OMG...I think it was the best shake I ever had! The service was great and the store was nice and clean. I definitely will return. Keep making awesome ice cream! 😋

Very wide variety of flavors to choose from. My favorite is lil blue panda and is what I get every time. Family members think the award winning chocolate is not remarkable at all, though. Flavored cones are a nice addition. Prices are comparable to other shops. The place is always very clean and there is seating available. My only complaint has consistently been staff. The kids working are not friendly, at times horsing around, confused on which customers need waited on.

This place is always my wife's go to even if she's sick. They always you smile and very good service and ice cream 🍦. update still My Go to place and the service best to none smiles forever can't get enough of ever changing flavors hmmm. Cookies 🍪🍪😜😋😋😋👍..

Ordered 3 pumpkin choc chip cookies. And they tasted of soap, were stale and didn't have many chocolate chips... Overpriced for that.

Great and friendly service, delicious ice cream only thing was the cookie in the cookie sunday was so hard it could not be broken into pieces to eat.

The ice cream was great and it barely took anytime but I did feel a little rushed when ordering my ice cream. Other than that I will be going there a lot.

Pro tip: ignore the sign that says "take a number" and the number on the wall. After being cut by someone I asked an employee if they were using the numbers, she said "not really" and didn't say anything else. The ice cream looked nice but I'm not patient enough to wait for 5 people that came in after me to get served before I do. Myself and another woman left. Just go straight to the cash register near the entrance, that's where they take orders. I'll update this review once I actually get a chance to try their product 😂

They used to have several sugar free options, now there is only one, chocolate. I'm disappointed. I guess they weren't selling and they stopped carrying them.

Cookies, ice cream, & homemade flavored cones! Large assortment of flavors, clean and inviting shop, brightly lit, & energetic & friendly staff. This shop is new to the area but definitely stands out! Our first time - won't be the last. The only negative is that parking could be a challenge as it is a narrow lot with tight spots for several businesses.

It's very clean and workers are friendly. They have something for everyone: from milkshakes and sundaes to cookies and chocolate novelties. They even had chocolate covered cheese curls and potato chips when we were there!

They have the best ice cream in the north hills. So many fun original flavors plus several flavored waffle cones. Good place to visit for dessert after dinner or just to get a cool treat! Picture is of banana, PB moose tracks!

Great spot for icecream after a baseball game. Prices are comparable to DQ, but there is a icecream parlor vibe and a place to sit. Banana pudding is the best!

First time here. The girls at the counter were friendly! The ice cream was great. My husband got a chocolate cone and said it was the best cone he has ever had. We will definitely be back!

I had the Grand Central Station ice cream in a Pink Vanilla cone. Very tasty. They have different flavors of waffle cones to mix and match with the various ice cream flavors. Can't wait to come back and try another combination.

I went there at the request of my grand daughter who had just had wisdom teeth removed. This is the cleanest shop I've ever been in. The kids working we're so friendly and helpful. They have so many flavors of ice cream. Her milk shake must of been delicious because I had to go the next day and get another one for her.

Came in with the wife. They give a generous amount of ice cream and their prices are decent. The staff was very nice, the place was clean and well lit. Parking lot is a little dark but what else is new in pgh lol. We will be back. Next time we will come on an empty stomach, we left here full of ice cream.

FYI - they DO NOT make their own ice cream. It all comes from Hersheys or Perry's. Just sayin'.......

Overall, I found a good variety of ice cream flavors, so I was able to find some unique flavors I wanted. I got myself a milkshake and cookie. Milkshake was great. Cookie was decent but I think I prefer different cookie and flavor than what I picked, which was a Oreo cookie.

Cookie’s Creamery is a family-owned ice cream shop that opened in the year 2022. They sell over 30 flavors of ice creams, such as cake, caramel, oatmeal cookie, peanut butter, red velvet, cappuccino, coffee, mint chip, and many others. Other menu items are milkshakes, floats, slushies, yogurts, and cookies. Prices are very reasonable. When I entered the business, the employee said a friendly hello, and he asked me if I wanted to try any flavors of ice cream. I ordered a sundae with strawberry and blackberry ice creams, and my husband ordered one scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream. We enjoyed the flavors of these ice creams very much. In the middle of our eating, the employee asked us if everything was good. When we were done, he told us thank you.

Milkshakes are so thick! Ordered the oatmazing chocolate chunk and Graham central station, both really good and full of delicious pieces. Grabbed some novelty sodas and a half dozen cookies as well!

This place is very good I would recommend for anyone visiting to come to this place

Excellent tasting ice cream with FREE gluten free cones available. I have been there several times and I can still not figure out where the line starts and how it is formed which has led to some obvious frustration with the customers.

There are soo many options here and you can try flavors before you choose. The staff were SO FRIENDLY! One staff member came up and asked my kids if they liked their ice cream. They suggested lids and cups for the melting kids cones (thank you!). Such a cute little shop inside, too!

So I stopped in to give a new business a go. 7:30pm the place was busy and I was approached immediately to be helped. I ordered 2 pints of ice cream (mint chocolate chip and peanut butter cup). When I got home I saw that the mint chocolate chip was a full pint unfortunately the peanut butter cup was low and they needed to get a new container out of a storage freezer. Well needless to say it was frozen solid and the person serving me struggle to scoop it out. At best I received a half pint BUT of course was charged a full pint price. 2 pints cost 💲 15.52. The right thing to do was to explain the issue they were having (the owner or manager was there at the time) and charge me half price for the half pint I was given. One and done for me.

Best ice cream parlor experience I've had in a long time. The workers were polite and in great spirits despite the huge group we came in with. Ice cream and the flavored cones were delicious! The coolers were a little deep and the one worker had trouble reaching the ice cream but if the cooler arrangement is the only thing I can complain about, this is a five-star ice cream shop!

Oh my goodness! So thankful this place opened nearby....it's our new family favorite. The ice cream and the flavored waffle cones are where it's at!

Best ice cream I have ever had. The customer service was on point. Very friendly and greeted you as soon as you come in the door.

Ice cream is delicious but the process of ordering and paying is a mess to say the least. I had Dirty Worm sundae with the "award winning chocolate ice cream" didnt see what was so award winning about it. Ice cream was good but whole process was a mess. Have a ticket system they dont use, and the employee who took my order passed it off to someone else instead to do. Ice cream was good thats the only thing i can say positive. I believe Page's ice cream in south side is 10 times better.

i’m really disappointed. i applied there in hope of getting a job, they had me come in and train for a whole day, told me i would have the tips added onto my payment for next week, then never ever called me again. i understand if my performance was not to their liking, but i did whatever they asked with few interruptions. i called them every week asking if i got the job, which they replied with “we will call you this week” or “we will have the owner call you” i never ever received a call, or message, or nothing. on top of that, their ice cream is expensive

I went twice and was very happy both times. Workers are friendly. They have a great variety of flavors. Oatmeal Cookie Crave milkshake was delicious. Costs 7.50 but worth it. Was also a fan of the Blue Cookie Panda flavor. Paired with a birthday cake waffle cone. Amazing. A good place for Ice cream lovers and all things sweet. Great for kids, too. Daughter loves the Animal Kids table. a true staple for years to come.

Ice cream is delicious but the process of ordering and paying is a mess to say the least. Also the freezers are so deep employees have to put half their body in it to scoop ice cream. The works hair was dangling over all the ice cream. My fear was proven when paying we saw ice cream at the ends of her hair. Would love to see some improvement to the set up.

Everyone was so nice but most importantly the milkshakes were FANTASTIC! The have some flavored cones which we look forward to trying on our next visit. I always try to buy small- local so this was a win win.
