I bought cookies for my daughter and her friends. They really liked.

My first time at this crumbl. I’ve never asked for more frosting on a cookie, but when he gave me the box I checked it right away and there was barely any foresting. I said hey excuse me, could you please add a little more frosting. He seemed a bit annoyed and I already felt bad for asking. He added more and this is what it looked like. We pay a lot for these cookies so obviously it’s important to me to get good quality! I would not recommend this store.. maybe it’s just the guy who did my toppings.. maybe not!

Although I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, he went above and beyond for my daughter when she came in for the Olivia Rodrigo cookie. Even though they didn’t have the cookie this week, he noticed her disappointment and asked if she was a big Olivia Rodrigo fan. He then went to the back and came out with an Olivia Rodrigo GUTS cookie souvenir card for her. His thoughtful gesture made her day, especially given her initial disappointment. It’s a rarity to see such genuine customer service these days. To the wonderful staff member, thank you so much for brightening my daughter’s day!!

I walked in today and no one bothered to make eye contact. I asked what something was, and either the girl was hard of hearing or knows nothing if customer service. Took me less than 2 minute to walk out...never to return.

Omg the strawberry shortcake ice cream cookie 🍪 was so delicious my step daughter actually bought it, gave me a bite and I end up taking three big bites and if it wasn't as big as it was I was pretty sure she was gonna make me buy a new one... Thanks for making the cookies big enough to share but I'm going by myself to indulge don't tell on me,join me.....lol in this order hungry🤤 happy😄 sleepy😴

Dislocation is lovely This review has nothing to do with them It's the company itself that doesn't make sense to me. But there doesn't seem to be any corporate information. So your mini cookies are 2.6 in diameter and the big cookies are 4.25 in diameter. The huge cookies cost $5 and the bite size cost $8. Doing the math it takes approximately 2.89 ( about 3) 2.5 cookies to make one 4.25 cookie. A six pack of minis is $15 That would mean two large cookies at $15 technically and The price you have for two actual big singles is $8.98 a six pack of minis is equivalent to that and again the bite size 3 pack cost $8 Make that make sense ? I can get a four pack of the big cookies for $15.99 The minis are irrelevant charging more for the people that just don't want those huge cookies is crazy

The taste is out of the world , so far we loved every cookie we tried It’s super easy to get addicted to and super hard to stop eating it …. Highly recommended to try but keep in mind the calories count is insanely high

I recently tried Crumble Cookie and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the customer service was very good. However, the cookies themselves were excessively sweet to the point of being inedible. I generally enjoy sweet treats, but these cookies just didn't hit the mark for me.

I love how they change out their flavors it’s so fun looking for the new flavors and the cookies are amazing and taste fresh. They are also superrr quick. I went in and placed and order and within 30 seconds 4 cookies were ready. It’s also very clean in their but I don’t know why it’s always freezing.

They have great service and great flavors all the time!

I haven’t had any bad experiences here, overall it’s a pretty great store. It’s super clean and my orders are always ready fast :)

Ordered six, wanted to try the strawberry shortcake. When I received my delivery, two s’mores cookies instead of the strawberry shortcake. I called and the manager said she packed my order herself, implying it couldn’t possibly be wrong. I offered to take a picture of the order to show her because I hadn’t even touched it. They couldn’t offer a refund and said I’d need to drive to come get the cookie. The customer service was awful, and I’m deleting my Crumbl app.

I’m not overly impressed with the cookies from Crumbl at all. I think the concept is cool and some of the cookies sound amazing, but when I have tried them, I find them to be nothing but sugar bombs.

Cookies are large and delicious! Love the ever changing flavors. My favorites have been the cheesecake, the pistachio, and the pink sugar cookie. They also give you a free cookie on your birthday!

The cookies here are delicious and come in different flavors as showed in the display. Stan is one of the best employees, as he is caring and thoughtful. I recommend the m&m cookie and think the sugar cookie would be great too!

It's been years since I've been to Crumbl but they sent me an email 📧 for one free cookie 🍪since I had my birthday on my account so I decided to come in 🚶‍♂️and also try some of the other flavors as well 😋I got the Olivia Rodrigo Guts cookie 🍓dulce de leche 🥛and the confetti cake 🎉 I was surprised by how good they were confetti cake was my easily my favorite 😍 the cookie reminded me of those Lofthouse sugar cookies but fresher 🔥 I loved it so much I went back today and got a whole box of them 🎁 This location is convenient, clean, and I like how they show you your cookies before you grab them five stars ⭐️🌟

I usually stop for a dozen to take to my coworkers more than twice a month. Today I asked for 1 of the 12 cookies I purchased to be boxed separate in a smaller box. The girl refused and stated that she would have to charge me for the extra box! Really ? She said she wasn’t allowed. What a business smh ….

Crumbl is amazing, this location is a little ehh. Half the time they skimp you out of the things that go on top of the cookie. The cookie pictured is what I received and the other what it’s supposed to be. This happens a lot at this location.

I thoroughly enjoy the updated weekly selections. This location is always pretty clean.

I wish there was a 3½, but there's not so I choose to round down. Of the 5 cookies I've bought here over several months, two have been undercooked--one to the point of being raw and inedible. They replaced it without question. The latest was the banana cream pie cookie, which I picked up today. The cookie itself wasn't done enough or the dough wasn't made right. It was heavy and looked and tasted like undercooked pie dough with some sugar. The pudding was nothing special, and the banana they used was partly black/rotten, which you can see a little of in the picture. It was thrown together sloppily, and I don't see the point in consuming the calories because it's not very good. On the bright side of today's visit, the coconut lime cookie is delicious. The combination of coconut and lime flavors works together beautifully. It's served chilled, so the cookie isn't as soft as those that are served warm. A drop of lime juice here and there on the cookie made it even better. This location seems to lack the consistency that the Livonia location has in turning out quality products regularly, but when they do, the sinfully caloric cookies are absolutely scrumptious and large enough that you can split them or save half for later.

2024-02-03 - 4 Stars Ordered a 4 pack of cookies with each a different cookie. They were out of the lemon cookie. Everyone enjoyed them I really enjoyed the peanut butter cookie As for the price for the cookies, for a four pack I would say it’s overpriced, but that’s me. We’ll take the time to make our own cookies at home next time.

Waited 20 minutes for my order and witnessed people who came in AFTER me use the tablets to order and get their order done BEFORE me. These cookies are way too expensive to be waiting 20 minutes for and also not be asked if I'm still waiting for my order. I had picked up food from a restaurant in the same plaza and I didn't think it would take 20 minutes to get some cookies. My food just sat in the car and got cold. Thank you.
