Luncheon at the Morse Museum event.. it was delicious! Service excellent!

In my busy schedule, I used Cuisiniers Catered Cuisine and the pick up menu option for a 30+ person birthday celebration. The process was so easy and the food was delicious. Everything I needed was well prepared and packaged. Very elegant and excellent value. It made the party such a success and the ease allowed me to be more involved in the celebration instead of preparing the menu. I highly recommend this part of their services. On a side note, I have attended large events catered by Chef Jamie and his team. They have been exceptionally executed and delicious.

Cuisiniers Catering is the way to go if you want good food and exceptional staff. From our first meeting with Marlene till the party was over it all went like clock work. The set up was beautiful and the food was excellent. All the staff was professional, kind, and there was more than enough food for all my guests to enjoy. This was the best decision we could have made. Thanks to the chef, staff and everyone involved in making our party the best. We will definitely use their services again.

Chef Jamie and Kate (GM), and the entire staff Phenomenal! From the initial contact to the first taste, testing up until the day of day providing nothing but an amazing experience. Kate was always open and available with the lines of communication. They were very friendly, attentive as well as professional once book they guided me throughout the entire process leading up to the day of my wedding. Cuisiniers worked within my budget and delivered superb service. The food was absolutely delicious, The bar staff was on point and the guest always stayed happy with the drinks, they were very attentive to the bride and the groom the entire time making sure that we always had what we needed. I absolutely chose the best caterer for my wedding Chef Jamie and the cuisiniers team definitely went above and beyond and delivered top-notch service. Thank you for being apart of our special day!

Fantastic catering company with great food and outstanding service. I’ve been to several events catered by Cuisiniers and I've used them for events. They are extremely organized and professional, and work to ensure a perfect event every time. The food never disappoints, better than most restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Always outstanding food - I’ve used Cuisiniers for years as my go-to caterer and always receive rave reviews. They have great “standard catering fare” and then also some really amazing specialty dishes that wow the crowds. Beyond that, the presentation and service are second-to-none.

Lunch was catered for our office lunch and it was one of the best meals we have ever had! Braised short ribs were so tender and flavorful, an absolutely delicious salad, and sides including Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, asparagus, and an assortment of desserts. Everyone went back for seconds! Cuisiniers always has delicious food, but this menu was truly amazing!

What a great event Cuisiners hosted for our company last year. So great, that I turned around and booked them for this during the event! Creative, delicious, efficient, kind and all for a great value! Love these guys and I'm so thankful that they continue to make me look good!

I hired Cuisiners to cater my wedding, and it was not a good experience. From the beginning, communication was difficult and they were unresponsive to my requests. On the day of the wedding, the food was late and cold when it finally arrived. Many guests were left feeling unsatisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. I was given the feedback that the drinks were extremely watered down even though I bought all the liquor myself all they needed to do was serve it. In addition, the staff made many mistakes throughout the night such as not knowing which meals went to which guest even though the instructions were clearly communicated prior to the event. Overall, I would not recommend Cuisiners to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality catering service for their wedding.

Cuisiniers had a good offering during the tasting but they lack focus when executing a formal wedding. In the lead up to the wedding we experienced several issues driven by the caterer’s internal miscommunication. On wedding day, many details were missed as side dishes were served cold, food was delayed, serving staff was inattentive to basic needs like water refill and not mindful of wedding formalities, cocktails were water down beyond a mixed drink, paid vendor meals were limited to a salad when previously informed otherwise by caterer, and lastly the cake was not served in the manner discussed and agreed with the catering coordinator. Unfortunately our guests didn’t have the experience we had set forth when contracting Cuisiniers, despite us communicating our needs and expectations to the caterer ahead of hiring their services and then again as we approached the event date.

Chef Jamie and his team did a wonderful job catering our charity fundraiser recently. From the initial phone call with Marlene, to menu planning, and day-of execution by Kate, Chef Jamie, and their staff everything was smooth, professional, elegant, and most importantly delicious. We will use Cuisiniers again in a heartbeat! Hands down, the best in Orlando.

Cuisiniers did such a wonderful job accommodating our wedding catering needs. The office staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, the wait staff and bartenders did an amazing job, and Chef Jamie helped work with our budget so we could make it all work. I would recommend Cuisiniers to anyone who needs to cater a wedding or event!

Cuisiniers catered an event of around 50 people. Everything was amazing. The food, service, and venue were all professionally done and taken care of. I can’t wait to hire them again!!

Great servers that are well trained. That can make or break the level of the event and Cuisiners seems to train their people. Great food and creative, as well.

I recently ordered box lunches for a business lunch event. Opted for Chix Salad and Turkey, which were both fresh and delicious! Cookies were yummy:) Kate and Marlene were great at coordinating orders and delivery. Pricing was VERY reasonable. I also sampled their catering meals and appetizers at another event and was impressed with quality and presentation. It's nice to have a go-to caterer for personal or business that you can count on!!

Stellar service. Marlene was quick to respond each time I contacted her and accommodated all our special requests. The food was delicious AND affordable and we received feedback from our attendees about the 'amazing spread.' We look forward to working with Cuisiniers again on our next event.

I HIGHLY recommend Cuisiners! We partnered with them for our wedding in New Smyrna Beach and the entire process from start to finish was wonderful! The food is absolutely delicious and all of our guests were very happy with their meal! Plus the staff is so friendly and professional! You can tell that Chef Jamie puts his full heart into this catering business, and we are so grateful to have had them at our wedding and my bridal shower! Lovely experience overall!

They catered our wedding and from the first phone call, we had such a great experience! They were upfront about pricing and wanted to make us happy above all! Truly could not speak better of them. The food was not only the most affordable I found but down right delicious! So many of our weddings guests pulled us aside to tell us how yummy the food was( which in my experience, is very rare with any wedding food!). They took care of our alcohol delivery as well which made the day that much smoother. Thanks Cuisiniers!

We worked with Cuisiniers for our wedding on 3/30/2019. I promise you, these caterers are the best in Orlando, hands down! We had a Jamaican fusion wedding and the food was fantastic! It’s been over a year and our guests still talk about how fantastic the food was.

Amazing food and service! Kate Tompkins was our coordinator and she was extremely attentive throughout the planning and the wedding. Chef was able to make an entirely gluten free dinner with a customized add-on of Jambalaya which was heartily approved by my Louisiana relatives. My uncle who doesn’t like beef ate a huge serving of short rib. Their trademark Cuisinier salad is so yummy - my cousin who is a meat and starch man ate his portion and his daughter’s.

So many guests told us both during and after the wedding how INCREDIBLE the food was -- the passed hors d'oeuvres, the salads, the main dishes, the sides, ALL of it! The menu Kurt and Chef Jamie crafted for our wedding was so unique and exceeded all of our expectations. In addition to the divine food, Kurt and his team had the ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes. Cuisiniers is a lovely catering business that is family owned by long time Chef Jamie McFadden who's passion for entertaining is enduring. He catered my SO's 50th birthday party and the food was amazing. Guests raved about the buffet all night. The staff was cheerful and helpful and made everything run seamlessly. It's so great to actually enjoy a party you're hosting rather than running around and making sure that everything is stocked and clean when doing it yourself. Trust me, having your party catered by Cuisiniers is WELL worth it!!!

I have used Cuisiniers for both corporate and personal functions. Chef Jamie never disappoints. Food is always delicious and the visual presentation is always beautiful. The staff have always been kind and helpful. If I'm going to have a party, I'm calling Chef Jamie because I know that I will not have to worry about the food!

Cuisiniers Catering just did our wedding on 4/30 and everything was incredible. The food was amazing and all of our guests loved it. The staff was friendly and professional and Kurt made it as easy and stress free as it could have possibly been. I have used this company for corporate lunches many times. They are always on time, professional, and the food is delicious. Their salads are healthy and fresh. They're hot lunches are amazing. The pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
