The cookies were ok. The chocolate chip seemed to be missing something in comparison to the ones at another GA location. I hadn’t tried any of my other cookies at the time of the review. I purchased a 4 pack. As for customer service, with the exception of Nolan, it was nonexistent. When I walked in, there was a group of 4 young ladies standing around a table making cookies and having an extended personal conversation that didn’t stop for one second for them to simply greet me. They definitely saw me come in as their eyes turned in my direction. I was the only one who walked in and no other customers were waiting or came in while I was inside. As the young ladies continued their conversation, Nolan, who was not in my line of view when I arrived, greeted me while I was paying for my order on the kiosk and asked if I needed any help. He also prepared the box of cookies, asked me how the order looked, thanked me and told me to have a great day. For the price that customers pay for cookies, the least we should expect is good customer service. Thank you Nolan!

sooo good, it does take a bit to eat cause of how sweet it is, but I would recommend. it is so good, it melts in your mouth when it's warm.

We wanted something sweet and ventured out to Crumble Cookies, it was after 11pm on Saturday night the store was bright the employees friendly & the cookies outstanding.

The cookies, 5 stars as always! I rarely stray away from my Chocolate Chip Fave, but I will say the French Toast cookie is actually really tasty! The only downside to this order, Idk if the delivery drivers are door dashers or part of the CRUMBL staff, but I notice when I leave a good tip, the delivery is not so great. This driver left my cookies @ the front door on the ground. Before another driver left them on my garage floor because the door was open. I would love if the drivers would go the extra mile and just ring the bell and hand me the box. I usually meet them at the door to prevent this, but this particular time, I was unable to make it to the door in time. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Service has never been friendly here, but never worthy of a review until now. Ordered cookies one evening for a birthday. They weren't ready before close so they told us to come back in the morning. If I needed them in the morning, I would've ordered them the next day! We were told 8:30 and we could pick them up. They were not ready then, and the team didn't really care that their screw up was making me late. Then they tried to scam me and omit 10 cookies. Terrible service for subpar overpriced cake mix cookies. I mean, place is basically run by teenagers, maybe they need more support from people with more critical thinking and reading skills.

I ordered cookies for mothers day Saturday and without any communication from Crumbl they never arrived. The blame was placed on doordash orginally, and after doordash said they would not pay I called this Crumbl back and they processed the refund. The biggest downer was I expected this for mothers day and they did not come through. I've ordered regularly from Crumbl in the past and feel like this experience will not have me coming back.

Can you guys please learn how to efficiently run this place?! Every time I’ve ordered from this location either in person or within the app, when I arrive, there’s already several sets of customers waiting for their order, and only ONE employee doing all the prep and filling the orders. All the other employees seem to be doing background work that could maybe wait 5 minutes, while they could be helping a customer get their order and get out the door. Tonight, same thing, several customers waiting, one employee filling orders, and literally right next to him is another employee folding and assembling all the empty boxes when there is already a massive shelf filled with boxes ready to go. I understand other operations need to happen behind the scenes, bake the cookies, assemble boxes, etc…but if you could simply pull one or two extra employees for 5-10 minutes while you have a backup of customers waiting and help them get in - get out, then it’d be a much better experience. I know I’ll order from this location again because the cookies are so damn good, but please for the love of god improve this ordering and waiting process. Thank you

I went in to the Canton location and got a carrot cake cookie and it was TO DIE FOR❤️✨ The service was also grand.

The cookies are delicious! I buy most of the time 3 times a month for 12. But recently I've been going to this store and I'm not finding certain cookies and it doesn't warn me that they're out of stock, and I have to cancel! I think the company should let you know which one they have before purchasing.

All the cookies are really good if you get an all the way cooked batch some of them are sweeter than others so i fits everyone from little kid to adult. But over all pretty good.

Customer service at this location is poor. They have given me the wrong cookies several times. They are not willing to correct the error - they do so begrudgingly. Tonight they let someone walk out with my order, then told me that they had run out of the cookies I wanted. They did not compensate me for the error, so I had to accept cookies that I didn't even want. The employees need training in how to provide acceptable customer service.
