Was disappointed that the very same cookies we had back home didn't taste the same just in another town. Cookies were a bit over baked....maybe it was because it was later in the day.

Best cookies around. A little pricey but worth it

the cookies here are really good but definitely over priced. my friend just had a major surgery so i send over a box of crumbl cookies because i knew she loves them. when they got to her house the box was covered it ants. this ended up giving them a small ant infestation. in result i called crumbl over ten times and no one answered. do the phone not work? i am very disappointed in the service. update: i went to the store to demand a refund. when i got there they said the worker had been on the phone the whole time even though he just got there. that doesn’t make sense. when we talked to the manager he seemed very chill about the situation and said “i already said i would give you a refund” attitude. i did end up getting a refund and new cookies however i had to drive 25 minutes in each direction just to sole their problem. this is ridiculous.

Very soft cookies for people who have braces very delicious

I like Crumbl and it smells really good. Customer service team could be better. No one acknowledges when you come in but they are doing a million things in the back. I liked Crumbl for the friendly faces but the 1:00 shift was not having it. Most of All Crumbl do not give samples . It’s nothing to bake a cookie and crumble it up for newcomers to try. Small businesses were built on samples. Bigger chains rather you buy first since they now have clout. I would have purchased for a larger banquet that we were having but the girl told me No so I took my business elsewhere.

I went there yesterday because it was my sister's birthday, the store was very clean and pretty, they were super nice to her and the cookie she got was a fudge one, she ate that down and quite literally did not leave any crumbs 😭😭

Terrible customer service.Ive never had a good experience at this location. The quality of the cookies are fantastic. But the employees suck.

One of the best cookies/pastries in the town. They serve different flavors every week. Services is fast. You can order online as well. Parking is available. No dine in unfortunately. The quality is very good and the taste is pretty good most of the times. Recommended

i absolutely love Crumbl and their creativity and skills with their cookies. They’re crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and delicious. i also love the idea of different flavors each week, it really entices you to want to go every week!

I drove 54 minutes just to get there! We reached at 9pm sharp (29th june/2024) and guess what? It was CLOSED 😐 google maps was showing it was open till 10pm . 54 mins drive for nothing. Such a disappointing experience 😑

Yesterday i drove from Farmingdale to go get cookies There's a sign on the door says temporarily closed. No electric But all the lights were on And the employees are inside playing Around and laughing So i'm a little confused Is this company a joke It sure does look like it

Awesome cookies...had to see what all the hype was about. $5 a cookie..it was worth it, but at that price, it won't be a habit.

They were pretty good price a little high for a cookie. The rotating cookie flavors is a nice touch but not knowing what they are the week of sometimes a downside because you might see a cookie you kinda like this week but hold out to next week to get one because you’re thinking flavors will be better next week and then none of the flavors you enjoy.

I absolutely got hooked on this place! They have perfected the sugar cookie! I love the different test cookies that they do also. The oreo cookie rice crispy test cookie was my fave!

We love this Crumbl location because it is ultra clean, never too crowded and the self-service tablets make things so easy to use!

Crumbl has some of the most unique cookies I’ve ever had. The rotating assortment of cookies each week encourages trying new flavors that you might have passed over otherwise. I recommend the pink velvet and triple chocolate cookies.

This place is great! I wasn’t sure which flavor to get and an employee, I believe his name was dan, suggested the brown sugar cinnamon cookies and they were delicious! I will definitely be back!

My first crumbl cookie was the cupcake cookie. it was okay except the sugar cookie was undercooked inside. Had a good taste overall. Expensive for one cookie nothing exceptional. 🙃 ill be making my own there much better

These cookies are amazing! I had the Biscoff Lava cookie this week and it was outstanding! Just delicious! I went back for another the next day. I do visit here regularly but that was by far one of the best cookies I've ever had. The Snickerdoodle cookie was on this week's menu which is one of my all-time favorites! I really like that they now alternate weekly between a chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate chunk cookie! Hands down best cookies I've ever had.

Exciting trying new cookies every week. The past few weeks have not been great. The cookies this week seemed dry and bland. I personally feel the cookie should be covered with frosting.

If you enjoy decadent cookies then this is the ideal place for you. I purchased the 6 cookie deal and my favorite was definitely the carrot cake cookie. It was packed with flavor and wasn’t overly sweet and just had the perfect balance of carrot to icing ratio. The lemon cookie was probably my least favorite because I’m not a fan of the texture of the icing. The chocolate chip cookie was good but nothing that wowed me. The double chocolate was like a chocolate bomb. I would have to say that it is a great idea and they have wonderful creations but it’s not something that would indulge in often. The establishment is super clean and smells wonderful. The staff was a bid dry and not really engaging but they were probably ODing on the sweet fumes 😆 Definitely a must try but not sure if I would pay $26 for 6 cookies again.

cookies are delicious and staff is so pleasant and friendly. the cookies, however are ridiculously expensive. lines are also really, really long. Course, lines are definitely not their fault. Masks should absolutely be mandatory for the customers, its a tiny place and no one wears a mask except for the staff.
