They never disappoint on the food. The service was great especially ordering online, made everything quick and easy. The restaurant is always clean and great environment. Love going eat there or getting to-go and knowing it will be a good experience overall.

Love going to Crust. They have something for everyone pizza, crustless pizza, soup, salad, pastas, etc…..Yesterday, I was greeted by a friendly smiling lady, employees are always helpful too. Their lunch special is great(has lots of options) and priced right, especially in this economy!

I was visiting Lake Charles and wanted a good signature pizza from a locally owned restaurant rather than a chain such as pizza hut, dominos etc. I ordered the 10" create your own pizza and the 10" garlic bread sticks. 10/10 no complaints at all. It was affordable and the service was fast and excellent. Definitely will go back next trip to LC

Everything about Crust was absolutely divine. The pizza crust was thin, but not a hard cracker. I can't remember the names, but the pizza was half their cheese blend, and the other was a meat lovers combo. The tomato basil soup was also full of flavor.

I went in to place a take out order and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I left to run a quick errand and received a text 20 minutes later that my order was ready. Very hot, fresh and delicious.

The staff is sooo friendly and the beer is ICE COLD, we had a BBG Pizza and I'm not exaggerating, it was the absolute BEST tasting, fresh and delicious pizza I've EVER had...

Pizza was good, did not like that, they cut it into squares. Was crowded, and there was not a lot of room to move around inside. If I was handicapped, I would not be able to eat there.

Would be a 5 star, but they stopped carrying Cauliflower crust. So back to Mellow Mushroom for my Cauliflower Crust. Update, they started carrying the cauliflower crust again but only the 10”.

Wow. Out of towner here, ordered to go. It didn’t take too long; we came in before the lunch crowd. Ordered the Margherita personal with double crust. I have to say, this is the best pizza I have had in so long. Who would’ve thought it would be in Texas!? Best. Ever.

I do delivery and went to pick up an order here, was noticed by alexa who apparently “knew me” from school (i have no idea who this girl is). She proceeded to talk to me about my ex, slandering her & made me extremely uncomfortable while doing so. I have no idea why she thought this was okay. She then gave me a free drink? Someone needs to tell her this isn’t normal behavior.

Alexa is extremely unprofessional, your private life and professional life should be separate.

On a road trip, primarily to visit Golden Nugget Lake Charles to do a little gambling. We started to get hungry, so stopped here for some food before getting fuel at Walmart on Wednesday a bit after 2pm. It looked closed, but before we drove off, I noticed a TV playing inside. So I checked the door & was able to walk in. It was dead. Only 1 table had customers. The 1st register had a closed sign & indicated to go to the next register across the way. Walked by 2 ladies behind the counter area, I guess they were just cooks because I asked them about menus & they just avoided us. No one was manning the register & I couldn't find menus anywhere around it, not even a qr code for one. It was extremely confusing & lack of help from the available employees for a while = removed a star. Eventually, a guy came out from the back & helped us. He grabbed us menus (they are on the short wall facing the entrance, near the 1st register). I asked the guy what time the lunch special ended & he said 2pm. I was disappointed because I'd read that the lunch special was until 3pm & told him so. He double-checked & said I'd been correct it was until 3pm. Yah! You order & pay at the cashier & they give you an order number for your table. We all did the $9 lunch special. My sister ordered the spaghetti and 2 meatballs + caesar salad. I ordered the same for myself & ordered my husband a 7" pepperoni and bacon pizza + chicken club sandwich. Initially, my sister's spaghetti and 2 meatballs were only served with 1 meatball, she told the cashier guy & he got them to fix it. Fortunately, no issues with mine & my husband's orders. The chicken club sandwich was a smaller than expected portion size but tasted the best! Next best was the pizza. Caesar salads were good altho next time I will try the greek salad. The spaghetti and 2 meatballs were just mediocre. Next time, I'll try the chicken alfredo.

I went for graduation and they gave me a complimentary dessert! It was so good and so nice of them and the pizza was very yummy.

Overall this is a nice place to eat. Tap room in back has a separate vibe from the family friendly restaurant in front. Service was fast at the front but sorta slow in the taproom. The pizza is good, but nothing to write home about. Moderately priced so you really do get your money’s worth. The biggest attraction is probably that it is open really late.

This is our favorite place to eat together as a family when we are in the area! Always delicious!

I just wish there was consistency. Every time I visit my bread for the meatballs is different. My drinks never disappoint though and are always pretty!! The Cesar salad is top tier.

I usually order from their Sulphur location, but it doesn't matter which location you order from. The pizza is good. I love the stuffed crust and a couple sides of extra marinara is where is at. I'm working my way through the menu and haven't found anything I don't like! The BBQ pizza

My husband loves pizza. This is our first time visits. We tried their Blanco pizza a the pepperoni rolls. Both order absolutely delicious ! The inside of the restaurant is very cleaned and neat. We did not try their taproom. They are open till late. We absolutely coming back and looking forward to try more pizza. Highly recommended!!!

Great food and service, but the patio doors need to be fixed! This past Saturday, I was smacked with the heavy door pretty hard, and no one came out to say anything.

Nice clean spacious building. There is even an outside patio if you choose to eat outside. But the real shine here is on the pizza! I ordered the veggie pizza and I am not a vegetarian. I just wanted something fresh and crisp and that is exactly what I got. I wasn't even missing the meat... It was so good y'all! I aways love a place with self-service drinks, you can refill whenever you like. They even serve wine and beer if you're into that. Employees were super nice and came checked on us while we're eating to make sure that we enjoyed our meal. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place I drive out to town just to eat here. The pizza just say it’s been along time since I’ve ate a pizza this good! The service was over-the-top friendly every single staff member was great. The manager was very helpful ! Overall the store was very clean and atmosphere was great. I happened to look across the room and noticed that I seen smiles on peoples faces as they were talking and eating. This place is definitely one of my favorite places !!

The lady was very polite I ordered over the phone she had my pizza done by the time I left gostore it to crust but next time I won’t order the king because to many vegetables for me.

First time on this side of the restaurant. Usually go to the Bar side. I didn't realize I had to order up front, get my own drink, utensils and napkins. I didn't get a tip for that either!!! All the wait staff did was deliver my food. It seemed more fast food than a dine in restaurant. Pizza was good, but probably won't return unless I have to.

Had a 3:45 pick up order and didn’t receive it until 30 minutes later. With that, we got the wrong pizza and one of the staff members saying “she’ll live.” Terrible experience.

I can’t say enough about this! The food is amazing. The customer service is amazing. The management is amazing. And did I say the food is amazing? I have literally never had anything but a 5-Star experience with everything about Crust Pizza in every way from the food to the service. I couldn’t find a negative thing to say about them if I tried.

My 18month old and I went to eat lastnight and had such a great experience! The staff were all so kind and attentive. The food was wonderful too! I even forgot my son’s cup at the front and they brought it to me with his desired drink in it so I didn’t have to lug him around inside after he started playing! So thoughtful!

Took some time to get my order. But that's what freshly made means. The chicken Alfredo wasn't that great. Kinda blan. Could use some oregano and basil. Even italian seasoning.

So I tried Crust pizza yesterday because my ex favorite pizza place has not been up to par lately. I ordered the Big Cheesy and Bog Don's. I was hoping that the pizzas were decent. They were better than decent! Everything was perfect including the crispy crust! Don't sleep on the Big Don's. It was so good I ate the whole pizza in one sitting. This is definitely my new go to for pizza!
