I ordered a birthday cake for my husband this week from here and boy was I glad I did . It was delicious ! It was vanilla and chocolate Ice cream that was sooo creamy and delicious packed with chocolate crunchies in the middle. Everybody loved it . Can’t wait till the end of the month for my sons bday to get another one .

I love das ice cream so much! I go all the time and it never disappoints! The vegan ice cream is so delicious! The only suggestion I have is to add more vegan flavors and rotate them once in a while!

Honestly, some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Purchased a cake for my friends birthday. I picked an ice cream cake with chocolate and cookies and cream and the cake was gone almost instantly when I served it. When I picked up the cake I added on a shake with the chocolate cake ice cream. Wow. My new favorite flavor for sure.

What a wonderful ice cream store with such awesome flavors! I am glad I finally came here. Food: I found out that they were offering a pop tart ice cream sandwich with black raspberry ice cream, and a mixed berry pop tart, which was to die for. I picked up my wife a strawberries and cookies mix which was such a unique mix of flavors. Speaking to one of the employees, I found out that a lot of their ice cream is made with real fruits and no artificial flavorings which is probably why this ice cream is so outstanding! Aesthetic: the place is deceivingly tucked away in a strip mall with your traditional ice cream parlor look. I don’t think I have seen many purple-painted walls that were actually pleasant to look at, but it added a nice “fun” appeal to the place. Service: Emily and Komal, the young ladies who helped us, were both very patient and explained everything well. They were super nice! Ice cream photos complimentary of my wife.

Excellent service & tasty ice cream

The ice cream was tasty, but a little airy for my tastes. I prefer a dense texture that melts smoothly in your mouth. The atmosphere was basic ice cream shop, nothing special, and as others have said, no seating inside. One turnoff is that my wife asked for a cup of water with her ice cream, and the response was that they sell water bottles. Someone spends 8 bucks on an ice cream, and can't get a cup of water?

Great place! I was looking for an ice cream birthday cake and I came upon this place. I like that it’s family owned and they are so friendly! They have ice cream cakes ready to go in the freezers and can quickly write a message on the cake. I got a 7 inch cake and it was perfect for 9 people. Everyone raved about the cake. They said it was the best ice cream they’ve ever had! I will definitely be back!

Bad experience today. Soft serve Twist & Vanilla ice cream was very gritty. Tasted like we were eating sand. Very disappointed.

Great Ice cream. Lots of creative flavors to choose from. Cones, cups, shakes , cakes. I tried banana Oreo which was absolutely amazing and mint chocolate chip. Vegan and dairy free options also. Quick friendly service but no where to sit , no tables or chairs inside so had to eat in my car as it was raining. Would like to try other flavors.

Did a doordash order, ice cream was thrown into the bag, big mess of everything. Das has always had quality service, what happened tonight was unacceptable. Who ever thought it was funny should be fired, as I do not think this was the owner or his daughter.

I ordered an ice cream cake for our gender reveal and they did a great job! The pricing was super reasonable and the ice cream was fresh.

I was able to receive a free shortie ice cream cake on 2/29 for Leap Year birthdays! The staff were great, helpful, and made it fun! The cake was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!

After sampling a couple of flavors, I had the miso ice cream with white chocolate and my goodness it was good! I appreciate the variety of traditional and funky flavors. They were also very nice. One scoop with tax and tip cost me $6. It is located in a large strip mall with ample parking. No seating inside but the strip mall had some benches outside in the courtyard area. I'll be back!

“Azar” cake is what i came with to the shop and asked if they can make something similar for my son’s second month bd. Teo is my son’s cake and it exceeded my expectations. They were very polite and professional and delivered on time for unbeatable price. Also not to mention the taste it was delicious. For sure coming back for another cake in a month.

Das has the best ice cream around… hands down. But honestly, I’ve been very disappointed the last two times I was there for a milkshake and tonight was the final straw. I’m not sure if the person making them is new or anything but they have been coming out extremely thin, just like milk. I even asked for thick ones this time which I was charged EXTRA for and they are still extremely thin. To add to the disappointment, I spent $20 on two milkshakes, being charged extra on top of it for “thickness” even though it was worst than before. Their milkshakes used to be really good. I don’t know what happened.

The people are super kind and friendly . The place is clean . The ice cream is homemade. They’re located in Buddlake in the Home Goods shopping plaza . The ice cream is great . My co worker told me about this place and it’s great . My only complaint is it’s too far from me :( . I just wish it was closer to me cause I’d go every week , but it’s worth the drive . It’s closer to where I work but still far. The ice cream is fresh , homemade and all types of flavors . What a great local ice cream polar .

I recently visited Das’ Creamery and was very disappointed with my experience. The ice cream flavor I ordered had a strong and unpleasant aftertaste, which I didn't enjoy. When I politely asked the staff to change the flavor, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us. Instead of changing the flavor, she took that back and charged me half price for the other flavor. So disappointing. Its not about the money, but the attitude. The only positive aspect was the friendly attitude of one staff member, for which we left a 15% tip even on a takeout. Overall, the combination of the poor flavor and the manager's attitude left us feeling dissatisfied and disrespected. I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.

I LOVE Das' Creamery. Go-to for ice cream. They have such a wide variety of interesting flavors, and the staff is really nice and helpful. They also handle high volumes of customers very well (even when it's super busy, I never have to wait too long).

Stopped by to pick up a birthday ice cream cake last minute. This is the place we'll be getting any and all future ice cream birthday cakes from now on!

I love this place for so many reasons! The flavors are dynamic. You can tell they use good ingredients. None of the flavors I have enjoyed ever tasted artificial. If they use coloring it’s minimal. They have vegan choices as well as gluten free. Their staff is super friendly. My family and I enjoy walks there and back. These Walks to and from Da’s are filled with laughs and yummy ice cream! Hands down the best ice cream shop in Morris County!

No doubt they use high quality ingredients with all of their flavors and provide great homemade ice cream. The ice cream has been really consistent since they opened their doors years ago and continues to get better and better. In comparing to other Ice Cream Parlors, the only issue would be the Value/Amount. The price point is much higher here in comparison. The serving sizes are very small, but the quality is high. Definitely a must try if you have not done so. Chocolate Chip Mint used the best chocolate chips on the market. Watch the Ice Cream master at work when you go, he is always making greatness.

The best ice cream I ever had. The ice cream is delicious, it's homemade, they all have different, unique flavors including vegan ice cream. They have ice cream cakes too, I ordered one for a birthday party and it was the best ice cream cake I ever had. The owner and his daughter are the nicest people you'll ever meet. I'll recommend 'em to anyone I know.

If I could give them a million stars I would. They have so many options of ice cream, shakes, sorbet, etc. The ice cream tastes good. Staff is phenomenal. They also give tours for Girl Scouts! Our troop loved it.

The absolute best ice cream around, period. The best chocolate milkshake I've ever had in my entire life, and every single new flavor we try is more delicious than the last. We take home pints every now and then (Grahamsterdam) and treats (Pop Tart ice cream sandwiches?!), and sometimes stop in for a double scoop of whatever we're in the mood for, like Strawberry n Cookie or Banana Oreo. Every flavor tastes even better than it sounds.

This is some of the best ice cream I've ever had... and ice cream is one of the foods I travel for. Delicious, and interesting flavors. An excellent texture for "hard" ice cream (doesn't break a plastic spoon!!). Clean store, and wonderful staff. While sharing my flight of ice cream flavors (yes!! You can get a flight of flavors are tey different ones!) with my foodie friend, we met the owner. Mr. Das shared some insight in how they created some of their unique ice creams, and was so humble and kind. I drove an hour to come here, and I will do that agaaaaaiiinnnnnn.

Das' GOOD.. Great, in fact. Finally.. QUALITY ice cream. Awesome selection of imaginative flavors along with all time favorites. To those who complain about price & compare the real ice cream they have here to whatever they serve at Cliff's (not ice cream).. well..if you can't taste the difference.. then certainly go there. You get what you pay for. I'll be back. A lot!

Das Creamery das meet expectations. After reading positive reviews and a few articles citing them as a local favorite I had to stop by. Flavors are creative and pricing is reasonable for quality craft ice cream…so I had to pick three pints to try. Their ice cream is creamy (ideal consistency) and, in my experience, relies more on ingredients to add sweetness. Like so many others, the kulfi was my initial favorite! Unfortunately, I did order the Downtown Abbey but it was prefilled with the Maple Walnut Sage in error. Fortunately, that was delicious and after reaching out the owner offered to fix it on my next visit. Indeed she did and also offered to cover my medium ice cream. Ultimately, great spot for smooth, creamy, delicious ice cream served by friendly staff!

My favorite ice cream shop! I believe I've gone to all the other local ones and i keep coming back to this one for the amazing flavors (Coconut and Coffee amongst others). Staff is always very friendly and there are benches for sitting outside as well.

UPDATE: I just want to update that this place is great for people with food allergies. My child cannot have peanuts or gluten, and he has safely eaten many flavors here. It is a really big deal for our family!! Das is our favorite ice cream place by far! They have the best selection of flavors, from classics to really cool combinations that work so well. Wake up your palate from the junk and go to Das! You'll be glad you did!

Das' ice cream is to die for. The toughest part of visiting is trying to decide on flavors. Today I purchased Mango Sorbet and Coffee & Oreos (not sure that was exact name). I took them as dessert for dinner with a friend. He was very impressed, and I need to return for another order!

They suggested a vegan ice cream that turned out to be tasty and satisfied my wife.

Best ice cream in the area. I love their "For the Sage of Maple" take on maple walnut ice cream, and their toasted coconut kulfi flavors. My kids adore the brightly colored flavors, and the cookies and cream is a classic.

Love it. I always have stuff in the area, so I come after. Downtabby, (not sure how it’s spelled) is INCREDIBLE. There hard ice cream is REALLY GOOD. Soft is good as well. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE TEXTURE. Whatever they do to there ice cream, the texture Is INCREDIBLY AWESOME. It’s sooooooooooooooo good

Is the ice cream delicious? Yes. Do they have fun flavors? Yes. That is why they get 3 stars rather than one. But they are SO EXPENSIVE! And it’s not even like you get a lot for the price. You get a tiny amount. Plus we asked for sprinkles and they barely added any. Drive the extra mile and go to Cliffs.

The best ice cream around! They have creative and delicious flavors, for example - Try the kulfi ice cream! The owners are very nice and they take allergy concerns very seriously. As someone with celiac, I feel safe eating here.

Usually my favorite ice cream spot, however, this time they had raisins in the kulfi (yuck) so I had to make another selection when I really wanted actual kulfi.
